Joseph was the absolute sweetest. My coworker and I came in with a large order (14 burgers + fries, drinks, and a shake) and he was so patient. He made sure he got everything and every little detail. He offered us a huge box to to carry our food it and gave us such an abundance of ketchup, spread, and peppers. I was really amazing and he did us such a huge favor doing what he did. He provided a level of customer service excellence I haven't experienced in a while. Thank you so much, Joseph!

Honestly, it is so much better than the San Diego in n out, the one where the line ACTUALLY goes to the freeway and causes SO much traffic. Staff are friendly too~ Aside from the burgers, if you have a fur baby, you should get them the pup patty! It's so cute. The outdoor area is dog friendly! My husband always gets the 4x4, and i get the double double. It's great! Also, the animal fries 🍟

I am writing this review because I am so thankful for the employees who went above and beyond to help me today. I had my 4 month old wrapped on me and my 2-year-old was walking next to me. And the nicest cashier went and got a box, and then another person, I think his name was Diego. I feel bad that I didn't get a check the girls name tag because she was so helpful and kind. But he offered to walk the food out to my truck. And I'm just so grateful that both people went above and beyond. Neither of them had to do that and the food was delicious. Update: We've been back about 4 times since I first left this review and it's still the best In N Out this side of Pendleton

This location never disappoints! The food is out quick and always delicious, the tables and floors are kept clean, and the employees are always kind! In this specific visit, there were two women working who were outstanding in their kindness and seemed so happy to be helpful. Ava was working on the floor greeting, cleaning, and made a huge effort to ask everyone how the food was. There was also another woman who was so helpful but I didn’t get her name. We were there around 8pm on a Friday night so hopefully that gets her the recognition she deserves! Keep up the good work!

Every time I visit in the experience is above all others and regards to any fast food service. They are second to none come on in regards to quality service atmosphere price and overall experience you will find no better!!

I love there 2 patties protein style Burger. My brother has a 4 patties burger protein style. No bread wrapped in lettuce Oh!Yeah! And very,very affordable.

This in and out rips! It might look busy but it will not be long before your number is called. It's in this moment my breathing begins to quicken. This double double has got my mouth watering. With tunnel vision I cannot seem to locate the ketchup station. I went up to the counter and asked for ketchup. Without missing a beat, the dude reaches under the counter and stokes me with so much ketchup. We both knew how rad the exchange was and not a word from the employee was needed. I have much respect for the folks that make this store pop. Thanks In and Out!

We were there last night with our son and his wife for a last-minute birthday burger for him after his softball game. We sat outside because of their dog. And everyone there was SO NICE and so helpful!! Especially Erykah!! We had a few special requests, and she kindly smiled and happily accommodated us. Then she brought our shakes and later our burgers out to us. It was service going above and beyond! Then other workers were also super nice, even wishing us a good evening as they walked by our table after their shift, etc. Very impressive and much appreciated. (And tasty as always!!)

Drive-through can be long at times, but the staff works it pretty efficiently. So if you pull up, and the line looks long, don’t fret you’ll be through in no time at all. Staff is always super friendly with a smile even with the crazy long line.

Just like every other one in Southern California the cops like to go to this one late night probably cuz it's the only place to open you can eat other than Alberto's but there's always cops going in and out of there 24/7 . To pay your registration Odell get you there late and early they patrol this spot and eat here as well. So be legal or be on guard cuz the 50 is constantly here.

I rarely write reviews, but this In-N-Out definitely deserves the recognition. I’ve been coming here for over a year and not once have I had a negative experience. The workers are incredibly friendly, they greet me and my daughters with a smile every time. They always offer hats and fun activities for the kids, which makes every visit feel special. What really stands out is the service. After I finish eating, someone always walks by to offer to throw away my tray and I constantly see team members cleaning tables, the lobby and even the bathrooms. Despite how busy it gets, the staff never seem flustered or distracted. No one’s ever on their phone or looking unhappy, they actually seem to enjoy their jobs and it shows in how hard they work. Whoever is leading this team is clearly doing something right. The environment is so positive and supportive, I’ve genuinely thought to myself, “I’d love to work here.” And while I haven’t even mentioned the food yet, that’s saying something, the burgers are always fresh, delicious and priced better than most other burger spots around. The soda station, condiments, napkins, straws, jalapenos, etc. are always stocked, without me ever having to ask. Thank you to everyone who works here. In and Out is one of my favorites even though the lines are long whether your in the drive thru or ordering inside but it's worth it. The menu is simple and straightforward and the Animal fries are not on the menu but they are good .

The kitchen tap was loose and unstable. Their specialists tightened and secured it properly. It feels sturdy now. I’m glad I called them.

Very fast service. They line up like 12 burgers and flip them then flip more and so on when it's busy. They got fresh potatoes being peeled and sliced almost the entire time they are open. Be sure and check out their secret menu so you look like a pro going in. I like my burger Double Double Raw onion, protein style, fries well done. This translate to Double burger patties, Double cheese slices, with lettuce wrap instead of your bun. I like the fries well done so it is a little crunchy. Great place to buy a burger for a quick meal instead of cooking.

Outstanding experience, I have visited a few of these and I’d have to say this location runs like a well oiled machine. Went inside for to dine in, we ordered the double, a couple of singles and even a shake. We had small children and the kids were given stickers and hats. Austin was the cashier and he was absolutely fantastic! VERY kind, courteous, patient and super nice to the kids. This guy needs a raise! If you’re in the area please visit this establishment. It represents the brand well.

First time at this location and it’s definitely better than the Oceanside location. Food is only better in that the bun was soft (not burned and stale like the OS loc). I didn’t think the Double Double was that good (I’ve had really tasty burgers at the AZ locations). The bathroom is poorly designed with a large trash can plus towel machine right at the door—on opening the door to enter, I actually hit a team member who was emptying a dustpan into the large trash can at the door. And even with that happening, that person didn’t move to allow entrance. No way in if they don’t move. How silly is that? And then there’s only 2 stalls and the sinks are tight as well. Too small for the busy place. They did have more outside seating than some, however, it’s unpleasant as you have a never ending line of vehicles wrapped around you with fumes. Argh.

We had lunch here yesterday and it was great. This location is clean and well run. The food was great. We both had double doubles, animal style and protein style, and they were delicious. Parking is a bit limited here so don’t be surprised by that.

Being from the East we've heard all about In Out Burger. Well. It was a mediocre burger. Similar to what we can get at any fast food at home. Service was fast. A bit inaccurate. The fries are better at Burger King. But it was the experience of going and trying it. Unfortunately underwhelming. Nothing wrong with it other than not living up to the hype.

The burgers are good, but not very big, even a double double felt small but I guess that's how they are keeping the cost down while keeping the doors open. Place was packed, but dirty tables. I had to get their attention to help clean the table. It's not made for a large group. We had 6 people, and we couldn't sit and dined together. I came from out of state looking forward to eating In n Out. The fries were very cold because the servers were not shouting the numbers out loud, so my food sat there.

In-N-Out in Vista, CA on Hacienda Drive shares the same issue with many locations that, especially later in the day, the fries get saturated with salt after the cook salts so many batches. Ease up already! I tasted and told the clerk my fries were ‘super salty’ and she said ‘sorry about that’ with no offer to actually address the problem. I stood there momentarily stunned, but decided to just leave and not go back for quite awhile.

Everyone working there seemed miserable.. not a good experience today. Food is good. Would taste better if you had people who loved to work there.

Instead, I got fries that tasted like they were seasoned by Poseidon himself. I’m talking saltier than a breakup text at 2am. Genuinely uneatable — unless you’re a deer looking for a salt lick. As for the burger? Meh. It had the enthusiasm of a DMV worker on a Friday. Not horrible, but definitely not worth the hype or the calories. I usually love In-N-Out, but this location? Take out was awful. Bun was hard and stale. fries were cold, hard and stale and tasted like leftovers from the night before. Service was very slow but friendly.

Girl named taylor gave me a look up and down and kept rushing me to take my order but wouldn't even put it in. She seemed bored at her job since she kept yawning. I asked for no tomatoes but instead gave me no lettuce. On top of that when I got my order my fries were all over the place. Not being able to do something so basic is crazy. First and last time coming here.

This time I was very disappointed, the food we ordered, (it was verified 3 different times) was not correct. Cannot believe I’m leaving a review for in n out. The staff at this location sets itself apart by not moving with the sense of urgency found at the other sites. Topped off with having to ask the cashier, Kaylin Ga, to pause as I complete my order turned a simple order into a drawn out back and forth repetitive order. Just constantly cutting me off all over 1 combo and 1 double double. If you’re agitated and don’t want to work in this industry, find another job.

Don't get the hype, it's on par with McDonald's. It's maybe a 3 star, possibly 4, if I'm considering what they're attempting to deliver as opposed to preferences. But it gets a 1 for ensuring to be lazy on guiding their own traffic. They essentially ensure to have it going out to the street and impeding traffic instead of dedicating the parking lot itself.

Zero stars if I could. Accessibility: there is a drive-thru and handicap parking and ramps to get up to the building. The doors to enter are pull doors. Experience: Sunday 12-12-2021. Bad experience, will not come back. I was waiting in line for the drive-thru and after 5 minutes, some rude woman CUT IN LINE IN FRONT OF 10 CARS. She cut 1 car in front of me so the person in front of me pulled out of line, next to her, rolled their window down and started screaming at her. It was so rude and I cannot believe the person standing outside taking orders actually took her order; they should not have taken her order until she went to the back of the line. It's like they do not care about any of their customers at all. To make it worse, I told the young boy (white, with brown hair) at the first window about this and how they need to not take those people's orders until they go to the back of the line, and it was like he was almost laughing in my face, literally he was smiling, and he told me "we are not going to stop serving customers like that but thanks for telling me." So rude and his response just irritated me more as it was so dismissive and did nothing to solve this issue of people cutting in line. ZERO STARS.

Very disappointed. Why? Because one expects the best from the best in fast food. This is not my first time, or second time, or 100th times, I have eaten at in n out I would over 1000s of times and I know fresh from recooked fries. This order was absolutely not fresh at all. Fries were over cooked and burned to a point that they had no flavor because being so dry. In N Out you did not serve me your standard of excellence that expected from you. It was 1-10 if that. Now I have to go and get food from your competitors to fill my hunger. What a waste of time on the long line and money.
