The Watkins Glen Dunkin Donuts is by far the best Dunkin in the area. Even when I'm headed to the Elmira area I make a trip out of my way to get my coffee there. They take the time to remember regulars, make visitors feel welcome and they know how to make coffee!!!

Our go-to coffee and breakfast establishment in the Glen. Always courteous service and fast. Good coffee drinks and great doughnuts. Drive through available and some sit down eating too.

I'm from the Albany NY area and frequently visit Watkins Glen and this store. It's always very clean, the people are very friendly and my order, no matter how busy they are, is always right. Great place

I stopped into the lobby to place an order around 10am on 10/19, a Saturday morning. The place was completely packed, with a drive thru line wrapped into the street. Their espresso machine was down (seemed to have just happened), and they had multiple upset (and might I add, impatient) customers. The gentleman running the register was incredible. He maintained his composure and remained so patient with all of the customers and all of the employees behind the counter. I respect that so much! I got a blueberry donut iced coffee + a caramel iced coffee, in place of a blueberry donut iced latte + iced caramel macchiato. Both turned out great for being our second option of the morning. Shoutout to the staff for their customer service, especially the person on register. I wish I would have gotten his name to give him a shoutout. Kudos! Love to see a fellow barista who wants to make someone’s day better, regardless of the troubles of coffee shop morning shifts.

Could keep the store cleaner, and some of the workers do not greet there customers, when approach the counter for service. Get very busy at times. They need to better flow of customer orders when there busy. The to assign at least 3 runners for customer orders 1 for just for the front counter. and 1or2 at drive Thur and two the register and 2 doing sandwich orders

Wow what a train wreck. Imagine trying to get a cup of coffee 2 hash browns and 2 donuts 🍩. 1/2 hr wait ✋️. 👏 good job As I waited for my order the staff never stoped moving like a well oiled machine. As I was geting ready to order I noticed they had a problem with the computer. While the costumers kept coming in ( morning rush) All employees were scrambling to keep up some orders got missed and some mistakes were made .I sat back and watched it unfold..... Great place, fast, clean, efficient and great employees. I sat down and ate my breakfast burrito that was actually very good. Within 10 minuets, several people walked in and out with their orders with zero issues. I look forward to next visit because they handle the large crowns that randomly enter at any moment very well! The place is very clean and the employees listen very well while making eye contact. Plenty of parking and free WiFi too!

Good coffee, hot, and very quick. Was there this morning. Man behind me was a nightmare! - Big order, but changed his mind (and the order) several times. So impressed with the server at the register for his patience and kindness to this difficult customer.

This is by far my favorite DD. The employees there are the ones who make this my favorite place. They are always happy and smiling. They will go above and beyond to make your sure your order is correct and out as quickly as it can be. There are times that they are working under horrible conditions in the summer, in the height of the tourist season with no A/C, but still try to serve everyone with a smile.

I usually stop 3-4 times a week and my coffee is always good, never messed up. Their service is fast

Awesome experience….I’ve read the bad reviews and have to say that it was not my experience at all. We visited on a Sunday morning during peak season- they were extremely crowded both in drive thru and walk in. They had about 10 people working and had a great system to make everything run smoothly and quickly. Quality was not compromised at all. They have definitely stepped up their game from the reviews I’ve read.

Dunkin is just a all round nice play to get really good breakfast food to start your morning, even though I don't start off my morning like that usually they still offer great bagels and frozen hot chocolate and it's amazing, they offer other great selections of food but I find those the best for my tastes, the employees at the register might be hard to understand for most people but there should be someone there to help you if you have an issue and other then that the service is pretty good, they have a drive-thru aswell but it's for small cars and trucks so you can't fit a big vehicle in there

Service is fast and pleasant! Everytime I go there is a line at the drive thru as well as a small line inside. However, they keep it moving and no matter how busy it is, everytime I go my wait is only a few minutes at the most!

It's a Dunkin so food is the same as all, I do like their doughnuts. But the staff was great, one individual in particular took the time to share directions to local places to view the lake.

Although I like coming from Canada specifically to grab Dunkin’ Donuts stuff I am generally more inclined to be disappointed by the lack of consistency in their products specifically when the franchise has new owners and the quality is not the same!!! The Watkins Location though has kept the same quality and taste I have been looking for and love to visit Dunkin time and time again!! Thank you!!!

The rating is solely due to the quality of product (in general). This store actually tries to trick you/force you into taking things while paying for something different. Then lie about it to your face. They do a sad job maintaining the brand as a franchise and ought to be taken care of. It's an overall bad business.

Standard drinks. Nothing special. But I got a bacon and cheese roll up and it burned my finger enough to cause a blister. It wasn't "rolled up" but slopped together folded over itself. The other one (comes as two) was as you would expect. Not too hot to touch. A little disappointed they didn't just mention one was just made and to be careful.

I stood in line for almost 4 minutes and wasn't greeted and my presence in the store unacknowledged. A staff member had just come out of the women's bathroom, and her hair was not put up neatly. It was flowing freely and was longer than shoulder length and looked greasy/unclean. It looked sloppy. Made me concerned that hair can end up in a beverage or in food. When I used the bathroom on my way out, the bathroom was unclean and messy. The midnight coffee was awesome, though, and made fresh to order.

Edit: I'll add 3 stars because things have improved a small bit. I'm only ever here because I have to be, so I can wait for my fiancé to get out of work. Ever since Roger went to the Penn Yan location, this place has gone downhill. Some of the employees (probably the newer ones that I don't see again) will swear and scream at each other behind the counter, bad mouth customers when they walk away, or just overall be rude nuisances and gossip loudly all day... It's disappointing because I used to love it here. The food is usually burnt every time I order a bagel or sandwich. On top of that its always closed early, and the doors lock randomly because they never have enough staff. There's only one nice gentleman there now who is helpful when I wait for my fiancé to get out of work. Definitely just go to a different Dunkin if possible.

Awkward driving/parking lot had average service nothing to write home about. Stop at this location about once a month when drivng through.

Coffee did not taste good. Ordered a totally different sandwich than what I got. Already drove away before I noticed. The last few times going there the staff was not very friendly. At least try to fake smile for people. This used to be my favorite Dunkin 5 years ago, but for me it has turned south in recent years.

I visited this place last fall and had their Egg and Cheese Croissant, Coffee, Hashbrowns and Avocado Toast. usually I like Dunkin donuts and stick to their usual Menu but this time I got Avocado Toast and that was pretty bad and complete waste of money. Also their Hashbrowns were not that good but other than that everything was good at this location as in usual breakfast sandwich, coffee, staff and service. Will consider going here agin if I am in the neighbourhood.

Consistency as of lately has been less than desirable. Food quality has lacked, drink quality is rushed and therefore lacks as well. Employees are hit or miss. Unsure if lack of training or understaffing, but quality control is definitely needed.

Never go there after 3 pm there ice coffee is nothing but watered down can't taste nothing but water down coffee it's a same when they scoop it with a cup out of a pitcher why is it in a pitcher so they can add water to it you guys are going down hill the night crew is very happy ask for extra Carmel and pay for it and still 2 pumps waste of money on a water down ice coffee

Decent service but one of the workers started mopping the floor where my fiancé and I were sitting making us get up so he could mop under the table. We immediately left. Couldn’t they have waited til we were done? Absolutely rude IMO.

Good food but terrible service and fraudulent. Cocoa almost always watery. I explain it and they take it, pound on the cocoa machine and hand it back without doing anything, cocoa still taste the same....watery. this was not the first time it happened. I called manager and he doesn't care.

This is one lazy DD crew. They refused to acomadate a simple request. Camarmel drizzle on blueberry crisp coffee not latte. So I tried ordering my iced coffee then asking for each ingredient as is and they said no. Caramel drizzle for latte only.

Ordered the new bagel mini bites. Menu was unclear. Apparently you only get 2 TINY three inch bagel bites per order. Not worth the hype! Too expensive! Should have ordered regular bagels.

This location seems to be consistently understaffed. The indoor area will randomly be closed in the morning with a sign on the door saying they don't have enough staff. There's usually a note to use the app and they will bring the order out to you (or use the drive through). But they have also now turned off the ability to order through the app for this location. So your only option some days is the world's narrowest drive through. Just avoid here if you can until they can actually get enough staff to be open.

The couple young girls they have right now in there working definitely does not want to be there. U ask a simple question to just split a bill and literally the one that was just leaving on the counter doing nothing rolls her eyes cause she actually had to do something. I could not believe it. I mean ur at work isn't doing things the customers ask part of it,atleast last time I thought lol. It's just crazy. But coffee and food is good,lol.

Stopped on our way through. Ordered a "iced Mocha", and got a black coffee with chocolate in it. Which is not correct. Told me I ordered wrong and had to pay for my correct coffee....I worked in a cafe for 7 years. Never has a iced mocha been a black coffee with chocolate. But then again this is why I Never go to dunkin.....

It's gotten super slow over the past year. I never get consistent tasting iced coffee. Parking lot and outdoor seating was previously always well kept. Not so much now.

The staff was friendly-ish. However, they are always trying to break down early so lights are always off an hour before close, everything is just everywhere, and coffee is bitter. Last time, they were pouring coffee out of an iced tea container. My whip cream and milk was curdled. So I'm glad I noticed before drinking anymore. They "couldn't" make my frozen coffee due to breaking down early. I always try to go to the one in Elmira 30 minutes away before coming home.

I love that out tiny town has a Dunkin’ but it’s so inconsistent. I don’t think I have ever had an order come back correct. Today I ordered an iced vanilla coffee with cream and sugar and vanilla shot not the swirl. I got a black coffee with vanilla shot so I handed it back and asked for cream. When she went to hand it back to me I asked does it have sugar she replied yes. Shocker…it had no sugar. I also ordered a 10 piece munchkin for my kids to share, I only got 9 munchkins. Last week I ordered churro donuts for my kids they were so hard they crumbled. Some things are great and some staff is great but it’s very inconsistent as of lately. Hopefully they can make some improvements because I love Dunkin’

45 minutes for a sandwich and a drink. 45 MINUTES. Absolutely ridiculous. Employees stood there staring at the crowd of people and complained about their jobs. Taking and completing one entire order before even taking the next also feels very inefficient. Don't bother with this Dunkin.

Went to on a Saturday night around 9:35 pm and there doors were locked. However business hours indicated that closing was 10 pm. Drove to drive thru and was told we are currently closed and it was only 9:40 on a Saturday night. So much for being open til 10 like the doors said. Never stop there again. They should be fired.

Air conditioner has been down on my last two visits. So it's been down for some time. Floor has not been swept and moped sense God knows when.

One of the slowest Dunkins ever. It didn't used to be like this, but in the past few months it has gotten bad enough that the drive through line is out to the road and blocks the entrance, causing cars to have to then drive in the one way out just to park and walk in. Going inside isn't any better as you stand around and wait longer then if you went to a mom and pop diner and ordered the same things. I would go spend my money elsewhere and let the tourists have this place.

Made an order for walk in on the app and only got 1/3rd of the order. Left after waiting almost half an hour and nothing. No one was even working on it. Got in line to ask about it but line was long and only one person at a time. Would have been another 20 minutes before reaching the counter. Definitely don’t recommend. Tried to be patient and usually I’d just wait but it was ridiculous.

Me and my dad were trying to order here, the person in the speaker couldnt hear him very well so he raised his voice so he could try ti hear him better. We were refused service because he was “yelling” at him. Horrible staff. Don’t recommend.

Rude people closed all the time for People can't get in to order in the lobby have no room for trucks or bigger SUV to get through drive through and not even busy to serve. They were all standing around doing nothing because most People cant go through drive through.

Every time I go here I get an iced latte and it's never right. It always tastes like milk as if they skipped the espresso part of the latte. I've had them remake it every time and it's never right. I will never go to this dunkin again because it never fails.

Bacon bits were cold, and beware when ordering because they wont let you change your mind. Girl up front arguing saying we need to realize as soon as we say what we think we want they are made. All that before we even paid.

Here for two days and on the first day I got a 7 dollar coffee that was undrinkable. The second day I got a black coffee with syrup not at all what I asked for and when I tried to clarify the people are SO RUDE. Never again.

Desperately wish I could give them 0 stars. This is by FAR the worst Dunkin around. It's dirty, the manager is rude to customers AND employees. I feel TERRIBLE for the few kind employees. I shouldn't stand there and hear a "manager" berate her employee, hear the employee ask for basic decency and hear the manager say, "I'm your BOSS, I can speak to you ANY way I'd like." Some basic training would so her well...here's a few tips: discipline in private, treat your employees respectfully, and no customer should listen to your ridiculous yelling match over making customer orders. Now, same "manager" on CUSTOMER service...we waited a good 15-20 minutes for our mobile order, she made eye contact with me no less than five times, even as I stood by the mobile order pick up, she continued to ignore me. Finally, she asked if I needed something, and I told her I was waiting for a mobile order. That's when I found out they were out of what I ordered. Also, don't bother ordering extra anything because you'll spend $1 on a single slice of bacon...and I heard the gentleman tell the girl making the order when she mentioned the extra bacon we ordered, to just add one piece because "they don't need that much." Honestly, maybe we don't, but I don't think it's right to charge $1 for a single piece of bacon. Overall, it was a terrible experience BEFORE today, and today sealed the deal to not go back. It is SO worth your time to go to ANYWHERE else to grab breakfast, even a gas station.

Used to get donuts and coffee all the time the donuts are horrible here this is the only dunkin I've seen who used what seemed to be hamburger rolls in a way for donuts they leave them in the case all day and don't bother changing them out definitely won't eat her any more

I go to this Dunkin every morning this place has gone down hill vs alittle over a year ago . I always order the same drink and 3 out of 7 days it’s made the correct way when I pay extra for cold foam I expect to taste it and nope the coffee is filled to top of cup so no room for cold foam and then with my drink being messed up so bad I toss it right away . .The lines in the drive through are one car at a time so goes crazy slow and oh the new manager Jessica wow is all I can say she is a public figure and I witnessed her at a local restaurant treating a employee so bad to make that employee cry . Professional she is not and needs to be removed from the public eye . I personally have seen this girl treat customers horrible at Dunkin and employees .

I have gone here almost everyday and gotten a caramel iced latte and every single time I get it for this one kid that makes it it tastes SO bad, I’m not sure what he’s doing and he’s always so rude and today (august 17th) I went around 3:30 and the same guy was on his phone while I sat at the window for 10 minutes waiting on my two small lattes that tastes like straight up expresso. I don’t know if he needs to get retrained or something but I can’t stand another drink or service from him which is sad cause I love this place and all that work here!

The redhead manager is ridiculous, we got a bacon egg and cheese that only had a half slice of cheese and seemed like one half piece of bacon. There was a line for drive thru at 2:45 in the afternoon. Let's be patient I said. Finally made it up to order and the employee was mumbling and had to repeat himself three time before I could figure out what he was saying. Then back to waiting. Made it to the window. The car in front drove off with do service. The employee turned from his register, never. acknowledged me......took two cups from the rack and went in, I assume, to start my order. I drove away as well !!

I went through drive through and asked for a dozen Boston cream doughnuts and they gave me no Boston creams and all different ones. They could have told me they were out or they didn't hear me and I wouldn't have paid for them and gone somewhere else

I ordered midnight which is dark roast w cream. It taste like milk water or they forgot to put fresh coffee grounds in when made. Ask for extra coffee to be put in & it did not change it. Also the worker could have cared less.

Sad to say after many years of loving the WG Dunkin, I'm over it. I have probably donated 5 coffies because the lobby says closed and the line is in the road for the drive through. If your lobby is closed then dont let people select it on the app for walk in. Very dissapointed. And don't bother calling noone picks up the phone.

This Dunkin is an absolute disgrace to society. This manager who’s a ginger is terrible in customer service. I get people who work at Dunkin are probably not educated but I would think it would be common sense to be nice and polite to customers especially when there’s a problem with an order and your employees only put a slice of cheese and 1 single piece of bacon on a bacon egg and cheese sandwich what a joke. Please stop wasting your money at this Dunkin it’s not worth it. If you work in customer service you should get some people skills please. This D&D location seems to have cut-off times for ordering particular menu items that do not align with its closing time. My suggestion is to clearly post these cut-off times to avoid inconveniencing patrons. We went to order an iced chai and an iced latte from this location. We got in the drive-thru line around 4:45. We ordered at 4:50. Ten minutes before closing time, we were told that they are no longer making lattes. I’ve worked at other food service establishments, and our policy was always to accept all orders up to closing time. Therefore, this confused us. We hope this D&D will post its latte hours for the benefit of all patrons.

I ordered a everything bagel toasted with butter and cream twice now and they had trouble putting butter and cream cheese on both parts of the bagel

Very frequently, this DD has problems (staffing or product). Last time, trying to enjoy a coffee in the dining area, I have to constantly hear profanity, mainly about how they hate their job. This time, weeks later, they're out of espresso and, instead of telling me anything, the girl (nose ring, dark hair, unpleasant) decides to give me steamed milk (no espresso). I even confirmed "this is a cappuccino, right?" She said yes. I understand staffing issues, but this is way beyond.

This is the 2nd time I ordered a coconut strawberry dragonfruit refresher and it’s disgusting! It’s nothing but coconut milk and ice, NO flavor at all. Last time we asked for it to be corrected they flat out REFUSED. Done wasting money on this place!

Staff is extremely rude. First sandwich was cold, when I went back to ask for a new one they gave me sausage instead of bacon and it was still cold, and when I went back to get the right sandwich I got attitude and sarcasm from the employee, who said the sandwich was hot but it was still ice cold in the middle. I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. My drink was made incorrectly even though I was very specific with my order, especially requesting less ice. Instead, the cup was filled with ice and barely any drink. It felt like the staff were not paying attention to customer orders. On top of that, they were loudly talking about inappropriate topics while customers were waiting in line, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t go back to this branch.

Every time we go to this specific Dunkin - our orders not right and they are rude. Just don’t bother going here. Half the time they don’t have majority of the items they offer. And everything either half cold or burnt food wise. My husband’s drink wasn’t what he ordered (unfortunately we are headed outta town so couldn’t just turn around) They almost didn’t even give me my drink. Now I have worked in a drive through before and I understand it’s busy and can be crazy but if a customer is at the window asking where the item they orders is and they say it’s not in there - normally I’d expect good customer service service and they make/grab the item. Instead they told us they had someone behind us so we would have to go through the drive though again. If I wasn’t busy I would have sat I t he drive through being petty but we left.

TLDR : bad food, lots of items unavailable, bad service, drinks came back wrong, we don't live here - but wouldn't back if we did. Girl taking our order was not friendly, we asked for a mix of pumpkin spice and blueberry munchkins and she nearly slid them across the table onto the floor. The munchkins are barely iced and have a weird flavor to them. Almost every member of staff had ear buds in, which may be the reason for why our orders got mixed up, plus it's extremely unprofessional. My husband and I ordered the same exact drink, but they were made differently - not sure how that works. Luckily one guy was trying to provide helpful service when we questioned the milk we had in one of them, I'm lactose intolerant and cant risk drinking any kind of milk product. Every worker had an some kind of attitude or just seemed disinterested, it's just oozing at this place.

I was a manager at the painted post location for about 2 years and am utterly disgusted with my experience at this location.

We visited this Dunkin’ every day during race week, expecting consistent service during our stay. Unfortunately, our experience was overwhelmingly negative. Each time we came in, we encountered a red-haired gentleman who appeared visibly angry, throwing items and yelling — behavior that was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The rest of the staff seemed disengaged and disinterested, as if they didn’t want to be there. The quality of the coffee was consistently poor, and the food was repeatedly burnt. Basic expectations weren’t met. Frankly, this location reflects badly on the Dunkin’ brand. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. Even McDonald’s offered far better service and product quality than what we experienced here. Do better.

So me and my buddy waited for our food and it took a staff member coming and asking twice what I had before I gave her my order number to have our food that was done but never put up given to us. Top that with then I found the wax paper insert for the cheese in my sandwich while eating it... not impressed and may not come back to this location.
