Perfect donuts and Timbits🍩 Donuts are fresh and fluffy. Blueberry sour cream and Birthday cake Timbits was amazing and their sugar glaze was perfect👍

The muffins are so good and definitely had to get two of each! The chocolate chip is my favorite!

Grew up in Canada and I gotta admit, Timmies doing a good job having the same taste and quality of back home in Canada. Whenever I need a taste of home, I go grab a maple boston and a french vanilla. The occasional 10 pack timbits (sour cream ones are fire). Their coffee is just as trashy as Canada's, ever since BK bought them and changed the recipe, but nothing we can do about it. Just know that Timmies coffee is only good if you order it regular (1 cream 1 sugar) or doubledouble (2 cream 2 sugar). This is my favorite spot, the lady is always very friendly.
Really good service from the cashier. He told us about the $2 drinks after 2pm everyday. Timbits were very fresh! Will come back when we're in the area.
Five star service wonderful people that work there part of the bolla gas station who is owned by Harry sing who is a friend of mine always gas stations are clean fresh food everything is great depressed gas is always amazing I get great gas mileage everything about rolling corporation the owner of Bolla Harry is one of the most amazing people and the most kind person in the world five star businesses and his own oil company started 1994 after Bolla corporate was already in business providing for years how many years to come ty harry!!👍👍👍👍👍👍 💯💯💯💯💯💯
I absolutely love this Tim Hortons, I always end up stopping every Thursday after I get paid to bring home donuts for my family. They love them and so do I. They already taste fresh and are soft and absolutely delicious. The young woman who works there at night, I believe her name is Sadia is amazing, she's such a sweetheart and I always make sure to stop in when she's working. This is the route I take home from work. I have one by my apartment but it absolutely doesn't compare to this one, I rather go out of my way to this location not only for how good it is but also because of the service. I'm never disappointed!!!
Bolla Market is a nice pit stop while traveling - clean, spacious and with all your travel needs under one roof.
Shout out to Tim Hortons for hiring people like the young man with the beautiful eyes at the register. I couldn’t remember his name, but he was so sweet and told us about the special deals and menu. We will be returning thanks to him letting us know about the $2 lattes after 2pm 😁
Been here many times since the Tim Hortons opened up. Finally decided to write a review. Coffee, donuts, muffins, etc. taste WAY better than Dunkin. Very friendly service at the location too, especially by a young man named Ikjot, who was exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient. Great service at this location. Overall, I love this Tim Hortons and hope it is here to stay and people patronize this location in Queens. Honestly would love to replace all the Dunkins with Tim Hortons.
This review is for Ikjot. This is my third time at this location I believe. I came here tonight after I went to Burger King. He is very friendly and good at up-selling and explaining the drinks. Although I wanted the red bull energy drink per app it shows its 50% off but on his end it did not show. Not sure as the app says you can make a purchase via the app or in stores and discount will be applied.
Ikjot Jay is a very professional and great customer service representative. He handled multiple orders with the best of care and sought to make our experience there a memorable one. The level of care, the attention to detail and his passion for his work truly shines. Unfortunately, I tried leaving a review on the with TellTims, but it would not go through. Please consider this review the same to would have been left there. Thank you.
The coffee is good. While waiting for your coffee, you can buy some scratch off. :)

We were driving out to see the sites on the north shore of Long Island and we stopped at this establishment to get coffee. Inside was Tim Hortons, a pizza place and two other food places as well as some groceries. Clerk was very nice and efficient.

This was my first time purchasing from Tim Horton. I’m highly disappointed. I asked for the caramel apple iced latte. The taste was horrible and it looked nothing like the picture that was promoted. I’m not sure if it was made the correct way but it didn’t taste good at all. No whip cream or caramel drizzle on top. The honey dip donut was good.*update…. Tried my luck again with this location because I had a coupon for an iced coffee….epic fail…I asked for a vanilla decaf iced coffee with cream and the taste was soo strong I couldn’t drink it and have to throw it away. The male cashier didn’t make it the way I told him and they don’t give refunds even though it’s their workers fault. Poor customer service and management. Never gain…I should’ve stuck with Dunkin like I have been for years.

Ordered ice late. 80 percent was ice and rest was coffee. Cold foam is advertised as free but was charged 60 cents.

Went there this afternoon, my daughter wanted to get chocolate donuts and timbits. I ordered 20 timbits and i was asking my 5 year old daughter which chocolate donut she wanted, thank goodness i looked at the donuts because they had bugs crawling on them. I told the guy that i did not want the order because there were bugs on them. Eww it was nasty. Will never go ther again. The guy in the counter only took out the donuts that had bugs on them.
I was ecstatic earlier this year when I found out that Tim Hortons was finally coming to my neighborhood of Fresh Meadows, Queens, NY. I fell in love with this franchise in 1994 when I visited my first Tim Hortons in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. I was also ecstatic when Tim Hortons opened at 2 Old Country Road, Westbury, NY more than a decade ago. The staff there are simply outstanding in terms of their service, quality of food and beverage and "warp" speed response. So, expecting the same, I showed up at my local Tim Hortons on their opening day and have been there about a dozen times. Every visit has been a disappointment with poorly trained and lazy staff, extremely slow service (having to repeat the orders multiple times) and terrible customer service but most importantly, the low quality of food and beverages. My visit this evening at approximately 7:15 pm was the last straw, and I vowed never to go to this Tim Hortons again. I ordered tea but the young Indian man told me he would check inside for tea bags; he took a peek inside the door and within a second, turned and said to me that they were out of tea bags. Then, I ordered 20 Timbits. Instead of putting them in a box (usual service by Tim Hortons), he started stuffing them in a paper bag, and I had to shout twice at him to put them in a box after which it took him another five minutes to fold the box and put the Timbits inside. I ordered a couple of plain old fashion doughnuts which he proceeded to stuff in the same box with the Timbits; again, I had to stop and tell him to put them in a separate paper bag; he put the two doughnuts in another box. Meantime, the other girl was repeatedly asking him if I had paid; all she had to do to find out was to check the monitor which I could see from behind the counter as well. By the time I got my Timbits and doughnuts (minus my tea), I had been standing there for over 10 minutes. If this franchise wants to stop tarnishing Tim Hortons' good name, they need to ask for help in training their staff from the awesome staff at Tim Hortons at 2 Old Country Road, Westbury. What a disappointment this Tim Hortons in my neighborhood has been! Having been to hundreds of Tim Hortons in the US and Canada in almost three decades, I can say that this Tim Hortons is definitely the worst!
Was excited at first see a Tim Hortons in NYC. The first day, there wasn't any employee there so a gas station workee had to help. I didn't really think of it much. Next day I came, workers had no masks, there was bugs on the donuts, the lady was doing other things in the middle of my order so i waited for a long time. The drink waa also trash. Not worth it. Unsanitary.
Ordered online however items were not available and the store manager REFUSED to process a refund. I contacted general support and was told the store can only issue refunds. After asking, I was told he doesn’t provide refunds due to sales pressures. Poor working practices please avoid if you can.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Used to come here all the time and the service was so good but today I came and this lady name Komal was so rude and didn’t even make the Iced Cap nicely, it was watery and so bad. I paid with Amex and she said it so rudely to me that they don’t take amex. NEVER COMING BACK HERE.

As someone raised on Tim's, this place is a joke. But, the counter help doesn't follow basic cleanliness protocol, the food is stale and their is a serious lack of customer service. Oh, and the staff doesn't speak or understand English. Head to Dunkin instead. Hard pass.
