When looking for a great juicy burger look no further! Hands down great food! My personal favorite was the crispy Brussels Sprouts! Fries are excellent. The French onion double burger was delicious. My husband ordered a triple but isn’t a fan of mustard so if you aren’t either ask them to go easy on the mustard or hold it altogether. The fried pickles still had crunch and weren’t soggy in oil! Great family outing. Restaurant was clean and fast to the table service!

Burgers are a solid 7/10. Will scratch that burger craving itch, but nothing to write home about. The Brussels sprouts are a great side

This is my first time coming here with the family. The food was good and the service was good. I thought the hamburgers were pretty darn good. We will be back.

Parking can be tight, especially if you have a truck. The service was good, and surprisingly the burgers were tasty. We are not a fast food burger kind of people so we didn’t expect anything great. For that moment, we needed something fast. Will go again.

Going here you kinda get what you expect...that's why I gave it 4 stars since for a fast food burger it's decent. It's about the same price as five guys or stake n' shake. I ordered 3 types of burgers and also some of their smash fries. I think they were rosemary and garlic but could not tell since the cashier mumbled what was on them. On top of that the kid didn't know what a malt shake was. When I asked and he took it a step further and asked me to speak English!? :/ It's hilarious bro if you don't like your job then quit and find something you like to do. Service gets two stars instead of one since his working colleague did her best to be kind after that. Still first impressions matter. The food is decent the service was left to be desired and the place is kinda drab...not somewhere you want to be and hang out. Not as bad as the other crap food chains and the shake was actually really good.

So I usually love smash burgers and the tots. But this order the smash tots were overly salty and one had no herbs on them. While my burger looks like it was wrap deconstructed... I know it was the end of the day but consistency is important to me. We would really appreciate just a bit more effort.

Order to go, food was great as usual but the tots were swimming in oil this was after a tablespoon was dumped out…. Total turnoff

Ordered the All American Double and it rang up $1 more than the price on the menu board. I pointed this out to the cashier but she said “that’s what it rings up as”. I suggested she ask if someone can change it and she just shrugged her shoulders. I don’t care about the dollar that much, but it doesn’t seem right. She could’ve asked her manager to discount it a dollar or at the very least said I’ll tell my manager that they need to adjust the price on the menu board. Seems like this kind of attitude is the new normal, but I won’t be coming back.

Went last night at 8:44 pm (time on receipt) and placed our order. The woman at the register said that they're closing at 9pm and that the dining room is closed, even though the people that ordered right in front of us were able to eat their food in the restaurant. Since when does a restaurant tell customers that they can't eat their food there when they don't close for 15 more minutes?? We felt pretty discriminated against to say the least. As we patiently waited for our order, we watched a worker proceed to put every chair in the entire place up on the tables, even around the two tables of people that were there eating their food. It was loud and extremely rude! Do these employees just want to leave at 9 on the dot? Is that the goal? Customer service VERY lacking! I hope Corporate reads this! As a result of this blatant discrimination, we most likely will not be choosing SB next time we want a burger. There are plenty of friendlier places that like our business in this town.

We came here because the one in Anchorage was so amazing about being clean and careful about the gluten free options. Was in Wasilla for the day and needed a GF meal for my daughter who’s allergic. The lady who took our order was new maybe and she kindly asked the girl packing orders if the fries and tator tots are gf. The girl shrugged her shoulders rolled her eyes and just said “I don’t know. Probably”. I said it’s for a food allergy. It’s life or death. Can you ask and make sure? The kitchen was right there in front of her! She didn’t seem to care much at all. I wanted to leave. Especially since the dining room looked unsanitary due to lack of employees. I was kind to the cashier and I was absolutely not trying to be difficult at all. Celiacs disease is a very serious thing and it’s so hard to find good places. The gf buns were cold on the burger which made the burger cold. Our salad was filled with goopy slimy lettuce. My mom asked for a new salad and the manager said that the salad is supposed to be that way … smh. He replaced it w a fresh one. Sat down at a dirty table and ate our food and left. Had no other gf options so we dealt w it. So disappointed and I’ll definitely not be risking it again. The manager and cashier seemed nice enough and the food would have been amazing without the ick factors involved. Not even close to comparable to the Anchorage location. Pics are attached

These guys screw up our order every single time. This time I ordered a brioche bun and got some sort of spicy hot pepper bun. I guess I wouldn’t care that much but it wasn’t for me, it was for a family member that doesn’t like spicy food. It’s such a waste of money and time. Last time they caked a kids cheeseburger with mustard for some reason… when the food is right, it’s delicious. Unfortunately it’s not right half the time.

"SMASH BURGER"!! They definitely lived up to there name today as my double burger was "SMASHED" flat into what looked like wet cardboard with extra effort smashing evidence with the sauce fingers imprints on the bun. My smash fries were so greasy I had to use 20 napkins to soak up the grease so they could become edible. What a shame!!! This will be my LAST visit to "SMASH BURGER" in Wasilla, Alaska. Hope the local competition "SMASHES THEM OUT OF BUSINESSES"!!! Hopefully a Red Robin or Carl's Jr will soon occupy this location lol!!!
