They took away the option for cinnamon bread as a reward for points. Now there isn't much worth getting the points for. A pizza or sandwich is about the only good choices.

I ordered delivery it took 20 minutes to do a quality check and my delivery driver Skylar just drove up set my pizza on the cold porch and left, he didn't knock on the door or anything, if I want ready to grab my order it would have gone unnoticed and it would have been ruined. I love dominos pizza and it's really cheap too, but NEVER TIP Skylar

Ordered a few items, nothing complicated. I asked for no jalapenos in my bread, just to find out my bread has jalapenos all over. Spicy food irritate my digestive tract. I took them out one by one, but when you put jalapenos in any food, the taste from the hot pepper still stay on the food. I know mistake happen but how hard it is to read a ticket properly. Couldn't get this fixed, we live too far. Most of the time, they forget the dipping sauce or something else in your delivery order.

Hate the app. Place order it says good to go. Get to store they say we don’t have anything for you, open app and it say ‘oops you chose to pay cash and they only accept up to $50’🤔 $52 is way too much😒

Not one for posting a single star but the lady taking orders in front was unprofessional and disparaging. The garlic knots were great but the customer service from one person ruined the experience. 7/31/2025 @ 3:44 pm

11/16/24 4:15 pm Ordered takeout by phone, phone add states 2 med for 19.98 approx. I ordered two with peppers and beef, and one bread for $27.14 I confirmed the order and price with the employee. My husband heard the conversation. I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. At about 30 minutes wait time I went into store, gave name and order. The gal checked the ticket on a dark colored box, then said my order was not ready. I noticed an employee with long dread locks hanging down in front of him while handling food. Waiting for the next 20 minutes or so, I observed several men and women not covering hair, some with it hanging down in front of them while preparing food. I checked my order. I was told I did not order two pizzas, only one and a bread for $27.14. I refuted this several times. The manager offered me another pizza with 20 minute wait. I asked if that will be with hair or without? He was not amused and said, We're done. I then showed him the law about hair and food preparation. Again he was not amused. I will be contacting the Health Department ASAP

I clicked I'm here in their app. Just as I'm walking in the door, the delivery driver was walking out the door for his next delivery. WITH MY PIZZA!!!!! I gave the person behind the counter my name, he says I just got off the phone with you verifying your address for delivery. I didn't order delivery and no body called me!! I only had 5 min allowed in my schedule to pick up this pizza. I ended up being late to pick up my client because of their mistakes!!!!! And absolutely no reparation was attempted on their end! No one from the store even apologized to me for the inconvenience! Personally, I feel my pizza should have been free!!! It was completely their mistake and it threw off the entire rest of my day!

They used to be tasty, quick, and friendly. Now their website crashes as you're finishing your order so half the time you dont know if your order even went through, probably didn't. No one answers the phone. The last few pizzas I did receive were still doughy.... they used to be good, but this past year or so they have not.

Pizza driver pulled into my driveway got out fooled around in his passenger seat and then left with my food. I called the store and was told he called (they had a wrong number) and knocked on my door. I have video footage. He never knocked. What a joke. But I got an email pizza was delivered.

The service and delivery used to be great at this Domino's, I had ordered here for years but no more after today. I placed an order at 12:05pm on the app. Estimated delivery time was 18 - 24min. Waited. 12:20 the apps says estimated time of arrival 10-15min. Waited. 12:40 the app says driver is enroute estimated new time of arrival 1pm Waited. 1pm rolls around app says new estimated time of arrival 1:15. New arrival updated 1:20, then 1:25, the 1:30. I call the store at 1:05 a full hour after placing my order. Guy on the phone says "driver is 30min out (Mind you the store is 10min away) and asks "if I want to cancel". Of course I canceled who wants a pizza that's been sitting in a car for an hour. Horrible service now lets see if they actually refund my card. I absolutely do not recommend delivery from this place.

Busy day so called in for pizza delivery. Usually product from this location is good if not anything more. But it's Domino's franchise, not a legendary New York pizza joint. But what we got instead of a hot pizza was a cold limp on appetizing soggy mess. Even the box was soaked with grease or water or who knows what, not to mention it was crushed on one side when it got here. Totally disappointing and won't be ordering from this joint again. We can make better pizza at home.

Update. I made the mistake of ordering here again. They advertise any large pizza for $9.99. I however can't order delivery online still, even though I live within their delivery area. So I have to order delivery over the phone, and they never told me the total price. I receive my order and they charged me $40 for 2 basic pizzas and didn't apply their current deal or any of their deals. I could have gotten double the food for that price if they honored their own advertisements. I placed an online order for the Wasilla Alaska Domino's location approximately 6:30 p.m. tonight and the app said the pick up time would be between 9-19 minutes. Approximately 30 minutes later I arrived at the store and was ignored by the employees for almost 15 minutes after multiple attempts to talk to them. I finally had to scream across the store for someone to help me. During this time, multiple pizzas also almost fell on the floor from the oven because employees were ignoring it and it took another customer screaming at them to make them pay attention to it. After 15 minutes I had to also scream to get someone to acknowledge me after being ignored. This was now approximately 45 minutes after ordering. The employee that finally acknowledged me after yelling for assistance, told me it would be another hour before my order was ready, which would make the total time 2 hours when it said online a maximumof 19 minutes. If it said 2 hours, i never would have ordered. I immediately asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund. This took 3 different employees to handle, and they were all rude. Then they told me it was handled and tried to walk away. I asked for proof of my refund and was told that they couldn't provide me with proof of a refund.
