It has many positive aspects, but not all: fast service, friendly staff, reasonable prices, a beautiful location, and a good selection of gelato flavors. Unfortunately, the downside is the quality of the gelato, and since it's a gelato shop, I don't think it deserves more than two stars, which I give thanks to the other, less important, positive aspects. I tried the pear flavor and the black cherry variegato. The former was more reminiscent of pear-flavored detergent, while the latter, if they hadn't told me it was black cherry, I certainly wouldn't have guessed from the completely neutral flavor. The pear flavor was more like crushed ice with thickener and pear flavoring than a true pear gelato. Not creamy at all. A shame.

The ice cream is nothing special. On a Saturday night, they told us they were closing an hour before the time advertised at the register because we were the last customers. They had already closed the shutters 45 minutes before closing, thus missing out on other customers we saw arriving.
