Jersey Mike's sandwiches are pretty good. I am a Blimpies fan but Jersey Mike's is a close second to Blimpies. If I couldn't get to Blimpies, Jersey Mike's would suffice.

We love the cold subs there. It reminds us of Jimmy John's. The hot sub is a little too greasy, might be better for winter. The fresh-cut meat and cheese pair well with greens and tomato along with sauce.

Not only do they have gluten free hero rolls but their staff is trained to clean the counters and change their gloves before preparing the sub. As someone with celiac, this is awesome.

Great cheesesteak. There are only maybe 8 toppings to add on, and 4 of them are pickled jalapeños, pickled banana peppers, pickled cherry peppers, and pickles. That's about the highest praise I could give to a sandwich shop.

Wow. I ain't never, ever, tasted a GOD DAM SANDWICH LIKE THIS ONE. I tried the buffalo sandwich. I don't know what they put on it, but OMG, that thang was thanging. THEY DID IT AGAIN. HAM AND PROVOLONE WITH "MIKES WAY. " When boss man said Mike's Way, I honestly wanted to ask him who was Mike. But, I let him continue and WOW, was I happy. All I can say is Wow.

Good place to go for a sub. Pricing is reasonable and the taste is great. Plenty of parking and free self serve refills on drinks. If it's a quick bite or out with friends Jm is the place to go.

The TV commercials looked interesting and made us want to try them. Boy are we happy we did. The sandwiches were great. I had the original and my husband had the Italian. The sandwiches are just like what is shown on TV with lots of meat. You don't have to ask and pay for 'double meat' like to do st the other sandwich place. No 'bait and switch' here. If you are with someone and can agree on a sandwich you can get the giant which feeds 2 adults or 4 kids.

Yes it's a franchise but that doesn't stop it from making delicious heroes. The bread is always fresh and make sure to order your sandwich Mike's way you will not regret it. For those of you who have been looking for a great Philly Cheese steak you have found your place. Best philly cheese steak around and because the secret is out they are a always being made and therefore always very fresh. If you want to be a little healthier they have them made with chicken as well with several different options. Enjoy.

Service is fast here. So even when there's a long line, it won't take too long to put in your order. You can also order online and pick up if you're in a rush. Any sandwich made the Mike's way is delicious. Parking is limited but not bad, it shares space with the dunkin donuts parking lot so people are in and out.

Was skeptical about another chain sandwich joint but I got the Giant Original Italian and it was freakin awesome. For $15 I got a huge hero with tons of meat and cheese on a nice bread for less than what it costs at Subpar, I mean Subway, when you do the necessary double meat. I will definitely be back.

I wanted to come on here and thank the girl from yesterday that helped me with my three gift cards. She had patience with trying to get the cards to work and after my bad experience at the bethpage location I was extremely thankful that it worked out. I will continue to come to this location even though it is far for me! Thank you everyone at this location!

This location was awesome! Very friendly staff, very clean. The restroom was spotless. The sandwich (regular Big Kahuna steak) was massive. I couldn't eat it all and saved it for lunch the next day. Literally overflowing. Wish the location near my home was like this one.

Best subs everything is so fresh and tasty , being that it was my first time here I didn’t realize they didn’t take bills over 50-100 dollars and it was all I had and I was ready to go get change and come back and the girl that helped assist in making my sandwich was so nice she took the 50 I had so we can make the purchase she did let me know she would try to help me and she did ! What a friendly and nice gesture of her I’m so mad I didn’t get her name to add in this review. I can say the staff is very nice and pleasant! Def check them out

This is one of the better quick service sandwich places. Clean facilities with a wheelchair accessible entrance. Plenty of parking. Reasonably priced. Public Restroom. Daily food and drink specials. Rewards program. Nice Staff good location. We will definitely be going back.

Really really good cheese steaks... Only gripe I have is that they can't toast the hero rolls - to i buy it to go and throw it on a tray I can put in my toast r oven at home for like 2 mins and BLAM no need to go to Philly for a cheesesteak run!

It was busy today. I ordered through the app. When I arrived my order wasn't on the table marked for JM app orders. So I waited because I was a few min early...I ended waiting almost 10 min before someone asked if I was waiting for an order. I said yes, gave my name and turns out the order was behind the counter along with others ( I saw about 6 or 7 bags). Just wondered why they weren't put out as marked? Anyway rant over. The sandwich as usual was delicious! Love it. Just wish I could have enjoyed it sooner 🤤 as I was on my not long enough lunch break from work. So I'm really not complaining but just had to say that. But I kinda am right? Ok! Love Jersey Mike's.

The Chipotle cheesesteak sandwich with the sweet peppers is bomb! Yum. Restaurant looks clean, and parking is limited. But, the only real drawback for me was the staff who were doing their jobs, but seemed like they would prefer to be elsewhere. I would definitely go back though. 😊

Consistently. That is one quality I always look for. This location always makes nice, fresh sandwiches to order. I have never had a complaint about the prepation of my sandwich. One complaint however, is the price. Almost 20 dollars for a full sized sandwich is a lot. Especially for a "fast food" environment. This is slightly circumvented by a point system that will score you a free sandwich once you have purchased enough of those expensive delights. But I will also say that the sandwich is about 14 inches long, So you are getting a hefty sub. The staff is always friendly and responsive when I go in. Keep your eye out for the occasional coupon. They used to have a buy one get one free coupon. I don't see that as often. More often you will see a percentage off coupon. Every little bit helps.

I had the Italian hero. I t was ok. Not what I expected after all the good things I have heard. I would say the quality of the meat was above Subway but fell short of Deli quality. The bread and trimmings were fresh. Overall, I was not overly impressed but I have eaten worse.

This place is good for a fast food chain. Way better than subway. What I like is that not only do you get cold subs but there's things off the grill as well like chicken steak and philly cheese steak.

Purchased a sandwich and the individual making the sandwich didn't make the sandwich the way I had requested. I made a comment that he forgot an item on the sandwich to which his response was that I should read the menu. I informed him that everything I wanted on the sandwich was verbally communicated to him. I was surprised that he caught an attitude and he walked away then proceeded to inform his coworkers ill advised instructions causing an overcharge to me. I informed his coworker at the cash register of the mistake and the error was corrected by the manager. The outcome was that I saved $4.

Sandwiches were good. Customer service was not. There were no other customers in the store. Three employees were there. I had to greet them.(with no response) It wasn't until I turned to walk out the gentleman that was there on the grill spoke and then the young lady then decided to take my order. Maybe they are used to people ordering online, where they do not need to be polite face to face. Just remember, customer service goes a long way. If you don't have customers, you won't have a thriving business.

Very disappointed in just how far down the standards have gone for this location. Ordered a giant sandwich with extra meat and cheese, and bacon. To start with, the bread was dry and absolutely tasteless. The bacon had clearly been cooked hours before, and what little there was of it was unappetizing, caked with congealed fat, and had the consistency of a rubber band. The few slices of tomato were paper thin, and had obviously been sliced long before my sandwich was prepared. There was barely enough lettuce to even recognize. The meats and cheese didn't appear to be anything close to "extra," and both had almost no flavor. My wife ordered a "bowl" version of her sandwich. The photos show an attractively arranged plate with the cold cuts in plump circles, but the actual salad was a mess of stuff just thrown in the container. I don't know if this is standard fare for this location, or I just got unlucky with whoever was preparing the food that day, but we will not be going back there and would be hesitant to try another outlet.

Today, I ordered 2 giant turkey and provolone subs, “Mike’s Way”, 1 with “double meat”, one with no onions, mayo on rosemary Parmesan bread. First of all, these sandwiches fell flat in the flavor department. I didn’t taste the signature “Mike’s Way” tang that I was looking forward to. Mayo only on one side of the sandwiches. Just dry. Not to mention the so-called “double meat” sandwich looked like it only had about as much meat as the regular sandwich. *ugh!* Strike two J.M.! 🙄🤦🏾‍♀️

I love Jersey Mike's. I wanted to make that a selling point on a date! Unfortunately, my date had to pull a brown, semi curly strand of hair outta her mouth after she had gone a couple bites. She didn't eat after that so I have to rate low for this restaurant in particular.

I ordered one big kahuna steak no cheese and 1 big Kahuna chicken with cheese. So they decided to make both of them no cheese. You don't know what's its like to eat a dry sandwich.. yuck Not to mention the sandwiches were poorly made... the bread was broken which made the meat fall out as you're eating it. Do they have new people working there? Or are they in a rush???

Ingredients are good quality but something about the way the sandwich was organized made it suck. Very expensive. If you’re willing to spend over $15 for a decent and very unhealthy cheesesteak it’s okay but anything else go to Blimpies

I ordered 7 atalian heros they skipped on the meat making the slices thinner. Also they had absolutely no flavor but vinegar splashed over the whole hero. It was horrible I have given them to many chances to be how they use to be, I see now that will never happen. My crew would never go back again.

Ordered online 11/22/25 @3:47p.m... pickup sandwich at 4:03p.m. Took 2 bites from the big side of the sandwich in the car(notice the end part in picture) good eats, now I finished running errands and got home. I finished the big side of sandwich and saved the end half for later. Now it's after 11p.m and I opened up the end side to finish, I took a few bites and noticed this on the bottom part of the end piece bread.. now I don't know if I ate some strands of this black stringy part(as you see parts of it along the wrap paper)But this is definitely unacceptable, I couldn't finish this sandwich and actually made myself throw up to see if I can see anything in the toilet... I don't know if management(employees)has this black nylon type of stuff around the area making sandwiches, or if someone is definitely trying to do harm to any customer that would've swallowed this. I do know now that I will never make an online order again anywhere because of what happened to me just yesterday.... this is a trauma alert. From now on, if anyone make a order online, don't just pickup the sandwich and leave, open up the sandwich in-store and check what you paid for upon leaving. You've been WARNED! Sandwich was pretty good up until this point, Hence the stars 4****s Service employess definitely needs retraining 1* Atmosphere was potluck 2**s Forget just a respond about how your going to handle your team, what are you going to do for the customer that's writes a review and want a new sandwich or a discount? Wasn't to happy about paying extra for meat and not receiving it. I had 2 previous orders in the same week where I ordered extra meat and received it and the sandwich was good. This time around I ordered 2 sandwiches with extra meat and it didn't look nothing like the sandwiches I've received from the previous orders. It's like I don't get the extra meat I paid for. $6 for extra meat for 2 sandwiches and not receiving it is very annoying. And I had previous sandwiches to compare to.

First time here and boy does this location need retraining. First of all three workers one person making sandwiches and ringing people at the same time. 30 mins for 2 sandwiches is crazy. The man making the sandwiches is using the gloves for every order ahead of me. Wow! Didn’t notice until after he made mine. Clearly they were ripped and needed to be changed. As he is ringing m, I asked him If should get the chips and drink combo and would be it cheaper than just buying the chips. He told me I can read the board. After paying for my food I suggest he change his gloves after making peoples sandwiches and touching the register. I find that to be so unsanitary. He had an attitude. Looked at me funny and walked away. No sorry. No you're right...nothing. Please watch the security footage. Someone handling food this way doesn't need to work there. Especially no friendly service. Jersey Mike's Subs are delicious, however, the service needs improvement: bad attitude, unpleasant, and nonaccomdating. If it there was another Jersey Mike's nearby, I would not return to this location.

Employee making sandwiches was not wearing a mask, exposing his mouth and nose. cashier (possibly manager) was extremely rude after i used the bathroom i was bearded 13 times and counted before she gave up even though i apologized múltiples times and told her i didn’t touch anything.

In bad times this was a restaurant which turned into a disaster . Call in the order and young lady who took it had to ask to male co-workers to hold it down..you could hear them talking away in background . I was told order would take ten minutes.So I drove over and my 10 minu tes wait was going to be longer. Now I know why these guys were talking away standing next to each other making the longest line Philly cheesestakes of course the one I ordered was last. The two other sandwich’s were ready to go. The women was working hard trying to get things ready. Now the problem became the people over ten .No social distancing so I wanted outside. The guys talking and not doing much more. At the least the woman was putting orders together. She realize the problem in the bad times

I absolutely love jersey mikes, normally the service i get at any other location is excellent but i recently started working in Hempstead and i liked to come to this location before work or on break but today was my last time… the last 3 times i came in the staff got upset that i asked them to change their gloves after handling meat on other customers sandwiches. I’m a pescatarian and haven’t eaten or touched meat in the past 10 years and today the staff member with the blonde/black braids decided she didn’t want to make my sandwich because i literally saw her making a steak sandwich of some sort and actually handling the Sandwich, then proceeding to touch mine… i will not be coming back her because i always feel so uncomfortable and so unwelcome.

Guy working the food was very nice but didnt make up for the rude girl working the register at 830pm with her pointing her long nails< btw isnt that a eco sure violation for food and saftey> like i can read her mind without her using her words explaing anything. Why is minimum wage up again........ wats the poiny if no one wants to work

After visiting this location 3 times I was very disappointed with my last order of #8 large sandwich. Lest meat and no flavor. Maybe they are getting to busy. That is no excuse. You say a sub above. How about sub consistent. Do make me hope Jimmy John's doesn't a franchise in this area.

I went to this Jersey Mike's just to get one sandwich. I told them that I just needed one sandwich off the bat. It seemed like they had an attitude. So I observed the person is going to put all the lettuce and tomato and whatever. On my sandwich and I asked her kindly. Can you please change your gloves once again? An attitude, what do you have to do? Because I just asked you to change your gloves. Because this is the food that I'm going to eat. You can't change your gloves. And you have an attitude, my God, please, whatever you do observe what they're doing, because they're touching. It's like I'm getting this sandwich for free. No, I'm gonna pay for the sandwich. Good money, why do they have to have an attitude? Just because I asked them nicely, can they please put on a Brand New pair of gloves while you prepare my sandwich?

I ordered a bowl but all I got was lettuce and tomatoes no meat at uniondale location. 9 hours later and still haven't received my money issued back to my account. Worst place ever. And because it was take out they thought i wouldn't notice until much later. Anyway you took my payment faster than the speed of light but over 9 hrs later still no refund. And the workers knew what they did because as soon as I returned they took the tray back from me and without looking at the order they took it straight from my hand and put it in the garbage. They didn't blink an eye which makes me wonder how many times a day they try this discetful practice. Your employees are garbage. And this shop is on the Hofstra campus. Students probably have this happen alot cause they grab their food and rush to class, no time to go back because if they go back they will be late for class

Went in to pickup my order today and the Spanish girl about 5’4 with the mask on basically threw my food at me and just walked away, no have a nice day or nothing. Kinda rude if you ask me. I Recommend the manager give her some customer service tips because she is rude!!! When I usually go I see this good guy, the black kid with the curls, and he’s very nice and has great customer service !! She should get some tips from him and her manager for sure !!
