We opened up the app last night and realized it had been a year since we ordered from Pizza Hut. Ordered a medium super supreme pan pizza and it was delicious. It was ready for pick up within about 10 minutes of ordering. We usually only eat a couple of pieces, but my wife and I ate four pieces each and finish the entire pie in one sitting! Kudos to whoever put the pizza together. The manager and the counter worker(Cindy) were incredibly nice. We won’t wait another year until we order again.

I walked in, the employees actually care about the service they offer. They all were smiling, you don't find that often these days. Very attentive, and the care for how they make their pizza is apparent, it was delicious! I will definitely be back to this location.

Ordered the Big New Yorker (tasted great), wings and a brownie midday on Super Bowl Sunday and I live several miles away from the nearest Pizza Hut. I was expecting a delivery wait time around an hour or more. A friendly lady delivered my order (complete and how I ordered it) in less than 20 minutes! Everything was hot, fresh, and very tasty.

I placed an order online what's the first Pizza Hut before I realized they were about to close in 5 minutes. That was from the Oceanside boulevard and college boulevard Pizza hut. I went to go pick it up and they told me oh we're closed, they'll just refund your money. Would have been nice to know right? So I called another one that was open and it was kind of weird. The person on the phone seemed pleasant, interested in helping me, professional, courteous. Very strange for Southern California workers under 30 these days, am I right? Anyway got home and the pizza was exactly how I ordered it and delicious and....just kind if unexpected these days, almost felt like there was actual value in the experience! Lol

I never write reviews and I wanted to today because the customer service was amazing! Hector took my phone order and was so kind! Informed me of all the specials and did not rush me into making a decision. He was extremely patient with me and his communication skills was excellent! I picked up my order from Ashley and she was the sweetest. She also showed me my order to make sure it was correct. Kuddos to Hector and Ashley. Keep up the good work!

What awesome service tonight 4/12/22 from Joana . I was ordering from from the parking lot and asked someone could come out to take my payment. I injured my knee recently and I was in extreme pain and I couldn't even walk to the door. And then next thing I know here comes beautiful Joanna to take my order in person which I thought was very sweet and kind. It really made me so happy that a young girl in her early twenties (if that) would know how impactful her kind gesture was appreciated so much. I was having a pretty hard day up until that point.. Funny how someone can help me turn my frown upside down. I had to tip her extra! She deserves recognition. Yay!!! JOANNA. I HOPE YOUR BOSS SEES THIS!!! She deserves a raise and praise!!!! Oh and the pizza was great too!!!

This was by far, the best experience that I have ever had at a Pizza Hut. The man who took my order over the phone was very patient, polite and professional. The young man who delivered the pizza and hot wings was very polite and professional. The food was amazing and cooked just how I like it. I will definitely order from this location again.

We ordered 2 medium pepperoni pizzas that were delivered to us burnt on the edges. The pizza tasted like it had been cooked too long. Such a disappointment. I will not be ordering here again.

I've been ordering pizza at this Pizza Hut chain forever calling the same number for 25 years. Today when I went to get my pizza the woman at the front at approximately 9:00 p.m. told me they did not have a pizza under my name or phone number. I asked her if she could check again she said they didn't have one. I asked her if she could ask one of the gentleman in back if they remembered taking my order she said that no man had taken in order tonight only her was answering the phone. She refused to ask them. She suggested my pizza was routed to a different location and that I should check the other locations which I then walked outside and did, but none of them other locations had my pizza. I tried to call back but it just rang and rang and rang so then I called back but blocked my number they immediately answered it was the same gentleman I had spoken with earlier in the evening when I placed my order he was extremely polite he remembered me my order he didn't know what had happened to my pizza but he was happy to make it right by getting me another Pizza which I was now waiting over an hour and 10 minutes for from my original time that I called he had it ready in 10 minutes what a great kid. The girl on the other hand, refuse to come to the front when I came in to pay for the pizza. I'm sure she was embarrassed that she had completely lied to me when I was at the front about my order and she probably doesn't have the ability to apologize for her bad attitude and poor customer service skills. It's a real shame because she makes the whole place look bad when she does things like that rather than just owning up to it & saying I don't know what happened to your pizza ma'am. I will be rethinking which location I get my pizza from in the future thanks to her. I live in Oceanside however I always get my pizza at 1289 East Vista Way.

I had to call to see what happened they said the driver came and knocked at my door and called. Not true because i was outside & no one came. The worker who took my call was rude and when i asked if i could pick up the order they had cancelled she said no i had to place a new order. No longer ordering from this rude establishment.

Cost more than locally run pizza places. Food and quality is not as good. I high reccommend going elsewhere where the impact of your purcahase is felt locally.
