My favorite her is actually the breakfast and the chicken biscuit. Soooo good. Wish they served it all day. Yes the chicken sandwich is really good. Not as heavy on breading as other chi men places, but still really good. Love the spicy grilled chicken sandwich. Wish they would keep that one. The fries are awesome. Really good sauces. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Love the separate drive thru lane for online orders. And if you have someone that wants a good burger, Steak n Shake is next door. The new chicken fingers are good. Little bit small. Just get the chicken sandwich. Good chicken noodle soup and their diet lemonade is the bomb.

I’ve tried all the Major Fried Chicken Sandwiches chains and Chick-fil-A is the best! The oil is better, ranch dipping sauce is amazing, and the buns are so tasty with the perfect amount of butter on them! I always add extra, extra pickles on my Original Chicken Sandwiches. Always order 2 🤤😋 There house made lemon is the best! Definitely one of my top spots to go for lunch! Prices are fair! And of course the staff is always so friendly and courteous, and always makes your visit pleasant! Fast service!! Thank you! I will definitely be back 😋😁

Gotta say... pretty disappointing.. I thought a place that specialized in chicken would have much better prepared chicken. Carls Jr. grilled chicken club over the Chick-fil-A version without a doubt, no contest. The sandwhich here was sad and overdone.. as a chef that has trained line cooks before.. it looks like they're using grill weights and demolishing the chickens so that they grill faster. (This is a common practice, unfortunately for some places.) Anyway, the chicken was thin, dry, and overdone. Only second time here, but not rushing back...

We visited for the first time today. We ordered online through my Chick-fil-a app and walked in to pick up our items. The wait time from ordering our food, checking in, and waiting for our food to be prepared was long but not outrageous. I made an error on my order, I meant to order a lemonade without ice but I ordered extra ice, the lady remade my drink for me and fixed the error even though it was my fault. By the way, the lemonade is DELICIOUS I recommend that you try it :) My only complaint is that the dining area was filthy. The trash cans were over flowing. Seats had visible grease marks from dirty fingers. Even though plenty of seats and tables were available there were really only a couple of choices because everything was so dirty.

The food is really good but incredibly overpriced. 30$ for 2 combos is incredibly ridiculous! The portions are small which makes it a rip off. You're really just paying for the quality that's it. Regarding their customer service, there's just something about some of the employees at this Chick fil a location that makes me feel uneasy every time I go here. It feels like they are judging their customers just based on their attitude and also shows on their face. Which clearly does not reflect their Christian beliefs at all. Meanwhile some of the other employees are very helpful and with a positive attitude. It just depends on the employee. It also takes a while to get your food. Overall medicore customer service and portions. I rather spend my money at In n out where the customer service is top notch and has reasonable prices. Hence why it's always packed. Chick fil A do better!

Itd be nice to give you a full review, but since I only received half of my order, Ill give you half a rating. The option to speak to someone is invalid, goes to a voicemail thats never returned and even the customer service rep on the 800 # didn't understand why they couldnt help us, because even they are locked out and its noted "This store requires to be done in store, and cant do a recovery email. " Great customer service.

Always forgets an item in my order. I asked for extra pickles with my spicy sandwich and I got ZERO pickles. I love honey with my chicken and these guys always forget my honey packets and give only 2 honey packets when asked- why?!! The service is average in comparison to the REST of Southern CA Chic fil -A's. I experience exceptionally social, generous, friendly, and enthusiastic service from other chic fil A restaurants, so this one in VV lacks enthusiasm and social skills. To the manager: DO BETTER!!!

Went through the drive-through and I noticed that people were asking for more condiment or something. Once I got out there, I checked my order and they forgot to put something. So I decided to pull over and park and eat because the cool food was not hot and when I got to take a drink, I realize I didn’t have a straw.So I had to complain about the service and the wait time in the drive-through due to inaccuracies.

So honestly, I have nothing against Chick-fil-A, I actually love it. But the service really sucked today, and this isn’t the first time it’s happened. Usually, I order through the mobile app, but today I didn’t. The line was long, which I expected, but that wasn’t the issue. The problem started when I got skipped. Multiple workers were taking orders, and one of them came up to my window and said another worker would take me up ahead. Instead, she went and helped the next 3–4 people behind me, while the worker in front of me was still busy with another customer. When it was finally my turn, I tried paying with a gift card, but the reader wasn’t working. The worker had to manually type it in at the window, and I honestly felt bad for her because it was clearly giving her trouble. But here’s what really upset me: while all this was happening, I noticed they gave food to the next two people behind me. Then they told me to pull up to the blue cone and wait. I did but tell me why five people in my lane behind me got their food before me when I was ahead of them the whole time?!! And I didn’t even have crazy order or nothing just 2 chicken sandwiches, a fry, and a drink.

I really don’t understand the hype for overpriced chicken. The fries the sandwich the price was just outrageous. The sandwich was supposed to be spicy and it was just a regular sandwich to me. The fries were not crisp, just soggy, and flavorless. And to top things off they get my order wrong. I ordered bacon Mac and cheese for my boy and instead they give me apple sauce…. They were fast though I’ll give them that. But probably why they messed up my order to begin with. This was my first time trying and probably that only time. If I want to eat the same quality taste in food I rather go to Carl’s Jr for half the price. 1/10 for me.
