My family and I have eaten here more times than I can count, both here and also at their old location. Cynthia the owner is wonderful and attentive, and the new staff they have on board are great. The food is really authentic, especially the Carnitas, and they have a great variety of flavors and sizes of Margaritas.

Oh my..we avoided this place because "we can always get tacos at home".... How wrong we were! Great food, great drinks, great prices! Very quick and attentive service. A must of you are in town... Sorry for lack many of photos.. Dove into the food asap!

Wow havent eaten here in awhile and everything was DELICIOUS! Service was very sweet and friendly too! Morgan was our waiter. I didnt catch the new bartenders name but he did a stellar job! I had a jalapeño Paloma to drink and my friend had a Mexican mule. Both were truly fantastic. To eat we shared mini chimis, I got chicken fajitas and friend had burrito superior! Everything had so much flavor. All Mexican is good food to me and this took it up several notches! Thanks!!

We have been coming here for four years when there is a track event at Watkins Glen. We love the food the margaritas and our server Morgan was excellent.

Literally the best Mexican food I ever had!!! My friend and I came down from Ontario in Niagara on the Lake. After hiking the Watkins Glen State Park, we were famished, so this is exactly what we needed!! The guacamole was absolutely gobsmacking and we were able to get a couple refills! I nearly got full just off of the guac. My friend ordered the enchiladas and I did the chimichangas, definitely the best chimichamgas I've had in years. The best thing about our visit beside the food of course was our server Gwen! She was so very sweet and kind and made sure we were satisfied. Also very pretty and adorable!!! Thank you so much for serving us Gwen 💜💜 The food took just a little while but we also came in on the night of Independence Day so it was obviously pretty busy, but definitely worth the wait!! 10/10 food, service and atmosphere. Will definitely come here again if we ever stop in Watkins Glen again!

Wonderful staff. They accommodated a table of ten with a full restaurant with only 30 minutes notice. Everyone cleared their plates the drinks were great and the service from Morgann was attentive, sweet, and thorough. Have traveled the world and really enjoyed my time here with my friends!!

Margaritas were great, not watered down like you typically find. The fajitas were maybe the best I’ve had. Very pleased.

We have been coming here for years now. Overall a solid dining experience: the food is good, the margaritas never disappoint, and I love the atmosphere and the decor. I recommend the salsa verde quesadilla and the quesabirria.

Just loved it! I guess the only maxican restaurant in the town. Quality of food was really good. If you like or want to try out maxican food, go with there combination options which has a bit of everything. We tried largest combo worth $22 and it was more than enough for 2 people. The place looks okay from outside but it is really good once you are in. Must try if you are a vegetarian and like maxican food.

Stopped in on a weekend day, we went with the al pastor tacos and the chicken tinga tacos. The chicken had a bit of spice, which was nice. The mango marg was delish as recommended by the waitress. Excellent food and service.

I am local, have traveled through much of Mexico, and love this place. It’s traditional Mexican - American cuisine and they do it very well. I’ve tried many menu items and enjoyed them all, especially the chile relleño. Delicious! There are also many tequila choices! What brings it home is the friendly and helpful staff. I’ve read the complaints about waiting and I get it. I’ve been there when it’s extremely busy and when it’s almost empty. Sometimes, if they are really busy, it takes a little longer to get our food but it’s worth the wait and we are there to enjoy the evening anyway. Many folks don’t realize that there is also an upstairs so it can be busier than it appears. FYI, fast food can be found a little further south down the street. 😁 After the busy season ends and all the happy tourists go home the locals get this place to themselves. Many local restaurants close for the slow winter months but, thankfully, El Rancho hangs in there for us. Many thanks to Cynthia, Joe, and gang!

Honestly the best Mexican food I've ever had. Tacos El Pastor was the best and would eat it every day if I could. We also tried the lunch special, very good as well.

Nicely decorated, excellent food, and top notch service. The wait staff know their restaurant and take good care of their customers. The tortilla chips are hand fried in house and not from a bag.

Delicious food! I got a frozen mango margarita and fajitas for one, which was enough to feed me for 3 + meals!! We brought our dog with us, and we’re able to sit under the awning by the front door while it was raining. Overall, a great experience! I would definitely go back if I’m in the area again

The vegetarian tacos were mostly corn, but overall, they were delicious. The margaritas had a perfect ratio of lime and tequila. My husband ordered the fish tacos, and they were essentially what you get when ordering fish tacos at Margaritaville. Overall very good food and service for the price.

This place is a must go to if you are in watkins glen area. We went on Saturday night and it was very busy. Everyone who works here really nice and helpful. From complimentary Salsa and chips to everything we order was so good and tasty. Food quantity is huge and completely worth for the price. We ordered a vegetarian Nachos, chimichangas, and quesadilla and everything was so good. Would love to visit again in future!!

OMG. This was by far one of the best meals I have ever had and I love Mexican cuisine. Everything was delicious tacos, burritos, and fajitas were all amazing. The portions were incredible and the prices so reasonable (4 adults under $100). Also had a great house Margarita on the rocks. Don’t miss this gem.

We almost went to one of the high-rated Thai places in the area, but so so glad we decided to come here instead! Great service and amazing food! Platters were generous, the beans tasted delicious and my husband enjoyed the chorizo. We were tourists in the area, but they looked like huge players in the community, with trivia nights, specials etc. Would love to come back :)

As a semi-vegetarian who only eats shrimp or shallots, finding great dining options can be tough—but this place nailed it! The veggie shrimp quesadilla was perfectly crispy (not soggy!) and packed with flavor, while the veggie tacos were so good I’m determined to recreate them at home. We had a wonderful time at El Rancho last night! It was packed and still, the wait time was not bad at all. The hostess didn't have a table for us right away, so we sat at the bar to order a drink. Andy, the bartender, was great! He's personable and funny and makes a wicked margarita!! We didn't wait long before the hostess came to bring us to a table. That little lady was hustling!! She was bussing tables between seating customers, helping things to move along. Our waitress, Morgann was quick and also so friendly. Our food was on point! We may try to get back there, at least for another marg before we leave Watkins!

Front door needs some good effort during the colder months to push open! The food was wonderful though after we initially thought they were closed due to the door not budging originally. We got rancho fries as an appetizer and the plate had enough to comfortably feed maybe 3 people so we have some delicious left overs. My wife got the empanadas and loved them and I got the choripollo platos. I would absolutely recommend these dishes and I look forward to trying more of their food.

I tend to be a Mexican food snob and was pleasantly surprised with this last minute restaurant choice. New waitress - very quick service and attentive. Table comes with house salsa and chips. The chips crispy and plentiful. Small complaint the salsa was a bit watery but very tasty. Ordered the guacamole with more chips. Quac good flavor with a bit of heat when you got a jalapeño in your dip. Chunks of avocado and not too many onions which can over power flavor. Ordered the beef chimichangas and chile verde quesadilla and for desert the dulce de leche churros and helado frito. Portions are huge. Came with refried beans and rice. Both tasty and nice consistencies. The menu is QR coded and they provide free WiFi because signal is poor off WiFi. Written menus available just ask for them. Ordered sodas and served in large glasses.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Fajitas were good. The margaritas are pre-made with triple sec and they don’t have an option to upgrade for a fresh margarita with agave, which I feel like is a necessity for a good margarita.

We were visiting Watkins Glen park, and after the hike wanted to eat something closby. We saw some google reviews and chose this place. It's right beside the telephone booth. Good was really nice. Nice flavors, good portion sizes. However, it was a bit oily for my taste. Our server was really nice and explaoned everything so well. We sat outside because the weather was really nice and it was really busy and dark inside. Overall, I recommend this place for authentic Mexican food. 👌🏼

A really great restaurant and place to eat for reasonably priced. It was a bit busy when we got there with our party of 6 but it was a Saturday night and they were able to seat us as quickly as they could. Our friend didn't like her margarita and they were kind enough to replace her drink for us. The food was tasty and you can't even complain when you get free chips and salsa! The queso was also really amazing!!!

Came here as our preferred restaurant across the road had waiting of more than 45 mins. Glad we made it to El Rancho. Had bowls, fajitas and their classic Jarritos. Only gripe - veggie options are bit less.

My second time visiting this place! Margarita was good. The corn salad isn’t very good. But the rest of the food was good. We went about an hour before close but the stand said they were open until 10 so we didn’t know. Service was a tad slow and she forgot a couple times to bring things out! Overall would give it one more try!

I love Mexican food and this place did not disappoint with taste. We ordered vegetables nachos in appetizer and local beer like Glen Ale and IPA and also pinacolda in drinks. For main course we ordered el chilie releno, campechano taco, enchiladas with beans and one with chicken. Best was Campenchano Taco and other was good as well. 4 star is because they were very busy and they couldn't take care of orders and even customer service was very slow. But definitely worth trying if you love Mexican food.

This is a decent Mexican place in Watkins Glen. It's a little on the small side so it can fill up quickly. The service was good. The food was about average for a typical Mexican place in the US. The atmosphere was also about what you would expect. It had a Mexican feel but wasn't anything super special. This is a decent place to try if you are in Watkins Glen. It's nothing super special compared to any other Mexican place but the food is good and so is the service.

My late father would have mostly approved of this place. It is small, and I think family run. They have authentic food and drinks, some of their staff speaks Spanish (our server understood my order, and the bartender was having a conversation in Spanish), and it has most of the same feel I remember from my abuelita's house. Down sides: they don't have much to entertain the kids with while diners wait for their order to be taken or their items to come to the table, their horchata is watered down, the menus are not easily shareable (qr code munes only) and older kids who have not gotten phones yet will not have access to them (silver lining: there is a kids menu), and it takes forever to get help when there is a spill at the table. Over all, the food was the comfort food I was looking for that day.

The food was very delicious, the taste of the burrito and the A La Mexicana Nachos was pretty good except for the nachos that came with the plate. But they were easily replaced with the side nachos the waiter brought us. Also, the wait for the food was a little longer than expected. Food was average. The meat was not flavored much. The rice was instant rice without much flavor. It is the only Mexican place around so if you have to have it it is acceptable.

This is the second time we've had El Rancho. The service is always great, but the food is just okay.

Too slowwww!! Thank god we weren’t too hungry. It literally tests our patience by making us wait for atleast 40-45mins to serve the food. The food was okayish, thought we might get fresh food since it was taking almost an hour to serve. However, it wasn’t that great.

We ordered only vegetarian food. Ordered nachos, quesadillas, tacos and sides of rice and beans..drinks included Mexican soda, pink lemonade, mimosa , margaritas and beer. recommend the margarita and lemonade..mimosa wasn’t as enjoyable..while the service was good and the order was served in the right order wish the taste was impressive..everything had too much salt- rice, beans and most things. On being told we were told that the beans were meant to be salty..it wasn’t the first time I was eating ‘Mexican food’ so sure this was more salty than needed. The location is nice, a good break after hiking in the park nearby…the area is touristy and it’s a 10 min walk from the state park.

We were passing by this town while visiting a couple of state parks and decided to have dinner here since it was basically the only thing open. I was very disappointed with the food. Service was good, the young lady was nice. Let me explain about the food: My wife said in the reviews it mentions this is not an authentic Mexican restaurant, more like Tex-Mex... But I will definitely argue that. This is more like American-mex. The loaded nachos with ground beef were terrible. The ground beef had no flavor, unseasoned and not cooked properly. The large margarita is only 16oz and it was mostly water and ice, couldn't taste any flavor. On the bright side, my wife enjoyed the chimichangas. Some of the photos in the reviews are not of this place. We were expecting nice outside seating as shown and it was not there. It's only 3 tables on the sidewalk.

Very nice staff. Decor was nice as well. However, the food was bland, and the burrito I had was big, but like I said, no spice or flavor, which is what I was looking for. However, if you don't like spicy Mexican food, this is the place to go.

The portions are large, piece is on par with any Mexican restaurant. The flavor though was a little lacking. I myself wasn't in the mood for Mexican so I ordered chicken strips. They where over cooked. My wife ordered California burrito. She enjoyed it. For the area this is a okay choice for a Mexican meal.

First time coming here and I like the vibe and theme. However, our servant was very nonchalant on our orders as he took almost 20 minutes to get back to is (restaurant was not crowded). Eventually we had to call another servant over just to get our orders. To make matters worst our chips and salsa came out a minute after we spoke to the white young lady. If that wasn't a slap on the face. The fact that a new family of 3 came in and were given chips with salsa immediately as they sat down. That really shows lack of customer service. Long story short, we got our food and it was great, but I still had a stain from earliers encounter. The saying "first impressions matter" is true. I did appreciate the young caucasian lady, but unfortunately my taste was already sour. I can't recommend this place, but if you are looking for a hangout spot....yeah. otherwise, look elsewhere.

We went here for the lunch right after the Watkins Glen Hike. I am not sure if it was because of the crowd or they were short of people. But they took so much time just to even come and get our orders. The service took so much of our time. We ended up wasting at least 2 hours just to finish our lunch here. We walked in and were seated right away, which was a nice start. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the experience. There aren’t many vegetarian options on the menu, but I went with the fajita quesadilla with black beans. The beans came out as a side rather than inside the quesadilla, and our food was delayed due to a miscommunication with the kitchen. When it did arrive, the fajita veggies seemed like they were just scooped from a prep bin into the quesadilla—mushy and overcooked. The cheese was rubbery and not pleasant. Everything lacked flavor and spice, which was disappointing for a Mexican restaurant. The service was genuinely great—our server was friendly and attentive—but sadly, the food missed the mark enough that we won’t be returning.

The staff was very friendly when we arrived and seated our party of six quickly (myself, kids ages 5 through 18, and my daughter’s boyfriend). Our waitress seemed great at first, taking our order quickly, but there were a few mistakes with the food. Once we got our meals, she never came back to check on us. When we were finished, we had to go find her at the bar to get our check and to-go containers. The restaurant wasn’t busy, and other servers were checking on their tables regularly. As it turns out, parties of six have an automatic gratuity added, which explained the lackluster service. Be aware of this if you visit with a large group – the service might be bare minimum. I wouldn’t eat here again.

Their food wasn't very good, more American Style than anything. The taste of the pineapple chicken was good but overwhelmed with onions, lots of onions!! Chicken was hard and not even cut up to put into the flour wraps. Definitely didn't enjoy their amaretto pineapple drink. It was gross, and their margarita wasn't good either. Our waitress was the best part of the meal and thats it.

My son and I decided to dine at this establishment based on a suggestion from a friend. She said the place was amazing and I should go try it. Great! Here we go with the 'another attempt at Mexican food' in Central/Upstate NY ... Ugh! Just ugh! This particular day we decided to utilize their outdoor seating in order to enjoy the beautiful weather and post-COVID lockdown, as being under confinement for so long had taken its toll. Upon arrival it seemed fun. Classic colors of many Mexican restaurants were immediately noticed. Waiters were attentive and lack of stars have nothing to do with them. This is YET AGAIN another dismal review of Mexican cuisine in this part of NY. Let's dive in, shall we ... First - The chips and salsa. Chips were stale AF. A basket was brought to us and immediate thoughts were these chips must be sitting somewhere indoors where air-conditioning and humidity had played a part in the lost crunch tortilla chips are known for. The chewiness was off putting. Okay, so no biggie it is what it is. Let's be honest, it's tortilla chips after all. No one goes to any restaurant for 'chips'. So, another basket was brought along with an order of queso chorizo. Same deal with these chips, simply put, THEY SUCKED! The queso was a pathetic attempt of 'cheese' as it was a thin, watery substance with little to no flavor, certainly not cheese. Look up queso - that it was not. The waiter forgot the chorizo and brought it out in a bowl to dump in the soupy mess. Enough of that already, you get the point. Next, after looking over the menu we both decided to go with the "Tacos de Pascado". Being quite familiar with most-to-all Mexican cuisine, this one seemed to be an easy one to pull off, and ability to give this establishment a worthy review. The tacos were delivered with an overwhelming amount of shredded lettuce (I know the menu). No cabbage. No jicama. Lettuce. LETTUCE! soft, wilted, mushy-lettuce. I decided to pull the un-baled hay from the tacos to take a closer look at the pescado (fish) underneath. Sadly, the fish had the all-too-familiar look and taste of Van de Kamp's or Gorton's fish fillets. What a letdown. As if the 'Easter basket grass' amount of lettuce wasn't enough the fish sent it quickly to the bottom. Michelada's were a thin red-tinted colored attempt of a summer-time favorite cerveza prepared beverage, which did little to provide contention for the already dismal experience. I give it the EXTRA star for their rice. Their rice is out-of-this state AMAZING. It is EXACTLY how Mexican rice should be prepared and exactly how it should taste on the palate. If I decide to dine at this location again, rice will definitely be requested. Sadly, I cannot suggest dining here, and sadly, the search goes on ...

Definitely don't recommend, our server as well as the other staff were friendly but that's where it ended, They forgot our appetizer as well as the sour cream for the main, had to ask for napkins and honestly the food just wasn't good. I will say that the portions were large though and price was fair.

Food was substandard. A takeout order for 5 took an hour to be ready. The noise inside was soooo loud! There was terrible live music. We were joking that no wonder the staff couldn’t function to get food out! Would not go back. Sorry.

Hard to believe i went here to celebrate my engagement and the manager tells us we are short staff if we seat you guys half at the bar and the kids at the table can't promise you the service will be great we all got up and walked away horrible.

The food was extremely slow to come(40 mins), the nachos and salsa were below average - also only the first is free. We were a party of 3 with not many others in the restaurant, yet food took a really long time to come out. The food was also unsatisfactory, really bland.

Our server was wonderful. As far as the food…. GROSS- The wait time was forever (didnt really care about that) but when our food came it was barely warm and there was a HUGE hair in the rice. I returned my whole meal and they were still trying to charge me for it but took 50% off. I finally made them take the whole amount off the bill because NONE of it was ate.

The food was greasy and the meat was dry and seemed old (definitely not fresh). The service was terrible. The waitress rarely showed up to the table. We weren’t able to get refills. We had to grab our own napkins, as we weren’t given any. The fish tacos were almost all batter and no fish. They will ask if you want rice and beans with your meal, but will fail to mention that it’s an extra $5 per plate. Also there is no AC.

Absolutely terrible service, bad food and dirty aged atmosphere with no ac. Asked for silverware half way thru and they only brought one set so we had to share. We had to go get our own napkins. Never got part of the order and they charged us for it. Part of the ingredients were left off the tacos which made them dry and disgusting. They indicated it would be soft tacos and it was stale hard corn taco shells. They took our pitcher of drinks when we were still drinking them. The chicken was so dry, I could not chew it. The only good thing was the onions on the tacos. We went there years ago and it was terrible, still has not improved. Not giving it a third chance and will never recommend. They need to step down so something decent can be brought in.

Came here after hiking the Watkins glen gorges with my fiance. Both starving. Stood at the front for 5 minutes before being seated. Then the waitress was either not trained good or just didn’t care. I ordered birria tacos and my fiance ordered flautas, she completely tuned us out as we ordered apparently. We sat there for 45 minutes just for her to return with chicken fajitas, without the tortillas and nothing else. We said that wasn’t what we ordered and she said she’d back. Cut to another 10 minutes later she came back and tried to retake our order, as if we were going to sit there for another hour. Wouldn’t recommend. As if the service wasn’t bad enough, it’s 4 dollars for a cup of iced tea. Only positive is the margarita was good. Props to whoever made that. Don’t waste your time like we did. Very dissatisfied.

Nothing against the server and staff. Very friendly people. We ordered some nachos and other items without any meat due to our dietary restrictions. Had to wait 50 mins before they brought out the nachos and it had some meat in it. They said it might be soy based meat alternative but were not sure. It did not seem like soy alternative since the texture was more like beef. Had to send the dish back because they weren’t sure what it was. Ended up canceling the order since it was too late and I didn’t want to risk eating meat again.

Rude and terrible service. Me and my hispanic family tried to sit . They refused to sit me and my family she just said no. Went on to say that it was a two hour wait for food and 30 min wait to sit (felt like she was trying to get us to leave) the whole bar was empty with about 15 seats there however she said she couldn’t sit us. There were about 6 tables empty in the middle and we said we didn’t mind being separated. We were a group of 4 adults and 4 kids . She said no seating.I told her we are all paying customers and we leave appropriate tip. She told the waitress to not seat us and then another group came behind and they were seated. Then she said i Can wait come back in 20 min but that if I come back they wouldn’t guarantee me and my family a seat. I asked where should I wait she said wherever you want. I told her i didn’t mind waiting and asked her if she knew how she was coming off . She said she was aware . Mind you the bar had seating for about 15 ppl.

I planned a bachelorette to the finger lakes and made a reservation here about 2 months in advance as we were a party of 13. I confirmed this reservation 2-3 times. Once we arrived (on time) the staff had no idea about my reservation. They were obviously very unprepared and visibly annoyed. It took about 20 minutes for a waitress to greet us and 30 minutes to get water. All of which is what I attempted to avoid by making a reservation. Despite this, the food and drinks were very good (thank goodness). But having this reservation 2 months in advance and not having the restaurant follow through was extremely frustrating.

Walking in with 14 people, and turned down business with open tables and we were offering to accomodate between the empty bar seats and a table next to it. The answer again “service will be bad, sorry”. Good luck to this business

my wife and I walked over to and sat at the bar. My portion was very large. My first impression of chicken fajitas was diff. The plate was piled high with a brownish red colored chicken. My 3 tortillas were in aluminum foil hot to the touch. The beans seemed like a blended tan paste. There were no beans at all and it tasted flat and chalky. The rice was good and it was the meal as the rest was not very good. I think they dropped the ball on that one. I feel the tourist numbers are so high they never get a complaint as most people do not know what good mexican food supposed to taste like.

We had to wait 2 hours for food today. 1 hour standing waiting to be seated (around 7:00 PM) and 1 hour for food to arrive after ordering. The waitress was completely unavailable and we had to order drinks at the front desk. The fork was dirty and when waitress came to serve drinks, she just pushed the drinks and quickly went away, did not care to stop when we asked for a fork. We had to go to the bar to ask for fork, to - go boxes and check. Very disappointed with all the wait and lack of service. Food was okay, definitely not worth waiting 2 hours for. Even other customers waiting and many left cause they kept waiting to be seated. Horrible service, horrible staff, mediocre food.

AVOID THIS PLACE! Very disappointing experience. The food arrived cold, not slightly warm, actually cold. Paying $25 for three burritos and having them come out cold is unacceptable. At that price point, serving hot food should be the bare minimum. Service was extremely slow. There were long gaps between ordering and receiving our food, drinks sat empty, and there was no sense of urgency from the staff. They sit around and talk and you'll have get your own drinks. It felt inattentive and poorly managed from start to finish. To make matters worse, they automatically added a 20% gratuity for our party of six. Adding an automatic tip on top of already subpar service feels excessive and completely unjustified. If you’re going to mandate a gratuity, the service should at least warrant it....this did not. Cold food, slow service, $25 burritos, and automatic gratuity. If zero stars were an option, that would be my choice. I won’t be returning.

One or a couple of years ago I stopped at this restaurant and had a most delicious burrito of my life. Well, yesterday I decided to drive hungry for 2 hours for this experience again. To my disappointment, they were not offering this item on the menu anymore. I ordered a different burrito, as per waitress' recommendation. Worst blant Mexican food I've ever tried! Terrible. Chops and salsa offered for appetizer was also tasteless. They brought only one small saucer with the salsa for two of us, I asked for a second one... and was charged $1.50 for it! Disgrace. Never going there again. Only after I tasted the food it made sense why that place was so empty, no customers.

We were really looking forward to eating here, especially as Latinos hoping to enjoy authentic Mexican food and a warm atmosphere. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. We were treated rudely and disrespectfully, even though there were available tables. It was clear that they didn’t want to serve us, which made us feel very uncomfortable and disappointed. It’s sad to experience something that felt discriminatory, especially at a restaurant that represents such a welcoming and kind culture as the Mexican one. We truly hope the management reflects on this and learns to treat all customers with respect and equality, regardless of their background.

The pluses - the drinks were nice. They did seat us quickly despite it being busy. We were attended to by our waitress quickly after being seated, and received water and drinks fairly quickly. After that 50 minutes go by no check in, no food. I try to order our own drinks at the bar, I wait 5-10 minutes before being told that the bartender had a lot of drinks to make and it’s going to be a while. Ok, meanwhile there are plenty of age folks milling around who might be able to make a drink? I go and sit back down my friends food comes out completely cold but looking burnt. My food has old chicken on it that is bland and seems cooked at a different time. We were given no cutlery. I had to ask the busy hostesses who were nice enough to grab us some. Waitress does not check in again, so I have to bother the hostess again for my check. She says she can’t get it for us. Fair enough. But that does finally prompt our waitress to be asked to bring us the check. The food gave me stomach cramps and pain for hours after dinner. It would be one thing if I wasn’t seated where I could the staff having moments to check in on us and they didn’t. I actually feel very sorry for the team here because for this much to go wrong the management is failing them.

Pretty shocked by our experience here. Incredibly slow service. Our waitress didn’t know what was in many dishes. Then our food came and my battered fish in my tacos were chopped up and cold. No sauce. I’ve never ever seen battered fish chopped up into tiny pieces. Kids Mac and cheese is kraft. I would avoid this place.

Horrible experience got seated at 6.05 and till 7:21 pm we dont have any food out. Lousy service and lousy server who has problem even repeating the order. I wish google had option of negative ratings. Stale and soggy chips. Worst tacos ever chewy greasy taco. Worst empanada stinky oil in which the empanada was fried. Will edit soon for more.
