Whoever was taking orders at timr 1302 on July 21st 2024 was very rude. She's obviously hates her job and wants to fight everyone. Or it's just men cuz she was super nice to the lady behind me.

Went here to get food to go for 4 guys at lunch. Wait was longer than 20 minutes for mediocre food. Better places to go, but if you need wings at not a great price, go for it

It is a long wait for a dine in. Seemed to dry. They added small amount of the sause. Recommend the Escondido locations. This location is pretty but food is better at other locations.

I have nothing negative to say about the food, the service on the other hand… I have some words. Without fail my order will always take near double the estimated wait time. I understand if the restaurant is busy, however whenever I order from this location it’s always slow. If you’re planning to get epic wings prepare for an epic wait

My food had a long hair in it. As well as food was made incorrectly.

This place was great 7 years ago. I visited today with my family. We dined in and it was the worst mistake. The chicken was burned super hard my kids couldn’t chew. Most importantly the service. The girls up front need to be trained or replaced they are so rude before you even order. They immediately hate you for walking through the door. You’re better off going to the San Marcos location where the service is much better.

I forgot to add that I called to let them know and I did speak to the manager who was there at the time and he was the one that said it was a verbal agreement - I left my phone number because he said I could speak to someone else and no one has ever called me. 2. I see someone has replied to this post, but instead of offering a solution at least after YEARS of my continued support, they just spit out some generic message. If you scroll down far enough, you can see my first FIVE STAR review of this place, three years ago. Times really must be tough for them because skimping seems to be the norm for them now. I’ve been coming to this location for years. I preferred it over the other location that’s closer to me because the quality was much better. That has definitely changed. I placed an online order and went out in the rain storm (day after Christmas 2025), only to get home and discover my wings were completely dry. It looks like they just squirted very runny sauce to the bottom of the container and put dry wings on top. I called to let them know, not really expecting much but hoping they’d provide a solution with offering a coupon or a partial refund or at least even an apology but instead they asked me to take the food back and they could remake it. They also offered a refund if I returned the food. I said I didn’t want to do that because it’s raining out and I don’t want to go back out in the rain and waste more time and they said there was nothing they could do unless I returned the food, as per their “policy.” I asked them to point me to where that policy was written out and they said it was a “verbal policy.” What a joke! Aside from that they said that I had to return the food in order to have something remade or get a refund because I might still eat the wings I wasn’t happy with. Even if I did, they messed up and have been providing declining service time and time again, so they should fix it not ask the customer to do something in return. You know a place is struggling when they start skimping on food and ask for food back lol. How pathetic.

I got to the restaurant my order was ready to go; once I arrived home I noticed my epic fries didn't have any buffalo sauce. I called the restaurant and they told me to head back and to take the fries... so I did. Once I arrived they took the fries. A couple minutes passed recieved my same fries with sauce. I took a bite right outside the restaurant and noticed they were extremely cold. I went back and told them If I could just get a refund for the fries. This is where they started giving me attitude and told me that they couldn't do anything since I had eaten some of the fries that my plate isn't the same portion that they "usually give" when i had only taken a bite after receiving the fries with sauce and that their manager told them to just give me the cold fries with sauce. It felt like they were trying to turn this on me when they committed the mistake of adding no sauce making me drive back to the restaurantfor them to try and argue with me. To be completely honest one of the worst restaurant experience I have had.

First the wait time, they said it would 15 minutes we for 5 plates then we ended up waiting almost 1 hour and 10 minutes. Second the food was super bad there was no chicken but was filled up with fries way too much. Third the sauce it was way too sour and spicy even though we ordered 5 plates of just a little buffalo. We paid $80 and it all went to the trash. I do not recommend anybody eating the piece of garbage unless you want to waste your money for no reason.

I placed my order and they siad is "only to go" which I was going to take out anyways, but the tone in which was said. Very unprofessional management should take more pride on their establishment. I have no issues with teenagers working, but they clearly don't know how run the place. For the record if I wanted to eat in at the time I walked in, I should be able too. Doors close at 10 PM. Definitely not coming back to this place.

I honestly did not like the service , for one got lied about the soda machine being out of order and got charged for 4 small soda cans and got charged as if it was a fountain drink and then after I finished paying the guy behind me purchase a fountain drink and he gets one and top it off the if the soda machine didn't work it should have a out of order sign and when I asked to speak to the manager they side eye me and got looked at all weird I honestly would like my money back
