I patronize this location 4-5 times a week……I pull up to speaker and hear : “ Hey buddy , double cheese and large lemonade! Sometimes I throw him off with fish but that burger is top notch !

My wife and I, were waiting for her Uber Eats pickup and the young ladies kept telling us it was coming. We had only been waiting a few minutes. When the order was ready and handed to us. They have Us two free ice cream cones for our wait. Nobody ever gives us anything. That was so nice and so appreciated.

Trinitys bday celebration included an ice cream treat. They didn't have pup cups but I improvised.

The one bad thing was the hot dog sucks they can do better in the quality

Food was fine. The guy at the drive thru was a bit strange, but friendly enough. One of the only fast food places in the area, so it's not like we have good alternatives.

Always love the service. They make me laugh every time I come here. My only issue is it takes so long if you order food, so I really don't order food I always just get ice cream. Not to take a way from the taste of the food because it is good but just takes too long.

That is fing perfection. This location has some issues sometimes, but damn they nailed my order this morning and they deserve the praise.

The food was fresh wasn’t many ppl there but the food was still fresh I don’t think you can go in you have to order at the drive through because a young group of ladies walked in the drive thru just to order before they asked if they wanted to come in so I order

I usually have a good experience here, but today we ordered two bacon burgers, but the bacon was almost raw. There was no way you could eat it that way, and I'm glad we caught it before we bit into it. I added a photo. Blizzards are great here, but honestly the prices are getting so high, you can't go just anytime that you would like.

The Blizzard with Oreo Cookie crumbles and peanut butter sauce has been my favorite for decades and still hits the spot today. You get exactly what you're looking for. Be aware that sometimes this location operates as a drive-thru only and closes the dining area.

Their food is always super hot and fresh, but the last two times I've been all the staff members I've seen have had their masks down past their chin.

The inside was closed they don't have any picnic tables outside and you only able to go to the drive-thru so it's kind of hard if you're driving and trying to eat ice cream so they have good food but as far as eating it is a hassle they had like a bunch of people there on the inside working so I don't know why they're inside it's still closed

I got the crispy chicken sandwich and it was justbok nothing special. The lettuce was from the inter part and the slice tomato wasn't even a full round slice and my bun had mayonnaise on parts of the top side!

I'm curious of how often the ice cream machine is cleaned? Also, I purchased a banana split to be eaten later, placed it in my freezer. Later, that evening I noticed the ice cream appeared to look like dry ice? I threw it away.

Received my food in a timely manner but the staff was slightly rude because THEY ran out of atleast 3 items on the menu. Had to change my order several times.

Great hot food. Onion rings outstanding! They are stingy with the ketchup! People need more than two packets. Also the customer service 😩 Do BETTER with customer service and you'll be the best fast food in the area...

Prices have really gone up. I spent almost $15 for a footlong chili slaw dog, small onion rings and a banana split (which did not include nuts & cherry). Cashier needs way more better hygiene. Food still good though.

Service is slow, but the dilly bars save the day. A cantankerous owner manager, but that's his style and he's a great guy. The women that work there, however, are pretty wonderful.

Food was just OK, not what I expected from a DQ restaurant based on past visits from other locations. Guy taking order was hard to understand and seemed distracted by something. Location is not the greatest as well. I would maybe give it a second try though.

We come here once in a while to get ice cream. Majority of the time the service is fine. But, last night we go at the same time as usual which is just before 9:30. We have come here at that time and never had an issue. They are supposed to close at 10. We show up over 30 minutes before they close. We pull up and they act like they don’t see us. There’s a man right there but he won’t even look at us. Another lady made eye contact with me and then looked back down. Their sign is still on says open, but they were being lazy and didn’t want to serve us. The man who is usually there (who I think owns it) wasn’t there. Maybe that’s why we got terrible service. Either way, workers were being lazy. UPDATE: one year later. Still same issue. But now I show up at 9 and they are closed. Don’t know what their issue is but it’s ridiculous. If you are going to close before ten then your times need to be fixed!!

The dining room at this location is closed so I had to order at the drive-thru window. I ordered 2 chili slaw dogs... Horrible! The hot dogs were burnt & old, like they had been sitting for a while. The sweet tea is NOT SWEET!!! The service wait time is way too slow! There's no way I should have been in the drive-thru for 15 minutes And.... Their prices are too expensive. $12 for 2 chili cheese slaw dogs, a medium sweet tea (that wasn't sweet) & a small cookie blizzard, which was $5!!! WTH?!?! See, this is why I don't eat out!! Ridiculous!

The chicken taste like grease but the fries were delicious not to greasy and not too much salt. There shake was delicious too. The service does need put there mask on, especially if the man is at the window and he is spitting when he talks

Stopped in for a quick blizzard here at dairy queen. The store was closed, and the drive thru was slow. The service was okay, but as always the blizzards were bomb.

The cashier seem to be annoyed her hygiene wasn't apart her uniform was dirty and she had dandruff all in her hair I thought it was lice( crabs) at first I was looking for it to start move it was so much she was kind of creepy and weird looking !! and they didn't put enough sauce on my Spicy Sweet tenders!!! 😒

Why isn't anyone working inside wearing a mask? I went through drive thru and they were nice enough, but looking inside not a single employee was wearing a mask. Not even incorrectly. Sad I can't go here anymore.

So we went to dairy queen to simply get some lunch; while making our order, the man on the speaker was being very rude towards us for no reason, we asked," why are you being so rude," and he responded," I'm rude to everybody.

Not the best cheeseburger around. Worst Orange Julius I have ever had. Good thing that school is next door or this place would go out of business.

Drive tru only. I ordered a large blizzard and it was handed to me upside down like it should be. I drove away and took a few bites then realized that the cup had air pockets in it and I did not get all of the ice cream that I had wanted and paid for.

This restaurant has extremely poor customer service as well as condescending service demeanor. The slushies I purchased had particles in them from the machine, in addition to ice cream candy sprinkes. They did replace the slushy's; however, it was done so with an attitude; even when they were shown the particles that were in the drinks. I don't belive that I will patronize this place again.

This place seems to be a hit or miss when ordering through doordash. Sometimes the food is fresh mostly it's old. But this place NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! I just wanted to call and make sure I get fresh food this time because I definitely love this place. Its just been a huge disappointment lately 😕

Horrible spicy chicken sandwich couldn't finish it...raggedy drive thru and parking lot...I will never visit the location again.

Their customer service really sucks some times. They seem to have a real attitude when you ask a question or say something they don't understand. Maybe it's the language barrier, but if they said please and thank you or even just smiled some times it'd be nice and more people would come back.

Ordered Barbeque pork sandwich, afterwards they informed me they were out of that item. Had to settle for a hamburger. Meat tasted old, got sick, after eating. Didn't eat entire burger. I won't be eating any food from this Dairy Queen anymore. The ice cream is okay.

This is the third time I've tried this location. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, strike 3. Waited almost 20 mins in drive thru with only 3 cars in front of us. Strawberry malted milk shake...no malt and no shake. It was a light pink vanilla milk. Sorry guys.

I don't know if they just don't want to UPDATE their menu PRICES or deceive people on purpose! Because the drive thru menu board reflects one price and don't give you your total until you drive around and be totally Surprised with $2 to $3 more added to the cost you thought that you were paying! Not to mention they don't open up on the time they are do to open! If my mom really didn't want to try their burgers. I myself would've left! My friend and I ordered 2 medium blizzards. The clerk repeated the order back to us and we confirmed it was all correct. At the window we paid and she handed us 1 small and 1 medium. We told her we ordered 2 mediums and she said we didn't but we absolutely did and it was confirmed. She had serious attitude and charged us the extra. We just wanted to get out of there so we complied despite her mocking my friend.

Order large blizzard $6.95. I received a milk shake. The top was frozen with strawberry and chocolate. I inserted the Red Spoon toward the bottom my spoon returned with milk. The cashier didn't put on gloves to make my blizzard she went from money to food.

Usually I have a good experience here. Whoever was taking my order, wasn't paying attention to what I was saying. I had to keep repeating myself and the meal I got was a BBQ cheeseburger vs the chicken strip meal that I asked for. They kept trying to give me a sundae instead of the cone and blizzard I wanted. By the time I realized we got the wrong food, we were already halfway to our destination. Do better please.

Me and my homie always at this DQ cause it's right down the street from the job. But they should be ashamed. We asked if the gravy for the tenders was thick cause if it wasn't we would order something else. She said it was thick. We ordered tenders and an extra gravy. The gravy was cold and watery. And the chocolate was so thin on the dipped cone was asked it to be double dipped. She said the chocolate was too hot to dip again. We got a refund for the ice cream and they remade the tender box. It's always something here !

The guy who's making an order sounds like a robot, not too friendly and the chicken I order is hard seemed like it has been reheated or cooked twice. I just went to get a quick meal since we are driving back to cali and this dairy queen location isn't very exciting place to get a quick meal.

Don't know if this individual was an employee or manager... Extremely rude and impatient. Customer service very poor. Served food and condiments bare handed. Exposed... no bag, hands touching condiments. Will not return to this particular location again.

Horrible service....paid for a Crispy Chicken and was given 2 chicken tenders instead. When i confronted the situation i got brushed off and told i was getting a deal because the chicken was actually smaller than the tenders. Mindful there is a 3pc tender meal cheaper than this 2pc he subsituted for my Crispy Chicken. After customers noticed he had no gloves or professionalism they started to leave. This is when he threw the difference in quaters in my wifes hands. We just left and vowed to never eat here again. This is definently an embarsement to the DQ

The food was horrible. The dressing for the chicken strip was old. And not only that they get mad if you ask them for anything you need for your meal. Like wow. Smh

Racist fcks, as i sit in my car im watching this shyt unfold. I had an issue with my food and the mgr im assuming let me and fixed the issue with complications of course. But nonetheless a black guy pulled up with me and was denied entrance despite it wasn't 9pm when the lobby closes,, according to the sign notated on the door. Sitting here eating my food, a white man pulls up and walk to the door and the mgr sees the man comes from behind the counter to let him in. He ordered and left. So why was the black man denied? Explain?

Woman at drive thru misunderstood my blizzard order and when I told her she refused switch it out after telling her I’ll pay the difference. She returned to the window requesting I hand her the blizzard back (yes, during covid) In which it fell when she tried snatching it. She refused me any service as I refused to get out of line. An older gentleman with bloody teeth came to charge me the up charge for the original flavor I asked for. While waiting for my order the lady constantly gave rude stares slamming the drive thru window Numerous times as I was talking to the guy making my new blizzard with the original flavor. I also received greasy and lousy packaged food that taste as if it’s been in old grease. I do good reviews all the time but this time it’s deserving of it. Will be uploading a picture of my meal fresh out the bag.

Had a horrific experience there tonight. I told the clerk my order she completely got it wrong and made me go back around the building behind 5 other cars to wait on a sandwich. With 4 ice creams in the car that were also apart of my order. It’s safe to say that all the icecream had melted by the time I made it back around for the sandwich 30 mins later

Man at the window was rude. I ordered a cakesation... Picture has cake, berries, and ice cream. I received a cup fill of ice cream with two tiny pics of cake on top and sprinkled with chocolate. I said that the menu does not inform the customer that there is chocolate on it and I don't want chocolate on mine. He yells at me that I should have told him before he made it. He remakes it but tried to punish me by leaving out the cake... I guess I'm supposed to be clairvoyant... Just for no reason.

Wanted ice cream walked over to DQ. Store sign states dinning room closes at 830. Lies. it’s 752 and they won’t let me in to order ice cream.

The store manager took my order. He proved to be one of the rudest and annoying people I've ever encountered in the food business. He snapped at me when I responded 'extra pickles' to his repeat of my order. "I don't need you to tell me two times!! I said, to him "Don't be offended." He carried on his little tirade. I really should have just turned and walked out the door, however, I really wanted a sandwich having passed by Chick-fil-A because of crowded lot. This notion was further affirmed by my food. This chicken sandwich was just awful!! It was a small piece of tasteless meat sandwiched in a load of mayonnaise drowning out lettuce and tomato. However, they got the extra pickles right. I would have to be hard pressed, under coercion for ice cream and riding with someone else to even consider returning to this place. The proprietor, needs to go home, and leave the business to someone that won't sully Dairy Queens image.

Ordered thru drive thru. Took forever. Ordered a 6 piece chicken strip meal. Got 4. No bread. Cold fries. 2 blizzards. Got both but both Oreo. Ordered Oreo ans brownie. They are very rude there.

I went through the drive thru. It took 7 mins before my order was recieved. It took another 10 mins before my food was given to me. The deluxed cheeseburger was overcooked and excessively dry. Very little ketchup or mayo was placed on the sandwich. A few pieces of shredded cheddar cheese was put on the sandwich instead of a slice of cheese. Above all, the cheeseburger and fries were cold!!!! The fries were tiny and hard. Additionally, the staff moved lethargically and was not friendly.

Wow very angry old man running this place. Threw my food at his wife because I returned it because it was wrong and had hair. Kills him to give extra fudge on a sundae even though I paid for it. Not extra at all compared to other DQ's. He wanted a quarter for another pump of fudge. Lol..

The absolute WORST Dairy Queen I have ever visited. I should have known by the odd smell that hit you at the door. I asked for a blizzard and they brought me back as a soupy mess. When I told them that was not a blizzard they had an attitude with me. UNPROFESSIONAL! Do not spend your money here. I wish I had listened to all the bad reviews.

The Burgers we're BURNT Up and DRY. WOWWW!!! Never will I eat here again Yuck!!!! I'm feeling sick on my stomach, that's crazy!!! I should have taken the food back to the counter after a few bites. Don't go here... they dropped a my pretzels on the ground and tried to give it to me. They don't wear gloves.Their fingers stay in their mouths. I tried to give a second chance but this is it!! The white gravy dipping sauce is disgusting! It’s like they put water in it to stretch it. It’s the consistent of milk! Also the “toast” was not toasted and the fries were cold. I am beyond frustrated. I definitely should have looked in the box. Complete waste of money! Again this same thing happened on last visit when I ordered the same thing. Won’t be going back. Will have to drive all the way up to Roosevelt Hwy.

Door's are pretty much always locked. Drive thru is always extremely full and very long wait. Hard to dine in with doors locked, kid friendly couldn't tell they want let you in. This was about 5 pm to 5:40.

They were rude and nasty too me. I came in and ordered. I wasn't greeted when I walked in. The employees clearly walked back and forth and never acknowledged me. I had to say something to them. All of the staff was teenagers even the young black manager. I come here all the time and the day time manager never would allow the things that happen on the weekend. This was absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had at Dairy Queen. Then cashier was very pleasant. But the manager on duty made it very unpleasant to grab my ice cream and my food from him. His mouth was full of something brown. IDK 🤷🏾‍♀️ … my ice cream was the same color so I’m not to sure what was going on there. But this is NOT OKAY. NOT ACCEPTABLE and I will be reporting to the nearest board of health about this. I actually would never like to ice cream again from ANYWHERE. I am traumatized.

This is the worse DQ I’ve ever went too!! The Indian people here are nasty. They got roaches in the bathroom and I saw a rat while I was in the drive thru! They messed up my food then I went back for the replacement like they told me to and they don’t want to replace it. Then they were super rude about it. Update: 8/24/24 How do you have a 96 score but melted ice cream and ice cream cones? Very disgusting. They need to shut this location down and start over. People at drive thru that take your order have nasty attitude. You shouldn't have a job dealing with customers that pay your salary. As customers we deserve service with a pleasant attitude and a smile.

This was the worst experience ever. I ordered two kid meals and whole i was driving home I noticed my chicken was hot and chewy. Well well well my tenders were hot and raw. I’m pregnant and just so upset with myself for not checking the chicken before biting into it. I pray 🙏🏾 all is well with the baby and please make sure you check your food. It’s very saddening and I would have been totally fine with pulling over to wait on my meal to cook properly. On a good note my two year old food was cooked to standard.

This dairy always closes early. They say close at 10. Got there 9:25 they say are close. How do you close a half hr early? Post what your actual hrs are so people dont waste their time. This isnt the first time either but tonight i had to write a review.

The server was extremely rude, got my order incorrect, and served me melted icecream to me and my toddlers. He also didnt fill the cup all the way with the typical dairy queen swirl then proceeded to shoo me away . Very disappointed

I just left this place. I waited in the long drive thru . I get up to the window and try to place my order. The older gentle was very irate from the start. I could barely understand what he was saying. I tried to place my order and could not. Either he didn't understand me or I didn't understand him. I just left and went somewhere else. As I drove by the pickup window. He gave me a mean look. I understand that he might have been busy and short of workers but. If he gets so irate that he can't communicate with the customer. He should have stayed at home.

ZERO STARS!!! I walked into this restaurant about 630. The older lady was standing at the counter. Didn’t say a word to me. I didn’t know what I wanted at the moment. but that shouldn’t stopped customer service. Nobody in that store say one word to me so I proceeded to walk out. I didn’t order even though I was hungry! I’d rather spend my money somewhere else I’m at least appreciated to be there with customer service. I wouldn’t even gave them this one star if it was an option. IT WASNT EVEN NO ONE INSIDE! Nor busy!

Disappointed to say the least. We ordered a cupfection, chili dog & misty freeze. Everything tasted old and stale. The freeze tasted like water with barely any syrup. The bread on the chili dog was so old. We’re definitely not coming back to this location. You’d be better off spending your $$ elsewhere

The operator of this unit had crappy refrigeration, everything is melted. The ice milk tastes icy, not creamy. Buster bars are literally melted. No brand equity inspections, obviously. Sad, what would Warren say?

I have been going to this DQ for a decade. Great friendly service! Until I tried to use the app this evening. Ordered food, credit card charged. Order in the app, receipt in email. Drive to location and my order isn't in the system. But instead of any assistance, or providing me with written proof so I could charge back with my credit card. I kept being told to call a number NOT listed here OR on the DQ website. I am not sure if I was scammed or not. But I still have a pending order, down $18, and the woman working the window was extremely rude like it was my fault. Lost a loyal customer. Will be going out of my way to College Park location from now on. And you all always commented about how sweet my dog is. Sucks a lot! Lost a loyal customer.

I love Dairy Queen but sadly I won’t be going to this location anymore. There’s an older woman that is managing this place and she is one of the rudest people I’ve encountered since being in East Point! She will randomly charge you for things that are free when anyone else is working. She stealing peoples money at this point! I really like Dairy Queen. Used them three times with Uber Eats. 1st time was great. 2nd time I asked for bacon with extra bacon ( Applewood) got bacon, but no extra. Tried them again tonight. NO BACON AT ALL AND PAID FOR EXTRA BACON. Used the same order I had originally placed. Double checked it. It had been warmed with lettuce, mayo , jalapeño and onion. I took a picture. NEVER AGAIN…. I was soooo hungry. And disappointed.

This place is shear trash! I was very tired after working a 12 hour shift and didn't care to wait in a long line for food. I remembered this spot but forgot my last experience where I brought the food back because it was trash. My food was reheated and terrible. The breaded chicken was mealy and although the onion rings smelled good. The onion was cooked through like they had reheated..terrible. The only reason I didn't take it back again but I was too sleepy.
