The place is large and spacious, air-conditioned, and has plenty of tables so you don't have to wait. Everything is very clean, and the service is friendly and fast. As for the chicken, it's the softest I've ever eaten, the salad is made with fresh ingredients, and the water is delicious. Everything is excellent. If you're looking for good chicken, look no further.

A newly discovered gem in Veracruz. It was my biggest surprise. I went there for lunch because I was nearby and returned every chance I got. Their service is prompt, their waitresses friendly, and their seasoning is delicious, with everything cooked to order. I tried their picadas, gordas, pollo, and enchiladas norteñas, all excellent, with different prices (very affordable compared to other restaurants). Paired with a lechero or a pitcher of fresh water, they were the perfect meal.

Delicious, the beef broth was very delicious and I loved the lemonade, I ordered a mineral water one and they brought me a regular one and I asked for an exchange, the lady acted like she didn't understand and didn't want to exchange it but a colleague did, but other than that, good price and good food

The food was so delicious, we decided to order fried chicken 😋... It's been a while since we've been to a Pollo Feliz, but now they even sell beef broth and a variety of other dishes. The servers are friendly, and it's very busy. When we walked in, it was almost full. There's air conditioning, TV, and comfortable tables. The prices are affordable.

Excellent service and attention, the chicken was very well prepared, the menu includes salads, arrachera steak, cheeses, hamburgers, everything very fresh and clean, with air conditioning. Prices are quite reasonable.

I think this chicken is very good, it's delicious, it never disappoints, it's always nicely decorated for the season, although the place is a bit noisy but it's not a problem, honestly the service is good, you feel quite comfortable here, I would come back again.

The food wasn't particularly noteworthy. The service was poor, and I only mention this because the assistant assigned to us brought me the menu and completely neglected to offer any assistance. There's a lovely young woman, the shortest and thinnest of them all, who's an angel sent from heaven. Beautiful and charming, she offered to help us.

Esteban Morales' Pollo Feliz has terrible service. It was awful; they never brought us the chicken we ordered. It took over half an hour to get our horchata to the table. Truly terrible.
