Loved the chicken. If you like heat and spice, this is for you. I like hot food, but their medium was enough for me. I can only imagine what their levels of "hot" and "stupid hot" must be like. I wouldn't mind sampling those, but a whole meal would be too hot for me. Would I go back? Absolutely.

We had the fried chicken (dark meat, mild), with one side. Large leg/thigh pieces, chicken was perfectly done, juicy and tender. Mild spice was enough for us, enough kick to make it memorable but not painful. The broccoli salad and Cole slaw was delicious, the biscuits flaky and warm. The (counter) service was outstanding, friendly and informative for a first time guest. We will return.

Great food. But man, the logistics of this place make no sense. You can't pay with your card online, you have to order online and then pay at the store. What makes things even more inconvenient is the fact that it's nearly impossible to get someone to come to the front counter. You look back there and there's employees just on their phones doing nothing. There's also only one size of cups, and no lids.

Good food, decent value. They can definitely cook chicken. Not a lot of options but it's all decent. Not a fan of the atmosphere floor is concrete with old glue stuck to it, nonstop pop country music that's way too loud for a small dine in area. The only cutlery is plastic bundles, so if you just need a fork you have to throw away a knife, spoon & plastic wrapper small detail but annoyingly wasteful when I eat here often. Update: floor has been updated but is still sticky.

Food was great! Portions are good. Fast service in taking our order, cashier was patient and answered any questions we had. We didn't wait long to get our food. I will definitely come back.

Edit: Yeah the other reviews are right. This place is so hit or miss. One day you go and the food is excellent, then literally the next day it’s very bad. Nashville Hot Chicken… figure it out guys. I will probably not come back again, which sucks because when the food is good it’s great. Very disappointed. I’ve been looking forward to trying Nashville Hot Chicken for a little while now and I was pretty happy with the experience. The chicken sandwich was pretty tasty. Honestly one of the better chicken sandwiches I’ve had recently. I tried medium spice and it was pretty tame, I don’t usually care for very spicy food, but I might go for hot next time. The chicken was crispy and juicy. I will get this again soon. My wife loved the mild tenders and was happy with the seasoning. But the real highlight for us was the fries and the onion petals. Most places have very plain fries, but not Nashville hot chicken. The fries are so well seasoned that they taste fantastic. Just a little spicy. Same goes for the onion petals. I am looking forward to trying everything again. The place has some fun decor, but I took my food home, so I can’t say much for the dining in experience. The staff were friendly and the food was ready in a few minutes.

City View Equestrian, LLC

This place is so hit or miss. Which is incredibly frustrating because it's amazing when it's on point. Never know if we're going to get the correct rubs. Last time we ordered we even asked them to double check because the last order had been so hot it was inedible. Instead, the fish fry came rubbed in hot spices even though we asked for it to be plain. And the chicken had no spice. Mac and cheese is delicious when it's fresh. But so dry and oily when it's clearly been sitting out or reheated. Last time we ordered it didn't even have pimentos in it. Sometimes it comes swimming in oil as well like it hadn't been allowed to rest properly. If they can cinch up the inconsistencies - this place would be a 10/10 knockout.

Probably the most hit or miss restaurant in the area. The One & Only Sandwich on a good day is one of the best hot chicken sandwiches around. Great flavor, juicy and filling. But on other days it's been dry, flavorless and just a mess. I don't know if it's even a 50/50 chance of it being a good day to be honest. Was excited to try the new Nashville Dynamite as it was something different. Don't bother with it. The mac & cheese was dry and the chicken drier and almost non existent. I'm pretty sure they forgot the spice rub/sauce as well. I asked for hot knowing the mac & cheese would probably dull it a little yet there was zero heat whatsoever. Which brings me to another problem. I wanted to ask for some hot sauce but the employees never came out of the kitchen again. The service always feels like you're interfering with their life.

I like that they have a sink for washing your hands before and after you eat right in the dining area, but the hot chicken just was too salty. The chicken fried steak didn't taste like a one piece steak but some grounded up meat with weird textures and flavor. The people working there were nice and friendly.

Have been there many times,amd one of my favorites places in victor area. But went on black Friday. Wings were cook and flavored in straight salt. Not what they were in past. Hope it was a one time issue. Sad but had to throw out my wings. My friend who got the sandwich said the same.
