Regina’s has great pizza and food. We ordered a chicken Parmesan, and an eggplant Parmesan hero to our job and the sandwiches were delicious. We both ordered our sandwiches with extra sauce, and they came exactly as specified with excellent quality bread

Reginas is the best pizza spot in town, No doubt. I order every weekend for Sunday football, never disappoints. Staff is super friendly, especially the girl at the front. I also recommend the vodka chicken wrap, it’s ridiculously good.

Wait let me say this, I've lived in New York for 28 years of my life. And I've been constantly disappointed by all these Pizza places with new York style pizza. Let me say this order the thin slice plain pizza pie. Its rekindled my love for New York pizza. The sauce is the perfect flavor to cover ratio with cheese. I love Regina's.

I must say Every single time has been consistent not only with their delicious food (grandma pie and pasta bolognese is our fav) but their delivery as well. It's thin crust with shredded lettuce, chicken breast, and Ceasar dressing. I always get extra cheese on top! I eat slow and savor each bite. I came in out of the freezing cold one night and was so pleasantly surprised. I had a steaming bowl of delicious minestrone soup and a slice of their veggie pizza. There were lots of vegetables on it and it really hit the spot. The menu is quite extensive for such a small place. It does a brisk delivery and takeout business. The owner was so welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. It was Valentine's Day so he gave me a free drink and canolli! The only negative thing is that it's a no frills pizza place which is fine unless you're looking for ambiance. Also the door is patched together with plastic which makes it look very rundown. They should fix the door. But I'm definitely coming back the next time I'm in the neighborhood!

Ummm… first of all, I’m picky with my pizza & I always felt like queens didn’t have good pizza BUT Regina’s has proved me wrong. The pizza was so flavorful, I worked in a Neapolitan pizzeria as a teenager so I was able to appreciate what good sauce is and what a good crust is…. this is 100% great thin crust pizza!!!!! I usually stop by here before or after my lash appointment. Some of the best pizza and customer service I’ve ever had at a pizzeria. I tried a chicken cesar salad slice today for the first time and it was delicious. You can tell that it’s made with fresh ingredients. Cashier and server were both courteous and kind. Some dishes are good. Pizza is nice PASTA SAUCES are made good Home taste Nice Alfredo & Carbonara Good if you're hungry. However not "outstanding" or special in flavor. Too many onions in the Carbonara Need bigger servings. Pizza is good Place is too small to eat comfortably And they need new furniture( chairs and tables are UGLY OLD WORN JUNK. They need to clean better so the place smells clean. 🤔 It's a FOOD PLACE.CLEAN UP.

Thin crust pizza is good. Bbq chicken has BBQ flavor and sauce without being overcooked. The Regina's special pizza has a bunch of toppings and is totally worth it. Garlic knots with cheese and sauce has a ton of cheese and sauce.

Reginas is a very convenient location and it’s always a nice meal after work once in a while. The food is good, with a wide selection. Some of the food can be a miss, some of the the pastas feel cheaply made and they charge a lot, and some of the pizza flavors I would avoid. I usually will stick with regular cheese slice. They’ve gotten a bit bad about portion/pricing but two ppl can still grab 4 slices a couple sodas for about 20 bucks. The man that works the front is one of the sweetest guys ever, he always has a nice attitude. Anyways I hope Regina’s can improve some these aspects of the restaurant.

Too small a lasagna. The taste: 5/5. For the price of $17.35, you could have been generous. The pan in which it was served was huge; there was room for another two servings of the same size as what I was given.

The quality hasn't gone down per se but it has definitely gone sideways. It's not worse but it definitely isn't better then it used to be. I'd say it's at best a different flavor palette than before not my personal favorite but I've definitely tasted worst and it so far hasn't gone significantly downhill. At best I would say slightly below what it used to be but not significantly. The garlic knots also have gone down in quality and that's a big jump down. The garlic knots taste more like oily plain bread then it's actual namesake of garlic knots or garlic bread . Definitely a lot less garlic and a lot more bread plus the price went from $1.25 for 4 to $2.50 for six. has also gone up what used to be credit card prices are now considered cash prices so whatever you pay for the credit card has gone up by 4%. And that's before taxes. Polite chefs as per usual the young lady right in the register is a bit all over the place mostly due to excessive workload and what seems to be lack of help for the cashier side. This is done midday around Rush Hour 5:30 p.m.. the price is definitely made me a little less eager to come here then I used to be since I would come a mile away just to go to this restaurant. Fortunately it's not so bad that you have to drive 2 miles away to the next piece of shop just to get pizza.

DO NOT FALL FOR THE DRUNK SJU STUDENTS, food is definitely just average. Maybe there's a lack of good slices around here, but this definitely is not a prime NYC slice. My reasoning being the crust being way to thick with there also being a lack of sauce. Maybe ordering in is better but pizza places should have good delivery.

The lamb gyro tasted good, but it was really dry. I wish it had came with more tzatziki sauce on top. I had to add my own sauce to it.

I picked up twice. The 1st time guy was very nice and gave me 5 specialty slices. The 2nd time, different guy had bad attitude and gave me 3 specialty slices & 1 plain.

I'm sure the pizza is good but they overpromise and under deliver on the service and delivery. They told me verbatim "15 minutes" for a large pizza. Ended up waiting 35 minutes because they are so backed up. Could have finished lunch already by then waiting for them. And it's not the first time this has happened.

5/9/2024-I have been eating here for over 5 years and will have to say don’t bother. I had the chicken parm hero this evening and got a lot of bread and cheese and one piece of chicken. In prior years the hero has been hearty and tasty I guess a bad economy means less quality. The salad it came with had sour tomatoes. It’s sad because they are friendly but I need quality!

First time here. I had the jalapeño poppers, garlic knots, seasoned fries, plain slice, and penne alla vodka and it was the worst food I have ever had. All of it was bad. It was so bad that even someone with no taste would hate it. Not sure who’s responsible for the terrible food but if they’re serving frozen food and food that is stale, I can’t even imagine their hygiene or operation in the kitchen. Genuinely have no clue how this place has a rating anything above 1 star. It’s horrendous. Only go here if you care about quantity and not quality. BE WARNED: You might keep throwing up. My girlfriend couldn’t stop throwing up.

Order on Ubereats. Waited over an hour and 30 minutes and never got my food. Called the restaurant and the guy said it left give them 9-10 minute. Waited another 20 minute and still didn’t receive anything. Called back and the same guy answer and put me on hold, hang up and called again then he said what did I order and I told him then he said that order should be delivered already and let him check. He then gave the phone to the delivery driver who claim to give the order to a lady who open the door and took it from him and kept defending himself and told me I have to wait when he gets time to come back here to pick up back the food from where he drop it off. I told him I needed my order and he said he can’t do anything as he delivered it already! Asked to speak to a manager and it was the same guy at first and he had no remorse as the way he spoke is very rude yes I’m the manager. He even told the Uber rep that he don’t know who is lying and he can’t make back the order and send it. SMH and pathetic! I order from here by pick up and seen the owner before who seem to be a nice guy and I asked to speak to him and they said he’s not there. Staff needs better training and as for the manager he shouldn’t even be given that position.

I was in a mood for a a few pizza slices, drove by and saw the pizzeria on Union Turnpike so I stoped for a few slices as I got to my car and open up the box, grabbed a slice it was all saggy I couldn’t hold it had to break it in pieces it was so bad that I ended throwing away the slices. It was the worse Pizza I ever had. I didn’t want to come back and resolve the matter as I’m sure the owner should have know how he’s pizza is and the Quality. I won’t go back even if thy gave me free pizza and I suggest the owner to make a change on he’s pizza. First of all I came in and saw how all these pizza pies look on the counter and I should have know better not to get anything but I was already in the place, I will never go back again.

Prior to tonight, I was a regular picking up pizzas, some spinach and pepperoni rolls every few weeks. But after tonight I am not dealing with this absolutely atrocious service again. On a whim wanting to try something new, I placed an order on their Too Good To Go page, where they offer a deal for $5 to pick up any left over slices towards closing. Usually these places give out whatever is left for the day to avoid waste - but they denied me my order upon arrival. Upon my pick up window, I drove over and asked for my order of unknown items and also a pepperoni roll to go as well (not asking for it to be included rather to be paid for at full price). I was hoping for a small assortment of surprise (varying) slices that is typically offered with such a deal - it would have been an opportunity to sample whatever variety is left and not worry about wasting too much money on it if I didn't care for it. If it's good, I would have likely ordered it in the future. Instead, I was given an absolutely discourteous response of my order being cancelled - that there wasn't any available for tonight's order. That being said the establishment was empty with several trays with pizza behind the counter. This seems to be their behavior now since their rating on TGTG went from ~4.x to a mere 3.5 in a matter of ~2 weeks and other sites with reviews have reported similar ill-mannered behavior. I will now be boycotting this place with already mediocre pizza and seek out other establishments simply due to their refusal to honor something they opted into.

Beyond Extremely Expensive (on the apps and in-store) .... they think can do it cause of their location near the university ---- people need to stop suspporting them until they make their prices reasonable

This was my first time ordering from Regina’s Pizzeria at 176-49, Union Turnpike, Flushing NY 11366. I ordered delivery based on the website boost of their great food. I ordered the meatball hero. Much to my surprise it came disguised as a calzone. It was burnt, greasy and soggy on the bottom. The meatballs looked like they came from frozen. The spaghetti sauce which turned out to be marinara sauce was in a container on the side. There couldn’t have been more than 3 medium size meatballs which had been sliced to fill an 8in so called roll which was replaced with pizza dough wrap! It did not taste well at all and smelled bad! It stunk up the room! In all my years living in NYC I have never had a meatball hero that looked and taste like this! U hope I don’t get sick! 🤒 This is not official Italian cuisine! I would like a full refund. I doubt that I’m going to receive a refund from them judging by the other reviews. The thing I don’t get is why would you send something like this out of your restaurant without checking it first! Especially when you can google recipes for meatball heroes. It’s not rocket science! Especially when your reputation is on the line! I’m disgusted at the lack of experience that went into this!

Extremely extremely displeased with my order . Ordered a shrimp scampi and ended up getting shrimp with garlic and oil! I was charged $19 for this dish! I couldn’t even call back to return my dish because I picked up my food few minutes before closing. I had to squeeze my own lemon into my food to give it a bit of the taste. It was also missing sauce. My pasta was oily but barley any sauce. Very disappointed!

We ordered two pizza pies off Grubhub. We were super excited to have some nice pizza on a cold, wintry Friday night. It was a pretty penny too. However, the Grubhub driver delivered us the wrong order, which contained no pizza whatsoever. So, we contacted Regina's, and they had the pizzas sitting there, which was great! This kind lady on the phone said they could deliver the two pies to us in about 20 min with their own delivery people. Great, no problem. We wait 20, then 30, then 40 min....at this point, we called Regina's back, asking about the status of our order, if it was on the way. They were super confused on the phone and we overheard rude remarks about how they should "just hang up" on us. I was trying my best to be kind to the workers. I understand, it is a very busy Friday night, and it is extremely cold outside. I had no intention of stressing them out even more than they already were, so I calmly gave them the address again and said we'd still like to receive the pizzas (which never left the pizzeria, somehow) if they could still send them over. We've lost all hope because we still didn't receive the pizza at this point, and they're closing soon. It's sad because we have ordered many times before and enjoyed Regina's pizza and haven't had any major issues before. It may have been an error on the Grubhub driver's end, who knows? But all parties should have been more cognizant when the delivery guy didn't grab TWO pizza boxes instead of a BAG of food. Regardless, the saga after this error could've easily been ameliorated, if they actually cared about their customers receiving the correct food. Either way, we will not be eating here again. You guys just lost loyal customers! :(

Second time went there same experience! First time went in summer 2023. Had pizza with husband and son. After coming home we three had diarrhea. Again went 02/24/2024 with my son and his friends with their mom, we all had stomach ache and diarrhea. I don't know what went wrong. Service is nice, employees are polite but the food I don't know what went wrong. Two same experience different time.
