Pizza is delicious. Don't miss trying out their Italian cheese bread. It is delicious thank their delicious pizza. Try with their jalapeno cheese dips. Prices are competitive. The queue could be long and so will be the wait times. Hence It is better if you book through their app and take out.

My husband and I love Little Caesars Pizza! We go there at least once a week and get a thin crust cheese pizza with extra cheese always. We also love their crazy bread minus the sauce. We're just not sauce people, that's all. Their staff is friendly and courteous and we never have to wait long for our food. Plus their prices are great!

I love the pretzel crust pizza with cheese sauce it was SO good. The young guy at the counter was nice enough to make our pizza seven minutes before closing too. I had to tip him it was so great.

Every thing was fresh ,line was out the door but moved fast we were in and out quick less then 5 minutes i always time fast food chains now why b-cause mcdonalds on main always is slow i sat in the parking lot 23 min. For a plain cheese burger and then when i got home it wasnt plain it had onions i was very upset that place has went down in the past year they suck my opionion.

My mom was so impressed by the service she asked me to write a review. She picked up food for a funeral and was given extra cups, a huge amount of peppers and cookies! I didn’t even know they did cookies. It was hot, ready and delicious and they made her day without knowing what it was for. Thank you!

At Little Caesars, they cook my pizza just the way I like it. All of the clerks are courteous and friendly. I special order my pizza if it's not ready when I get there. It only takes about 5 minutes. They are almost always busy, which is a good sign of good food. You should try them. They are a lot less expensive than other pizza parlors in Watsonville too!

The employees here are hard working and friendly. I'm sure they don't get paid enough. They have the best prices around for whole pizzas. I really appreciate being able to order online and pick up from the warmer vending machine. I just place my order online and pay. It gives me a pin number and a time window for when my order should be ready. You just walk in, look on the screen of the warmer to see if your order is ready, enter your 3 digit pin, grab and go. The last time I ordered my daughter reminded me of something I forgot to order. I was able to order it there and it was ready very fast.

Pizza is good for the price. You get what you pay for. However, the pizza dough sometimes feels undercooked. I wish the pizzas were more crispier and well done.

Good deal! We had the basic pepperoni pizza and I was impressed with it . A great deal! Was a little busy but everyone there , customers and employees were very friendly. Felt very family oriented.

My sons fav spot ...but if the workers would do their job n work and not gossip in a circle where im in line outside coupd hear there would be alot of happy customers..other than that on point

I ordered a couple pizzas online and went in for pick-up. It was before closing so they were cleaning up and weren't accepting any more customers. I wanted plates and cheese but we're out of both. At least I got some pepper.

Best deal on pizza in town, they don't have packets of parmesan though, I don't know if that's true with all Little Caesars but it is in Watsonville. It may be because of the huge Latino population here, they only have crushed red pepper.

Place is fine if pizza is ready. If not, your waiting on a bench because their dining and arcade area has been getting remodeled forever.

At meal times the line and wait is long for a Hot 'n Ready. I've used the app twice now to have one ready in the Pizza Portal, and both times it hasn't been ready nor had they even started it, and I sit there and wait. 30 minutes later I'm finally heading home. Pizza is okay, it's Little Caesars...

By far the cheapest pizza in town.... If you're ballin' on a budget, this is most definitely the spot to go. The hot and ready pizza are just that. You can tell there isn't much love put into these particular pizzas, but it's usually a quick and easy in and out deal unless the line is out the door and halfway down the street.

A bit disappointed as their large 3 meet pizza is advertised as $7 on line, however, when I went into buy the pizza I was told that it was actually $10 and that was the "promotional" price... However there's NOTHING on the ad that reads "promotional" or "limited time offer..." I was NOT happy that they didn't honor the promotion but the pizza is still yummy and relatively inexpensive! :)

Kids like the pizza, prices are affordable and its usually hot n ready like advertised. The lines are longer during dinner rush. But thats expected anywhere.

I make online orders to avoid the wait and lines but when im given a window that my pizza is going to be ready at and i get there within that window frame and still had to wait over half an hour for my pizza to be done then whats the meaning of having online ordering if people that wait in line dont have to wait as long as people that make online orders. Pizza was good but online ordering let me down this time.

Not sure why they ask me if I'm going use my credit card... I feel that is none of their business whatever I choose to use is whatever I choose to use. If you do things differently in the country you're from keep it there don't bring that here.. otherwise it's above a one star.

I hadn't been to Little Caesars in quite some time, so last night I was tempted to try one of their 5 Meat Pizzas. I ate half and while the toppings were plentiful, I swear that it tasted as if there was no sauce on it whatsoever. DISAPPOINTED!!!

They got order wrong yesterday 9/22/21 and the cashier as she's goofy around with her coworkers (3girls) told me to wait! Basically shut me up while I was ordering.

5:50 pm ordered a deep dish $10.38, was told it would be 15 min. I came back 20 min later and they said there was miscommunication and pizza will be ready in 15 min! It would be nice if I could get free bread or something but they said no. Smh

You guys suck. Told me 25 minutes an it took an hour.

I walk in 30+ mins before they close. They stated they won’t make any more pizzas. Yet, they are goofing off at the front not helping customers. If your business is open and a customer wants something, you should make it. Definitely not hot n ready.

The worst pizza ever the staff was rude and the wait forfor The pizza was over two hours when I asked about the pizza I had paid for i was told that if I don't like the wait time then I can' go to another Pizza place I said okay I will just give me My money back and I was told sorry no refunds i replied you can't tellme after waiting over two hours and then Tell me to Go elsewhere that I can not get my money back he said take me to court if you want your Cash back I just got up and walked out and I am the type of person that I will take him to court he's not going to ever going to forget me .

Ordered a custom pizza with extra cheese and 3 additional toppings and the pizza came with regular cheese, there was no extra cheese. In addition the classic round pizza crust and the crazy bread were flat so they failed to properly proof / prep their dough. I reached out to Little Caesars corporate to express my displeasure and it's been a week with no reply.

30mins later and 10 times asked what our order was.... and no pizza. Then asked if we just want our money back. This company should work out better customer satisfaction when there is a mistake that bad. Still had to wait 7mins to actually get it.

Disgusting. Burnt pizza. The cashier is very zero class. I took pizza back qnd bread sticks because everything was burnt. Guy said if I wanted the pizza raw. No I want it cooked. Correctly and not burnt. Never again

WORST Little Ceasers I have ever been to. I ordered a cheese and a pepperoni, and it took more than 20 min to get. While I watched more, then 20 other pizzas walk out the door, same as mine. I asked how long and all she said was owe it's coming I don't know. Never will I go back to this place again.

This is the worst restaurant experience ive ever had. The PIzza isnt cut all the way, the slices are uneven. I saw a guy drop sweat on a pizza, the cashiers don't know how to take orders. They give wrong change multiple times. Aswell, the manager named Adriana doesnt know how to talk to customers. I asked her a question wrong and she talked to me with sass and anger. I as a customer don't like to be treated like that. I will never spend my money here ever again. And I also don't reccomend anyone going here. The little caesers at freedom in Watsonville is by far the worst. Gonna spend my money at Dominos instead.

Really bad service. I ordered a 1 threemeat and 1 cheese. The guy that answer the phone told me to pick it up in 15 minutes so I waited a little bit longer to make sure it's ready when i get there. When i got there they told me that its not yet ready. For some reason there was a quite confusion between theyre people cause when I got there everybody seems a little confuse. This is the second time it happens to me. They also charge me $3 more for a half 3 meat and half cheese. I hope the management will do something about this. Communicate better so you don't lose customer. Thank you!!!
