I just left the location right now at 6:00 p.m. October 21st and the chicken taste so old I can't even eat it all it's like this whole block just disregards food quality I don't get it.

Went thru drive thru, got my simple hamburger request wrong so I had to then park and go inside to get it right. When I was placing my order the cashier was very inpatient

Very bad customer service and very messy restaurant. Ordered to go and it took way to long to get my food. Poor food quality, soggy fries, soggy lettuce in my sandwiches. Don't recommend going to this Wendy's.

Got my very basic order wrong and the lady at the window just kinda shoved the bag at me and didn’t even make eye contact or acknowledge. I get this is fast food but if you are that miserable then quit and let somebody with better customer service take over.

Very poor customer service experience here over the weekend. Manager had a major attitude, and they got my order wrong twice. I won't be returning to Wendy's as a whole and will be filing a complaint with the company.

Service at this restaurant is not good. The older lady I think her name is norma she runs front counter is rude. She has an attitude an gives a dirty look. The manager is ok he’s bossy with his employees but lets the older lady norma get away with things cus they both older . I only come to the Wendy’s cus it’s next to my work which I stopped coming because the attitude.

Stood in line some other people walked up and explained what they were wanting for food and and the cashier completely ignored me as i stood in front her. i was told to “wait” because i didn’t say anything for 3 seconds. Honestly super wild and wasn’t expecting to be ignored like that point blank and disregarded. you can see it on camera occurring on the same day of this review around 520pm. all i wanted was 2 large drinks which is the sad part

BEWARE eat elsewhere. Dirty and Horrible service . If eating food after the young man working the counter 8/27 has repeatedly run his hands through his hair and then packages burgers and fries with the same hands is what sounds good to you then take a dare and go. I chose to walk in and stood waiting for someone to greet you to order. The entire staff just ignores all customers in the restaurant when they ask where there items are. Literally like some odd drones that look over and continue on Yhen I see the kid running his hands through his hair and I thought surely he is going to wash his hands or at least put on a on glove. NOPE. GROSS. The drive thru is always busy so maybe the franchisee doesn't care enough to hire quality staffbor keep a good store, or maybe they don't pay well whatever it is thatvwas gross enough to walk out and never want to see another Wendy's ever again. F-

Went through drive thru, guy on the other end rushed me through my order, then when I finally received my food, the burgers were literally thrown together , one of them the patty was broken in half and bun hanging off sideways, French fries were not fresh and put in the bag upside down , the baked potato I ordered barely filled the tray it was in. I know its fast food but guys, come on, you can do better than this. Slow down a little bit, and you might just get better reviews.
