The new cashier at Fosters Freeze has great customer service skills. I missed his name but he has a beard and wears glasses. Unlike the other younger cashier that works there who is extremely rude. Very nice staff, and the food looks amazing. Very happy I went there. The people had the order done fairly quick as well. I online ordered 8 meals.

Sure, it's clean and convenient but what makes this Fosters special is the soft serve. The soft serve is kept below it's critical temperature in such a way that it gets slightly firmer once dispensed for better mouth-feel and a less-hurried cone experience. No runny soft serve here! You have to maintain your machines a bit better and spend a little more in power to keep then cold and able to do this, so it's not an accident but an effort. Best soft serve around, I'm just sad my local fosters won't do the work to be this good!

Was nice and quiet when we went. Tried a burger. As I usually just go with corn dogs and DO NOT FORGET the Foster's sauce.

Very clean. Quick inside service. Be aware of the street traffic around 3-5:30 weekdays. Actually horrible to get in and out even with the signal light. High school and work converge at this area.

One of two chain fast food places I'll eat lunch. Honestly, the burgers aren't as good as I remember from my youth, but they still beat most of the rest of th he pack by a mile! The location is clean and feels well-maintained. The staff are good, prompt, and, in my experience, do their best for the customer. Stopped in the other day for a milkshake and on the way out the door dumped it on the sidewalk. Did the Walk of Shame back inside to confess my clumsiness and they gave me a new one at no charge without making me feel like an idiot. I realize it really didn't cost the restaurant much but that kind of experience makes a big difference when you're accustomed to the usual indifference of fast food.

We love eating here. When we can afford to go for for burgers, we like to go here. Love the shakes and malts. Have always love the large vanilla cone dipped in magic shell and put upside in a cup with a spoon and straw.

New people, or a new person at drive thru. Nicer. But food exspensive. I got a hot dog, small fry and one twister, sm. Cost me 15.xx Thats alot. The size of 1.50 hotdogs was 3.99, small fry...not very tasty, 339. Twister sm. 6.39...with tax = 15.68 Time to make my own lunch.

Ok so here’s the meat and potatoes of this place. You really only hit this place for the deserts they sell. A majority of the time I ate dinner here out of convenience it left me with the bubble guts

If you just want a good old-fashioned burger, with all the guilty pleasures of a hot fudge sundae and fries or onion rings- Fosters Freeze is the place to go. It's pricey, even with today's fast food prices, but, it's so worth it! 👌🏼👍🏻

having to drive to watsonville from a long drive we stopped at FF to get some sandwiches we ordered 2 burgers added bacon wich they charged us for bacon and when we left no bacon on the burgers.. so we drove back almost hitting freeway and we told the lady inside the situation so she told us she would redo our order i said no just give me some bacon im in a hurry and dont like to throw away food the ladies didnt say an apology atleast to comeback n correct it.. i think CS is ok but can be better tge bacon we got was in a little cup n only got 4 pieces for 2 burgers small burned pieces.. i think cooks need some help there was 1 lady cooking.. n the burgers were good tho thanks

Pros: I like their wide selection of desserts. They have a drive through. It is usually empty so their is lots of places to sit. cons: I don't enjoy their meals as much as I enjoy their desserts. Their meals are a little pricey for what you get. Their restroom is not in the best condition.

It would br nice to give this location a more modern look it's looks run down, hot good is great the ice cream melted faster then what I could eat it, please help this iconic location

Food is good but the service is bullsh*t, i have ordered food from them 3 times now off of uber eats i always get the same thing and ask for 3 sides of ranch and they never send it with my order, I had to call and complain about it, i just dont understand how something so simple cant get done. Not once not twice but three whole times, its ridiculous. I dont understand how people get paid for being so clueless and slow. Really makes me sad, its not hard its a simple thing the easiest part of the order but all you see nowadays is laziness and negligence. I wouldnt be this upset if it only happened once or even twice but sadly I wont be ordering from them any more because of this and im bummed. Also the milkshake was super watery and tasted like regular room temperature chocolate milk, I have always loved their shakes and this is the first time I have been extremely disappointed with one.

I love Foster's Freeze and have find memories of coming here as a teen. When I moved back I was very excited to see it was still there and I took my whole family for a nice burger. The food was good going in but not so good coming out. Yes, we all had bathroom issues after eating there. I won't be going back to this location.

My favorite. Are fosters fries but this time fries were cold n they just dipped the old fries in oil n tasted like old oil in threw the while thing away nit going back

The burger was $9 by itself and it was the same size of the dollar menu burgers at Jack In The Box McDonald's or any other restaurant. By far it's not worth it even coming just for the ice cream. But then you have to pay for t-ball or softball type food at Whole Foods prices is just a little ridiculous.

I went in to get the boss Burger which is the top burger on the menu. It was far from it. No taste at all, I don't even think they put salt and pepper on it. What a waste of money. I hope this was a bad day either way I don't think I'll ever try it again

I've been to other Foster's and they've been pretty good. This one was very disappointing. Desperately needs a remodel. Bathrooms were disgusting too. I ordered some Chicken Tenders and they look pretty good in the picture (they are really good at other places). What I received looked like it came out of a kids frozen dinner. Wasted $30 on subpar food.

Only thing i order is the ice cream, cup or dipped cone. Now i order cup! I seen the same person that rang me up and handled my money give me my order without gloving or washing her hands. On another occasion i was helped by the manager and my order was not started because he "forgot". This was in-dining, he helped other costumers (white) and my order was lost. Highly believe he forgot to start the order since i waited inside and seen him give other guests a better experience. When i approached an associate she gave me my order and did not apologized for my "lost order"

The big boss combo sucked the burger tasted burned with no flavor soggy letus and tomato which made my bun soggy.& the bacon was crunchy like a hard chip the fries tasted more the like grease then the fry & my sprite just had a sparkling water taste. The only thing I enjoyed was my shake & the bbq sauce that came with my meal. I spent about 30 dollars for one meal that I didn’t enjoy. I want my money back at this point. I could have spent less on a meal and actually would have enjoyed it. This is we my first time at this place and my last.
