Ordered to go, super easy to place the order, followed instructions for a fully vegan burger. It was good and fresh.

One of favorite places to go after church on Sunday. Great food. Good price. Portions that are more than adequate for a small to super sized appetite. Always available seating. Fun games and entertainment. Service and people who work there are very nice but the service sometimes can also be slow depending on the number of help (Sundays may have less staff earlier in the day). Fabulous fried pickles and French onion soup! Awesome salads and wraps! Take out it good as well.

The server was extremely friendly and welcoming! They have a cool build your burger option! There is a large game room! Very nice patio area outside! The food was very fresh tasting and I loved they had vegan options 🐻

Loved the small game room. The food was good. I had perch fish fry. Husband had burger. Good tater tots. Prices are higher, and it's a half-hour drive for us, so we probably won't come back here too often.

Food was delicious. Our waitress Brittany was kind and we had tons of fun in the arcade.

We love this place! The burgers are best! And the staff very friendly and thoughtful!!! My kids love the game room. Even though it’s small, it has pretty good games for all ages!

Good bar burgers, nice selection and friendly staff. First visit, was impressed with the draft beer list. The burgers are either build your own or the chefs burgers as is. Food came out quickly and tasted awesome. Very pleased, will be back.

Excellent craft beer selection (Alpha King) and I love the option to create my perfect burger. Daughter and I enjoyed the arcade afterwards followed up with a delicious ice cream dessert. Also good place to go watch sports. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Already have been back a few times!

Delicious food and not a bad price point. Stop in have some food and then go to the later tag or go karting for some family fun

The mozzarella sticks are awesome, the chili cheese fries are tasty and the BBQ boneless bites are tasty. The cheese curds were ok. Definitely going back to try other stuff

Perfect for kids with a huge game room. Burgers had a seasoning I can’t get enough of. Just really delicious flavor.

Paige was AMAZING!! She was the absolute sweetest waiter! She was kind, patient and very willing to help even in the game room even though the restaurant was closing soon. Overall it was a wonderful experience (as always) and a place I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fun night out!

Great place love going there when we are in the area buger is top notch and games are fun. Service has always been great. Only thing that took away from it was the gluten free bun had been partially cold/ frozen still the last two times if they could find a better option to warm them be awesome

Service was great! It would be nice if they had an app to order through, but the burgers were the best my wife and I had in, well... ever! They were seasoned very well! A little pricey, but well worth it. Definitely our "go to" place when we want to treat ourselves to a great burger!

Overall a very good experience. Food was tasty and arrived hot. Portion of food was good. Service speed was very good. Our server (named Ella) was excellent and very friendly - great personality for this kind of work. Only critique might be the stark light colors on the walls. Acceptable but maybe a tiny bit too bright?

Food was delicious and hot. Bartender was very friendly and constantly making sure everything was ok and the beer glass was full. Definitely recommend for a trip with the boys/girls, or even a family dinner!

Bloody mary- need more kick and spice 7/10 Rodeo burger- good overall, a sweet bbq sauce. 7/10 Chicken Pot Pie- Need more crunch on the crust 6/10 Cowboy burger- NA- didn't try this one Hugh place. Plenty of parking. There's an arcade room too. 6.5/10

We got there at about 8 pm on Sunday. We had an order of chicken wings as an appetizer. I ordered the Ruben sandwich with onion rings, and my wife Stephanie ordered the point burger with steak fries. It was fairly quiet in the restaurant. The one end of the eating area had the wall covered with beer barrels with the names of different beers that they have sold. The food was very good, but I don't know why they let me get onion rings with my Ruben.

Conveniently located right off of hwy 94. We stopped for my niece's 9th bday lunch. She loves burgers. The restaurant had just opened so no issues parking or getting a table. We opted to sit outside. The build your own burger menu is pretty nice. So many options from the bun to the kind of meat used. They also offer burgers on their menu for around $15 each. I tried the mediterranean salad. It was pretty good overall. The chicken pieces could have been a little larger and the salad size could be smaller. I didn't see an option to order a half salad. My niece loved her first Point burger.. even better than culver's she said. We did not have time to check out the arcade but hope to go back again in the future.

Truly an interesting location with even a more interesting menu. My wife had the chicken pot pie and it was HUGE about 10 inches in diameter and I had one of their specialty burgers. Both were very good and we would order them again. We were not aware that Ward's Steak house owned this location. We have been to Ward's many times and I would say the quality of the food and the service are excellent.

Food is decent, with a good menu. I enjoy the burgers, soup, and shakes the best! Great choice of beer too. The service is just mediocre, but I've never had a bad experience. We spend time in the arcade area either while we wait for our food or after eating. The game area is very clean and there is a good variety of games to choose from. The weekends can be busy. For the arcade, you load points on a game card, and games can cost anywhere between 6 to 12 (maybe more) points. I think this has gone up in the past year. I think some games are not worth the points. It's not a place I would spend more than an hour with the kids, but instead a quick visit during or after eating to burn some time.

I drive past this location and the Milwaukee location ALL the time but finally decided to stop here in Pewaukee today. We ordered carry out, we had no idea it was a sports bar/game room type of atmosphere. Honestly expected it to be like a burger frozen custard type place. I ordered a Cajun grilled chicken sandwich and my girlfriend ordered a veggie burger with fries. Our food was ready in about 15 min as they stated and everything was pretty good. The only thing I noticed was that my grilled chicken had a so no Cajun or spicy seasoning on it at all but I could live with that. I’d recommend and def return though.

I have been here twice. The burgers are really good. TRY the bison and lamb burger, they're great! Average price is $10-$15. If you go for lunch or dinner try the Cajun macaroni and cheese, it is delicious! If you just want a classic burger, go to Culver's. The fries are good and well seasoned. I did get a batch of over cooked onion rings. Overall nice place, great game room, and good food.

Great food and good beer selection, interesting looking game area. There is a large bar area when you walk in with plenty of TVs as well as a ding room area with TVs and a large side room that looks as if could be rented for large parties. I went there last night and had a beer and burger, I had the point burger and it was pretty good. The one thing that I have to say is that they nickel and dime over every little topping at this place so take a look at the specialty burger section because you might save a buck or two getting a pre built combination. They have a pretty extensive beer selection but it's mostly (shocker, I know) Steven's point beers, which aren't the greatest craft beers that money can buy. I took a look at their game area and it's pretty cool, kind of like a half or quarter of the size of a dave and busters. They also attached the game room to the go kart track, which has been in the building since soon after American left. All of this is pretty cool if you wanted to have a bachelor party or something. Overall it's a cool place but definately a premium price because of the entertainment that they offer.

The burgers are good..amazing no. Been there a few times and the burgers are just...ok. However, if you want a great salad they have amazing salads on the menu. I've tried them all and for a burger place they use mixed greens and build one tasty salad. They are sizable. Salads so good I have ordered "to go" several times. (chef salad pictured)

Build your own burger is good. Lots of beer and milkshakes. Quite loud in there. Staff was attentive. Lots of parking.

Only had one issue, a burger that was supposed to be turkey was bison. My daughter didn't mind so no harm no foul, but everything else ordered was great! The black cherry float is a must try!

This place has the best sound track ever!!! We really enjoyed the mix of music in the background. The service was a little slow but it was okay. The food is mediocre. I think the quality is standard for the price. However, 95% of the toppings are extra. For a plain burger with no toppings is over $10. That does not even include fries. At first glance it seems reasonable but most toppings are at least a dollar. The fries were soaked in soybean oil. Gross! The arcade had a lot of broken games which was disappointing. Also, you can only cash out tickets on the weekends….

Went for dinner on a Sunday, and the place was at about 15 percent capacity. The wait staff was attentive, prompt, and friendly. Rating service a 3 though because we had to ask 2 times for napkins and silverware, and one of the two Build Your Own burgers was missing one of the requested ingredients. That said, once everything was resolved, the food was good. The atmosphere was fine, but nothing special during our visit.

We went for early supper around 4pm. We were seated at a booth in the bar as we requested. We moved to another booth as the table hasn't been cleaned off from the previous customers. There was one table of 4 and one patron at the bar. Service was good. Our server was pleasant and informative; helping us decide what beverage to order. We didn't have to wait too long for the food. Haystack onion rings were good but very greasy and just warm. Burgers and fries were good, again just warm, but nothing spectacular for their cost. It wasn't terrible but I don't think we will be back.

First time visitor from Texas and I wasn’t blown away. I had the Cheese Curds as an appetizer and they were good but portion size was a bit disappointing. They were only 5.95 so I guess I shouldn’t expect a lot. The Point Burger with home made chips was my entree choice. My opinion for the burger and chips was the same, better than average with great potential. The bun was toasted very well however it was obviously prepared much earlier and the bread was stale, hard, and cold. The meat patty was cooked and seasoned perfectly so the flavor of the over all burger earned this visit a couple stars. Chips, exact same remark, fried well, a tad greasy but cold and prepared much earlier. They don’t serve Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi is terrible so I was forced to try the Diet Root Beer and It was very good, would have ordered more but it’s bottled and a shocking 3.45 per bottle. WOW. So water it was, which I hate. Lastly, service was horrible. The restaurant was mostly empty right at 5 so I was seated immediately. I sat alone in my booth for almost 25 min when the waiter passed by and told me sorry he didn’t see me sitting there. He took my order, brought cheese curds fairly quick but no silverware or napkins. He finally returned with the burger thirty minutes later and I asked for napkins and water. He returned 20 min later with water for the next table, asked again for napkins and water and he said ok…came back right away with water…no napkins. I finished the burger with no napkins but he was really quick with the bill, took my card and never came back. I caught him 20 min later and asked for my card he said “ Woops got caught up” not even sorry. I left @ 640 after a 5 pm arrival. Not sure I will come back, this place has lots of potential but needs some work.

Point Burger Bar was just okay. I was not expecting the chicken bites to just be grilled chicken drenched in sauce, nothing to write home about. Burger was average at best. Place overall was a little dirty and outdated… booth had crumbs all over, ketchup bottle at the table had ketchup all over it and there was ketchup on the walls. Waitress did her best as they were very understaffed. Asked multiple times and multiple people if I could have some mayo - my burger had no sauce on it.

K
Karen Sykora

Appreciated how hard the waitstaff was hustling and super friendly to get everyone served, our server was so warm and friendly, wish I recalled her name. It’s clear they are understaffed so had extra patience and empathy for that. Food was good. My biggest concern is that the staff wasn’t working as a team it seemed; and they didn’t set their wait staff up for success. What I mean by this is they sat big parties without silverware, napkins, side plates etc. leaving everything to the server who had multiple big parties. So throughout our meal despite even getting up to ask the 3 people at the host stand who weren’t busy at that point for napkins or silverware and refills we ate our meals without napkins, or any silverware. (I couldn’t find a side station where I could even self serve us). I just think when you’re in a Saturday rush like that, set yourselves up better, have the hosts roll silverware and seat people w them. Have them help w refills and stuff at the height of dinner. Or management should be making rounds and helping. You shouldn’t force a party of 8 with children to eat their entire meal without napkins or forks at a full service restaurant…. And share an appetizer without anything either. I left a full 20% tip because it wasn’t the waitresses fault but how frustrating to see the hosts go back to their duties after asking for silverware and napkins and we still didn’t get them until everyone was basically done eating.

J
Jennifer Naughton

Waitress was friendly but the hostess was definitely dead inside and hates their job. The arcade was WAY over priced and 1/3 of the games out of order. Plus no one working the arcade counter so had to wait in line for the dead inside hostess to send someone back there. The chicken bites were delicious but the chicken breast was very bland.

k
keith becker

Food was good and service was good. No complaints! However, stay away from the arcade. Prices went up and the credits needed per game went waay up. $100 blown in less than 15 mins. Many games didnt work. Nobody to manage the prize booth. We threw away the tickets we earned and left disappointed 😥 Save your money and go see a movie instead.

The overall vibe here is very sad...decorations, food, atmosphere. My husband and I came here on Sunday to celebrate some birthdays with our extended family. The food is mediocre, at best. It is clear, whoever they have working in the kitchen is just phoning it in. The burgers lacked any real flavor. The broccoli cheese soup was okay, but very salty. The nacho appetizer was actually probably the best thing we all shared. The kids were enamored with the game room, but that wouldn't be a good enough reason to come back here, especially considering how much everything cost to play. This place is in serious need of a revamp of some kind. I am not sure how it could survive much longer with the quality of food they are putting out and the luke-warm service.

Don't order at the Bar.... Unless you like being ignored! If you ask to place your order after waiting 10 min. Expect to be asked if "Your in a hurry". To be fair we were the only ones at the bar so she was very busy!!!! Bring your own darts for dart boards (the bucket of boroken parts) isn't helpful 😑 $7 for a bottle of Point Special is = Very Special

This place has gotten progressively worse since it opened and seems to have accelerated its slide under new management. Service was slow, food was subpar and cold, prices went up (now have to pay for sides), there was hair in our burger, happy hour is apparently and inexplicably only offered in the bar area (not the dining room), and the arcade is expensive and not well maintained. I think this was our last time here even though we were rooting for it to be a serviceable, even if not outstanding, local venue.

J
Joe Bucci

In general food isn't too bad, greasy. But they are supposed to open at 11:00. Waited outside in 12 degree weather for them to unlock doors until 11:05 and left. Not the only burger in town

K
Kirstin Rogowski

Really disappointed. Hadn’t been in a lot time, food was not good, service was ok but didn’t like that I nicely said the food wasn’t good. Had a card for arcade from previous times and after being told then we could save and no worries, well can’t use it. Frustrating and waste of money this evening

z
zookle

Food was OK but none of the staff were very friendly. On top of that, the arcade is WAAAAY to expensive. If that is the only reason you go, take the drive to go to a different arcade.

The food is delicious. However the build your burger cards are misleading. Ive gone here before, filled out a card, gor my food. This last time I went there was an charge for almost every burger topping! It doesnt say it on the card though. So good luck. Check the menu first.

This places seems to be really going downhill. The last two visits were subpar but decided to give it another try today with friends who have never been and they were very disappointed. When we got there, two other families were waiting to be seated and it took so long that one family left. Mind you this is 1pm on a Friday. The person who did come to seat everyone was wearing sweatpants and was very rude. Honestly we should have just left like the other family but we stayed. The food was okay, not great. I would say on par with a Denny’s. The kids each got $10 game cards to start and one kid got enough points for… 1 miniature tootsie roll while the other got a fun sized sour straw. Absolutely ridiculous.

H
Hayley Meyer

$50 for two terrible burgers and 2 sodas. Asked for burger to be done medium, it was more like rare. The cheese wasn’t even melted on top, so asked to have it heated up more and it was still undercooked. Despite bacon, aioli and onion on the burger it had no flavor. This place used to be good and I liked the idea behind it, but we won’t back for a long time, if ever.

P

Have eaten here and used game room numerous times. Went for lunch today with my wife and 2 grandsons, ages 10 and 8. There was one person ( bartender) on duty to bar tend, and wait tables. While it wasn't crazy busy, there was enough business that this became a problem. There was no attendant in the game room and the bartender said she didn't have time to deal with it. Food was ok, but overall management was a joke. Hope it's not going under

R
Rachael Hardy

Took our kids today and about 10’ish minutes of waiting, our waitress came back to tell us that a large crowd came in just before us and therefore our food would take significantly longer than normal. Ok, fine. Thanks for the heads up. When we got our food the bacon on my BLTA was RAW! Just about every piece. The chicken bites we ordered were cold and not even browned. I never expect greatness from this place but today was so bad we will not be going back.

T
Thomas Loveday

Normally a pretty decent place, but having a hostess seat us at a table during a pandemic where the table clearly shows it is not in use and not distanced from others is a real concern. It took nearly 10 minutes since being seated and we had to flag down a manager to e en get service. If you are not ready for people to come to your establishment, then maybe you shouldn't be open. An hour later, a 2nd time flagging down the manager and we finally got our food. But not all of us, only 3 of 4 of the party got their food. It took another 10 minutes for our 4th meal. 4 other tables were seated , served and left and we still did not get all our food. What a terrible experience.

P
Patti Kennedy

Stopped with friends for some beverages only. Though we were directed to a table, no wait staff ever approached us. We went to the bar to order drinks. For our second round, I stood at the bar waiting for a bartender that was no where to be seen, for 5-7 minutes. Meanwhile, 3 employees were at a high top table in the bar area, eating and talking- none of them ever even looked my direction. Finally, I went into the dining room area and again found a waitress sitting at a table with friends. I asked about a bartender and she came out to try and find her. After several minutes she was located. She was friendly through my transaction. The entire time we were there, employees came and went from the gathering at the high top table. Icing on the cake was an employee that walked by our table reeking of weed. Terrible, terrible service

G
Gerald Frei

One of the worst experiences at a restaurant. On Saturday night about 7:30 I ordered a buffalo wrap and their nice waffle fries. When the food came out both the wrap and the fries were served cold to me. It took about ten minutes before our server (also the bartender) came to ask how the food was and to bring a water that was requested by another person in my party. She took the food back and offered for it to be remade. Finally 25 minutes later (the other two people in my party were already done) the food came back a second time. Only this time it was more cold than the first time. The person who brought the food to me said she would just take it off the bill. They did not ask if I wanted something else or if I wanted to try a third time. No manager came and spoke or apologized for this. We love Point Burger Bar but it will be awhile, if ever, that we will be visiting again.

J
Jessica Glaser

Went there to watch a Packer game. Everything that I wanted to order I had to flag down someone to ask if I could order something. The bartenders were so useless and often were sitting down on the wrong side of the bar on their phones. At one point I saw waitress give a shot to one of the cooks, but I couldn't even order a water when mine had been gone for over a half hour. The burger was okay, definitely not cooked medium as ordered and the fries were really cold and they did not give me a pickle but gave one to my friend who ordered the same thing. Then they let the dishes sit there in front of us for an hour and a half before I asked them for a box and took the dirty dishes and put them down at the end of the bar away from us. The burgers are 20 bucks and you have to pay extra if you want any fries or anything else to come with the food. This place will be closed soon with service and food like that. It has gone downhill since the last time I have been there and the future does not look reassuring.
