Good is what you would expect from Popeyes. Unfortunately on a couple of occasions my order has been incorrect or incomplete. Service is not bad but the wait can be longer than expected.

You can thanj the downfall of service to the governor Gavin Newsome with the increases in wages for fast food employees they've cut out order takers at the register. Now they're pushing everyone to use kiosk to order their food. It's hard to blame the restaurant itself, more blame goes towards the governor and the state of california. Also because of that prices have increased as well. Thank you governor. Overall, food is what you come to expect. Service has gone down due to situations explaining earlier. Prices have gone up. Still like the food, just wish better prices for the good food and better service. A plus is that they do have restrooms for customers and you could still serve your own fountain drinks which means free refills!

I ordered the 6 piece wings meal. It came with one side and a drink. I told the cashier I wanted hot fresh chicken not the chicken that has been sitting out for a while. He told me the chicken is on a 10 minute timer, and has only been sitting there under ten minutes, after the 10 minutes is up, they throw the chicken out and replace it with fresh chicken. So the timer went off. A worker came from the back, she didn’t remove the chicken that was sitting there but instead, she reset the timer. When I got my order I only traveled about 5 minutes before I started to eat my meal. The chicken was cold and dry. That meal was $12.99 with my 10% senior discount and taxes I paid $13.58. Smh. I am so disappointed. I won’t be coming to this particular location anymore.

Good fresh food the restaurant lacks customer service when not busy you are told order from the kiosk why? Because the employees are lazy incl management and doesn’t want too take your order happens quite frequently

Very slow service worker named ulises, ended up waiting about 30 minutes in store for food with mobile app order while restaurant was empty

Cashier Ulisse was very rude and was not patient while customers inquired about dipping sauce. Not to mention after he cut off me from speaking he then threw my sauces in the to go bag. Here's the icing on top off the cake the restaurant had no running water or ice so that means no fountain sodas

I ordered a 10 piece family meal and boneless wings and my husband, son and I all got sick from it. We threw the rest of the food away because we stayed up all night sick. Im not sure if it was not cooked properly or the oil was old but I was disappointed.

I just cannot understand why the kiosk does not allow you to customize the toppings on a chicken sandwich. I ended up walking to order with a staff, but they still messed up the order. I understand mistakes but it got even worse trying to contact popeyes support. There is no human to call and the AI is just horrible. The difference between in and out and all these other chains is absurd. I am not coming back

Forgot bacon on both of my sandwiches, had a horrible atmosphere in the store, floors were dirty and took an aggressive amount of time for my order. 30 dollars for two chicken sandwich combos is ridiculous.

So I came and ordered at 10:38 in the morning I was asked to use the kiosk but I told them I was placing two different orders one with cash and one with credit card the cashier was not happy mind u it was only two ppl & they was eating she was rude talking under her breath and shaking her head I left it alone & still ordered so I had to wait 20 mins for the the breast okay no problem i wait the last was in a better mode I guess and gave me my food get home and the food is old like they just reheated it smh and the beans and rice had no flavor nor did the mashed potatoes both meals where old and it wss just disappointing im so list as to how the food was noy fresh at 10:38 in the morning and on top of that she said she was making the breast fresh would not recommend this Popeyes we nibbled on it because we where at work and couldn't leave to get anything else

Everything about this visit was terrible. Rude employees, wrong order given, food cold and just shrimp tails fried together served for actual shrimp. Only redeeming quality was Popeyes corporate refunded my complete order. Popeyes is great, this location is terrible.
