The food was good and the service fast. If you buy food worth $20 you get free parking.I have tractor and trailer 53ft.cool place .Will go again
It’s the only place in California that understands Trucks need a safe place to park and get good food. I love it when I can find a place to park here.. the food is excellent.. the people are friendly and they have trash cans where truckers can properly throw away their wrappers. 👌🏻very forward thinking place. I’ve been enjoying this location for over 20 years. I appreciate them more than they will ever know.
I've driven by here many times in my rig but never stopped. This was the perfect opportunity to give it a try. I was definitely not disappointed, the food here is amazing at the service is just as good, yes the Cowboy Burger has avocado in it and there was plenty of it in there...
Food here is phenomenal! They have a hugely diverse menu to choose from to satisfy any hunger or cravings! I ordered the Cowboy Steak Sandwich and it was AMAZING! Super huge portions at a very reasonable price. The ladies working were very friendly and courteous. The atmosphere was very relaxing. One of the things that I was most grateful for was that they had truck parking available! Even for overnight parking! Outstanding! 👏👏👏
All the members of the staff are super friendly and courteous. This place is omw to work so i stop here 2 maybe 3x a week. The food is always on point. I do recommend that if you're crunched for time call in your order and pick it up instead of going through the drive thru it can be a bit of a wait and thats only because everything is being made fresh at that moment so it takesabout 15 mins on average give or take a minute or two.
STEAK is my FAVORITE, seasoned and juicy, cooked to my liking and served with onion rings or fries and Texas toast, but I always get it with the delicious beans and rice!.. also comes comes with soup or salad. I always pick the chicken soup cooked with large chunks of chicken and veggies it's my next meal. 10/25 $28 with tax and worth it. One of only a Few places I order steak.
The atmosphere is nice. The food is decent. To keep the place pretty clean and can clean the bathroom a little better, like the doors on the stalls. But overall, I like the place.
Some observations from my first visit: - Nice staff. - The decor is interesting. - - The place was empty on Saturday night. As for the food, the chicken soup was tasty, the salad was crisp, and the burgers were flavorful with a generous helping of fries. Unfortunately, the tri-tip was dry and tasted like it was maybe microwaved. I think it was an off-day based on all the other reviews that said it was good.
This place is old western styled decor on the inside of the place. Had a burger and onion rings, and boy do they give you a HEAP of fries. Definitely worth a try at least once. Especially for truckers, they have semi parking. Sit down, have a steak, heck, they even have rack of ribs!
I am a truck driver from Texas and after a recommendation from a truck driver friend I came to try the food. Yes, they do have a place to park your truck and trailer but you have to pay 20 dollars or spend that amount in food to be able to sleep overnight. I had the tri-tip BBQ sandwich combo with chili cheese fries and a large drink. The tri-tip was extremely dry and bland. It had a beautiful look to it including a really nice smoke ring but the moisture and flavor was just not there. They do add a really good portion of meat in the sandwich which you can see as a plus or a negative. The BBQ sauce was just ok, it may be homemade and I found the flavor of applesauce in it for some reason. The chili cheese fries were on point, hot and fresh with good chili and generous not overwhelming amounts of cheese. The fries had a nice fry seasoning on them that gives them a really good flavor. The restaurant is clean but the mens restroom is not very clean and needs to be updated. I would recommend arriving before 6 PM local time if you want truck and trailer parking.
I hate to give bad reviews but I give it as it is. When I walked in, the young lady seemed in a rush and I stood there for about 4 minutes, no one in front of me and only one person in the restaurant. I wanted to try some BBQ brisket and I was longing for my state BBQ brisket, Texas and I have tried many BBQ places here in California and it is just not the same. I love California and love working here but I just cannot get a decent BBQ dinner here. I asked for the brisket to be a little fatty so that the meat is not dry and dense and she acted like I asked for nothing but fat and I explained to her the premise of the fat in the brisket to keep it moist and loose and she said it is precut so no. Ok, she asked if I wanted beans and rice and I cannot pass up beans and I said that would be great and thank you. I sat down and waited for my dinner and I just could not believe that the brisket was warmed up on a flat top and it was dry and dense. I was going to asked for my beans and rice but I just thought I better just eat the fries and tried the cold onion ring. It was also served with chicken vegetables soup which was OK but did not go with my meal. The toast and French fries were good but everything else was really not good at all and maybe they serve other great dishes but I just do not see myself going back to try anything else. I hope them well and I gave them 2 stars just for the clean dining area.
Workers are very nice. However, I ordered for the office, and 4 out of 6 of us had digestive issues immediately. We were going to get farmer boys but wanted to try something new that was local and unfortunately will not be going back. The most disappointing part was the breakfast sandwich, I thought they got the order wrong when I opened it. Was so confused... there was mayo, lettuce and tomato in my ham and egg breakfast sandwich, and I had to pay extra for cheese. Over 12$ for a hybrid sandwich(not a combo) I didn't know I would receive. After throwing out all the extra items, I tried to power through it, but the mayo taste ruined it. Ate a quarter of the sandwich and had the worst cramps and stomach pains for hours.
I ordered the machaca plate. It wasn't machaca it was cut up carne asada with egg and bell peppers. It had no taste. I added a lot of salt and drown it with their salsa...which also had no flavor. The restaurant smelled like old plastic. It was just very dreary. But it's my fault for ordering Mexican food at a burger joint.
