Great service, food came out fast and hot. Our server Deana was super sweet. She made sure that we never ran out of drinks soup or salad. All employees there were nice and made sure that we were happy. Love this place well return and tall people about how the service was here. Thank you very much
Our server was amazing considering we had a party of 11! The food was served piping hot and was delicious! The staff was great, as they sang Happy Birthday to my daughter and provide her with a complimentary dessert.
Food was good, service was great.
Our server was very pleasant. She was very helpful to our needs. The food was delicious. We did wait a while for our food., but, our server came to our table and apologized and that if we would like free dessert. Which I thought that was very nice of them. Keep up with good service and yummy food. Thank you...
To start with the bread sticks are out of this world especially with the 4 cheese dipping sauce, I'm not much of a salad person but that was one of the most fresh and delicious salad I have eaten at any restaurant, I ordered the lasagna classico and it was very delicious. On a side note I love those cheese graters they have I need one in my life. The lady who was serving us was the sweetest and made my niece happy everytime she came by, would absolutely come back again
Ron runs a smooth operation. He has talented servers and bar staff. We Love Allen!
I am not a pasta eater but the wife loves the Italian Garden, this one in Turlock, CA. The food was very good, per the family members with me, my soup was yummy. The service was excellent, from the people managing the tables for guests, the service staff, and the manager who verified what was in a dish to suit my son in laws dietary challenges. Too often restaurants get workers who really don't care about doing a good job, but these folks rocked it. The place was full of people and no messed tables, no delays, and restroom clean. I may not eat this type of cuisine but these folks are what makes dining out a pleasure.
My experience with Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, was a wonderful one. The staff made my husband and I welcome the moment we walked through the door. The receptionist who greeted us had a friendly smile, and took us to our table. She stayed and talked with us for a bit after we sat down. Our waitress was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The food is exceptional, my husband and I will be back. The friendy atmosphere and people will draw you back time and time again. I recommend this restaurant to all who want not just a great meal, but excellent service.
Our waitress was new & was very good for her 1st time, so was the help of the waiter. Overall a nice time!! Zuppa Toscana was much better than the last Olive Garden (no kale, broth was bland). Fresh salad, spaghetti, bread sticks were good but the chicken fettuccine was bland & gnocchi tasted bad.
I love olivegarden. always great food and great waitresses...
Great food , the soup & salad is always good. The shrimp is amamzing.
Great facilities, good service, good food
Very good service, the guy was awesome person. The food was delicious, everything was good
It was great the staff were nice and friendly
No matter how Packed this location is the service is always excellent and friendly. Thank you for always making it a good family gathering. To the GM at this location: your attitude is unmatched. Thank you for such a welcoming atmosphere. We will always be returning!
The food was absolutely great but the service could have been better. Our server I would rate at a 5 out of 10. We had to ask for the proper amount of napkins and silverware. When they sat us down she only placed one napkin and silverware when there were four of us. We had long waits between checks to see if we needed anything but other than that it was nice.
Food was good and the service was excellent
Excellent service & food! I l’ve never really gotten piping hot soup or breadsticks & both were perfect! Jessie was our waitress and she was the very BEST!!! You really should request to be in her station :)
Just when I couldn’t think I could have gotten better service by Macy, which was weeks ago here comes James on my next date. My LANTA! This Restaurant has its eyes dotted and T’s crossed with these two. Macy was seriously impressive but James’s service tipped the cake to this review. This may be a “family dining” Restaurant BUT you can tell them you’re on a date ❤️❤️🥰😍thank you for tonight James. He might be the one, still in question. But you made everything perfect!!!!!
Great food and service! Something has to be improved at the bar. For sure, there is a need for more sports channels, especially for NBA games.
Loved the service! Had a party of 14 on a Saturday and had two severs and they were amazing! Naomi C and her co server we fantastic, kind, funny and patient. Always made sure we had what we needed without having to wait. Food was delicious and hot! They even sang happy birthday to my husband with a great dessert! Thank you Naomi!
I felt like there was a bait and switch when it came to what comes with the meal I chose. When they automatically ask you "what kind of soup do you want?" it feels like it's part of the meal.... NEWS FLASH! It wasn't! That added $16 to the tab. The rest of the visit was great!
Can't go wrong here.. Every time Ive been here, all I can smell is the freshly baked bread rolls..Yummyy. The Salads are the Bomb as well..
I wish I could give it a higher rating! Our delivery got messed up through Uber and when I called the restaurant, the manager came and hand delivered our order to us!
Well, here we go again! I set out with my pal Puffer Dan and his friend Wally Pinhead, but we call Beatlejuice because he looks like him....We left Napa at 8am to go to Stumpy Meadows, set up a camp and fish the next morning, and we put Beetlejuice at the wheel. The little scab is a good driver, but dumb as a piece of wet plywood, anyway, we took a nap and told him to wake us up when we got to Chico. Well, he woke us up all right...and we're in Turlock! Turlock...how the hell we got to Turlock is beyond belief. The first thing I saw was when I awoke was an Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, and it puzzled me because it didn't look familiar, neither did anything else. We went in and had an Amazing 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ lunch, and made Beetlejuice pay for it.
As usual, the food was excellent. Today was extra busy, probably due to the County Fair currently open in this hot summer heat (103°). But despite how busy they were, the service was still very good. The manager checked on us a couple of times and even got us more breadsticks and more Alfredo sauce for my Chicken Fettuccine. Always love coming to this place. After all, like the slogan says: "When you're here, you're family!"
Best. Service. Ever. I cannot believe how fast we got sat. This is a VERY well managed location.
Finally yall are open again lol but today I and the family enjoyed our dinner there is was wonderful service and everything came out real quick and hot still could not complain what so ever thanks again olive garden for reopening and thanks to our waitress leauna R much appreciated. you on top of the game keep it up hope to have you as our waitress again I had a bottle of Primo Amore Moscato and a plate of Tortelloni Alfredo With Chicken and got to rake the rest of my Moscato home....
Always good food and great service!
Great food and atmosphere. Customer service is hit or miss especially with the hostess area. Server are great.
Place was fantastic, food was amazing. Service was fast and efficient. Over all 10/10
Big!!!! Shout out to our server SHY. went above and beyond to provide us with the best service and was on it! 👏
We had the best waitress! Brenda was very patient while we ordered, which was appreciated since we were celebrating my special needs daughter's birthday. Pictures are of the Chicken alfredo and the Four cheese stuffed shells with shrimp, which were enjoyed very much! At the end of the meal, she brought the exact number of to go containers, we didn't even have to ask for them. She even had the dessert boxed and ready to go. Her service was very professional and appreciated!
Loved my whole experience and will be back soon. Our waitress Jessie was the sweetest and she was so on top of everything. Hope to get her when we go back again!
The food was great. The service was fantastic..We will go back for the food again..Our waitress was very attentive to make aure we didn't need anything...
Party of 6, arrived around maybe 6 PM? Got seated fairly quick. The atmosphere was very welcoming, the staff were very kind and we were welcomed with drink orders almost immediately. The menu shows pricey meals that are actually worth it, only 1 of us usually leaves with a leftover box, we left with 4. The salad / soup and breadsticks definitely play into this though. Speaking of those breadsticks? Our waitress apologized multiple times for them being in the oven but we enjoyed hearing that, fresh breadsticks and amazing salad is nothing to apologize for. I ordered a basic spaghetti and meatballs with an italian sausage included. Much to my surprise, the meatballs and italian sausage were huge! As well as extremely tasty. 10/10 would go again as well as recommend to others.
We celebrated Thanksgiving early with our kids and grandkids. We decided to order from the catering menu and have it delivered to our home in Delhi. Since there were five teenagers and six adults, we ordered two entrees, a salad, an appetizer and 36 breadsticks. Each entree stated that it feeds 4-6 people. However, we had enough yummy food for lunch and also dinner! The portions are Hugh! The chicken Alfredo and ravioli were delicious, and the fried cheese was also a big hit. I appreciated the early morning call from the chef to double-check my order! Thank you for making our Thanksgiving FABULOUS!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had a great experience at our beautiful Olive Garden! The kids’ menu was really good and had plenty of options my kids enjoyed. I ordered the salad and lasagna, and both were fresh and delicious. What I really appreciated was that there was no wait when we came during the weekday, and the big tables made it comfortable for our family. Perfect spot for a relaxed family meal!:)
I went an hour before closing and it was some of the BEST Olive Garden experiences I’ve ever had. Service was great and my drink was great. I would drive specifically to this location again because of how great I enjoyed it.
The food was really good!! This is the first time eating at this Olive Garden (and any other ones) in ten years. I didn’t realize you get a soup so I got the Chicken Gnocchi and I loved the soft potato in it and the cheese based sauce or soup thing was really good!! When the chicken Alfredo came I already had a solid 2 breadsticks and soup in me 😭. I liked how thick the Alfredo sauce was and the chicken tasted lovely! The place was very busy when I went however, so a fair warning on that end :D!
had a truly wonderful experience dining at this Italian restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel welcome. The staff was attentive, friendly, and very professional, making sure every detail was taken care of. The food was outstanding — fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and beautifully presented dishes that reminded me of true Italian cooking. The pasta was perfectly prepared, and the desserts were absolutely delightful. This restaurant is a gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent Italian dining experience.
The restaurant has amazing like old fashioned places, you have great privacy . Lights and music is so calming, long story short it has European feel😀. The food was so tasty, soup , salad and dishes were so delicious. For me food was a little bit salty but maybe someone like it that way😌. In general everything was satisfying I recommend this place for a family gathering and romantic dates or people who loves food🤩.
I haven't been here in a while and typically enjoy my meals here. Today was no exception. I had the Italian Margarita and the Ravioli Carbonara. Both were excellent. I had to make myself stop eating before I over did it. The bread sticks are not what they used to be, but were still pretty good. Everything else met or exceeded my expectations. I do love the atmosphere/decor. The staff was friendly and attentive. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
We go to this restaurant on a regular basis more so than any other restaurant. It's that good. We enjoy the variety of Italian Dishes. I love the all you can eat soup and salad, and all of the variety of main dishes. From ravioli to chicken and shrimp alfredo to tiramisu. Always clean and great customer service!

Was out and about shopping. Got hungry and wanted something yummy and inexpensive. So I saw the restaurant. Boy it was humming very busy. Despite the crowd. We were quickly seated. Ordered appetizers mushrooms stuffed. So juicy and tasty. Also ordered salad and soup. Both were very good. Had too bowls of each. Our server was very nice and professional. Will definitely be back to eat again.
Came here for my birthday and really enjoyed my visit! Food was delicious, took a little longer than usual, but then again they were a little more busy than usual. So perfectly understandable. Our server was polite and attentive, however she did forget some requests we made a few times lol but that is fine, because as I sad, it was busy and she came around often enough to request and receive the second time. My birthday dessert came out in the middle of my meal....BUT it turned out perfect timing because as I was finished with my meal, the cake was thawed down to a more enjoyable texture! Will definitely go here again and recommend 👌
The food has definitely gotten better. Hadn't been to an Olive Garden in years due to the last time I went and the pasta was overcooked and not edible. I had taken a bite and it was so gross that I sent it back. I remember not even getting the salad because the waitress was so busy but when we got the bill I was still charged for it all. There were a few groups outside so we knew there'd be a wait. Firstly, they shouldn't allow children as hostesses, especially these dunces - empty tables throughout the restaurant but there were 7 names on the list and over 30+ minute wait (we were quoted a 35 minute wait). I saw two empty seats at the bar top so that's where we sat. There were 3 staff behind the bar, two were cleaning and the bartender was making a few drinks so we patiently waited. The bar top stank like dirty mop water. They need to get new cleaning products or figure something out because I'm pretty sure the bar top shouldn't stink after they wipe it down. They brought out bread, which I returned because I prefer plain bread with no butter or garlic salt. We ordered to waters with lemon then began to peruse the menu. For some reason the bartender was in a hurry to take our orders. We still hadn't made a decision, so he waited like 5 minutes before asking again. We ended up ordering the “Make your own pasta.” I ordered salad no dressing, with rigatoni and 5 cheese marinara. My BF ordered soup with rotini and meat sauce. The salad and soup came out pretty quickly. After my boyfriend's 2nd bowl of soup, I tried ordering more bread but the bartender kept disappearing and the other staff who came by pretended not to listen. While we were eating our salad/soup basically all the bar customers had ate and left but the dishes were left sitting there for a while. Our pasta entrees came after a good amount of time and we were able to enjoy our salad/soup. At this time I ordered more bread, which took a while to come out. I do want to say, both the appetizers and the entrees were delicious. We really enjoyed the food. The service was spotty. Guess wait staff like having jobs, but don't like doing their job.
Pretty standard Olive Garden, I wish they still had the stuffed chicken Marsala they used to have, but my salmon was excellent. The broccoli was ok. The minestrone soup wasn't bad either. Service was quick and friendly and we were in and out relatively quickly.
Service was good. Really enjoyed our waitress. She was super pleasant and took a few moments to interact with us. The food was good as well. We had soup and salad, chicken scampi, some sort of fish with capers, spaghetti with marinara sauce and Marsala chicken. I was slightly disappointed with the Marsala chicken. It had a real kick to it as if the sauce was not cooked long enough to pull the alcohol from it. I ended up just having soup and salad and decided I like my home made chicken Marsala a lot better.
Food was great. The chicken fettuccine was better than I remembered. The chicken was cut thicker and was juicier than I remember it being. Service wasn't that great. We didn't get bread sticks till after we got our entrees. Overall tho it was really good
Great food but it took for everrrr to get even out salad and breadsticks yesterday. We sat for over 45 minutes without refills, salads, bread, nothing. It wasn't that busy when we arrived, however it did pick up after we were seated. But even so, the wait staff could have at least refilled our cups. When we finally did get our food it was divine!
Such good value for unlimited tasty food. All the soups taste great, the breadsticks addicting, and the entrees hearty and satiating. I never go hungry at Olive Garden and the servers make sure of that. I'm not a fan of the cheap tablets on every table spamming advertisements and stupid games to waste your money on and distract you from your company.
I would've given 5 stars except the prices have gotten so high that we've resorted to sharing meals. I never dreamed I'd have to resort to this just to get my favorite food at my favorite restaurant.
Most Olive Gardens I have been to have had excellent service. The server we started with sucked. I wish I had grabbed her name. My husband and I came for my birthday. We told her it was my birthday and she took our orders which that was the last time she served us. I overheard her talking to another guy that she was out and asked if he could take over. I thought maybe she was going to finish us out. She should have come to us and let us know she was leaving and passing us on. We had to ask the woman who brought our food for refills of everything. That was the only refill we got. She was talking and then disappeared and I saw Bret I believe tending to the table next to us and he finally started taking care of us. I wish I had caught the first servers name because I feel she should be disciplined for her actions and customer service. At least Bret was good and got my birthday dessert and sang happy birthday to me with a group. He definitely made up for her slacking! He was on the bill so he at least got the tip!
This location is one of the best. I do frequent this spot the most because of the atmosphere and service. The only criticism I would like to point out is the customer parking situation. Most of your employees take up quite a bit of the close parking stalls. Those SHOULD be available to the customers. A designated parking area for employees only should be assigned. Please take note of that.
It's a pleasant place, readily accessible from the highway and good for meetings. Staff was prompt and courteous. The menu has changed some what with a slimmer selection.
We had a nice enjoyable time, everything was delicious as usual. We mostly loved the appetizers of the fried lasagna, that didn't make it to the picture. As pictured we ordered Marsala Chicken and mushrooms, one got the Italian Trio, and two others when was chicken fettuccine alfredo together with shrimp fettuccine alfredo. And for dessert we had the chocolate lasagna it was so rich and absolutely scrumptious! Thank you Olive Garden for a very nice evening!!❤
We like the food and stop in often for lunch. It’s too loud at night. Highly recommend lunch. Staff is wonderful, especially Jose. Thank you! George and Harriett
I came here about 4:30 with my two friends and one of my friends daughters who has a wheelchair. We were seated at the booth closest to the door and there was no place to place her wheelchair so they took the wheelchair elsewhere later on after our dinner my friend had to go retrieve the wheelchair not knowing where it was at. I needed to ask for refills of water constantly after our first waitress left her shift. Our first waitress was really kind friendly energetic her name was Alexis. The second waiter his name was Emmanuel. He was very professional but not very friendly, or attentive. But he was well groomed and he brought us whatever we asked for. The food was delicious we had ample amounts in each plate enough to take home. The food outweighed my minor complaints about the wheelchair and the refills of our drinks. The bathroom seem to have been forgotten and needs to be cleaned up a bit, but in their defense there was lots of people on a Sunday and they were people waiting outside to be seated. There was lots of orders for takeout. And there was a lot of people working. All in all pretty pleasant experience. This is my second time coming to this Olive garden and I will come again 😊

I usually get the all you can ear soup
Food was phenomenal but the server was too busy chit chatting with other staff in the kitchen to fill our drinks or take our order in a timely manner, had to flag down another staff member to get drinks, to go boxes and the check. No tip, sorry. Wish the tip went to all the staff including cook and dishwasher cuz they are back there doing all the work while the foh is being lazy
Restaurant hostess were so friendly. We were told there would be a 30 min wait for a party of 6 but only waited about 10-15. Our server Kylie was unfriendly and not accommodating, however, she did warm up a little and did provide really good service. Regardless of her attitude we had everything we needed. I did find a hair in the soup, it was pretty disgusting but no one told our server as it was not something we felt would have made a difference had we told her. Other than that the food was great! Cooked to perfection and tasted great. If I’m being picky, the fettuccine could have used more sauce. The restaurant was very busy but the food came out quickly the kitchen definitely had it together!
Honestly I love the deals here and most of the time o get all you can eat soup and salad. But, whether its here or San Jose or Fresno, every single one is slow to serve and service sucks! They take forever to come over and get the drink orders, then forget about the food. Eat slowly or you'll get pissed. The only reason I gave THREE stars is the value of the meals. The all you can eat is a great value... But. Everything else is overpriced and you get to "upgrade" your meals by adding chicken or shrimp or sauce or whatever!
I mean... it's olive garden, can't really go wrong. I've found that for whatever reason, this location seems to always overcook their breadsticks making them hard to chee and hard to enjoy. The serving staff is usually very good and very friendly, however, the ladies (more often than not) can be sometimes critical. Atmosphere is what's to be expected from the olive garden chain.
Met a college friend for drinks and lunch. Staff was very nice letting us sit and chat for hours! Food and drinks were pretty standard. Salad was a must! Yum
When the Turlock location first opened, they had an issue with what seemed like watered-down soup. They improved over time and we had high hopes for a comeback. Over the years it has been hit and miss with us, so we stopped going here altogether. We decided we would give them another chance for redemption and sad to say, that didn't happen. We had two different pasta orders, and both came out lukewarm even though the waitress had to use a cloth to set down my "very hot plate". It's nice that my plate was hot but not my food? I asked for a different dish (same one my husband had) and guess what...lukewarm in the center of the pasta straight out of the kitchen. I was told by the manager that the food is served at 165 degrees, I would think that the first pull of pasta out of the center of the pile would be a little on the warmer side, nope, not even very warm. We will not be wasting our time here anymore, $60 for lukewarm pasta is a no-go for us. Side note, our waitress was very nice and apologetic.
The server was highly untrained. She really made the experience bad. The food was exactly what was to be expected. Very typical Olive Garden... no complaints about that... it was really just the service. From being clueless to the menu to the 20 minutes we waited just for water, our server made the most simple of things seem over the top difficult. Took her almost 10 minutes just to process our credit cards. I'm thinking they should have better training and maybe a more detailed hiring process. I eat here only a few times per year and I knew more about the menu than she did.
Update - November 26th, 2024 The office decided to give this location another try. Employees forgot to provide a large portion of our to-go order. Again, the food was not prepared with any sort of care or passion; Was overcooked and mushy (at the same time), salty, and just not good. It's probably the last time we will order from here. Original post: The office went here for birthday lunch today, Feb 22nd 2024 and what an experience. The last time I went to Olive Garden was about 10 years ago and it wasn't too bad so I wasn't too concerned. The service was amazing. Flat-out awesome. The food, on the other hand, was, less than expected, way less. I ordered the 'Grilled' Chicken Margherita(sp?) with the Chicken Ghocci Soup on the side. It was bad. It wasn't grilled. It was breaded, griddled, overdone, dry, and VERY salty. The broccoli side dish was spoiled, and had brown stems, yay! There was another Chicken Marsala that was drenched in cooking spray, like 4 table spoons. It wasn't Olive oil, either. There was a Chicken Parmesan, that was somehow burnt. The chicken was burnt, under the breading! The Chicken and Gnocchi soup was a train wreck; tasted like flour and white cheddar cheese. The Gnocchi was overcooked and too mushy. Nope never again.
Go seated rather quickly. I ordered the shrimp scampi. My partner ordered a minestrone soup and tour of Italy. The shrimp scampi pasta was overcooked and sauce was very runny. Disappointing. My friends soup was all tomatoes and his chicken piece was so small. Not the quality of food expected. Its a bummer.
If you want to eat at Olive Garden, please actually go to dine in. That way if your food is dry or has little sauce on it, you can ask for extra. Every time I DoorDash, it comes with little sauce. And it’s always dry. I would not recommend to have it delivered ever

Why get the all you can eat soup and salad if your waitress never returns. This has happened the last probably 3 times I've went.
Supposedly they don't give breadsticks anymore unless u order soup and salad according to our server Fatima. Weird cause I just went to the modesto one and we got them as soon as we sat down as always so won't be coming to this one anymore if that's true, when we asked for breadsticks she made a comment saying she never had a table that was only getting appetizers.... yes 4 appetizers for 2 people because we were craving them from last week when we went. Obviously she never planned on serving us breadsticks even before she took our order... all the tables around us had breadsticks and didn't order soup and salad. Obviously she judged us and didn't treat us like every other customer, not sure why because I'm a real estate agent and my husband's a police officer so we aren't under anyone else.
Have eaten here many times. Tonight was the worst service I've ever had. Soup and salad for myself and my plus 1. Was only able to get two salads and two soups because the waitress came around about every 20 minutes. My boy didn't get apple juice for about 25 minutes. Worst of all, there's 10 support staff standing around talking and laughing. Won't be going here again
My husband went in to eat, and the girl told him the bar side was the only area to eat in other side is a wait. He just went to the bar side the bartender an Older gentleman was very rude and arrogant to him. It was just lunch time he didn’t want to spend a whole lot of money on drinks and dinner items, because he ordered a cheaper price item he felt like he was getting crapped on. The server went to bring his bill and my husband paid and he tells my husband it’s not enough for a tip. Why are there servers asking for tips? It’s a privilege not a requirement to leave one. My husband served for this country and felt so uncomfortable that a server had to ask for money from him. What kind of staff are you guys hiring? Why are we paying their staff are they not paying them properly? We will never come here again. These servers should not feel entitled to tips and need to learn respect.
I was been there try to give order the guy answer in very bad way and disrespectfully told me we not open
Olive Garden and McDonald’s aren’t too far apart in quality now.
I love Olive Garden, and always had good service and great food. But Turlock olive garden had HORRIBLE service! They never brought me my food my family was finished eating before I got my plate, served with a attitude. And my bill. No apology. On our way out the manager ask how was your meal? I explained. Managers response was how odd! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKED!
A friend and I met for lunch with our kids and were there 15 minutes with no one saying as much as hello to us. A couple sat next to us and were served immediately....HORRIBLE!!!!
“Trying to Feed Kids, Not Run a Con Game” I don’t usually write reviews, but this one’s earned it. Took my family—three adults and two actual children (ages 12 and 9)—to Olive Garden for a chill dinner. We ordered three adult entrées and two kids meals. That’s five meals. For five people. Simple math, right? Apparently not. Our server Elizabeth seemed convinced I was trying to pull a fast one by ordering two kids meals. Like I was running some underground pasta hustle. She gave me that “mm-hmm, sure” vibe the whole time, like I was trying to feed a grown man off a $7 kids’ menu. Newsflash: kids eat kids meals. That’s why they’re called that. Bill came out to over $100—because surprise! I wasn’t cutting corners, I was just feeding my family. But it gets better. I called to express how uncomfortable and low-key judged I felt, and some guy named James, who claimed he was the manager, said he was “sitting next to me for his lunch” and I “didn’t have two kids with me.” First of all, creepy. Second, are you the manager or a spy in the booth next door? And third, don’t gaslight me—I know who I brought and I’m not in the business of pretending to have kids for discounted spaghetti. James proudly stood by his employee (Elizabeth) and dismissed my concerns entirely. Cool, cool. So much for “hospitaliano.” The other “manager” Macy also seconded this. Bottom line: if you’re a parent trying to feed your kids without being side-eyed or called a liar, maybe skip this Olive Garden. Take the trip to the one in Modesto. Or bring your birth certificates, just in case you need to prove kids are actually under 12.
Probably the worst Italian meal I’ve ever had. The ground beef was not broken up, the sauce was burnt, the lasagna was overcooked or over heated. The salad, ice tea, and bread sticks were good. I was a cook for 20 years so I know good food.
Went in for dinner last night for 2, there was roughly about a 25 min wait got called in shortly after so that was great ! When seated we went ahead & ordered. Food came out quickly that was also great. Unfortunately when we received a plate the noodles were undercooked, almost raw. As we sat there and ate some food our server came up and asked if we wanted boxes to go , we hadn’t even finished eating or indicated whatsoever that we were ready to leave. We then asked for to go boxes because we still had a good amount of food. He brought over the boxes & no bag. Food nor service was worth anything thinking about it now we should’ve just left & much less not tipped ,will not be coming back
I was there last saturday, january 31 at 7:30 , i order my food with a minestrone soup. But the waitress brought me another soup. I guess she got confused, but she went back. And brought me the minestrone Which was terrible? I think if they don't have an item in the restaurant. All they have to say we don't have it. And people will order something else So she bring me minestrone and soup that looks like a can of stew tomatoes it was terrible. One thing that I noticed is hardly any people in that restaurant. And this has happened to me several times bad food,, i really hope they shut down. That restaurant is a bad apple In the box, there are some pictures of my soup. And also, but the restaurant that is empty before eight o'clock on a saturday night
We ordered online, and got the email it was supposed to be ready at 3:09 pm. We called and checked in at 3:18 pm. We were the only ones waiting before cars arrived and they all got their food before us. We finally got our food 30 minutes later after I got off and asked. To make things worse, most of the food was almost cold.
Been a long time costumer of Olive Garden! Definitely loved to take my children and their children to dine at this particular location because I love the staff and how well mannered and sure to tend to my families needs. Unfortunately this last visit will be my LAST visit. While I was using the restroom, one of their female employees came to use the restroom, reeked of marijuana and did NOT wash her hands after using the restroom! A short, young Mexican lady, (Jen or Jennifer) I couldn’t see the full name tag. Very disappointing Olive Garden. Hygiene is an absolute must when handling food! Shame on the young lady handling food after a trip to the restroom!
