Placed a order her in my app just to get there to pick up and find out they do not honor coupons so even though I purchase the FLBOGO buy one get one it was a wasted trip and money because I was expecting to use the promo as I have done at other locations. The worker were apologizing but my argument was how did the app allow me to place the order. Then you get your sub just to find out they fixed it how they wanted. On top of that you got beggars soliciting at the door. Definitely won't return to this location on mobile order or walk in. Smh ..do better subway.

Super expensive for sub par subs. No pun intended. 2 full size and chips and drinks. 30.50. I almost fell over. U are better off going to a mom and pops sub shop and supporting them.

Ordered quite a large order of sub combos for delivery. Combo comes with chips and soda. Did not get the soda. Called Watervliet subway and was told that I would have to go to the store to get the sodas. I ordered delivery for a reason. Was then told to call the delivery person which was futile. No one wants to accept responsibility . Be very careful if you order delivery to check to make sure you got everything.

Egregiously overpriced! $12+ for a 6" sad pathetic Italian sub with about 6 slices of meat and two halves of cheese. There are 4 or 5 decent pizza/sub shops down the road and highly suggest to go to any one of them instead. That is what I will do from now on. Lesson learned, hopefully this review will prevent you from making the same mistake.

$24.82 for 2 footlong subs: Italian BMT, standard, and Turkey sub, standard. Not only is this outrageous, but when I got to the register after they were made, I was told they couldn't accept my Subway coupon that got mailed to me. I paid $25 for 2 standard subs and I am never coming back to this location.

When i asked the young man for a couple extra tomatoes on a very thin half veggie sub he refused to and his demeanor was beyond horrible. He made it very clear that my skin color and my money wasn't welcomed there.

Should be called SCAMWAY NOT SUBWAY. Coupons that recently mailed out are NOT valid at store? As a corperation would that be considered counter productive?So ,I decided to make a choice a 6" Italian sub $7.88 with tax is completely ridiculous!! It's subway...not a fine restaurant. I will no longer ever spend a Nickle in a subway shop .....ever! Try your local sub shop where a "REAL SUB" such as Bella napoli latham for a better price and quality!

Ordered today knew they didn’t have the cups n when I got there they had the cups but was told I still couldn’t get it or be reimbursed. And that I couldn’t buy them me because it had to be with my order I just bought online. SMH 🤦‍♀️

I said nothing, but just yeasterday went to same Subway and was told by Manager/owner to use my card with the chip scan. Well I was automatcally charged .86 cents tip. She then hurriedly stuffed my receipt in my bag before the sandwich, and I pulled it out and told her I did not select or authorize the charge for a tip. She said "we have nothing to do with it," but I said "somehow the scanning of my card is automatically adding on a tip and this has never happened before." I usually insert my card, but she suggested that I use the chip scanner and that is how a tip was added. I will not be back EVER to this Subway again!! PS Lately ALL Subway Breads are bit hard. Must be low turnover. Subs are just ok, but for a quick bite tolerable.

I said nothing, but just yeasterday went to same Subway and was told by Manager/owner to use my card with the chip scan. Well I was automatcally charged .86 cents tip. She then hurriedly stuffed my receipt in my bag before the sandwich, and I pulled it out and told her I did not select or authorize the charge for a tip.
