Typical yummy chicken express food. Sundays apparently super slowww though. 2 small orders and an extra side, took 15 minutes and we were the only customers outside of 2 vehicles in the drive thru. I personally prefer the lindale one but if you're patient you could do this jawn

My s/o and I ate here tonight and the young Hispanic girl with glasses was working the register and was so rude to my s/o. She took 4 orders in the drive thru before even hanging him our drinks, which she handed him at a tilt like it would spill on gim. She also kept interrupting him while taking his order. We come here all the time and the original lady who works there knows us on a personal level and we were so disappointed in this service. We received our food which was great and hot as always! While eating our food, we could hear this young lady talking very rudely of my s/o and being disrespectful and cussing. I understand having bad days but this was just uncalled for.

My wife and I couldn’t make up our minds where to go for lunch. We hadn’t been to chicken express for a long time so we decided to go there. Big mistake. The chicken and crust were extremely dry and tasted old. I can’t believe that a fast food outlet would serve food like that at the price they charge. Also the inside store temperature was as cold as the outside. Had to eat with our coats on. We won’t be going back.

Ordered the #1 and they gave me extra tenders that are half cooked and cold . Corn fritters are cold

Absolute worst experience ever. I place an order online and waited to go pick it up til the expected pick up time and when I got there I was in the drive-thru for 30 minutes before I even made it to the window. Once I finally got to the window this girl proceeded to tell me my order wasn’t ready (that I placed 40 minutes ago at this point) and told me to pull up where I proceeded to wait another 10 minutes. Once they finally brought my food out the girl was very rude and my food was cold. Do not recommend this Chicken Express at all!!

The service was really slow. There was more walking talking and standing around. Took at least 15-20 minutes to get my order at the drive thru

I wish I could have left zero stars. Speaker to the drive thru didn't work, so they say. All I wanted was rolls and mashed potatoes. After 5 minutes of sitting at the window I finally lost my patience. When you get thru with playing on your phone would you mind getting the pre-made mashed potatoes and rolls that I have been eyeing balling for the last 5 minutes. There is a new Chik-Fila-A across the street where i know I'll be treated better.

Been several times over the last several months. Last several times I can’t even get an order taken at the drive through menu for at least 5 minutes. Last couple times I just left because they couldn’t be bothered. I can understand if they have a long line of cars but when I’ve been there’s only 1 car at the window. Staff appear more concerned with horsing around, being on a phone, or eating behind the counter. Terrible, terrible, terrible service.

If i could give this 0 stars I would. This is the absolute worst location my husband and I have ever been to. I'm from west Texas and this place is a complete disgrace. Staff was lazy, sitting down, many items "they were out of" that we tried to order, they have removed the drink station, so you have to bed for a drink at the counter, and all tables (and the floor) were absolutely FILTHY. I literally had to pick up trash and throw it away myself because it kept getting stuck to my shoes. We ended up taking our food to go because there was 100% open seating/no customers inside and 0 clean tables. Absolutely disgusting. Need a huge training and redo at this location. So unfortunate. Our food was gross and cold too. Waste of calories, money, fuel and time.

It's bad enough that you get seven chicken strips for $15, but you purposely rip people off, by cutting the chicken strips into two or three pieces. They're the size of chicken nuggets. They're smaller than my roll. I know times are tough but ripping people off isn't the solution. If it was an accident, a coupon or refund would be fine, but this was done on purpose to cut costs on your end. You've lost another customer for life.

It smelled like rotten trash when I walked in. The smell is almost unbearable. The cashier was very friendly, the cook in the back said he didn’t want to start his fryers back up so the customers would have to wait 30 mins. 😳 very unprofessional talking about the customers and how much food they were needing that they needed to go somewhere else because he wasn’t doing it.
