I loved my food here a salad and pasta I got was very good. The staff was nice. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. had nice Italian music playing in the background. not very busy when I went with my mom but there were other people definitely one of the best chain restaurants, and better than most Italian restaurants.

Our waitress Grace was amazing, friendly, attentive, understanding, patient and very helpful! We had reservations for 13, half hour before reservations they let us add 2 more, then an extra showed up so the manager and Grace were amazing in accommodating our last minute changes. She took our order and went a step further to seperate the check for our group! The food came out with no issues and everyone enjoyed their dishes. Drinks and wine were perfect to the taste! We had 2 birthdays and were given a delicious dessert! Grace was always there checking on our party!

Went for my birthday. I had gluten free shrimp scampi. It was amazing. For dessert they gave me a crème brulee that was so tasty! They just got a separate gluten free menu 11/5/25

We did the $44 per person Family Course. It comes with an opening act, 4 appetizers, 4 main course, and desert! Definitely worth the money! Service was quick and food was amazing! Didn't get any pictures of food 😅

This is one of my wife's and my favorite Italian restaurants to go to. While it is on the expensive side, every single thing I have gotten here is incredible, including the salad. The salad pictured was the Maggianos salad but with parmesan cheese instead. I almost always go with our favorite order, the chicken Alfredo(gluten free to share with my wife) but this time I switched it up to try the ravioli and I have to say it is one of the best raviolis I ever had. (Unsure if the ravioli can also be made GF)

– Excellent Service! My friends and I had a wonderful dinner at Maggiano’s, and a big part of that was thanks to our amazing server, Dayton. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. He made sure everything was perfect throughout the evening and helped us celebrate my friend’s birthday in a really special way. His positive attitude and great service made our night even more memorable. Thank you, Dayton—we’ll definitely be coming back

One of the better Italian restaurants I have eaten in. The wagyu meatballs were delicious as were the bread rolls. And not a Christmas decoration in sight. Hoowa!

Very well cooked food was fresh and delicious 😋 I cook I don't eat at restaurants often The food tasted home cooked My regards to the Chef and all who participated in preparing the food. Our server was fantastic 😊

Always delightful. For a chain Italian restaurant, the food is consistent and decent quality. I would have to say it is a little pricey for the food but over it is well worth it. The Marco’s for two provides a great value for delicious food. The atmosphere is a little upscale and speaks to the quality of the food and service.

Excellent dinner with my youngest. Service was good. Excellent spinach and cheese stuffed manicotti for me and Spaghetti with meatball for her. Bread was good too. Really an enjoyable experience and happy memories made. Thanks.

This was great choice for a Sunday lunch. They had a full dinner menu when most places had only brunch at noon on Sunday. My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful meal with a exquisite waitress. We got the chefs choice appetizer. As well as a chicken parmeasean for her and a seafood dish in a lobster sauce. The volume of food was generous and the flavors were impeccable!

You visited this restaurant, on the occasion of my birthday, Saturday 03/30. Which I really liked, a cozy atmosphere, a good presentation of the place. If I liked the variety of dishes in your menu. I loved their lasagna that they have, and the delicious dessert that was a lemon-flavored cookie, so don't miss i.

Majority of the food was good. We ordered the steak, shrimp pasta dish, and calamari appetizer. The garlic buttered steak was one of the best steak I've had in a long time, well worth the $47+. Service was a bit slow, but it was understandable with a full house. Our waiter was very attentive though. Pricey but good food, nice restaurant to stop by for special occasions.

This was our first time here but definitely won't be our last. Randy was probably the best server we've ever had. Very friendly and tentative. We started with the zucchini frittes which were so delicious. Very crispy and lovely lemon cream sauce. The bread came next and was very good but the olive oil was a little lackluster. ( maybe a little vinegar and spices to elevate ) then my Grand margarita came next which was so good. Shaken to perfection. I ordered the chicken Francese which was very good. The potatoes and asparagus were a little flat though. The wife ordered chicken saltimbocca and everything was perfect on her dish. Overall this was quite the Experience. Big Shout to Randy. Great srevice

Absolutely amazing waitress. The food was fast, tasty, and I had plenty of leftovers. The atmosphere here is really good. I would definitely come back.

I spoke with Chef Chris directly about an order for pick up. We ordered tomato bruschetta for the appetizer. The crostini was separate to keep crisp and fresh . A ricotta cheese spread that was included as a base for the tomatoes. The garlic, fresh basil and herbs was well seasoned and balanced. The side Caesar and chopped salad had fresh greens . Lasagna was the entree. It was warm and very flavorful. The marinara cause was a great accompaniment to the well seasoned pork , beef and ricotta filling . The noodles were slightly al dente that help to hold the very generous serving together. My only suggestions are several more crostini for the bruschetta and returning to the traditional seeded Italian bread. The yeast rolls were warm and flavorful but slightly too sweet for the Italian taste profile. A rich , delicious and decadent Chocolate cake was perfect for my husband’s Birthday. Chef included an order of Vera’s lemon cookies. The citrus paired perfectly with the lemon icing. . A perfect finish to a very well executed meal . Most importantly, Kudos to Chef Chris for is kindness, patience and guidance in helping me with my diet restrictions.

Had a birthday dinner for my wife. 13 people total. Including 4 kids. Our waiter Frederick is the coolest and best waiter I’ve ever had. I hope others see his hard work and good service. I would 10 out of 10 come back and I hope Frederick is our waiter again !!

Get the Rigatoni D or Mushroom Ravioli you won't be disappointed. But seriously..everything is super Yummy. House Cesar Salid is outstanding. Vesuvio potatoes are just so good. Oh..the Chicken Marsala is bomb dignity. Listen..get a full plate and share. There's way enough to share.

I want to say our experience at Maggiano's was the best I've ever had. Edwin gave us the best service we've had in a long time. Our food and drinks we perfect. He even boxed our leftovers. No one has done that for us ever. He should be rated #1 server. We will definitely be back!!

Very beautiful restaurant, especially now at Christmas time. Located at Mayfair Mall. The food is always delicious and varied. The rolls that come to the table are so buttery and soft. Our waiter was very attentive and personable. We will definitely be back!

We recently used Maggiano’s for a catered event to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Samantha, the sales manager, was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to coordinate everything, especially considering that Maggiano’s doesn’t typically cater on New Year’s Eve. Her communication, flexibility, and attention to detail made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Justin, the delivery and setup manager, was equally impressive. He arrived right on time, set up all the food quickly and efficiently, and maintained a great, positive attitude throughout. Everything was organized perfectly, allowing us to enjoy the celebration without any concerns. Thanks to Samantha and Justin, my wife's birthday was a huge success. I would not hesitate to use Maggiano’s catering again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service.

We’ve now had Fred as our server twice at Maggiano’s, and he is truly outstanding. He is incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely kind, and he consistently goes above and beyond to make the experience special. On our most recent visit, we were there with a large group, and every single person was so impressed by him and his crew. He handled everything seamlessly, kept the table running smoothly, and made everyone feel taken care of. The kids loved him too and felt so special with the ice cream! Because of how amazing he is, we will absolutely be requesting Fred when we come back for a third visit. He is a true asset to Maggiano’s, and we can’t recommend him highly enough! Thank you, Fred! Maggiano’s is lucky to have you!

We ordered carryout from Maggiano’s for my husband’s staff holiday party and could not have been happier. We ordered chicken parmesan, rigatoni alla vodka, Italian chopped salad, bread, broccoli, and tiramisu to feed about 20 people. And the cost was so reasonable - highly recommend! Although they were very busy and I had to wait a bit longer than my scheduled pickup time, it was completely worth it. The food was beautifully prepared, well packaged, and absolutely delicious. They thoughtfully included all the plasticware, plates, and serving items we needed, plus extra butter, parmesan cheese, red sauce, and more, which was so appreciated. A special thank-you to the young lady who gathered our order and insisted on helping me carry everything out to the car—such a kind and thoughtful touch. There was more than enough food for everyone, and it was a huge hit with the staff. Thank you, Maggiano’s, for helping us keep our team well fed and happy!

Service was efficient and polite throughout the meal. The staff were attentive without being overbearing, ensuring that our needs were met promptly and courteously. Overall, it was a reliable and enjoyable meal. I left the restaurant feeling content and would happily return for another relaxed, satisfying dining experience. It's a solid choice for anyone seeking dependable Italian cuisine in a pleasant environment.

My first time experiencing this masterpiece was during the chaos of Thanksgiving. Now, I'm not normally one for reviews, but our waiter looked absolutely stressed at every minor inconvenience we had. So, it's 4pm on Thanksgiving day. I came in with my girlfriend fully prepared for the chaos, mentally ready to face the wait, confusing orders, busy tables, all of it. Now for the inconveniences. Took 10 minutes for our waiter (I don't even think he was ours, I think he was just picking up the slack for someone else) to take orders. He did everything right, even said he put in the order for salads. Over the next half hour, he kept checking on us, keeping us updated on our food status, got us drinks within minutes when we said at the 20 minute mark (after sitting down) that we hadn't had someone take our drink orders, and that man hustled. He kept apologizing for other multi person tables getting seated after us and salads served, everything. Even got annoyed with I think himself and the kitchen when, after we got our main course, we still didn't get the salads, and had some to us a few moments later. My man. I am a 7 year army vet. I am well verse,d in the art of hurry up and wait. My girlfriend and I currently work at car dealerships, so we're also well versed in the art of holiday chaos. I was not upset ,in the slightest by anything. The atmosphere: astounding. Staff: going above and beyond given the amount of people in there. Food: perfect. Ham was outstanding, turkey perfectly tender, rolls delicious, spaghetti best I've had in years. I pressed the salads cause I understand the value of money. I may not be a salad guy, but if I'm paying for the full menu, I'm getting the full menu. And now I have 8 to go containers of Thanksgiving style leftovers to last a couple of days, and for the first time ever I'm excited to eat leftovers. If I still haven't learned how to cook by Thanksgiving next year, I will most definitely be making another reservation, because I have zero complaints about the meal I had tonight. My compliments go to the chefs, and the amazing staff that ran the restaurant on a holiday meant to be shared with their families.

Olive oil was light, delicate, a bit plain, not a lot of bite. Our Italian diners would have liked more flavor. We all liked the fried zucchini, very crunchy. Perfect crispiness. Thumbs up on Mama’s Lasagna. Mama may not have been back in the kitchen cooking it, but they got her recipe right! Sauce on the spaghetti was a bit too sweet for the Italian palettes among us, but otherwise good. Baked Ziti was not too cheesy, cooked to perfection. Pasta was the right amount of al dente in the Fettuccini Alfredo. Deserts were good. We liked the Tiramisu and creme brûlée. Chocolate cake was ok but we like Portillo’s better. Lemon fingers light and delicate.

Overall impressed with a small challenge. First off the food and atmosphere were very, very good. Might have been one of the better Alfredo (with chicken) dishes I’ve had in recent years! The place was very nice, clean and mostly welcoming. The only reason it lost a star for me was the young, masked hostess who was very unwelcoming and just didn’t seem to care. It also hard to hear her since I couldn’t read her lips and she didn’t seem to be too interested in being welcoming or friendly in any way. As the first point of contact it was off putting. Especially the way you would expect in a relatively expensive eatery. Aside from that is was a great experience.

A friend of mine had requested it my name so we dined. They are themed nicely and have lots of seating. We were seated right away for a Saturday at lunchtime. Our waitress was so friendly and got us our drinks and complimentary bread right away. It was tough to decide on what to eat as everything sounded good. We ordered some of the specialty pasta, the Mushroom Ravioli and the Chicken & Spinach Manicotti as well as some dishes to go for an extra $6, the four cheese ravioli and mom's lasagna. The food was good though, quickly prepare so it is all probably premade and warmed up. It was a friend's birthday and she got to enjoy some lemon cookies for dessert. Overall, not bad and would go again. Great place to stop while in the area.

I want to start by saying that the service from our waitress Precious was one of the best. She has great customer service skills and she has a great personality. She came by a few times to make sure that the we were doing good. It’s hard to find service like the one that she provided. Our food was very good. We got the filet mignon, my son got pasta and my husband got the T-bone steak. Our side of Alfredo pasta had a hair on it. We told our waitress and she brought out another side of Alfredo pasta.

We were in town for a funeral so we made a reservation for Thanksgiving night, but I wanted to turn around and leave before we were even seated! I walked up to the hostess desk and three of them stood around talking and/or looking at their phones while I was standing there waiting to be assisted. Not a good first impression. Our server and the rest of the staff was great, and the food was really good as well, except for the salmon being overcooked, and no avacado for the salad. The fetucinni was good but did not live up to its name on the menu ("the best", I think), but the ravioli, the ham & sweet potato mash, the creamed corn, the pumpkin cheesecake, and the chocolate cake were all very good. Writing this, I'm just realizing that we did not get our broccoli. If I lived in the area I would probably give this location another chance, but only because it was a holiday and they were pretty busy.

We ordered salads, fried mozzarella, chicken parm, and chicken alfredo, choc cake. Food was very good, with the exception of the mozzarella, I don't know if recipe changed or what, but didn't care for it. Now the not so good, we over heard one of the servers, when we were walking back to the bathroom (not sure of their name) say that bread goes to fat people over there. Not very nice or professional.

Came in for Dinner about 7pm with a party of 5. We reserved ahead of time. When we arrived then was a few minute wait time. When we got to our table we only had 4 chairs. We had to steal a chair from the other tables. Order the mozzarella stick! Nice and crispy. 10/10 I ordered the ribeye medium rare with mash and asparagus. The steak was cooked nicely. The garlic ajus sauce was a bit salty. Asparagus was nicely done. Mash was bad either. I gave this a 6/10

Calimari 7.7/10 Bolognese 4.2/10 I think they legitimately forgot to put the tomato ragu on it Mom's Lasagna 8.0/10 Espresso 8.2/10 Bread is only served with unseasoned olive oil and powdered Parmesan. Some balsamic vinegar would be nice. 5.6/10 The water glasses and wine glasses could do with further wiping since there were lip and finger print marks. Lovely atmosphere with the rat pack playing and real candles at the table. Our waitress was a bit rude, but whataryagonnado?

I went with friends for dinner. It's nice enough. The menu is large and you get a lot of food. I got the house salad; it was ok. The red onions were potent; they could have used a soak, and the salad could have used a crouton or something else. The stuffed mushrooms were good but missing something. The chicken in the chicken parm was a little dry, the sauce a little acidic. The beef medallions were delicious, and the gravy overpowered the dish. It was too soupy. The mashed potatoes were nice. I had a specialty mojito that was tasty. My friends ordered the filet mignon and salmon salad. They enjoyed their selections, except for the addition of parm cheese on the salmon salad. The server was great. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The menu needs polish. I probably won't return.

While in Wisconsin for Thanksgiving weekend, we decided to visit Maggiano’s. The service was excellent, as always and the atmosphere is perfect. However, we were all disappointed in the pseudo Hawaiian rolls when they came out. We expected the delicious Italian bread served with olive oil and Parmesan cheese that was always offered. One bite of that sweet dinner roll was enough for me. There were nine of us and we ate just a few of those. We usually request extra bread but not this time. The entrees were good, but I thought the Alfredo was a bit bland. I also had a jazzed up margarita that tasted nothing like a real one. Back here in St. Louis, if I go to Maggiano’s again, I will make sure those sweet roles are not in place of the usual amazing bread that they’ve always had.

The food and atmosphere were good. The female server was so sweet and kind, but one of the male hosts was not overly kind. All staff should be more similar to the female server who was friendly, this is common sense!

M

As someone who went to Maggiano’s for every birthday celebration for the last 10 years, the rebrand has been disappointing. The new appetizer bread is still good, but it takes away the unique experience of the olive oil and parmesan to become another bread and butter like all other chain restaurants. My favorite Ziti was taken off the menu, and the Vodka Rigatoni just missed the mark. While I understand that restaurants get busy during the Valentine’s season, I want to feel like I’m getting an experience worth my money rather than being sent to “overfill” to join 30 other couples in a back room where small tables are basically overlapping each other. Especially if I make a reservation well in advance.

We usually love the food and experience we have visiting. Today we decided to get some delivery. My husband ordered the lasagna and this is what came…. A sloppy mess of noodles and a TON of carrots and celery. So disappointed

This place has gone down hill real bad the last few years. They took the veal marsala off of the menu which is an absolute shame but I got the chicken marsala anyways and the sauce came out extremely watery and bland, which it was never like that before. We also got the mushroom ravioli which had way too much vinegar in the sauce and mushrooms. The service also was really bad. There were plenty of tables and booths available ar 3pm, we requested a booth but got a table next to the heater in the floor which was very hot. The waitress never took our drink order in the first place and was also very slow in general. We will not be going back as the experience we had at the one in Illinois was even worse a couple years ago.

Overall, the portions were small. The flavor was OK for the price of the size of the portions was not comparable., For the star rating, they are rated at , I would not give the portions or the flavor any higher than two stars. I considered the experience to be more like a nicely decorated loud cafeteria. The staff was very nice. Food came out quick. Would I go back , Not for the price you pay for the portions you get. When I think Italian, I think a plate enough for four people to eat from -so that I may take leftovers home. Disappointed ! Not sorry not impressed

R
Renee Traeger

Disappointed with todays meal. They changed theie bread in the last year or so. More like a hawaiian bread and salted. It's not that it was bad just not something I would think would be found in an Italian restaurant. Then they sat a table of 6 right on top of us. One ladies chair was basically backed up to our table. We had just received our food and they asked if we wanted to move. We said no since our food just got there. Also, 2 of us were blocked in by parties on all sides. Has to be some sort of fire code violation how they had us packed in there. I love their Rigatoni D but today there was no flavor and the chicken parm was overdone. They did offer to remake, but we didn't want to take the time. Not sure we'll be back.

M

Not what I remember from years past. Food was very disappointing. It's clear they're cutting costs by using subpar ingredients. Service was just adequate. Felt like they were annoyed to serve us. The atmosphere is still quite pleasant though. Love the decor and lighting.

L
Linda Szolwinski

We had reservations for 10 and we were seated immediately. However the table was wedged in with several other tables to the extent of having no room to walk around the table. The servers setting and cleaning up the tables around us kept bumping in to us without any regard for the fact that we had no space. The food was mediocre at best, and when I expressed my concerns, specifically in regard to the lack of space, he seemed less than interested. Based on this experience, I am inclined to avoid this restaurant. They really need to monitor the number of people they are seating in their space. Extremely unsafe and annoying.

This use to be my family’s favorite Italian restaurant in Wauwatosa but unfortunately it has really gone down hill. The greeter was very nice and so was our server. But the menu drastically changed and not for the better. The prices have increased significantly (I understand inflation) but a $10 increase for less is nuts. You will spend a minimum of 25 a person now. They no longer have buy a meal and take one home. The appetizer prices are horrendous. The food did not taste as good as it used to either. If you’re not dressed up the staff watches your every move making an uncomfortable experience. We had just got our food and a staff member came and started grabbing our stuff asking if we were done. I ended up having to bellow at the guy for putting his hands on our food. We ended up getting boxes for our food and left. I want to note our server was nice and tried his best to take care of us but he was the only one. The rest should reconsider why there are in a food service and a customer service position. After coming there for years this was it for me.

The worst experience ever. We had a 2:45 PM reservation for Thanksgiving dinner. After the host spent several minutes walking around trying to find our table number, we were finally seated. The waiter took our order and brought salad and bread, and that was the last time anyone meaningfully checked on us. We sat there until 4:00 PM with no food. During that time, four different servers mistakenly brought us salad and bread again, and each time we had to tell them we were still waiting for our meals. We watched multiple tables arrive after us, receive their food, finish eating, and leave while we remained ignored. When we finally decided to leave, I asked to speak with a manager. After explaining what happened, he didn’t apologize, offer a solution, or show any concern—he simply stared at us silently. We ended up leaving without ever having our Thanksgiving dinner. This was extremely poor service and even poorer management. I will never return to this restaurant

Horrible! My daughter and I went to this restaurant last Friday and the lady that was to take our order was horrible and rude. When she came through the door she almost hit my daughter and I and didn’t even apologize She never looked at us when we asked about the menu and kept her answers short with aggression . When another lady of her color came in her attitude change she was happy and polite and even put a smile on her face. When we saw this we just left.i did put in a call right after, asked for the manager and got someone else that said they would tell the manager but you know how that goes, they never do. It’s sad that a lot of people in this world are not hiding their racism now that trump is in office and being so upfront about it. I will never set foot back in this place called little Italy again

Had Made Reservations a couple of Weeks ago, On First Date Night after being Served Bead All lights in the Building went Out… Three Times! After Second time ask to Speak with A Manager and That Manager Never Came Out to Address the Issue. Still waiting to Today For Any Response. Wow, Very Poor Customer Service. Must Do Much Better.

A bit of a warning in regards to the pad payment system. While there are suggested tip percentages, which is fine, what you are not informed of is that you are tipping on ‘the meal & the tax’. No one should have to tip on ‘the tax’. You are tipping based on the federal/state taxes. Not the best business model. Something corporate might want to rethink before (too late for before) it reflects poorly on the restaurant as a whole. And another thing . . . A lunch menu with only ‘dinner choices’. What’s with that? None of your smaller lunch sandwiches which were tradition, which are long gone. Every time now, a new menu. Everytime, a new menu. Recently I was surprised to find that on Saturday and Sunday, during the day, only the dinner menu was available. Now it seems that every ‘day time lunch’ is ‘dinner time’. A interesting business model for ‘a chain restaurant’. I recently visited, what was normally a busy luncheon crowd . . . five tables total. And I wonder why that was. Any ‘corporate model’ response?

D

Made reservations for 5:30 pm. Waited 15 minutes past only to be asked if we would take a table inside where the front entrance is. My party didn't realize the table was in the middle next to the full bar and right beside a table full of noisy toddlers. Its 5 degrees outside and the draft coming into the place was horrible. Told the hostess about to take us to the table we would prefer the actual dining area...The male hostess then said that this was the table reserved for us, and we would be waiting an additional 30-45 minutes if we didn't take it. I asked with reservations? The note on my reservation requested a booth. He said yes. We turned around and left. If you can't accomodate reservations don't offer them. It was a 25 minute drive, Mayfair is a busy lot and a pain to get parking, etc. It was a pretty big hassle all around.
