Super great place. Small protions so you can taste so many food. Patatas bravas and carrot cake are my favorites. Sangria and Agua de Valencia are also really tasty.

We accidentally found this place and wish we would have found it sooner!! Great tapas and staff!! We had cava and beer and 10 tapas. You serve yourself the tapas from the cases. It was amazing when the staff brought around trays of freshly cooked tapas when they knew guests were waiting (I personally loved the sausage things on the slices of bread). Don’t skip dessert. I had a wonderful spice cake. Everything is on skewers and is priced per stick at the end of the meal.

Very nice and affordable tapas cafe. I like the concept of taking as many tapas as you can eat and paying by counting sticks that left afterword :) Staff running around with fresh hot tapas, encouraging you to gain weight :)) I like this place very much.

It is clearly one of the most friendly place I ever been in Valencia ,food is outstanding. Staff are so friendly specially Agosto and Kate ,but everybody else as well. I definetely return whenever I come back to Valencia

El lugar es lindo, está bien para ir a comer en familia. Mucha variedad de pinchos fríos y calientes. La parte negativa es la económica: por el precio final que terminas pagando, se come mucho mejor en otro restaurante en esa zona. Vas comiendo pinchos sin pensar en dinero y cuando tienes que pagar te das cuenta que no valió la pena. La atención es amable y rápida. Hay chops de cerveza Mahou.

Hay muchas variedad de pinchos. Y siempre pasan a lado de tu mesa para enseñarte los. Pichos calientes que acaban de pasar. Camarero muy majo. Lo único que ws um poco caro teniendo en cuenta que es un pincho pequeño. auqnei con 3-4 ya cenas bien. Hau también platos de tapas

Buen sitio para tapear rápido, y que no se dispare el precio. Conviene no llenarse el plato con pinchos fríos e ir esperando a los platos que salen de la cocina

Desayuno sencillo pero barato a 2,50€ por un café y un tostada o in café y pieza d bollería. Para comer tienen pintxos.

Nice restaurant for a quick and very affordable meal. There was a good variety of hot pinchos being served by the staff. We could also get some cold ones from the counter. The staff was helpful and efficient.

The food they had in the counter comes with a stick. You have to get your own food and order the drink from the server. When you pay, they need to count how many sticks are in your plate. Some food I liked, some aren't really my thing. In the 1st photo, were the food that I tasted good.

Lizzaran is always our go-to place when in Valencia, we like the concept and the easy, fun atmosphere. Still, I would welcome more tastes, more kinds of tapas, like it was some years ago. I think there is less variety this year and some things to improve.

The concept itself is worth a visit and to give it a try to see if it to your liking - it is not traditional though still good. Food was generally tasty, though drinks were below average. Service was friendly and welcoming (though a little challenging with our limited Spanish and their limited English - still managed to get by). The hot tapas comes out in a batch and the bell rings, the servers walk around the venue and you can decide to take them or not (similar to a Japanese sushi conveyer belt), then at the end you simply pay by the stick count. The cold tapas are self service, so you head to the bar and select the ones on display. As others have mentioned the toilets are not in the best condition plus you need to walk down stairs to get there. I would recommend a visit to try though probably avoid the drinks and head elsewhere for that. It is located in quite a popular location, so interestingly there were quite a few locals too compared to tourists.

Good tapas and beers. I suggest to order "caña", is a small beer and the price is 2€. Very fresh tapas and sometimes the guys ring a bell and this means that there are new fresh tapas are ready to eat :)

Great pinchos! You can choose cold and warm pinchos. Price about 2 to 4 euro’s per portion. Friendly service and nice ambiance. Perfect place for a food reak while strolling the city of Valencia

Local de tamaño mediano en su interior, terraza exterior. Te levantas a las barra a coger tapas frias y pasan muuuuchas veces ofreciendo calientes. Al final pagas bastante por comer de picoteo, no controlas lo que has ido pidiendo. Y tampoco me llamó mucho la atención ninguna tapa. Considero que hay un exceso de patatas en todas las cajitas calientes.

Es de pinchos y tapas. Tienen mucha variedad. ¿COMO FUNCIONAN? Es autoservicio en cuanto a la comida. Vas a la barra, coges un plato y te pones los pinchos que quieras. Si quieres alguno en caliente, dilo. La bebida si te preguntan una vez en tu mesa. Y al pagar te cobran por número de palitos que tienes en tu plato. Todos los pinchos tienen palitos y valen igual. Creo q 2,30€ la unidad. Todos los que probé me gustaron pero nadie me explicó q si alguno lo quería caliente, lo pidiera. Lo hubiera agradecido.

Good tapas bar. You can take the plates from their cabinets, have them heated up if you need to or wait for a server to come round with fresh tapas. Good beer. Recommended.

A diferencia de todos los lizarran que he ido. Aquí los calentitos los sacan cuando ya están fríos, te tienes que servir tú los vasos, servilletas,... Y la calidad deja mucho que desear

El lugar en general es bueno, el ambiente es agradable y la comida realmente deliciosa. Pero hubo un gran inconveniente: el servicio. Nuestro pedido llegó recién después de 45 minutos, y solo cuando le recordamos al camarero. La larga espera arruinó un poco la experiencia.

No volveremos a este establecimiento. Camareros amables pero despistados. Dos veces vinieron con bebidas que no eran nuestras. Tomamos varias tapas calientes y salvo una, las otras deficitarias ( una no era ni siquiera lo que decían que eran). También pedimos un cachopo, pero no nos gustó. Mala calidad/precio. Por la zona, por el mismo precio, puedes comer decentemente.

Increíble el servicio de este bar, diez minutos sentada en una mesa y no ha venido nadie, al rato sale a recoger una mesa que tengo al lado y ni me pregunta y a cinco minutos después se sienta una mesa y salen a preguntarle, esa mesa no ha esperado ni 3 minutos. Poca profesionalidad, en la foto se ve al camarero llevándose la vajilla sucia y mientras pasando de mi cara. Son dos camareros hablando en la barra, uno perfectamente tiene que estar fuera controlando la terraza.

Cuando he llegado la camarera me ha indicado que si no iba a comer no podía sentarme en la terraza, cuando había otras personas sin comida en la mesa. La camarera no paraba de dar vueltas por las mesa mirando con caras de asco, me sentido muy intimidada y no he cenado nada agusto. Cuando he acudido al baño otra camarera de malas formas me ha dicho que por una puerta no era el baño y además ha tapado con la mano el número para entrar al baño. Otro cliente por el número y se lo han indicado. Jamás en ningún lizarran me ha sucedido algo así y llamaré personalmente para poner una reclamación a este lugar. NO PIENSO VOLVER

Muy mala calidad de la comida. Tapas un 80 % rebozadas...y muy malas. El jamón de plástico. El pan blando..fatal todo. Me sentó mal la comida y estuve mal toda la tarde y noche...cln vomitos. No recomiendo nada que lo visten. Y la comida es de bastanye mala calidad.

Esto es una porquería. Somos una clase que viaja con poco presupuesto, nos estafaron de forma traicionera y cruel. Ten cuidado, no vayas, ni siquiera es bueno. Diría que es asqueroso. Espero que tengas suficiente para comprar toallas con todo el dinero que nos quitaste. Mañana no podremos ni comer.

This café has the rudest staff. We asked the waitress (the brunette) if she could recommend something to us, and she replied “no” and walked away. It’s our first time in Valencia, and this gave us such a bad first impression of the people here. We’re upset.

The waitresses were miserable. They asked us if we new how it worked with the tapas. We said no and they just walked off. I had the burger with bacon in a brioche bun. When I picked it up to eat, there was so much grease dripping out of it that ir dripped onto my jeans. The top of the brioche bun just fell to bits because of all the grease. It was not nice and not worth the money. Would definitely not go back again. The only reason I gave 3 stars for atmosphere was because we were sat out in the sunshine.
