Vote for Pedro! Maybe the most genuinely friendly and attentive server I have ever had the pleasure of having a restaurant experience with. The food itself was really good. I shared the Shrooms appetizer with my boyfriend and had the sirloin and coconut shrimp entree with asparagus. The food was cooked really well itself but the experience was made by Pedro’s kindness, sense of humor, and knowledgeability. Definitely will be back! And if you can get a seat in Pedro’s section, highly recommended.

Pedro provided excellent service during our most recent visit to Outback. We had a special request for the kitchen to send out our son’s French fries after he finished his steak otherwise he would only eat the French fries (IYKYK) and Pedro made sure the kitchen executed our request perfectly. He was attentive and personable and made sure we were all taken care of.

One of the best Outback’s we’ve been to. We love to come here. The food is always great and the service is top notch. On our most recent trip our server, Pedro was great. I just went to Outback after years of not dining there, and I have to say, the service was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt like a valued guest. The food was great as usual as we enjoyed the atmosphere of Australian fun that the meal entails. I still miss the Queensland Salad which was my staple but the Cobb Salad with Grilled Chicken is a decent alternative. Try the Sydney S'hrooms...A+! But the Bloomin Onion was salty and burnt, I expected better for a classic appetizer.

Our trip to Outback was a true delight, thanks to their exquisite Toowoomba Salmon dish. On October 14th, we celebrated my mom's 77th birthday! Now, let's get to the dish. The combination of seasoned, sautéed shrimp, mushrooms, mixed veggies, and sweet potato created a symphony of flavors that left me thoroughly impressed. Pedro, our exceptional waiter, made the experience even more enjoyable. His attention to detail was impeccable, and he went above and beyond to accommodate our meal adjustments. Not only was he accommodating, but his humor added an extra layer of enjoyment to our dining experience. I can't wait to return to Outback just to be in Pedro's capable hands again.

We were at the outback restaurant in Wappinger Falls and had a delicious birthday dinner for my son. Everything was so good the manager Donald came over and asked us how everything was. He is absolutely the nicest guy we have ever met and we had a waiter name Pedro he couldn’t do enough for us.. The lobsters was so good. Returned today for an early Saturday dinner. Sunny winter day showed off how clean the windows were. Professional service. Savory fare. I have been coming here 20+ years and am delighted see this place functioning competitivly again. 2 tongs up! I will be back. I have been going to this place since is opened up way back. You can't go wrong with a blooming onion, a ribeye and Fosters. Pretty consistent food and service. This is the chain restaurant on Route 9 that never faded. Twenty years later it is still hopping on a Friday night. Check them out!

I was shocked at how fast the drinks and then the food was delivered!.. they have 3 or 4 different people who are in charge of each thing they bring out to you. I received my steak too rare and sent it to be cooked more , however it came back super fast so I wasn't put out really at all. Also I had a lavender infused drink that was amazing!

Parking lot is a bit strange, it's a long walk to the front door. We visited at close to peak time so there was a 45 minute wait, but they were able to text us when the table was ready, and there was wifi so we could look at the menu online and decide even before we sat down. The food was very good, I like having the option to not have to have fries with everything you order. I had a burger which was excellent, and tried some of my family's steak and lobster which was also great. Everything was a bit on the salty side but nothing too bad. I had a wonderful lunch with my fiancée here. Jennifer G gave us an excellent service. We enjoyed our steaks. I had the 8oz Sirloin & Alice Springs Chicken w/Fresh mixed veggies and mashed potatoes and it was great. Although we highly recommend ordering a side of Garlic butter: It really adds a flavorful explosion to everything you are having! From steaks to veggies it really puts everything to whole new level. The bloomin’ Onion was great but it’s too much onion for a party of 2. We think it’s a great shareable for a party of at least 4 people. Clean restrooms. Huge parking lot.

Haven’t been here since forever, I really wanted to try their blooming onion, I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was definitely delicious, so easy to pull apart and the sauces that came with it were yummy. Place was quiet, but it was a Wednesday afternoon so I didn’t expect it to be packed. Waiter was friendly and service was fast. The only issue was and this didn’t come from me but my son since he order the cheeseburger apparently it was too greasy which made the eating experience kinda messy, lettuce ended up getting soggy fast, taste was great but just kind of sloppy. That was the only negative, the rest of the dishes were great, I had the chicken that had the same seasoning as the blooming onion which was 🤤 so moist and crunchy at the same time.

Very consistent - good steaks, always popular. I enjoy them as prepared - my wife always asks for no seasoning since it's a bit heavy for her.

Ate here recently and of course ordered the steak. Appetizers came out first and they were just alright, not as good as I remembered. Then it was time for the steak, which I had ordered medium rare. Unfortunately they had cooked it medium well and it barely had any taste. Maybe the chefs were just having a bad night because have absolutely had excellent food here before. Worth another shot down the road.

I ordered $70+ meal, gave a $100 bill and received my change. Another cashier was present during the exchange. I went to my vehicle awaiting my food which was brought out to my car when it was ready. Approximately 2 hours later, Outback was blowing up my phone 5x. They attempted to call a 6th time and I called them asking what the issue as only to be told that I hadn’t paid my bill! I was taken aback and disgusted that I was accused of leaving without paying for my food!! I clearly explained that the young woman took my $100 bill and I received change, reiterating there was another young woman who was there who saw the exchange. I also recommended that they review their camera. I am so disgusted with this experience!!! That’s definitely never happened to me before and this is one for the books. I will be submitting a review about this horrible experience!!

First of all me and my boyfriend made a reservation for 10:00, we got there early and we were seated. The food was great but our server had our appetizer’s, entree’s and deserts come out all at the same time. We had just taken our first bite of our food and our server comes back asking if we need boxes, mind you our plates were full deserts weren’t touched yet, and she asked if we need box’s. Every other server around us was very nice telling customers to take their time and ours rushed us the entire time. Worst customer service experience we’ve ever had. Food was still amazing but she needs to be re trained on how to properly attend to customers. Especially on our anniversary/ Valentine’s Day. Unbelievable.

Omg not good at all food was very bad no flavor whatsoever. Not to mention my daughter got very sick she was awaking by a very bad stomach pain and that she doesn’t feel well. She’s just started throwing up all over the place. I see why it’s always empty now. Never again. RUN AWAY!!!!

Really disappointing experience tonight. I ordered a steak cooked to a specific doneness, and what came out was completely off. Not even close. When you are paying steakhouse prices, the absolute bare minimum expectation is that they can cook a steak correctly. That did not happen. What made it worse was how it was handled. I politely brought it to the manager’s attention, expecting either a remake or for the steak to be removed from the bill. Instead, the manager was dismissive, unapologetic, and frankly rude. No effort to fix the situation, no real concern about the guest experience, just attitude. That kind of response is unacceptable in any restaurant, especially one that claims to be a steakhouse. Mistakes happen in kitchens. That is not the main issue. The problem is the lack of accountability and the poor customer service after the mistake. I left feeling frustrated and unheard, and still paid for a steak that was not cooked properly. Places like Texas Roadhouse consistently prove that great guest service is not that hard. They make sure food is right and guests are taken care of. That is where I will be going from now on.
