Went there for dinner with my family and it was a pleasure . The waiters (Daneiel and Jaime) were very polite and helpful about what to order. Service was quick which is very important when you come with hungry kids. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. We had the Dorado fish, pear salad, butternut squash soup and Portobello mushrooms with sauteed veggies and mozzarella. The penne a la vodka too. Everything was very tasty and nicely presented. The place was pretty crowded when my friends and I got there, but the staff managed to swiftly make ample room for us. We were treated with respect and were given assistance when needed. The food was absolutely delicious and aromatic! Just looking at the food made my stomach grumble as I piled my plate. I will definitely be coming here in the future with others!

We had a party of 12 during a busy time on a Sunday afternoon. 5 stars! The food choices and the presentation were excellent. The extensive menu ranged from Israeli specialties to sushi to mac 'n cheese to magnificent salads, so everyone - from the 3-year-old to the 72-year-old - found something delicious to order. The biggest problem we had was deciding what selections to make. The wait staff were all engaging and professional. Also, we had a beautifully-presented birthday desert. Would we return on another occasion or just for a meal? Most definitely!

Good quality food, yes a bit pricey but things are pricey these days. Especially if you want good quality food. I don't mind paying when we go out if the food is good and fresh. It makes it worth it. But this place hands down is a gem. Love it.

My daughter goes to the gymnastics across the street from this place . My husband and I decided to stop for a coffee . We never heard of this place .Omg the food is fresh and their coffees to die for . I have to say the services is very slow they need more people but is not because they are not attentive you the customer is because this place get packed . I give them a five start because even though the services is slow the people who work there have a great attitude .

I haven't tasted cod that was as fresh as the food was when I was a child. The price may seem high, but the portions are really large, and I've never felt cheated by the specials. The service was courteous, and the ice cream is absurdly good. Despite never having eaten there, I hope that it continues to be a neighborhood mainstay for many years to come. Since I'm not Jewish or Israeli, I considered it to be a great privilege to try Israeli food. Thank you.

Beat restaurant I ever been to. What a professional, kind, sweet waiter ! What an amazing service and more importantly what an amazing tasting food !!! Omg the drinks and food was heaven. I had to finish my yummy pasta and coffee there !! Portion size was large and yum ! Atmosphere top notch. Super clean and super kind staff. Really an amazing time I had there. Restrooms were clean. Everything was perfect and I can’t believe the prices were actually so low for all the food I got. Generally these type of restaurants charge 60$ a dish, but here my plate of pasta was 18$ to 22 ish. The food was incredibly fresh; haven't had cod so fresh since I was a child. The price may feel a little steep but the portions are incredibly generous & I've never felt slighted by the deals. The ice cream is ridiculously delicious & I found the service to be kind. I've never eaten there in person but hope that this restaurant is a staple of the neighborhood for years to come. I'm not Isreali or Jewish & found this food to be such a celebration & privilege for me to experience Israeli food. Thankyou.

Wandered around Queens and saw this on the map so I went in for a try. Food is amazing; plentiful portions; old school vibe in the restaurant. I love New York because of spots like this keeping to tradition. Their breakfasts come with a hot drink, cold drink, salad, bread, and a main dish. SO much food; I had plenty for dinner!

First time eating in a Kosher dairy restaurant as one in our group was observing a meat free diet while maintaining kosher standards. Portions were plentiful. For a group of 4 we got 3 appetizers and an entree each. We each took a to go plate home. Food was flavorful and cooked well. There is a large variety of foods to pick from, sushi, pasta, sandwiches, salads and fish. Prices are a little higher than what I am used to but nothing crazy. They also serve alcohol. I used to work at muscat and I can honestly say that they're very organized, VERY CLEAN, and that their food is very fresh. The service there is somewhat delayed at times but the waiters definitely make an honest effort to do their best to be at your beck and call. They always serve water and bread and aioli as soon as you sit down. It's a must and I love that because the last thing you want is to sit there waiting for the waiter with nothing to do. Besides their bread is made on premises and its delicious. The food isn't anything out if the norm but its always fresh and tasty. Their managers do a really good job in ensuring that every plate comes out looking the way it should and that portions are kept upto par. They're not cheap with their portions at all and their salads are all delicious. Their speciality are their Oregannatos. These salads are really the only thing on the menu that is say is out of the norm and delicious. All the Oregannatos taste great and the hot sweet potatoes, asparagus, or bell peppers are the perfect contrast to a room temperature salad and it works very well together. It's also really healthy and chopped small which I love. Their smoothies are amazing. They make the best smoothies. Also, they do a flood job in upholding that Israeli morning atmosphere when you go there for brunch or breakfast. Their morning specials are filling and worth the price for sure. Moreover, I just feel good knowing my eggs are coming out of a clean kitchen. I don't eat eggs in places I don't trust and this place I know is clean to the T. No questions asked. Muscat is a great dairy restaurant and I'd most certainly recommend it.

The first time I came in I loved it. But since then it's gotten much worse. I walked in recently and was told I cant sit because it was just two people and they wanted to keep it for larger groups so they sent me off to the next door place they recently opened. I told then I was getting a headache from 40 year old all girls bday and I would leave if I couldn't get a seat in the orginal shop. They let me walk out and then came running after afterwards. I think that is very unprofessional. If I enter the shop I get to choose where I sit especially if they have an all girls nagging party next door.

Enjoyed the food specially their own salad specialty, the atmosphere is a little too casual for the prices. A little over priced but the food was good my first time there for a birthday party and it was handled very nicely. Turning off the lights and brining the cake. Will go back hopefully.

Food is good though not great, however staff that night was a bit clueless and made many mistakes both with entrees and with our request to bring out cake for the bday girl. Took about 5 reminders for them to do it which was frustrating. 3 stars for the fod bit 2 stars off for service and lack of ambiance. Too bright there and not very cozy. Went there on a week day seemed very busy. The waiters where attentive but everything else goes down hill. Over priced and the dishes are not executed well. You need some talent to mess up a toast. Don't get me started on the coffee.

The layout of this place is a little weird— its one big rectangle and tables are placed *very* close to one another. On a weeknight, it felt like being in a school cafeteria- I could hear the people’s conversations beside me loud and clear. Maybe increasing the volume of the music or spacing the tables in a different way (further apart) would make the experience more pleasant as my friend and I could not listen to one another.

I didnt try the food but had some drinks. Hot chocolate had no flavor at all and the ice coffee was average at best. We had 3 drinks 2 ice coffees and 1 orange juice it was $25!!! Terrible service and they like to take advantage of their younger guests who may not be savvy enough to speak up when they are being treated poorly (and being charged extra). I ordered two sushi avocado rolls and they had prepared fried avocado egg rolls with a salad instead, they had blamed me for not being clear I wanted sushi and insisted I ordered the fried avocado meals and that the only way they’d prepare sushi for me was if I pay for the two fried avocado meals they’ve made, money wasn’t the issue, the issue was their service and not treating their costumer right. I went to have breakfast with my wife and kid. We got there before a few other families and they were already being helped and their orders were being taken before we even got a cup of water. Every other table who ordered after us gets their food also. At this point I’m just waiting to see if the waitress comes with the food or even asks is everything okay so I could let her know I didn’t get my order. So at this point my wife and kid are done eating breakfast and she come around how was everything given this is another 25 min gone We told her I never got my order and she’s like you didn’t order anything else. Just very poor service,if they were busy I would understand but it wasnt.

My grandma and her friend both got severe good poisoning here. They were both hospitalized and couldn’t keep anything down for 4 days. The service is horrible. Constantly need to give a “death stare” to a waiter so they know it’s time to serve. They will never come and serve you on their own, purposely not looking at you. They always need to be reminded to bring bread, drinks, etc. They are more concerned with the delivery orders rather than serving the walk in customers. I had the absolutely worst experience in this restaurant. there were more waiters, then customers than tables to serve and not one of them looked at me and took my order for the first 30 minutes. and their prices are sky high. I just wish there was better service.

Guests expect to be treated with respect, efficiency, and care. Waiting an hour between courses shows a lack of attention to your customers’ time and overall experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously. Improvements in service speed, communication, and billing transparency would go a long way in elevating the dining experience here. I truly want to see this restaurant succeed, but without addressing these issues, it will be hard to recommend it to others.

Wow should have read the review above, I recently visited this restaurant, and my experience left much to be desired. When I arrived, I specifically requested a seat by the window which was more than available. Instead, I was seated right next to an open door, which turned out to be a highly unpleasant spot. Each time the door opened for new customers, a gust of wind blew in, making it difficult to enjoy the meal comfortably, that's beside the long wait times between the subpar food. It’s disappointing , good luck if you going there, especially since it could have easily prevented this issue. Dining out is supposed to be a pleasant experience, but being seated in such an inconvenient location made it anything but.
