A little inconvenient location for me but I had to give it a try and when I ate the pan pizza it was delicious. Haven't had their pan pizza in a long time also the staff was great too when receiving my order. (Pic was pepperoni pan pizza)
I was shocked to find a Pizza Hut that was rated this consistently and well, especially in 2025. I got the stuffed crust Ultimate pizza and it seriously delivered. I haven't had pizza hut in years. Maybe pizza snobs will say it's not like wood fired pizza, but I have a soft spot in my heart for pan pizza which guarantees a good crust.
The absolute best! Always tastes very good and customer service is on point.

Pizza was ready 5min before expected pick up time. The crispy pepperoni and crunchy and soft crust edges was great.
Only once did I get the wrong order. Which is a big deal cause I'm used to sending food back. It just too far from my home with the other location further in opposite direction. I can't eat dairy so others remembering that is a huge deal to me.
honestly, this specific store doesn't get enough love and respect, especially being right next door to a (very long line having and overrated) Chic-Fil-A. Fast, friendly, and always prompt when ordering for contactless carry-out. 5 stars of the highest degree!
Always nice to have a delicious pizza!! Mr. Brown is always helping make sure I don’t forget anything. The other workers are helpful and always happy never a bad attitude. The love they put into the pizza and the freshness I will always continue to be a customer. (5years)
Today, I decided to switch things up and pick up my order in person instead of the usual delivery. As soon as I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the store and noticed their impressive 100 health score—definitely a sign they take pride in their space! I'm always thrilled with my orders, and this visit reinforced why I keep coming back. I can’t wait to return and enjoy another delicious meal from this fantastic location!
I loved the service! The staff were friendly and answered every question that I had. Haven't had pizza hut in awhile, especially their personal Pan pizza so I was pleasantly surprised of how good it tasted. It was hot out the oven and the price was reasonable. I give it 4 stars because they don't have the prices on the menus when you order in store.

Orders take about 15 minutes to be ready. Staff are very nice and helpful. Only. About 2 chairs are availble for customers to sit and wait for their oders to be ready.
I ordered pizzas for a party here. Got the medium pizzas deal. I showed up early and they said my order would still be ready in the next 10 minutes. I left to run an errand and came back and everything was ready. It tasted good as always. Though I was served, I didn't feel I had an excellent experience regarding the customer service experience.
I've been to this restaurant twice now, both times I requested contactless delivery to my car. The first time was terrific and everything went as expected: I ordered, let them know I arrived through their app, and had the order delivered to my car quickly. 2nd time was the polar opposite...I order, let them know I arrived through their app, and waited, and waited, and waited. After 15 minutes of waiting in my car (30 minutes after placing my order), I called the restaurant to ask if my order was ready and was told "Yeah, it is." I asked if they had forgotten about my order when it was delivered to my car and was given the typical excuse "we're very busy." I may have believed them if it weren't that I had been there for 20 minutes by then and my eyes saw differently. Lastly, the staff member started walking away, and I had to call her back so I could pay for my order. She delivered my order thinking I had already paid. Somebody with less scruples may have left without paying a additional staff training is needed. I'm averaging my 2 visits (5 star and 1 star) to give it 3 stars. My suggestion is to call them when they don't deliver your order after you let them know you have arrived.
Bread sticks and chicken sticks were dry. The wings were small, as if they came from juvenile chickens. A coworker commented that they appeared to come from parakeets because of their diminutiveness. The pizza was alright, but could have been better. The price was acceptable.
The brilliant Pizza Hut executive who thought to diminish Pizza eating culture and expectations by charging you for hot peppers and cheese (traditionally complimentary)should be publicly humiliated. Horrible idea that does irreparable damage to the pizza dining experience.
I might as well be eating the box. It’s hard to believe that Pizza Hut started the pizza revolution almost 75 years ago. My medium veggie was actually tasteless – no taste of cheese, no taste of vegetables, and no taste of sauce. Moreover, the hand-tossed crust was paper thin, and with no salt in the dough it was tasteless as well. And I usually only give good reviews. Breaks my heart.
The Pizza was a lot smaller then I thought,, and I ordered Mazzarel sticks , got bread with very little taste. So I will not order anything from this place any more nor will I let my friends or family. 30 dollars for what ? Nothing what a bunch of thevies.
I usually order from local pizza places but Pizza Hut is usually a good pizza for an unbelievable price. Screw ordering from this one. The person on the phone spoke nearly incoherently and had to relay everything i said right back to me. When i asked for a special i saw advertised on tv, they said i could only order it online. When i went to order it online, the website says this location wasn't accepting internet orders. This review isn't a knock on Pizza Hut, just this location. To Papa John's it is!
I love pizza hit pizza! I don't like when you call to order there is a service fee for Taki g a phone order. I don't like that now cheese and peppers are a dollar each. This is really ridiculous prices are extremely out of control
I Love Pizza Hut, but my family prefers Papa Johns, the one night they let me be great we were all thoroughly disappointed. We ordered through the mobile app and selected extra sauce on all 3 pizzas, standard option in the app. When we received the pizzas there was ABSOLUTELY NO SAUCE, not even the regular amount that should be on a pizza let alone extra. See if my family lets me get Pizza Hut again 🙄 the cinnamon sticks did not come with any icing…clearly the kids favorite part. The pizza was poorly cut on all 3 pizzas and the bread tasted old, an overall very underwhelming experience.
Placed an online order through the actual Pizza Hut website on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 @ 2:37pm from 4715 Jonesboro Rd Union City, GA 30291. I might have been too excited for the order because it never arrived. The delivery window was set for 3:00pm - 3:07pm. It is currently 4:52pm. I guess the workers said, “your back did not need to grow any bigger.” I received a notification that my order will arrive at 5:24pm. Thank for the hard, overcooked meal. Also, stop allowing the customer service representative to accept orders by phone If the store is struggling to fulfill its orders why add 10 more without knowing the store’s current performance issues.
Most of the staff are great. The manager was on his phone and did not help any customers. It has a dining area but you are not really able to dine in. There is no linger a soda fountain, and there seems not to be any servers. They do have a small almost of 20 oz sodas and 2 liters. My wife and I were hoping to dine in but since there was limited drink options we carried it out.
My worst experience at this pizza hut location. I tried to use my rewards for a free item, but they didn't have that item or any substitutes available. I asked for accommodations so I could get another item of similar value for free or even with a price difference. I was told "That's not a compromise. You can come another day when we have the item." I have frequently filled out the curbside delivery option. NEVER. NOT ONCE, has it been delivered upon. I have to call. At this location they can see you pull up and park in curbside parking. I stopped filling it out. But on this visit, "I'll do it this time but you need to fill it out.", as if it's doing me a favor. If I have to fill it out, then call, then give you the car information over the phone, that's redundant. Lastly, the prices have gone up drastically in the new year and they cut the deals off that I used the most. Let's all be real, it's pizza hut. It's not high-quality artisan pizza made by an Italian chef. Where do you get off charging these types of prices? I'll make my own pizza from now on, it's a better experience. Bonus: they have a potentially racist voicemail. I have it recorded. Ask them about their "chicken wing" song.
Way over priced, skimped in the toppings, didn't honor local commercial deals for a local game, 30.00 for a 2 topping cheese stuffed crust pizza that was advertised as 14.99! Tried to order it online first but it wouldn't give the advertised price. Chuck E Cheese pizza is better tasting and priced. Happy to drive there anytime. Pizza Hut falsely advertised. The employee behind the counter (male) was well aware of our issue. He said it happens all day every day and he gets yelled at. He offered a free soda which we declined. Said his owner is aware but doesn't care about not honoring any deals.
You know that saying where even bad pizza still tastes good? This Pizza Hut can't even do that. Our Pizza Hut closed a couple of years ago and this one is the next closest one. First time we ordered here they gave us the wrong pizza. Whatever, mistakes happen, but even then the pizza could have been better. Second time it just wasn't that great of a pizza either, but I figured just depends on the staff. Gave them another chance because I was craving it so bad (I grew up on Pizza Hut!), and now I'm completely giving up on this place. Barely any sauce or cheese on the pizza, and the bread sticks were over cooked and had nothing on them- except two on the end that may have had butter spilled on it by accident, by the looks of it. I hope this is not the new Pizza Hut standard! We have leftovers in the fridge and I don't think either of us have any desire to eat the pizza or bread sticks. That's a sad pizza when even I don't want the leftovers. So freaking disappointed with you guys! Guess we're full time Domino's customers now! Maybe I'll try a Pizza Hut if we travel, but it better be better than this place! I miss my old Pizza Hut! I'm done!
I just called up there and ask bout my order because it says it was dropped off but nobody got money from me and nothing is outside and I called and I dude answered and I told them I have not got my order and he said it would be on its way but did not ask me anything about my order did not ask my name or nothing just said it would be on the way but it’s pasted the time it was supposed to be here
Let’s be clear: this wasn’t a bad day. This was a masterclass in how not to run a restaurant. The drive-thru might as well be a prop. I pull up and I’m told they’re “short-staffed,” so I can either order online or come inside. Translation: We don’t feel like doing our jobs, so you’ll need to adjust. Fine. Red flag number one. I go inside and place my order, and I am extremely deliberate—because I already know how this usually goes—that I do not eat pork. I ask for a Supreme with only the pork removed, leaving beef and vegetables. I say it slowly. I say it clearly. I say it politely. Multiple times. Twenty minutes later, what they hand me looks like a Totino’s pizza that’s been reheated for punishment. The cheese layer is so thin you can literally see the crust underneath like it’s wearing transparent makeup. The toppings were insulting—so few green peppers I could count them on one hand. And there was no meat whatsoever, meaning the beef somehow vanished along with the pepperoni. Dry. Pale. Joyless. This pizza had given up on life and honestly looked like it had been sitting out since the lunch rush—or yesterday. When I point out there’s no meat, I’m told, “You said take the meat off.” No. I said take the pork off. Pepperoni is pork. Beef is beef. This is not advanced culinary theory. This is basic comprehension. At that point, I’m done. I ask for a refund because there is no scenario where I’m eating this. Instead of going to the register, the employee disappears into the back… and I can physically see them making another pizza. Because apparently, when someone says “refund,” this location hears “double down.” I stop her again and ask where my refund is. She tells me they’re making me another pizza. I tell her—again—that I do not want another pizza. If it’s going to look anything like the first dry, barely-topped, freezer-aisle failure, I am absolutely not interested. Just give me my money back. They continue making the pizza anyway. Only after the manager finally comes out do I get the refund. By that point, I don’t want notes, apologies, explanations, or a remake. I don’t trust the food, I don’t trust the process, and I definitely don’t trust the communication. From the very beginning, the attitude was loud and clear: I don’t want to be here, and you’re inconveniencing me by ordering food. And let me be perfectly clear—I am not starving. I’m not missing any meals. I can very easily walk away from a below-average, low-effort, dry personal pan pizza that someone is oddly determined to force on me like it’s charity. Horrible customer service. Embarrassing food quality. Zero listening skills. Zero accountability. If this is the standard at this location, do yourself a favor and keep driving. This place is not worth your money, your time, or your appetite. If this location were my first experience with Pizza Hut, I’d assume the brand had completely given up.
⭐ 1 Star (If I could give zero, I would.) The Pizza Hut in Union City/Jonesboro is honestly the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Not just the worst Pizza Hut—quite literally the worst place you could choose for food of any kind. Simple instructions seem impossible for this location. If you request something to be held, you’ll get extra. Ask for light sauce, you’ll get it drowning. Want it well done? Expect it undercooked and doughy. It’s like they read every order and intentionally do the opposite. What blows my mind is how this place is still in business. Every visit feels like an exercise in frustration, and even when the mistakes are completely on their end, management shows zero interest in making things right. No remake, no apology—just indifference. Save yourself the headache, the disappointment, and the wasted money. PASS on this Pizza Hut. I definitely will never be back.
I came here to order a pizza how ever no one ever came up to the front to take my order. I seen/ heard to black men talking in the back they didn’t even acknowledge me or say will be with you in a few. I just stood there . I end up leaving . I can see why these fast food places closing down
This Pizza Hut (4715 Jonesboro Rd, Union City) is the worst location I’ve ever been to. The manager Albert (“Tink”) is rude, disrespectful, and constantly runs coworkers away. Employees are always outside smoking, ignoring customers, and pocketing cash without ringing orders into the system. Some customers even come in asking for certain workers because they know their money will be taken and the order won’t be entered. They sell $60–$70 worth of food for $20–$35 and keep the money, hand out personal phone numbers, and customers show up for food that doesn’t exist. On top of that, staff have rolled weed on Pizza Hut boxes in the kitchen, and the police have been called to this store multiple times. Kiyanna has other workers doing her manager duties and has even asked customers for liquor. The only good thing is Mr. Brownie, the GM — he tries to help — but Albert is still kept around just because he knows how to make pizzas. That doesn’t change the fact that the reviews are awful and the store is completely unprofessional, unsafe, and unsanitary.
This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever tried to order from. Called and placed an order and was told 30-45 minutes. Waited an hour and called to check on my order and was told it was sent for delivery. After waiting two hours I called back to check and was told the pizza just left. Sounded like a bunch of kids having a party and cutting up on the phone not dealing with their customers. After 3 hours of the pizza not showing up I gave up and ordered from elsewhere
I had a very disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut. The manager, Albert, displayed a poor attitude and seemed unconcerned about customer issues. Items I had ordered were unavailable, and the substitutions provided were of noticeably poor quality. Instead of working with me to find a reasonable solution, I was expected to accept whatever they chose to give me. This lack of customer care and unwillingness to resolve the situation made the entire experience frustrating and a waste of time.
It’s 1am. Order on Uber at 11pm. Was notified my order was accepted and being prepared and being picked up. Delivery driver kept changing. After waiting 1 hr & 1/2 called just to hear they apparently “never received” my order and that it just came in but couldn’t see what I ordered. Shady business. Then had to wait longer before uber would let me cancel the order without being charged for “their time”. Blew my appetite and my mood. Just order anywhere else in the area at night.
Toppings were missing on my pizza called whoever answered the phoneClearly you did not care. Didn’t offer an apology or anything considering I couldn’t come back up there at the moment but I paid extra for something I did not get: Who was good still customer service definitely needs working on
I really hate to do this!! But we have to do better. I pull up to the window and there are about 5 employees DIRECTLY on the side of the pick up window smoking weed (the smell filled my car) also smoking black n milds etc. then I get my food, I paid for extra cheese, my pizza was missing about half the regular amount of cheese. I also paid for extra sausage. I asked her to remake it, then changed my mind due to the irritation she had and then watching the other employees directly next to my car smoking STILL i just said nvm. I didn’t trust them to remake it. I told the lady that it was unprofessional to have those employees there smoking. At least they should go in the back or out of site. This completely turned my away from this location FOREVER! Management need to fix this. WE have to do better! I am so embarrassed for US ✊🏾 😞 Update: the pizza tasted so bad, I couldn’t eat it!
This is the worst Pizza Hut in my life!!!!! They need to close this location DOWN or get a WHOLE. New crew !! Pizza was not good what I ordered which was a pan pizza also order wings and the girl with the nasty attitude want to try had charge me a $1 for ranch!! Are you serious.. I will be going to Marco pizza from now on!!
If I placed an order online for carryout, I expect it to be ready within the 15 to 20 minute timeframe! Why should I have to go through the drive thru THREE different times to get the correct food that I PRE-ORDERED. It doesn't take OVER an hour to make an order. Plus, my food was cold!!! If I have to wait 20 minutes to get to the DT window then get told to go back around because the kitchen needs 20 more minutes, WHY IS THE FOOD COLD?! The quality of this place has truly fallen as a long time resident & customer!!! I don't even think I got an original pan pizza like I asked for & the chicken alfredo pasta was DRY as hell! The only thing really edible was the cheesesticks. I've tried to call & complain but line is busy.
