Great kiosk in Pavillion. Regular Starbucks that accepts Starbucks cards (unlike certain kiosks in Barnes and Noble).

It's right on the corner of Hollywood and Vine between 9 in the .morning and 9 at night it's pack it's across the street from the Plantages theatre and a 100 feet away is the metro train what I like about this Starbucks is you meet people from allover the world with smile on there face and great attitude

Yeah, and if an order gets messed up, they always fix it.

The ladies are there every morning early, they are friendly and do a good job. The coffee station could be kept a bit better, but overall this is a great store in general and I do all my shopping here.

Been given a hard time at some Starbucks. Had to call customer service. Cup was $40.00 and u get free coffee in January only rainy month but I like dark roadt hate pike coffee. No need tohavw a lecture froma batista. Lol

Dont care for their over roasted coffee.

INSIDE A GROCERY STORE. Drinks are fine, service is good, but don't expect to camp out and write or hang with friends.

This Starbucks is in the grocery store. There were no tables or seats.

The staff needs better training. Have had several orders mixed up.

I ordered a blended mocha tasted it and it was terrible. I took it back and she said I drank some and told me she couldn't do anything. So I threw it away. Never had a problem like this before.

Been going for about 2 years now and service has been mediocre every time. Not a fan

But after today, I will NEVER go back. My wife waited at the front of the line in line for about 15, they just completely ignored her and started taking other customers orders. Come on guys, it’s coffee. Not rocket science. Jeez

We were there several times when shopping at Pavilions. We find the the barista Brendon cheap, unaccommodating and even rude. Too bad, otherwise, it is quite convenient.
