La nostra cena è stata perfetta: cibo delizioso e molto curato, ambiente accogliente, personale cortese e attento (tutte cose non più scontate, nelle città turistiche come Venezia).

I gestori sono gentili e ospitali. I piatti sono curati e originali, sanno di freschezza e genuinità. Ogni volta rimaniamo pienamente soddisfatti.

Ho avuto l'occasione di trascorrere un pranzo domenicale presso questo locale. Un posto speciale sotto tutti i punti di vista. Personale competente, cortese e amichevole e ambiente curato e accogliente. Il cibo impeccabile. Per esperienza personale consiglio la pasta di Gragnano con “Busara” di mazzancolle, una delle più buone mai mangiate. Nonostante io non sia un'amante dei dolci, ho provato il sorbetto al limone con liquirizia e mandorle caramellate e sono rimasta piacevolmente stupita. Esperienza nel complesso completamente positiva, lo consiglierei e ci ritornerei.

PERFECT. There are times that you leave a restaurant and think everything was absolutely perfect. This is one of those. The ambiance is cozy with a casual elegance. The service is impeccable - warm, friendly and professional. And the food? Superb. While almost all restaurants in Venice live on the tourist trade, this one feels local and authentic. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

This was a last minute dinner choice close to our hotel. We had no reservation, but the staff was so nice to seat us at their opening as long as we could complete by 9pm. Food was AMAZING, and again the staff was just so nice and welcoming. If you're in Venice I highly recommend this, it is a great experience!

After being recommended Osteria L’orto dei Mori by a local lady, we had the most incredible evening meal there. Everyone at the table loved every part of our evening. The restaurant is beautiful for a start, the table next to us was a family celebrating a birthday so the whole room was a lovely atmosphere. The menu was so good we all struggled to decide. I started with the “Busara Sauce” grey prawn pasta - everyone agreed this was the nicest pasta they had ever had. I finally managed to find the Italian pasta I was after. The sauce was sensational and i’m thinking about it frequently days later. Following this i had the Tuna Steak, another dish that did not disappoint. This was cooked perfectly and the flavours were beautiful. Other dishes at the table included lamb chops and’ saor’ di rombo e zucchini and a cheese selection with not a single complaint. We even got a piece of the wonderful birthday cake from the party there. A special mention to the team for being so helpful, welcoming and providing such a wonderful experience. My first stop next time i am in Venice.

For our last night in Venice we decided to splurge! We had an incredible meal in this upscale eatery. Every element of the experience was carefully managed. The wait staff were impeccable and made us all feel especially well taken care of. Each and every course was beautiful and so flavorful. The pasta melted in your mouth and the desserts, especially the tiramisu, were the best we had on our entire trip. Also for anyone with any food allergies or special diets, each and every item on the menu was easily referenced and categorized so you could make safe choices. It was a special meal!

Such a delightful cozy restaurant, takes some effort to find but so worth it. We were lucky to reserve a table on weekend with the help of our host. The ambience is classy and staff gave great recommendations. Very fresh seafood, delicious and intricate pastas and don’t miss the desserts. Even the house Pinot Grigio is decent and reasonable. We thoroughly enjoyed a delicious first meal in Venice and will recommend to try! Do reserve ahead.

Magnificent meal here at this beautiful place in this gorgeous campo (square). Started with wonderful sardine a beccafico, then pappardelle with veal ragout, followed by superb fritto misto (highly rated by us!) and salad. And yes, we had tiramisu ( no picture). If you can eat outside at this way better than average Venetian restaurant in the Cannaregio Sestiere, away from the crowds. The food is very good, the service is fine (not particularly warm) and the setting in the Campo extraordinary. All the food was super, but I'd suggest not ordering the Fagotti Ripieni as although they are unique in their presentation, they are not as flavorful as regular pasta.

Although not cheap and a bit crowded this is an excellent place. Premium Beer was cold and served to perfection. Very nice owner and good service. Food was perfectly executed made of good ingredients. Located in a quiet beautiful corner of northern venice. Alcoholic beverages are expensive as generally in italy.

Excellent food. I was blown away by the food, quality presentation and overall taste. Service by waitress excellent. Not to be desired was the man seating customers. As we walked in he was sitting at a table in the dining room (with other customers eating) on his phone. Very unprofessional for a owner, employee, manager or waiter. Take your phone to the back and watch it there. Also, the wine glass for my red wine was for Chardonnay and not a red wine glass. Otherwise very good. If the owner sees this review I would have given a 5 stars had it not been for the initial contact.

The meal was under average; the prices for meal and wine were not justified. Much to my regret the development during the last years was bad.

This place is listed in a blog of the top hidden gems in Venice. Well, it did not live up to the hype. Expensive mediocre food with mediocre service. Also, the server brought the bill straight to me, as a female POC it made me feel some type of way. Atmosphere was cute though.

Very pricey compared to the food being served which is quite bland to be honest. I would avoid at all cost unless you don’t have any other Osteria to go or some money to spend in an arty-farty fake…

Cibo ottimo. Porzioni però ridottissime e il 10% sul conto, per il servizio per me un furto, tenendo conto I prezzi dei piatti già parecchio alti.
