I love this place, I have overpayed at every other Mexican market around Beaver Dam, Wi, area. The meat market here is of excellent quality, the fruits and vegetables are very varied and fresh...most of all I am very happy with the prices. I travel 30 minutes to get here but its worth it.

We love the ice cream at “Mercadito la Rosita”!! The homemade ice cream and paletas (a special type of popsicle) are by far the best desserts you’ll find in Watertown. Here I have a mango-flavored Manganada, fruit ice cream swirled with a special chili sauce and chili powder on top with a tamarind straw. It’s sooo good. Their fresas con crema (chopped strawberries in a thick cream in a cup) are also delicious. We could not recommend their delicious parlor enough!

Note: I haven’t done much grocery shopping here; I’ve mainly gone to the Taqueria in the back With that said, this is where I go if I want Mexican food on the fly. I have gotten the Burrito con Asada probably 20 times. Safe to say it’s my favorite burrito. It’s a massive burrito and only $10. I’ve gotten burritos for friends and colleagues and they too are impressed by the quality. Try this place out even if it’s just for the taqueria.

I have found my grandmothers cooking in Rosita's kitchen! Delicious tacos, rice & beans to go. Tamales that fill me w/ goodness and like we use to make. The beautiful fresh produce is wonderful. Not to mention the most courteous staff ever. They treat their customers with kindness & dignity. I appreciate that so much. Thank you so much. I just wish I knew Spanish. Some of the best chicharrones I have ever had! The salsa de aguacate was incredible! The meat/deli counter served authentic favorites - even tripas! There was a great selection of Mexican grocery items for a small store.

I just want to share the experience I had today.. I’ve been to this store several times.( usually it’s amazing) Today was different…I ordered a steak burrito and idk if it was by chance or what but today’s experience with the quality of food was NASTY. The steak was greasy, dark and like dried beef jerky 😳 at least the street corn was on point?

My daughter and my husband were in tonight and bought 2 chicheron gorditas and 2 barbacoa Burritos. The gorditas were awful there were hard pieces of pork in them when we specifically asked for chicheron...when they were leaving there were 2 woman in the front of the store glaring at them that worked there like they didn't belong there...guess will take our business back to waukesha panos...✌️ there very nice there and welcoming.
