Everything was pretty good. Nuggets are smaller than I remember, barely enough with fries for my 7 year old. Sandwich was cooked well n tasted good just also looked a little small. Maybe they're non-gmo chickens, or maybe they're baby chickens, idk. That's really my only complaint. Lemonade was too sweet honestly. Service was fast and friendly. No place to sit here.

I was taking a trip and was hungry from traveling and not eating. I saw this huge line and Chick-fil-A and decided to join the crowd. The formation of a crowd usually indicates the food is good. Typically, I don’t go to Chick-fil-A a lot because the lines are always long but I went today after the crowds dwindled a little. I got a chicken biscuit and a bacon-egg-cheese biscuit. Both were good but the chicken taste was unique to the signature flavor of the sandwiches served for lunch and dinner. I love Chick-fil-A for its consistency and quality. I ordered on Wednesday night just before closing and my food was so gross honestly. It was so overdone I ate two bites of my nuggets and fries and then threw it away. Luckily, my peppermint shake was still good. I wish they would have taken more time to check the quality of food than hand it to me so quickly but it was not good. I’m a long time fan of Chick-fil-A so I was surprised to see the declining quality.

IF you’re looking to get points on your Chick-fil-A App, YOU WONT!!!! Also I asked for a chicken sandwich no pickle and cheese and they loaded it up with lettuce and tomatoes. The wait was horrendous, and kinda irritated I can’t collect the $70 worth of points on my app. I would have went somewhere else. Under the address, there should be a store number and there is not.

I was very surprised and disappointed at the service at this Chick-fil-a location. Ordinarily, this chain provides the very best customer service. Sadly, this was not my experience at the ARL Concourse C location. The food was fine, but the order was completely wrong and the order taker was not paying attention and was clearly uninterested in getting it right.

I ordered from Charley's Cheesesteak on 8/13/25 at approximately 1:34pm. Passengers are coming through from various destinations. I'm not going to go through all of the details. The cashier was okay until she said, "my goodness", because I did not readily identified the flavors of the sauce for the boneless chicken. She actually said, "what flavor?" after I ordered the boneless chicken. 🙄 did she mean what flavor chicken nuggets or sauce? After some dialog, and me reviewing the sign, then I noticed that the flavors of sauce was in a different location; not next to the children's menu. I asked for Barbecue. Arriving back to my section and going through the bag, there's no BBQ sauce. I return with the one children's box in my hand, maybe I overlooked the sauce on the counter. While looking, the female server ask,"miss what are you looking for?" and also commenting,"I don't have time for this" after I tell her and she then hands me the sauce. On a positive note, the gentleman who was cooking up the orders displayed a positive attitude and the lady who handed me my bag was pleasant. That's why I gave a two instead of a one. Customer service training is recommened.

Bad experience. My wife and I have been here twice in the last fortnight, as we entered and left the US. Let me start by saying we both love Chick-fil-A and have only had wonderful experiences in every other restaurant we've visited. Firstly the wait, it's a good bit longer than normal for a chick-fil-a. This store is very chaotic behind the counter, orders getting messed up, food getting cold while the staff laugh and joke around. The customer do not laugh. The second time we were here they ran out of the spicy chicken. Ten minutes after our order we were informed the spicy chicken would be 4 mins. About 15 minutes later our order finally arrived. But it came without any fries at all. We had both ordered deluxe meals, so I went back to get our fries. Another 5 minute wait ensued and I was given 1 portion of fries. At that point I gave up, I'd had enough. Some of the staff here are rude, something I've never, ever seen at a chick-fil-a. Also both times it was the same girl reading out names for orders, she appears to struggle to read, as names like Kyle, Isaac, Jesus and Sally all troubled her and only made the service slower and more frustrating.

I like chick fil a, and idk if it was because it was during breakfast/the morning rush, but I've never been to such a disorganized restaurant. So many people were scattered around the restaurant, and you can tell that they were confused and waiting for a good while for their food. Employees were ok, but you could easily tell that they were worn out/frustrated, and I waited over 20 minutes for an iced coffee but yet got my food within 10 minutes. I'm probably never going back to this location, especially if it's busy. I don't know if the cfa location in terminal A is any better, but I doubt it. My advice is to avoid this cfa location in terminal c if it's busy, especially if you don't have a lot of time before boarding for your flight ends. The food itself was pretty descent, though.

It’s a bizarre reality that the Chick-fil-A in the Atlanta airport manages to fail at the one thing the brand is famous for: being nice. Anywhere else, you get "my pleasure" and a smile, but in ATL, you get an attitude that makes you feel like you’re a burden for wanting a chicken sandwich. The service culture in the U.S. has basically become a "race to the bottom" where the staff feels entitled to be apathetic, and the customers are just expected to deal with it. When you compare that to a place like Tokyo’s Haneda or Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi, it’s a total embarrassment. In those airports, the staff actually moves with a sense of urgency and respect. They don’t "lazy walk" or roll their eyes when you point out a mistake. They fix it, apologize, and treat you like a human being. The problem is that ATL has become a monopoly for bad behavior. They know they have the highest foot traffic in the world, so they don’t have to compete for your business. They hire people who clearly don't want to be there, pay them just enough to show up, and the result is a toxic environment where getting your order wrong is somehow "your fault." It’s a systemic lack of pride that has turned one of the busiest hubs in the world into a massive reminder of how far U.S. standards have fallen Terrible! Awful!! Shameful!!! .

Appalling customer service. Not a single word of courtesy was used, and I was treated as an inconvenience to the day of the staff. NOT the Chick Fil A standard I’ve come to expect.

That was the worst service I've ever had at a chick-fil-a in my life. It's sad because it doesn't matter to what location I have to gone before the service was always a highlight. But hey at least the food is always good.

Somehow even with a very long line the food was old and tasted like it was sitting in the window for hours. Worst chick-fil-a ever. Just like the rest of the food at ATL airport the special ingredient is hate.

I was not impressed at all with the food I received from this location. I was in a hurry because I was in Atlanta as an overlay for my flight back home to Detroit, and I had very little time to spare before my next flight. I did my best to keep my order simple, so I ordered two chicken sandwiches. But the sandwiches were not that great at all. The buns were old and getting on the soggy side. The chicken was not even crispy like it should have been. It had a burned taste to it.
