Best place for ice cream. The food doesn't upset your tummy and it's yummy. The service is usually pretty quick. If I were to nitpick, id ask the franchise owners to update the inside bc it's too old school (feels dirty). I see most ppl eat in their cars 🚗 bc we do that to lol. I think if they remodeled the inside more ppl would find it a better experience to just go inside to eat. Braums food never disappoints :) This braums is pretty busy bc it's on busy street so it's kind of hard to maneuver bc the area is kinda small lol

Best fast food burger chain restaurant in town. Burgers, breakfast, shakes, it's all good here. The good folks working here know how to take care of you. You know how you have to ask for ketchup when you order fries at other restaurants? These folks just give it to you without you having to ask, just like the good old days!

The best fast food burger out there. This place is very popular pretty much all the time. Who doesn't like ice cream on a hot day? I personally like there sherbet and can bring it home. There other store brand products like milk and butter are superior quality.

Great milk! Disappointed in peanut brittle. Not one piece bigger than silver dollars. Box of crumbs.

Burger was great for the price. It's what I'd pay for it. Didn't seem frozen, fries were fine. Nothing special about it but I'd definitely come back if I'm in the mood for a home feel and very family friendly environment. Nothing wrong here.

I get the same thing everytime. Just sometimes it seems their a little stingy. Lol Parking lot is unsafe to get in and out of. Some people pull in and just park when its most definitely not a parking spot and blocking in and out bound cars.

Ice cream is pretty good, overall the experience is unremarkable. Not bad nor good but I see myself coming here again.

Hit or miss , this place is. If at drive through is some young person, your order will match what you receive. If not, you gonna receive what stars told them, you order.

I asked for a scoop of peppermint ice cream with hot fudge. When I got up to the window they handed me the scoop of ice cream. I asked about the hot fudge and he said they don't do that. It had to be a sundae. He finally put hot fudge on it. I order the same thing every time. I wish the girl who took my order said I couldn't do that. On top of that they never gave me the milk shake I ordered to take to a patient in a nursing home. I will not be back to this location. So disappointed.

We were the at 6:30 pm, there was trash everywhere. The condiment stand was dirty. The grilled chicken club was extremely dry. I was disappointed.

Very Rude had to ask the manager to help instead the 2 others that started to take our order was scratching their heads over the top of the glass of the ice cream instead of answering or trying to answer the questions this is not the first time either the store was also disgusting the bathrooms and the dining area was just not like when it first opened. I love the icecream bit absolutely don't like this store.

So. I come here all the time. Me and my 5 year old come here as "Our Thing". Normally I get a 1/4lb burger meal. And he always gets a kids burger meal. Then afterwards we get ice cream. But..... I was highly disappointed today when I decided to change it up and get the 4pc chicken tenders meal. These tenders are pathetic. Not only was it more expensive that getting the burger meal, but it's about half of the food. When I brought up to the manager that I didn't realize how small these were and can I switch them for a burger since I hadn't walked away with them yet she said no and just gave me another tender. While she was at least nice enough to give me the other tender I can't believe they are serving this to people for $8.29 + tax?

One of the Worst Customer Service Experiences I’ve Ever Had I live less than five minutes away from this location, yet I’d rather drive 25–30 minutes to Fort Worth than ever step foot here again. The service is consistently terrible. Management treats customers like they’re an inconvenience, and the staff seems irritated by the very idea of doing their job. Ice cream is often either melted or full of ice crystals—clearly refrozen—and they somehow can’t even get a basic banana split right. That is, if they even have bananas, which apparently they never do. According to them, banana season is always “tomorrow,” never today—meanwhile, every other store in town manages to stock them just fine. Worse yet, if they mess up your order or forget something, they’ll act like you’re the problem for pointing it out. It’s lazy, rude, and completely unacceptable. What’s truly baffling is how much they seem to dread serving customers. On multiple occasions, I’ve been told they’re “out” of an item—only to walk inside moments later and find it in stock. Just recently, I was told (again) that they were out of bananas for a banana split. Frustrated, I gave up and went inside to buy a pint of ice cream, only to see the racks full of bananas. When I asked a kind employee—the only one there who actually seemed to care—she told me they did have bananas available in the back and could have easily used the ones on the racks if needed. So why was I told otherwise at the drive-thru? Whether it’s poor hiring, lack of training, or just pure laziness, something is seriously wrong at this location. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere—even if it means driving across town. It’s worth it.

This place is suppose to be under new management. But it went from bad to worse! I went Saturday ordered a double dip waffle cone and banana split. They were out of waffle cones. They were out of strawberry and cookies n cream ice cream. When I got home my banana split had barely any ice cream or topping, no whipped cream or cherries. I also ordered medium fries and it had the amount of a small in a medium box. Then I called spoke with manager who told me they would replace my order. So I went back Monday and they were out of bananas. I’m just gonna request a refund and drive to Fort Worth next time. I posted the pictures of the banana split and fries.
