Beware of the restrooms. Otherwise pretty standard Carl's Jr.

I have had the breakfast burrito at a few other locations and it is one of my favorites. This store however is not interested in the quality of the food, especially freshness. I ran into soggy bacon and way under cooked hash browns. It is highly unlikely I will return to this store.

The atmosphere & service were good, staff very helpful & friendly. The food was not very good; milkshakes were runny & tasted as if made from milk that wasnt kept very cold. The Cilantro Lime rice appeared & tasted like a mushy Rice a Roni side dish. The restrooms are not the most pleasant to use or be around for that matter, they're not too cleanly & they certainly smell the same way! The food prices have skyrocketed, to match the ever reproducing gigantic sized, takes an hour to pick out your meal huge ass menu!

I was let me go and try it well let me tell you the customer service is not great Brenda treated like if I was asking to do me a favor or asking for something for free. Not even a greeting or thank for coming just handed me the food and roll her eyes. I deal with customer service as well I make to treat my customers with a greeting or just make the feel welcome and if your job is to hard, please let someone one else take your seat there's plenty of people who wants to work.

Burger was missing a patty in what was supposed to be a double which was what I paid for. That was a big let down and a costly mistake on my end. I went there at 11 this morning after going to McDonald's which was so busy I went to Carl Jr's ordered the $5 value double cheeseburger onion rings fries cookie and a soda the cookie and fries were the best part the fries were good but and this is a big but ----- the onion ring we're old and dry the cheeseburger I couldn't even eat it I had to take it back in and give it to the lady behind the counter and I left cuz I wasn't going to wait for them to cook we want after j in line at the drive-thru and the potential of an angry employee spitting in it so I just left. So in reality I spent $5 $0.46 for a cookie some fries and a soda very disappointed check everything before you leave the drive-thru open up everything you order and make sure it's hot and fresh

The onion rings I ordered had an excessive burnt oil taste, as if the fryer oil hadn't been changed recently. In addition, they were bitter and the carbonated drinks tasted like tap water.

The food here is awful, the meet looks and tastes microwaved. I ordered two 6 pice nugget kids meals but was charged 3 complete 4 piece meals and they said that’s how they work here. “ you pay for 3, 4 piece chicken meals and get two 4 piece meals with an extra four nuggets!” Well I guess I’m missing an extra drink and fries! 😑. The food here is cold and tastes like the one served at the schools cafeteria! 👎🏼 save your money and go somewhere else, “Jack in the box”!!!

Gotta do better, for what yall are charging for food not at least make sure it's somewhat fresh. I ordered A bacon egg and cheese biscuit this morning both top and bottom of the biscuit or brick hard the inside of the biscuit was soggy and the meat and egg were cold. That's unacceptable.

The food was so lousy disgusting the bread was so soggy and I wasn't put together right the way I ordered it none of ours burgers where right.

I was super let down by my experience here; i used to love coming to Carl's Jr as a kid, so coming home for a visit i decided to grab a quick bite, i asked if they had a military discount like they do in North Carolina so my family could take advantage of their dependent cards, they said no and went on to be extremely rude and condescending. They got my husband and my brother's orders wrong and then made us pay extra for THEIR mistake, on top of paying for the correct burgers. We wanted to sit down and eat, but the same cashier and manager who came out to charge us for the food they got wrong started cleaning all the tables around us and looking at us for a very long period of time. They were super nice to everyone else so i dont understand why were treated in such a bad way, all we did was speak in spanish to my mother who is ashamed of her accent when she speaks in english. Our food was cold and super greasy, and to top it off they even tried to clean the table as we sat there and ate, the woman tapped her foot at us yet we had not been there for more than 10 minutes. I went back again today and ordered drive through hoping maybe its gotten better in the past two months, it didnt. Drive through person was super rude, food was basically still frozen, fries were thrown at the bottom not even in a container like is customary, they also looked like theyd been left out overnight, and the bag they gave me all of this in was ripped completely at one side. This has happened before to my mother, all her food fell on the floor before the employee even gave her the bag and they still made her pay for new food.

Poor service. My son spill his drink today and the lady Luz was all rude when I went up to her to let her know of the spill. I left right away after cleaning it up. She said I had to deal with it myself because she was the only one working. Mind you there was two more and it wasn’t as busy. Not to mention the food was dry and burnt. I order the 5$ meal and it didn’t even had enough fries. This isn’t the first poor service I gotten from this place. The only reason I go is for the play area, which my kids enjoy but sometimes not even that place is clean.

Came through drive through at 8 am on a Tuesday morning 2/16/21. Biscuits were old, hard and dry, no way they were anywhere close to fresh. They honestly tasted like yesterday’s (or maybe even the day before) biscuits. When I try to call their local phone number it’s a constant busy signal. They have no 1800 customer service number to call. When I get off work and I’m hungry I love biting into a disgusting old hard biscuit. Thanks Carl’s Jr. !!!
