Complete mad house. Drive thru was packed both lanes. So i tried inside ordering. Tables were empty but the place was full of customers waiting on food. Several customers inside and curbside service left without getting food even after paying for it.

To be honest I didn’t wanna write this but it’s like every time I go to this McDonald’s something isn’t right. Whether it be from getting a large fry and it being half way full and all the fries are soggy or just straight up getting my order wrong, just went in earlier and had to wait 15 minutes for a smoothie after I was already given my food in the drive through.

Got 2 burritos a mcgriddle and 2 hashbrowns and be pulled to the second window to wait for the hasbrowns and sat for 13 minutes for them to ask me what I’m waiting on and I finally got my hashbrowns and asked them why it took so long knowing it takes 2 minutes and 45 seconds to drop hashbrowns and she says I just got off break and threw her hands up so I had to sit and wait 13 minutes for you to be on break? Very rude response she could have apologized at the least but wanted to throw her hands up and then close the window. Very poor service. I don’t mind waiting ever as I work in food i just wanted to know why it took so long and she was very rude.

Complete joke of a store. For the entire year so far EVERY time I online order I spend 5 to 10 minutes waiting at the end of my drive through even ordering 20 minutes in advance. On top of it something is ALWAYS wrong, the receipt will show correct but not the actual order. The employees are clearly and consistently too ignorant to follow basic instructions

They got a drink wrong and when I told them the girl rolled her eyes with an attitude and made me pull up and wait for a sprite instead of the coke they gave me.

Dude what is this, I asked for a large iced caramel coffee didn't put any caramel and only one cream in it. Fire the guy with a deep voice, because I know he's the one that made this And then I went inside and tried to get it remade, they handed me the same coffee with a different lid so disrespectful. I just walked out and said it was fine because what the actual hell. The old lady that works the counter today, and the dude with the deep voice both need to get fired

This is by far the worse McD’s experience. We ordered 3 Happy Meals. We have been waiting over 30 minutes. The Happy meals sat on the counter with no activity. My husband had to go up and ask if it was ours. They never called our number. It was half way put together. There are at least 15 people standing in the Lobby pissed off. The tables are dirty and we can hear the employees shouting in the back ground. We’re not sure if they are fighting or playing. One employee is shouting “stay away from over here”. My husband is now talking to another employee and for the third time they said they were going back to remake it. Remake it for the third time?!? We promised our granddaughter a happy meal and now my husband is asking to get our drinks. Employees are pissed and shouting the order numbers. This is by far the worse experience ever! We won’t be coming here EVER again.

Beware ordering on the app because every time I do it seems they are just out of what I order. Today I ordered unsweetened tea with 3 lemon slices… pick my order up and there are no lemons. I tell them I did not receive the lemons that I ordered in the app in my tea. The guy Behind the Counter says We don’t serve lemons at this location 🤦🏽‍♀️ Well, then, maybe they shouldn’t have that as an option in the app

this place is buns. literally awful. no joke there was hair in my food they said they would “remake it” with no other compensation. literally disgusting. inside is a mess, nothing is wiped down, just horrible management overall. come here if you want horrible service and even worse food.

**Edited to add photo** For starters, this location never has any food on the weekends, aside from nuggets and fries. I have been several times at 0420 on Saturdays and Sundays and one particular manager never has anything other than items listed above. 2nd, the coffee... You get 3 sips with the flavor and the rest is strong, unsweet coffee with cream taste. If I pay for extra carmel, I would like the flavor to be throughout my coffee. 3rd, today, the same manager greeted me with, "just so you know, we only have nuggets and fries" i replied i wanted cold coffee. He could have said then it was fresh brewed so I could have decided to waitor leave. Instead he rang it up and as he handed it to me, said " It's fresh brewed so if it tastes too bad let me know,( I am in drivethru on my way to work for 9 hours so when will I let him know), but there is really nothing I can do" .... This attitude and service is unacceptable from anyone, but as a manager, disgusting! I hope he gets retrained, at the very least. This is the only location open 24/7 but really should not be if food availability and service are nonexistent. I will be back at 2pm for a refund.
