This is such a great Taco Bell! I just started working close by and need something quick and cheap. So far I've been here 3 times and all 3 times I've had an excellent experience. The workers have all went out of their way to be super friendly and the food has always been excellent! Great job Taco Bell!

Best Taco Bell I've ever been to. They've always made my order correctly, which is a minor miracle these days. Other restaurants in town mess my orders up quite often. The staff and management team at this location are on the ball.

Me and my son stopped to grab some tacos and we can eat i ordered 3 different burritos and tacos and he ordered 3 different burritos and tacos plus 2 drinks and some potatoes with queso and sour cream. Our food was quick but hot and fresh our order was right nothing messed up the restaurant was clean the staff was friendly the manager was friendly and gracious when I went up there and told him that this was the best taco bell I had eaten at. We are in weatherford for a week so we will definitely be back! Its nice to see a manager and staff take pride in where they work

I ordered on the app. Very vast drive thru & then the friendliest person I think I've ever met handed me my food. Seriously wish I knew his name. But thank you for being so friendly & fast! Order was perfect also.

The customer service is amazing. We went in at 10:15 and had our food by 10:24, not that long of a wait but they gave us free cinnamon twist and a voucher for free tacos. Best Taco Bell I've been to in a long time. they also put mints on the tables; which I have never seen before.

I door dash in and around Weatherford Tx. I pick up a significant amount of orders at the Taco Bell in Weatherford. I wanted to give a shout out to Montana, an employee for that location. She is always attentive to customers and positive while working diligently to offer good customer service while also being as efficient and quick as possible. Even at times when orders are backed up and the crew is short handed she maintains great customer service with a smile! Keep up the hard work Montana, your customers appreciate you!

This particular store was amazing. The person who took the order was very friendly. The young lady who gave us our order at the second drive in window was also just as friendly and nice. I will never go back to the one in Granbury because they were rude and nothing like this one

This particular taco bell is friggin amazing. The food is sheer OMG awesomeness!!! And the staff is cool as all get out. 10/10. Would legit add more stars if I could. I will definitely be back. And for an awesome meal/snack idea: try the chicken quesadilla with extra chicken, and add sour cream, and also add the avacado ranch sauce. But also keep the baja sauce. it's friggin awesome, amazing, have to go back for a second one sheer unadulterated greatness!!! I cannot stress this enough. Your life will never be complete until you have tried this. Friggin life changing! Like seriously mind friggin blown *_-

I have to just rave about Cole. It's 90 something degrees. it breaks my heart that he is out here. However his attitude, his smile, his compliments and his kindness goes so far in this world. Recommend this location always. Food is always right. Team members are always nice.

This is the most stylish and up-to-date Taco Bell I’ve ever been in in my life! The food tastes the same as every other Taco Bell obviously but the ambience is fantastic!

Always quick. One male employee took the time to tell my daughter funny braces stories, because she had just had her braces put on. The man who took my payment was very nice and used the word "buckaroos" when giving me my change. The food is always correct, the hot sauce packs are plentiful, and life is always good at "the bell."

I always go to this Toca Bell cause my son and his friend work there never had an issue or wrong order the staff and managers are really nice.

My order was taken with polite patience and the staff was very courteous. I received exactly what I ordered and was given options and suggestions by Jessica L, the employee that helped me with my drive through order. Whatever other staff may have been on duty on 10/6/21 at 9:08 AM should be complimented as well. I got one of the new grilled breakfast burritos. The food was fresh and tasty. 5 Stars for this location, they made me smile. :)

Food was good. Service was really good from the young lady that took my money, the guy who delivered my food at the second window seemed annoyed that I asked for extra fire sauce. Well I asked for 4 when I placed my order at the drive through speaker. You chose to type 3 and give me 3, I needed 4. Not enough to remove a Star as the young lady balanced out the guy.

Montana was so sweet and helpful when ordering. I came in with three kids and she was helpful letting me know it was happy hour all the slush flavors and options to mix!

So I have to be honest ive never really been a fan of taco bell. Due to past experiences which ended up in a severe blowing up of my toilet. But for some reason tonight on my way home from work I had a hankering for some taco bell. And I have to say im glad I did. I had an excellent experience tonight. The place was very clean and the staff was very courtious. One employee stood out above the rest a young fellow by the name of Vincent. This dude was a taco stuffing burrito rolling beast. It is nice to see youngsters take pride in their work. Beyond the clean establishment and friendly staff the food was pretty dang good. I had the nacho fries box and that stuff was delicious. I highly recommend it. My experience tonight has totally changed my mind about taco bell. I believe I will make that run to the border again which is indeed better than making a run to my toilet.

We have gone to quiet a few tacobells and this was by far the best one. Food was hot and fresh, and they filled up my husband's chalupa shell. Normally the shells are only half way full this was packed. Staff was super friendly, and order came out completely correct with no errors. I got the bell grande and they now are served in a box and aren't flat.

We stopped here a little before midnight and decided to eat inside because we didn’t want to take it into our hotel room. We weren’t expecting much, as it was late and super busy. Our service was not only fast, but the woman taking our order was so sweet and hospitable. The food was 10/10, super fresh, hot, flavorful. I wanted to leave a review specifically for the woman who took our order. The receipt says her name is Montana. If she isn’t the manager/owner she should be! She checked on everyone while they were eating and made sure everyone was happy. Very nice person. Thank you Montana!

Would have given 5 stars but the grilled quasadia barely had any chicken virtually a tiny bit of meat, sauce, and rice. Mostly tortilla. Although, the young man at counter was very good. Well spoken and helpful with my special needs son. He did not have to be told to clean lobby, he just cleaned up and checked on us and other customers.

Half decent food late at night is basically like eating delicious food at any normal hour so it's good! I would give it three during the day, but since we ate it late at night we will go with a four. Thank you TB!

It's been years since I've eaten at Taco Bell. Food is ok. Service was quick. It's a lot more expensive than I remember. What used to be a $5 combo box is now $10. All in all, it's a place I would probably go if there was one in the area and I was hungry for a burrito, but probably not somewhere I would actually go out of my way to go to

The only mistake was going through the drive through and not realizing what I ordered had cabbage in it. I couldn't see that detail on the order board in the drive through. When I got home I ended up spending a lot of time removing cabbage. That stuff hates my stomach. I kept thinking if I had gone in where I might have asked. I really didn't expect to find cabbage in Mexican food. It's not a normal addition.

Great service, just fast food....was really proud of our particular Service Person. Like a lot of eateries, construction sights, and other businesses, they were out of most everything, waiting on the truck. She had such a good attitude. Friendly and apologetic, but not fake- just honest without that exasperated, 'I'm so Overworked' tone. Refreshing.

Need employee's that are welling to work and not stand around and chit chatting playing around. I was very upset and disappointed in how the employees were acting. I would love to have been able to video it. The poor Owner's I have worked in fast food for over 30 years and this was so uncalled for. I do wish and pray that this Taco Bell and it's hole crew the best of luck .

Another disappointment. I can remember back when the lines to get in this place. But we have packed so many fillers and junk in a burrito it's not worth eating. I make chicken casidilla it has chicken and cheese. This thing I got had some terrible sauce on it wasn't good at all. And to boot it was stuck to the paper. Couldn't eat it but it made it handy to throw away.

The taco bell in Hudson oaks is extremely friendly and fast and accommodating compared to this one.. if I wanted a different sauce instead of the one that came on it it cost money. Which is weird it's just swapping say mayo for ketchup .. even Wendy's does it for free and other taco bells didn't have a problem. Then the little ego skinny boy kids they have at the window kept asking me silly questions like do I want some napkins to take home. Or anything else I can get.. It was strange.. They can't find a button to change my sauce but they can add free sauces and napkins and straws. It's weird.. kids running the place is not very good for business. I prefer the older matured people that do the job fast and very well. Not sure why kids are taking over how things are done. I prefer my taco bell.

Was picking up a DD order. While waiting, in the drive thru, I could over hear the employees talking and cutting up. I think enjoying your job is important, but need to remember there may be a customer at the window who may be able to hear your conversation... keep cussing to a minimum, IF AT ALL, while enjoying the "perks" of your job.

It is obvious that dine-in customers are not getting the attention needed. Waited over five minutes before taking my order while they served 3-4 car window. It is good that starbucks realized it and made the adjustments to "reality". When will Taco Bells come around to fix it?

It's Taco Bell. I don't expect a lot. Took me about 15minutes to get a basic burrito, after 3 groups ordered after me, got the food they ordered, eaten, and left. Made me not want to stop there again on my way home after being really tired

I normally go thru the drive thru and the service is usually always very prompt and friendly. I went inside today and lesson learned. No one greeted me, even after standing there for several minutes. I had to ask of someone was going to help me and then, no one responded. They just talked to each other. After standing there again for a free more minutes, I asked again if someone was going to help me, as it looked like everyone was cooking. Not much of a response with that question. Finally I was helped. No smile for anything. I know they were busy, but really??!!?? Food was OK. Taco shells were stale

I tried calling several times, didn’t get a single answer. They acted as if I was an inconvenience for calling before I drove all the way to the store.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell...if they can stop rationing sauce packets, keep the hard shells together and not broken and add just a Lil more meat it'd be better. None of that obviously will stop us from eating there tho lol

I normally don't complain about Fast Food employees, I worked food for many years, I know what it's like, however when ordering the Chalupa Box I get asked "what would you like to drink with that?" Way too many times, order is wrong most of the time cause they're so damn concerned about the drink, the Hudson Oaks location is no different, same question every time.

No personal touch anymore, only robots. The food was ok just not much flavor. I know kiosks are good sometimes but don't take away the personal touches.

I wish there was a choice for terrible because that is what this place deserves. Even with the only person ordering there being myself, they failed to get the one change I clearly enunciated and that they also said back to me, so most of my food was inedible for myself. To top that they even gave me my bag with full knowledge (I had seen them wipe the handle but thought nothing of it) that my food was spilled all over inside. If you need a place to eat late go to Sonic where you can get decent service and better food.

Next Time I step into a this place I better feel like the CEO of Taco Bell. Food was not wrapped properly and was a mess when I opened it up. Also I ordered a drink and they didn’t hand me my drink they walked away and I had to call them back for my drink and I also seen them do the same thing with other customers.

I ordered Chips & Cheese and Cinnamon Twists, both were bitter like they were fried in very old oil and tasted stale, both were inedible. I have been there one other time and had a similar issue, but it was still edible. I called the manager to let him know, he informed me that they didnt taste bad to him and that I must have just received a bad batch of both, he did offer to replace them, but after two different items having that horrible taste in the same night, I just wasn't interested.

I would love to give this establishment a good review but I just can't do it. Everytime I come to this location they forget things in my order EVERYTIME!!!! I spend money on items and I expect to receive those items. And I live 20 minutes away so it's not so easy for me to just come back up everytime they screw up and have them fix it. I would love to be able to come here just one time and not have my order screwed up. Also they skimp on the hot sauce. IDK why but if I have a big order why do you think 4 or 6 packs would be enough? If I continue to receive my order with missing items I'll stop coming all together.

Don't expect to get any kind of acknowledgment at this location if you're picking up for a DoorDash. Even management looks straight through you. It's rude, they're not even that busy right now. There is absolutely no reason for that kind of customer. There is absolutely no reason for that kind of customer service.

The new drive through process 7 out of 10 on Preception 1 out of 10 on Functionality Update: A week later. Didnt have any issues with the drink. But still not using all drive through windows, and now traffic spills into parking lot. Still not functional. For this to work, the drive through needs to be re modeled. My order usually consists of customizing the food and ordering the drink I dont want from the app and correcting it when I go through the drive through and there isnt any issues. When I went today the taco bell staff was trying a new process in which 2 employees wait outside to take order (like chick fil a) I found out the change was to improve drive thru times. I told the employee that took my order that instead of the dr pepper i wanted a root beer (cant order that from app.) they radioed in the correction. As im pulling up I see and empty drive thro window. (1st window which I dont remember the last time anyone actually used it.) which made me question if you were to improve time, why not use the first window. I get my drink and taste it and found out its not the root beer i tried correcting but the Dr pepper I ordered from the app. The process that is being implemented doesnt make since on a functional level only a perception level. I had positive emotions when I was the people out side ready to take my order. But negative emotions when all that changed is instead of talking through the speaker to get my order, there was an extra human component that ended up making a mistake.

You don’t need to stand outside to take my order when I’m the only one here. You don’t need my initials. It’s invasive. I just want my Taco Bell. The guy outside takes LONGER. The girl at the window is ANNOYING. No one talks like that. It’s so fake. Like, if you don’t have an actual personality at least learn to fake it BETTER. If you would STOP INTERRUPTING US WITH YOUR STUPID QUESTIONS we would be able to tell you our COMPLETE ORDER and then you’ll know what we want. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Service was slow around 11pm, so don't go around that time it took them almost 15 minutes to make my food. Two workers making all the food. I made a online order and that order should had been first priority to make.

The ONLY reason I went there is to change my daughters car battery! Staff is super friendly and place is clean! However not at fault of employees but all T.B. food is God awful! The pre cooked food they sems to the restaurants are awful ! It's by no means the 90's T.B. where everything was cooked fresh!

This place was dirty, the service was ok but they seemed to be short staffed. They were out of some things and the soda station was in disarray as well as it didn't have carbonation for the pop. We definitely won't be back to this Taco Bell.

Went thru the drive thru and there was someone under the canopy taking orders, told them my wife’s name for our pickup order and she made fun of her name thinking we were just delivery drivers, not a smart thing to do but doesn’t surprise me at all from this location. Oh and 75% of our stuff was wrong of course lol

I've been twice now pretty late like 11 or 12 at night, both times I've had the same guy there and he is awful no customer service at all very rude. No how are you or anything just "what do you want!" In the service business where "how are you" is what earns return customers. Also each time the food while tastes fine looks like they were in the biggest hurry to prepare it and I was the only customer. Taco bell if you read this you need to adjust your management at this location.

The same guy took our order the last 3 times we've been here and it's been wrong every time!! We asked for crunchy Supreme tacos and got soft ! We wanted Diablo mild and fire sauce ! And all he gave us was Diablo! Won't be going back ... sad taco bell is my favorite

Pulled up to the drive thru and they have a guy standing out by the menu box taking orders. I have to say y’all need to do away with this guy. He was rude and not helpful at all. If I return and he is there I will not be doing business with this Taco Bell! We ended up leaving without ordering cause he was so rude!

You’d think I’d learn my lesson to never go back to this Taco Bell location, but here we are. I’d give this location ZERO stars if I could. The food is always wrong, the employees act bothered when you ask for modifications on your order, they try to rush you during the order process and they NEVER put hot sauce in the bag when you ask for it. Over the span of 8 years I’ve stopped by this Taco Bell in hopes the quality and service have changed. Nope. I’ve lived in the area for 8 years now and have maybe eaten at this Taco Bell location 10 times and it’s never right. I’ll be making the drive to Hudson Oaks from now on.

Indian manager didn’t want to help me get my two free slushes for ordering a “Meal for 2.” When the discount wouldn’t apply for my online order she said change it to two combos. I did and it still didn’t work. Instead of offering to fix the issue she insisted I pay for the corporate mistake in verbage when I drove here to get two slushes for free and then give the business 20$ in business. Instead of offering to remedy it by authorizing it due to the faulty website inadvertently creating false advertising for the promo of 2 free slushes with a purchase of a “Meal for 2” and not even 2 combo meals as she stated, she instead let me walk out empty handed fixing nothing, losing her business money, and wasting my time and gas… Way to go..

I wish I could add to the good reviews but instead I will call b.s. I waited for 15 minutes in drive thru for a couple of burritos made with old & stale tortillas. The shift taco I got had maybe a small spoonful of meat and browning lettuce. I threw the taco away because It looked disgusting. The tortilla was also stale and old. I will never go back to thus taco bell or ever recommend it. For the money I spent, I could have gone to Taco Casa and got much better quality and freshness. Sad to say that taco bell will never be on my fast food list ever again. Get some standards that fit your price hike and get some people in there that give a damn about customer service or close up shop. If I could take stars away I would from overall reviews I would. My family and I went to this Taco Bell around 1:30 AM and were greeted at the drive thru by a rude woman. We didn’t pay much mind because it was very late, but we still didn’t appreciate it. Upon arriving home, we found that the meat, sour cream, lettuce, and cheese ratio was awful. There was very little meat and cheese, a ton of sour cream, and a decent amount of lettuce. But our tacos were almost drowning in sour cream. My brother held his chicken quesadilla to a light and it was almost empty and terribly flat.

I have nothing against animals but why are you letting people bring cats into a place where people are eating food. I am also allergic to cats so thank you.

Look I'm not gonna call up and complain because for 1, none of yall care, and 2 there's very low chances of anyone even answering. My family and I went to the Weatherford Taco Bell on Main Street for lunch. As we walked into the dinning area we immediately notice a Hispanic female dressed in a Taco Bell uniform laying down asleep in the lobby. I asked the front counter employee why the other employee was sleeping in the lobby. I was told she was the manager and the other employees couldn't say anything to her. The other employee were busy tending to the drive thru and other tasks while the manager slept in the lobby. I walked over to the sleeping manager and ask if she was ok. She raised her head off the seat and looked at me and layed her head back down. My family and I ate our lunch while the manager finished her nap. She finally woke up about 15 minutes after we arrived to eat lunch. I did make a complaint with corporate and have no heard anything yet. I did take a photo of the manager to send to corporate.

Their app is broken. I cant place a discount order without the app (not honored in person). Although it worked last time using my phone number to log in, it no longer accepts me using my phone.

Tell me why my order was $9 on the screen and then when i got to the window it was magically $16?? And they did nothing about it and forced me to pay $16. I waited 20 minutes for just 2 cars in front of me. On top of that the lady gave me attitude when i pointed out the mistake. 0/10 do NOT recommend

Easily the slowest drive-thru I've ever sat in (13 minutes). The girl at the window was biting her nails at the window while she filled sodas. She didn't offer sauces or put any in the bag.

Ordered a taco. Could barely find the meat with a microscope! Went to show it to the counter staff and they wouldn’t even come talk to my face, just hollered from the assembly line. Just said the meat is on the bottom. I said Where? Turned their back and had nothing else to say.

The management is absolute crap they don't know how to run the store they don't know how to run a shift I couldn't get help up front I got irritated I had to go back to work so I had to use the kiosk I didn't even get my drink from the kiosk I went up to the front counter tried to ask for somebody I just got bluntly ignored everybody up there was ignoring me that I was like a joke or something I didn't like that at all the food was absolutely crap the quality of the food was absolute horrible I don't think I'm ever going to be coming back to this Taco Bell again at least the Hudson Oaks Taco Bell knows how to do their job and they're amazing it doing their job but the general manager of the Taco Bell in Weatherford the one I'm writing about he absolutely ignores everybody he doesn't help his people instead he gets agitated at his employees and agitated it is customers and I don't like seeing that I used to be a manager I just want to let y'all know that this talkable needs to go Under New Management this talk about on South Main Street in Weatherford Texas right next to Walmart and lost a customer a really good customer i will consider going back unless you change the management but as far as right now I much rather go to Taco Bell and Hudson Oaks because I can get help there and the quality of the food is amazing I love their food there they know how to do their job and I don't feel like I'm being bluntly ignored the lobby is absolute trash in the Main Street store they don't know how to clean the lobby at all the bathrooms are disgusting when I walked into the bathroom there was no toilet paper and there was no paper towel and there was no soap in the dispenser at all so they need to learn how to do their damn job

The WORST taco bell I've ever ordered from. Put things in my food that I specifically requested to be removed. Gave me and order of nacho fries with only 4 fries in the box. Completely and totally burnt our Cinnabon delights

The new process is awful. It gives the opportunity for staff not to be personal, friendly or polite. Orders are messed up, drinks are forgotten.

i went to taco bell after my long 12 hour shift, it was 2:55 when i pulled into the drive through. i was told that they were closed, i then said “i thought you guys close at 3” and was told no again. it is not okay to say a store is closed before the time they actually close. it’s unfair to the customers! won’t be going back!!!

Zero stars!! Ordered a black bean crunch wrap, they made a black bean crunch wrap and snuck in ground meat. There was also almost nothing in my bean burrito. Don't fall for the nice guy taking orders. Disgusting and disrespectful! Nice building but what good is that when the employees are trying to ruin the business? I guess you have to be someone they like to get decent food here. Poor management.

Terrible location, avoid if possible. I was charged for two Avocado Verde sauces & did not receive either of them. Regular price for each is .20 but they charged .40 for each. Make sure you put the sauces in the bag especially if you're going to charge double for them.

Is there anyone else that comes through Drive-Thru that ends up having to go back to get the food they didn't add but charged you for? I am SO sick and tired of going to this location and driving home only to find out they straight up didn't add what I paid for. 3 tacos, 3 burritos — it's that simple. Yet I miss one thing or another. I have to make it a habit to check my bag before I even leave and 9 times out of 10 something is missing! Tonight I checked without removing every item of the bag but when I got home I realized that I actually was missing a burrito. Now I have to drive back??? This is ridiculous. Do I have to drive all the way out to Fort Worth location just to get my orders right??? And to top it off - they didn't care to remove the onions from the burritos like I asked. Kids hate onions. That's why we need to listen to your customers order like you care. Obviously no one cares here at this location. Shameful. I'm going to go back maybe tomorrow to have my order completely redone with no charge. Tomorrow — because I just don't have the time tonight and my kids had to eat our food. Please fix it.

I ordered TB from Uber and it didn't take very long to get here. However, the package the nachos were in was broken open and sagging. The food was inedible! Disgusting, soggy, tasted old. Never using them again! Stay away!!!

There were 6 people in the lobby total and all of the tables still managed to be dirty… I had to grab napkins and clean a table for 2 to be able to eat accordingly 🤣😭

I ordered on the mobile app the build your own deluxe box for $5the cinnamon twists i got were obviously a day or more older I couldn't even eat them cuz they tasted so disgusting that I just tossed them i will never be ordering cinnamon twists again from this location and I'll make sure to warn others cuz I had to eat something else just to get the disgusting and revolting taste out of my mouth. Avoid those cinnamon twists like the plague or taste them before you leave that building so you don't have the same disgusting taste stuck in your mouth for hours. Plus they don't even put any of the cinnamon sugar mix on it at all if their is any its always very very very tiny amounts they are obviously trying to cut cost.

Employees were nice but messed up my order three times.. ordered inside, they gave me the bag and they forgot three items, drove home and my boyfriend ordered three burritos with no sour cream… they put sour cream in all three of them. Is it that hard? Wasted money. Not to mention the person who was in line after us got his order messed up too.

As I'm writing this I am still on hold with taco bell bc I ordered 2 #10. The steak burrito and 2 five layer beefy burritos. Our steak burritos had no steak in them. And I called thinking that they messed up my order but come to find out they just didn't put any steak on my burrito. I mean seriously, why is so damn hard to fix the issue. I have now been on hold for 20 freaking minutes... Grow a pair.

Just got home. Spent 34.00 dollars. Asked for no lettuce. Instead got extra lettuce with no cheese. Called the manager. He said did you verify your order. I explained it is your responsibility to get the order correct. Manager very rude. Very disappointing! I will be contacting the DM!

My Mother enjoys the Tostadas from this location. Its been her go to for years when she feels like "treating" herself. This evening she returned home with her food only to find it completely trashed. When she called to speak to the Manager, she was told to not call back and hung up on. The following phone call she made, she was told to never come back. Not only is this horrifying customer service, but the state of this food is completely disgusting.
