Simply excellent! Fine dining restaurant with tasty dishes, fusion cuisine that combines local tastes with other cuisine. The chef came out to speak with us and their service overall was amazing. The decor is also cool, they have a nice patio and a bar for cocktails. It was simple great, best place in Valladolid among the ones we tried! The prices were more than fair for what you get

Wow! This place was amazing! The wait staff was helpful and attentive. Our waiter happen to be the chef - Daniel. So of course we took his recommendations. We started with the guacamole with longaniza, and then had the risotto and the blue cheese pasta (sounds odd, I know, but it works!) All of the food was delicious. Their menu is small, which I prefer, as it means each dish will be special. They also have a selection of mezcals that they procure directly from producers in Oaxaca. We had a couple of their mezcal drinks (maracuya & jamaica) - super tasty. Chatted with the chef Daniel for a bit - super nice guy, who obviously cares about his food and the experience of his customers. The best meal we had in Valladolid - can’t recommend enough. Thanks Daniel and staff!

The owner is a wonderful & friendly man who cooks excellent food. We highly recommend getting the pasta or risotto if you want something different than your typical Mexican food. The place has been renewed and now has a very cosy outside terrace at the back.

Lovely restaurant in Valladolid. The fusion food there was a nice discovery. We ordered the chef’s recommandation : blue cheese and Valladolid sausage pasta, delicious.The cocktails were also very tasty and it looks like they have an expert selection of Mescal. On top of all service was very kind. We spent an excellent evening, thanks again to the team !

We ate here after a long day and it was really good. The guacamole con longaniza was a great combo. The pasta was perfectly made and the sauce was rich. Chef Daniel chatted with us about the foods in Yucatan and we had a very nice conversation. He explained they were closed for renovations. The place looks beautiful now and everything in the experience was well thought of.

Beautiful and chill fusion Italian-Mexican restaurant. We had the risotto and blue cheese pasta with local Longaniza sausage, as well as empanadas. All were amazing, just the right balances of flavors. The owner of the restaurant was also very friendly, checking in with us and explaining to us when we asked how the food was cooked. Would definitely recommend! Would come back again if I was in the area.

We had pasta, guacamole with toasted bread and mushrooms with the smoked sausage from Valladolid. Everything was really good. It's a. Good mix between Italien Cuisine and Mexican Cuisine. The Chef and owner Daniel made us feel really welcome. Muchas Gracias to Daniel, the second chef and his wife.

Great food and nice people. It is a bit out of the centre but definitely worth the walk. We had some great dishes shared between us. Highly recommend the tuna cevice, mushrooms and pasta with blue cheese. They went out to get me some non-alcoholic beer although not on menu. Just got licensed so as of next week, they will also have wines to make the experience complete!

I am not sure what happened here. Weird mix of flavors, nothing really went together, salmon was still cold inside, the main dishes were both drenched in butter or oil or other heavy ingredients like cheese as if to force flavor into them. Also somehow mismatched. A huge piece of partly drenched, partly cold salmon with a big serving of cold avocado cream and very little rice. The ceviche dish was well put together but the thuna was too fried and very dry. Less frying and this would be a great dish. The ingredients seemed really good. Maybe it would be better to aim for less complex dishes and execute them better. If the goal is Italian cuisine, just using good ingredients, produce, herbs and letting them speak for themselves could be an idea. Less force. Service and atmosphere were great and you can see that there is a lot of effort behind it all but the dishes we tried did not work unfortunately. EDIT: I have meanwhile encountered some similarly heavy dishes in other restaurants - partly this seems to be the Mexican style I was not familiar with!
