Zayn was amazing. I highly recommend going through the drive through. Just make sure you get past the back doors. If you don’t to smell funny stuff. Overall Zayn was AMAZING but everyone else tried to bring him down. We also saw some FIREWORKS 🦅🦅🦅🦅

Came here on Friday, October 13 around 8 PM. The drive-thru worker was excellent and deserves special recognition for being incredibly courteous, funny, and polite. As we were quite famished after our 6 hour drive from NYC, we were ravenous and HANGRY. The food was excellent not only from the perspective of value, but also flavor. It’s well known that Burger King is second banana to McDonald’s but I really think this experience will put them back on the map. Once again, I want to offer special recognition to the employee who was working the drive-thru around 8 PM on Friday, October 13, 2023 in the Watkins Glen location. They should be promoted for their superior customer service abilities!

Tami was awesome. She took our order. We had a big order that had a lot of customization . We were group of 7 people. She was very professional . She provided excellent customer service . Food was good too . But the reason burger king gets a five star is because of tami. Her friendly attitude and help is something i really appreciate. Keep up the good work tami. Thanks for your help.

Very friendly location. The rep Tami was very patient with the order, helpful with the back n forth of changes in the order, and even customised the order as per our requests. Not just her, the other staff was also giving food recommendations inside & outside of BK - since we are vegetarians & they were limited on options (out of stock for some). Best experience so far in comparison to all the locations I’ve been at BK

This Burger King offered a wide variety of food and the service was faster than average. The food quality was beyond par and I was able to gorge down my 20 piece chicken nuggets in less than 10 minutes. It's conveniently placed by Watkins Glen so once you go on a hike by the waterfall, Burger King has so much food to offer at a low price defining vintage fast food. I usually don't rate Burger King too high because other fast food services offer better food but, this was definitely a good outlier.

Burger king is lucky to have their employees..especially their early morning crew of 1....she us a very hard worker and is always smiling and happy. Food is pretty good for a fast food establishment. Grandkids love their hash browns.

The man working the drive thru read back our order like he was announcing the starting lineup for a basketball game. Little things like that make all the difference sometimes. Food was slightly better than most other burger kings.

The staff at this Burger King is so friendly and the food is better than most Burger Kings I have eaten at, its as if they care about the food they serve unlike most others where things are just thrown together haphazardly. Thanks everyone!

We went through the drive-through for some croissant sandwiches and the lady who took our order was so friendly and professional really really took pride in her job and I was super impressed. I think everybody should take as much pride in their work as they say any job worth doing is worth doing well And she was awesome! The next time I’m in Watkins Glen, I’m gonna stop by here. This location is one of my favorite to visit. The staff is always friendly and very prompt and precise when it comes to the food I order. I have a bun allergy and they are always careful to change gloves and make my order customized just the way I ask for. Because we travel a lot for our business I tend to eat out quite a bit so having this particular store be the way it is, is a relief to me and one less thing for me to worry over.

Have always appreciated having it my way. Whoppers were my staple on Grad School and I like flame grilled. Atmosphere in my car is great.

Great prices and service. I got 3 meals for $25. I would have spent closer to $40 at McDonald's. Service was great and fast and accurate.

Everything was great! When I asked for extra pickle I actually got them. The only thing that was wrong with my visit was the bathroom was dirty and the lobby floor needed to be swept. The service was friendly.

They don't offer the Mushroom-Swiss Burger, but they fixed the Jr. Whopper the way I like it (+must, -mayo) perfectly. Friendly woman at the drive-thru.

The Burger King in Watkins Glen, NY is the only one we will go to. We just went the other day and my Whopper was like they were when they first came out.

Drive thru is a little annoying depending on who's trying to bring a hummer through the line, but the food and drink are very standard to what BK has to offer. I use my app for them to get deals, like the $1 large fries! But my normal fare is a medium caramel frappe with whipped cream, and two cheeseburgers for my grandma lol.

Typical Burger King, its relatively busy in the summer months, moderately clean. Food was better than 75% of other BK's I've been to.

I had the new crispy chicken with Swiss. It was very good. Unfortunately, they forgot the Swiss, but still good nonetheless. Other half had the original chicken with cheese. off the fryer. It was hot and delicious. We also had onion rings and fries. It was a tasty lunch.

Wow, that Whopper Jr just melts in your mouth. It’s like a slice of fast food heaven! For good measure, we added the spicy chicken sandwich for a little slice of fast food hell to balance things out. Made for a a rough bathroom experience the next morning. Living life on the edge I say…

Went the day before Thanksgiving, right around 5:30 or so! The place was very busy, I mean very. The drive thru was packed and so was the inside I waited 20 minutes for my food to be ready, but when it was ready. It was hot, everything was the way I ordered it and it was all in the bag!! I figured I would give a shoot out to whoever worked the day before Thanksgiving 2024 you rock!!!

Food was good. However the young lady who took our order was not friendly and very very rude. Rolling her eyes when asked for a cup carrier. Acted as if she was upset she had to be there. Upon paying I said ty and she again rolled her eyes and muttered "whatever".

It's Burger King! Nothing too exciting, but it hits the spot when you are craving. This location is a newly built & remodeled location. The interior is very nicely decorated, as well as clean. Nice clean bathrooms as well.

One of my favorite fast food places (that's the reason for the stars). Unfortunately, the service wasn't good... Like at all. But that's a common theme I'm seeing from the fast food industry.

We ordered the #1 meal, whopper meal with onion rings. Our whoppers were not hot and the buns were a bit stale. The onion rings were hot and fresh however. This is a freshly remodeled restaurant.

It's a nice place. But if you're going through the drive thru, you can only turn right. Which can be a bother. But as far as I know it's so that traffic can keep moving forward through the line. Have a blessed day.

I've been to 3 different BKs this week and got the same at all 3. The 2 for $10 deal. This one was by far the slowest, and I mean way slow, a line of 4 waiting, it got sorta crowded! The order taker looked like an inmate, had very bad hygiene, rubbing his face and nose then handing you your food on a tray. Gross! Asked for sauce, he dropped them on the tray, spilling some fries. Fries were fresh though, so they were good and hot!

You have to ring yourself up and the serving sizes are a joke. I got mozzarella sticks and they are like twigs instead. The drink cup was a size of a small mug of coffee. should have just stayed home and got a deal from my self.

Food is good, no problem there. The only issue I have is 50% of the time our order is wrong. A few times I've had to just deal with it because I wouldn't notice till I got home and other times it was annoying because I'd of have to place the order again and wait. I do appreciate them replacing the food with no problem but it is an inconvenience, especially because by the time you get your corrected order the other food is cold.

Fast food is terrible. The drive up window girl was great . the atmosphere was awesome hanging with my girl eating BK Crap in the great escape parking lot

I have nothing but praise for the people at this location, but it's currently 2:48AM in Ithaca. I have driven to Watkins Glen three times over the past week for work. Three times I have gambled on BK because it was late and I needed something quick. Three times, my order was hot and ready in less than five minutes. Fries were consistently crispy and fresh. Burgers were hot. But three times in a row, from this location, I got food poisoning! I'm talkin' the 2~3AM cold sweats kind of rude awakening that I won't describe in detail, but you know what I mean. I have no idea if I'm just no longer able to eat Burger King, if there's something wrong inside the restaurant, if someone isn't washing their hands- no clue. All I know is this is the third strike for this location and I really just wanna get back to bed. UPDATE: After going to the BK in Cortland and not getting sick at all, I can safely say there is something wrong with the kitchen at this BK. Three in a row, y'all.

Service was extremely slow, especially for it's location close to the state park and it being the start of Labor Day weekend. I'm not sure if it was due to limited staff or just inefficiency as their were several employees visible. I would like to compliment the young person who was taking the orders. He was very efficient and attentive. He kept his cool when he was dealing with a customer who changed his mind multiple times while placing his order.

A delicious blend of sauces that are complimented by the healthy crunch of lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Juicy meat patties that are interwoven by crispy bacon and smooth, melty cheese; all of them fighting to be the center of attention to grace your taste buds but working in a delicious harmony at the end of the last bite. The fries are thick, crispy, salted, and so delicious that ketchup is merely an accessory that you could choose to mar the golden brown surface of these fries. They had a black guy working the front register though, Sorry brah. 2/5

VERY slow service. Had people waiting in line and no available cashier. Messed up order and went up to get fixed, waited to be helped for 10 minutes before someone came up . Messed up again said whatever to myself and ate it because I wasn't waiting till the rest of our food got cold. 🙃

I had the 5 for 4 deal. Good deal for price. Have had chewy chicken nuggets in the past, these were tender. Fries are better than McDonald's.

They have messed up my husbands order the past 5 times Ive ordered food for him. The person taking my order went over my order twice so I thought it should be correct. Then when I doubled checked with them asking if my sauce was in the bag I was told "should be." Yes I should have looked but I had a line of vehicles behind me, that's why I asked. It was quicker that way. And this time happened not even an hour ago.

Their drive thru service is slow.. extremely slow. It seems that can only take a few cars at a time and then they tell you to wait until those cars go through and then take your order. food is fine for fast food, but their service could be much better, especially for being in a tourist town where it's constantly busy.

Went through the drive thru this morning around 10:30-11, immediately got attitude from the person taking my order. Very snotty and then I get up to drive thru window and with more attitude basically tossed my bag of food into my hand and slammed the window shut. I didn’t even get all of my order, and didn’t notice until I got home. I understand you guys are busy and it’s gets stressful but don’t be rude to the customers. She doesn’t deserve a job. Very rotten. 😡

I feel bad for the employees. Me and my girlfriend are touring Watkins Glen and wanted to grab something quick to eat. So we decided to get Burger King. The food was good, usual fast food as expected. However, the service wasn’t very nice. The cashier didn’t greet us as someone should when customers come in and the manager had a very negative attitude. We asked for a couple sauces after we had gotten our food and the manager sighed and “plopped” them in my hand with a rude demeanor. We also let her know that the Ketchup dispenser was out and she continued to give the attitude and did nothing about the Ketchup. With a manager that acts like that towards customers, I’d hate to see how she treats the employees. I’d recommend the drive through if you don’t want to deal with what we dealt with.

It's Burger King. The quality has been suffering for a long time.

Beware absolutely RUDE employee! My family of 3 Stopped in around 9:30pm on Saturday, September 6th. Door sign said they were open in the dining room until 11. Cool. We quickly received our meals after ordering and sat down in the dining room towards the back. The food was all delicious. We were halfway through eating our meals when a female employee came in and started snottily YELLING at us that we needed to move, she needed to mop, her shift was ending and she was going home in an hour. She yelled “that’s why those chairs are lined up!” We were initially appalled at her behavior, but started to get up to move to a different table. (Mind you there were no signs indicating the section was closed, there were some stacked up chairs, but 3 tables were available with chairs pushed up to dining tables still) As she walked away and was almost back to the kitchen area, she meanly yelled again “that’s why those chairs are there!” I then decided that my family would be finishing our meal at that table, we would not be moving mid way through our meal, especially after she was so rude. She came back a few minutes later, yelling the same at us again. (Wow, this woman needs a hug or something) I told her that we were almost finished, we would leave as soon as we were done eating, my Husband yelled back at her. A small scene was made. I finished eating and got up, walked over to her at the table she was wiping down and politely told her that if she had just asked nicely for us to move, instead of being extremely rude, we would have. I asked her twice for her name…thinking I could make an online complaint w/BK or something. She wouldn’t say her name…said “I’m just trying to do my job” and told me I could just go up front. OK. So I waited in line to ask for her name and the Manager’s name for my first time in 46 years. There was a Manager on shift who came and chatted with us about what we had just experienced. She was nice, apologized, and offered to compensate us for our meals, which we declined.

This is the slowest “fast” food drive through I’ve ever sat in. Nearly 30 mins in a line of 5 cars! Not to mention, they got my order wrong!

The fries were not fresh at all. Chicken sandwiches all right. Whopper juniors are extremely Junior now.

Went in to grab a "quick" Breakfast" there was one other person in line waiting. I waited 7 minutes before anyone came to register. They had premade sandwiches laying out for who knows how long. I got to the car and my sandwiches were soggy Wich means they have probably been sitting there since they opened.tbe lady at the counter made the comment, "I'm sorry but we don't have help they just sit in there office on there butt" very unprofessional and I believe she's a "team leader" I think her name was Tiffany. Not happy

Everyone wonders why their orders are never right, the answer is simple, look at the staff. Most of them are not even out of school yet and many of them are drop outs. I don't fault any one for a job but this place scrapes the bottom of the gene pool. One heavy set girl couldn't get off her cell phone long enough to do anything, she acted like she was 12 years old, pathetic.

I ordered chicken wrap and they gave me a bag of ice basically, it was too cold. I will not be eating again at this Burger King.

This Burger King needs a little bit of help they need more staff they need to be able to service the dining the takeouts and the drive-thru and they need to be able to get the orders correct because they were getting orders and correct left and right and we were waiting over 30 minutes before we decided to leave because we weren't even being serviced yet

Grabbed 3 kids meals on my way through today and all 3 chocolate milks were rotted. My youngest drank a ton of it not knowing why it tasted so weird but then when my oldest showed me hers it was full of chunks!! I checked all of their milks and they were all rotted. The youngest has a stomach ache now... I've had multiple other issues with food quality at this location but I'm not the type to complain until it affects my kids and this time it did

While the food was great when I COULD eat there, I have been diagnosed with Celiac and there are seemingly no gluten free options. I tried to get a milkshake but the machine was broken. So I sat there with a sprite while my family ate burgers and fries and stuff. If my family didn't like it, I would never go there. Please accommodate for allergies or else I will not give you my business.

Every time that I have been to this Burger King lately I have gone through the drive thru only to arrive at home with no sauce for the chicken nuggets or for the onion rings! Once maybe but the past four or five times? Come on really? Then today I went to pick up lunch for my husband and get there and was told sorry we cannot take your order you will have to come inside! So I figure the heck with it and drive on thinking that I would just get through but NO! I had to sit behind three other cars while they all got their orders??? Very disappointed!!!!

The service was very rude we went to the drive thru and a gentleman asked what we needed I said just one minute please he said ok just let me know then a minute later a lady asked to help me again I said I just had a gentleman ask me so just minute please and she got really huffy and started yelling at me telling me that it's her job to ask and proceed to yell at me so I went to the window to see what everyone problem we and they refused to open the window and help me . I went to this restaurant and was served brown lettuce and rotten tomatoes on my Whoppers. I returned my food and asked for a refund but I was told they would not refund me. This restaurant has poor food quality and poor customer service. We have had problems with this restaurant for the last 2 years. If you eat there, I suggest you check your food or take your life into your own hands. I have spoken to corporate and they are going to issue me a refund, even though the shift manager should have never refused to refund me to begin with , especially after I had to return my food 4 times. The only safe time to eat at this restaurant is when Daniel, the store manager, is working.

Worst service. Workers playing with eath other and cared nothing about customers. I know they don't get paid much, but still it is a shame to see their work attitude.

We ordered from a Burger King app went through drive thru to pick up order and guy attending drive thru said there was no order. I tried to show him on phone that order was paid for and he replied that the app wasn't Burger Kings problem. and the fact that he didn't get the order wasn't his problem and that it takes more then 10 minutes to come thru. So I told him i would sit in parking lot facing the drive thru window and wait till it comes through and if he could wave and let me know when it does. He Replied "If I have time". After waiting 50 minute more i decided to leave with no order yet my credit card was still charged. I go here all the time and there service is usually slow, But this guy has no business working with customers.He is very rude and looks unprofessional .

We got in the drive-up line at 7:30pm, with 5 cars in front of us. The car in front of us sat at the ordering microphone at least 5 minutes before they were spoken to. It took 24 minutes before we even got to order the Large Coke we wanted. That's all - just a coke. Trouble with the drive-up lane there is you can't get out once you are in. We asked what was taking so long, and she said there were only two working. This was on at Saturday evening in a busy tourist town. The management should be ashamed of putting their staff through that. I would have closed the drive-up and had people come inside where they could walk away if they didn't want to wait.

Super disappointed. We ordered three kids’ meal and the store manager refused to exchange one toy that was the same. We just got the toy and didn’t even open the plastic bag. Don’t understand why all other Burger King or McDonald are willing to do the toy exchange, but this store doesn’t.

They i asked clearly and repeated my order twice to the server for a double western whopper with no onions and tomatoes, and then me and my dad had to wait 15 minutes for our food and I got a regular whopper with no pickles and tomatoes and extra onions!

Went and got food at around like 11:30 last night. Got the 2 for 5 deal, bacon cheeseburger no ketchup add tomato and chicken fries. Drove all the way home and my burger was loaded with ketchup. No chicken fries and I thought they gave me chicken nuggets instead but turns out they were cheesy tots. Couldnt eat ANY of it. Tried calling but the number online wont even work it says the person is unavailable. By the time i would have made it back theyd of been closed. Tried calling again this morning and still cant get through to them. Only thing they got right was my damn drink. About to just show up since theres no other way to contact them. The receipt was 100% correct but ALL my food was wrong. I was hungry and mad as hell last night🤣😭

Just had the worst $60 meal of my life. January 25, 2025 @ 7:30pm. At the Watkins Glen, NY Burger King. I purchased 3 whopper meals and 1 double whopper meal. The whopper rolls fell apart on all the sandwiches as we sat there. The rolls just fell apart. The French fries were barely warm. After asking for a manager, a guy came out to look and his response was priceless! He just grunted and said “I’ll look into it” turned and walked away. I went up to the counter and he was just wandering aimlessly around. Another manager on duty said “I’m a manager but not on duty” as she stood behind the counter. Sooo… if your in the Watkins Glen, Ny are and looking to “Have it your way”, maybe skip this location and do it yourself!
