what can i say but WOW. i came for my first time ever on my honeymoon and it was incredible! jesse was a delight, our food was hot, quick, and DELICIOUS! they described the drinks perfectly, and it was a joy to have dinner. the dress code wasn't strict either.

I recently dined at Ruth’s Chris for a sister reunion/dinner and had the best time! Kevin was our host/support server and was outstanding with service, smile, professionalism, wealth of knowledge of the menu and much more! In addition Managment also went above and beyond to also ensure our dining experience wasn’t anything short of the best! We will be back! Highly recommend for small or large groups. Food was outstanding, wait time was perfect, and we even had a chef suggested dish which was also outstanding! Food was of excellent quality both presentation and taste!

I went there for my birthday two weeks ago. Our server was very knowledgeable. Before we order, he described how the steak will be cooked and recommended us what to order on the side. We ordered T-bone steak and New York style steak. I had high hopes for this restaurant. Took boyfriend there to celebrate his bday. We ordered and we're told 5 min later that 2 things we ordered were no longer available. Ugh. The steak was fantastic! The au gratin was not...chunky potatoes and cheddar heavy. Creamed spinach tasted off. Crimini mushrooms were to DIE for.. Food took 45 min to arrive. Our res was for 5pm and we got there on time. Lovely location. Incredibly attentive wait staff. They have a dress code, but many people dont follow it.

This restaurant is very famous and it's my first time dining. We are welcomed warmly, although we were seated on the very far corner of the restaurant close to the stock room. I was a bit disappointed as they are not considerate among other paying customer. The food could have been better, but my view is absolutely horrible facing my wife on our anniversary. On the other hand the service are exceptional. I would not come back here for a while as I will try a better experience and ambiance somewhere else.

The steaks were like leather although we asked for medium well. Oh and then they came out when we asked for the bill and said how they took off 2 sides and our drinks which were not. I was charged for every item except the lemon drop. I really think that was said just to keep us from making a scene or talking loudly for others to hear. I definitely won’t be back and am quite upset I spent $413.24. Cheesecake Factory probably would have been better.

For anyone reading this, you’re honestly better off going to a Brazilian steakhouse. I came here few times before many years ago and decided to bring my fiancé for a date night. There were several red flags early on, but we chose to stick it out. The receptionist was unfriendly, service was very slow, and the food was mediocre across the board. The drinks were decent, but that was the only bright spot. If it weren’t for the bartender, Clint—who was genuinely kind and attentive—we would have left much earlier. Given the price, the experience simply doesn’t add up. The level of service and food quality does not justify the cost, and it certainly doesn’t meet the expectations of fine dining. Overall, very disappointing. Won’t ever come back.

Ate here on 12/12/25 for a company party and brought home my family's leftovers and I'm glad I did because I found a piece of cut latex gloves in the lobster of my 7 year old son. Glad I was able to see it this morning and he didn't eat and choke on it at the restaurant. I would expect more out of such a pricey restaurant. So careless of them, I'm very disappointed.
