I’ve tried a few different meal prep services and this is by far the best one I have ever used. I’ve only been using them for about to weeks and I have lost 10 lbs and my body fat percentage has gone down continuously every week. All the meals taste amazing and the fact that they are not frozen is the best. I have already recommended this meal prep service to so many friends and will continue to use their service. I have got a very busy schedule and this has relieved so much of my time.

This is my first time subscribing to a meal prep program. I'm am pleasantly surprised. The food is delicious and flavorful. I usually eat them at lunch and they reheat very well. Their customer service is following up regularly to make sure I'm happy with the food. Which yes, so far so good.

First and only time using a meal prep service, and was loyal for a year. Overall, I was impressed. Lost 15 pounds I didn't know I had in a few weeks and slowly put half of it back on in muscle. Meals were great. As an anti-microwaver, I heated nearly every meal in a skillet and could not tell I was eating (essentially) leftovers. Great flavors, tender meat, and always something new. High-quality ingredients, and I was never bogged down after a meal. Cannot recall any issues from any of my 300+ of meals. Everything was good. I'm not huge on fish, but I always get one for the joints, and they were always delicious. Sear that salmon in the skillet with those blistered tomatoes, mmmmmm. Pro tip, fry the potatoes in bacon grease, And those breakfast brownies, my gosh..... The meals come fresh, but they freeze well if needed. Stir the cream sauces well, and they'll sprout back to life. Juices were good, too. Seemed expensive, but I stuck with them because my gut health noticeably improved when taking them. I'd drink half of one here, half there to spread the nutrients out. Ghost pepper juice is oddly irresistible...and my wife loved the beet juice. Honestly, they were all a treat. If there are any potential drawbacks, I would say some meals are slightly overpriced (at full price) and I'd occasionally question the protein content claims, but when you factor in the loyalty program, quality of meals, and your gians, MPS is a good value overall. Their app and site are OK (easy to use and improving), and their ticket center can be a little wonky, but they always handled any rare issue I had to my satisfaction. Thanks MPS Team for helping me get shredded like a bag of cheese. If I wasn't moving 2700 miles away, I'd still be with yinz!

Great flavor and variety. I get to pick which meals I receive for the following week. The surf and turf is my fav right now. I really appreciate that they pick up the delivery bags and ice packs that were used for the previous order. I’ve tried other companies with bland flavors and high fat content that left you with huge boxes and packaging to toss out, very wasteful. Overall, Meal Prep Sunday has amazing food and portions for my goals with the added benefit of being environmentally conscious.

That’s why, as both a business owner and a consumer, I never pay attention to those negative and bitter opinions. I can’t say enough good things about Sunday Meal Prep! I have tried several different meal prep services before, but this one is definitely my favorite so far! They calculate your macros for your meals based on your individual and personal goals and activity level. The food is delivered fresh and it actually tastes so....., good! It tastes home cooked, not like it's been frozen, because it hasn't been lol! The delivery person texted me to let me know their name and that they were on their way, their ETA and let me know that I could text them for any concerns, updates or changes to my delivery. Everything came packaged very nicely in the thermal insulated bag w/ice packs too. I tried their first time order offer and got 50% off my first order, so I got 15 meals for a little over $80.00, which made it way more worth it. I will say that I will still order from them, but may downgrade my plan to less meals weekly, as their meals are a little pricey after the first discount. They are $11.70 each per meal for 15 meals, (5 breakfast, 5 lunch, 5 dinner) or $11.80 per meal for 5 lunches and 5 dinners or &11.90 per meal for 5 lunches alone. So that can get pretty pricey if you have a big family and you're just doing this part for yourself, but still having to buy groceries and cook what everyone else in the fam will eat. If your single or don't have a big family or just don't mind paying that much, then this may be a better option for you. Either way I'd definitely suggest at least giving them a try, because their food is really delicious and the portions are on point too. The food taste, portion sizes, macros done for you per meal, ease of delivery and their customer service all get a 10! The regular ongoing price for their meals though... personally, I think could be a little less.

I'm new to the whole meal prep food ordering and by far this one has stood out. The food is fresh and the menu is never boring since they rotate every week and the prices are fair for the quality of food your getting. Love it!

I've been using Meal Prep Sunday and I honestly couldn't be happier! The variety of meals is impressive — there's always something new and exciting to try. The food is absolutely delicious and you can tell real care goes into the preparation. Delivery was right on time and everything arrived fresh and ready to go. On top of that, their app is super easy to use and their customer service is top-notch. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a convenient, tasty, and reliable meal prep service! Price is a little higher if you want to hit Macros but I think it's still great. Would be a long term loyal customer if price can come down a notch!

Everything felt balanced and satisfying without being overly heavy. As someone new to meal prep services, I appreciated how convenient it was no grocery shopping, no cooking, no cleaning. It definitely makes staying on track with nutrition much easier during a busy week. Great experience overall. I’d order again.

I’m in my late 20s and am very career driven at the moment and often don’t have time to cook. Starting my subscription with meal prep sunday has been pretty impactful and am extremely satisfied! the meals are really tasty and has been such a lift off my back to have meals ready to go for the week. I’m doing 10 meals per week and it is pretty comparable to what i spent on groceries prior but the meals are so well balanced/ i’m hitting my nutrition goals consistently now

I also really love their loyalty rewards program, every week you stay on as a customer, they give you something free. For my second week, I received 5 free green juices, which was such a nice surprise and made me feel appreciated as a customer. Their customer service is solid and very responsive. I had a minor issue with my order and simply texted them, they took care of it right away, no hassle at all. The weekly meal selection has a lot of variety, with plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a new menu to choose from each week so it doesn’t feel repetitive. Overall, this service has made eating healthy incredibly easy and convenient. As for cons: sometimes the communication feels a bit excessive, the multiple texts and emails can be a little much. Also, after the initial intro offer, it can get a bit pricey. That said, the quality, convenience, and service have made it worth it for me. If you’re looking for a reliable meal prep service with great variety and customer care, this is a strong option.

I just want to say I have never had such great Customer Service,Meal Prep Sunday is amazing from the start. I’m asking questions through text message. I get a phone call to help me Even further. They make it super easy to do. I love getting messages from my chef on ideas for food., And as for the food oh my gosh it’s amazing. Been doing it now for almost 4 weeks. I haven’t had one meal that I did not like and it’s all different. I used to have factor and my meals were not coming in that good anymore and I’m so glad I switched. I’m saving money and I’m getting great quality food and excellent customer thank you to everyone !!

I have to say I am a bit picky. I don’t like when too many things are in my food, but with this service, it is absolutely amazing. The food is delicious and no guess where I don’t measuring nothing so my day goes smoothly. I just pop it in the microwave and go on with my day. Customer service is amazing. They have answered any and all questions that I have had. I wasn’t sitting waiting all day for my delivery. The driver was very sweet. There are so many options and you can mix a match. You’re not stuck eating the same thing every single day they switch the menu of weekly. If you think you’re not getting enough food, trust me you are it is very filling. Try it out for yourself. They have an amazing first time deal. I got the 15 meal deal as well as the 5 free shots. How amazing is that. I also snagged the gallon water jug and Noita perfect for the gym and to just remind myself to drink my water.

Just started a couple weeks ago from the Black Friday new customer sale. So far, I am impressed with the customer service, tastefulness of the food, and reliability of the delivery service! They print the macros on each of the boxes too, which you can put straight into MyFitnessPal or whatever tracking app you use! Now honestly, I don’t think $12-13 per meal is worth paying for 10 meals EVERY single week…. But it’s really helpful when I anticipate a busy week ahead. You always press pause on weeks when you want to save. I highly suggest contacting them via email for inquiries, rather than Instagram DM.

Meal prep sundays is delicious, I don't know how they come up with these recipes but they are so good. We do it because we just want more time to relax after work vs cooking for 1-2 hrs after being so tired from work. Had one issue in the beginning but they solved it and compensated me a free meal for the issue. 80% of their food are amazing, 20% is okay. Overall, they save me so much time and the food is good!

I have loved my experience with meal prep Sunday San Diego. It has been worth every penny to have someone curate and craft meals I love that are cost effective and hit all my protein/ calorie needs. - no dishes / cooking - no groceries wasted - more time for myself instead of stressing on groceries, planning meals, cooking, cleaning pans and weighing food / calories hoping to hit the macros I need or want Out of all the things l've spent on, I would say meal prep service is by far one of the best for me. The first discount alone is worth over 60 percent and I had 3-4$ meals to try which was amazing. They offer other discounts after that as well, and I will continue to keep purchasing. PS I am obsessed w their pancakes every morning. I love breakfast now and I'm down 2 inches :-)

Great customer service. I gave Meal Prep Sunday a try. I was impressed first by their customer service team. They were very prompt on the chat and answered all questions. The delivery of the meals come in a nice insulated tote. Sunday morning we received a text from our driver letting us know the process and he'd be on the way. A few hours later we received the delivery and a text and photo letting us know it's at our front door! Meals are convenient and taste good. I would just like to have a few more options. I would definitely recommend there services.

Food was good overall, although I was expecting a lower price that did catch me off guard, I saw an ad that said $4.90 a meal, which is why I purchased in the first place. I only got a good deal on the first order, then got caught off guard with the next week's price. Otherwise it would be a complete 5 stars. I would also like a longer cutoff time, instead of being Wednesday afternoon to be Wednesday night, which is when I'm off work. Delivery was good and on time. Other than the price, everything was pretty good, good customer service.

This is the best tasting food from the worst run meal prep service you can get. The food is absolutely amazing but the choices are extremely limited and the app and customer service feel like it’s a high school coding project you’re dealing with. The staff is unhelpful at best and if often you won’t find enough meals to enjoy so you just skip. I’d say this was the best service ever and give them 5 stars if they honestly had like 10 more meals a week but they’ve explicitly stated they have no plans to do so.

Very strange experience for first time order. Wanted to try for the promo $50/15 meals. I selected my meals and paid. Immediately after was told “sorry we don’t service your area” I then started receiving a ton of emails “congrats on your affiliate account with us” , “order confirmed, we are on it” after multiple attempts to login and create an account I still could not. I ended up doing so and saw my account was active and I had an upcoming bill for the following Monday 3/9 of $190. At no point during signing up for the promotion did I consent to autopay, or starting a subscription with this company. I called to have this resolved and just cancel everything, including my first order. The gentleman I talked to kept giving me the run around saying “you can pause your subscription at any time”, “just pause it and take a few weeks off” - when I was requesting to cancel out everything. He argued and told me, I wasn’t on “auto-pay” it was only a “weekly subscription where I’m charged weekly.” 🙄 Just based on my first interaction with this company, I would not do business with them. Feels shady & bait & switch. Fingers crossed they end up actually cancelling my account by Monday.

Quality has noticeably declined over the past several months. Deliveries now take all day, and by the time the food arrives the ice pack has melted and the meals are no longer cold. This place used to be great, which makes this especially disappointing. It feels like they scaled too quickly and quality suffered as a result. Sad to see, as they were once one of the better smaller players in the space.
