This is one of the best Subway's I have visited. Since the new management and reopening of this location, the subs are better, service is great. Order on-line and it is ready when they say it will be, correctly built, fresh ingredients, and delicious. This is definitely going to be my new location for all my subs.
Soo happy they reopened back in wellsville! Everything was super fresh and was great. Deffintly check the times before you head out as most times they close at 6.30 and are not open late.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Eric. He was very friendly and super fast. He was getting all of the orders done in line making the subs and toasting them all in the same time it took the other girl just cashing people out. Great job Eric for doing a great job.
Lunch was really good. Great at social distancing and hygiene. Lost a lot of business at lunch - they couldn't process debit or credit cards, their machine was down. Saw at least 10 people walk out or turn away at the front door.
Literally the best subway I've ever been to. Stopped there to get subs 10-10-2020. Tina and the other girl were super nice, super considerate. It was obvious they took pride in customer care. Tina referred to her self as a sandwich artist. Shes right. Those subs were banging.
It was a nice. I went in to satisfy a craving of my favorite cookies and a drink. There were two workers on shift the customers were happy with their orders. I will go back. 💕

There subs are the usual same subs as always which I like. What I don't get is there were 2 people working. One was on their break which left one person actually "working". There was a line of about 7 people and they were working on a phone order 1st. 1st come first serve I get. So 7 of us waited and waited. I am not complaining about the worker. She was working hard. The person that was on break finally came back luckily for the people after me. Now...I don't own my own business and especially in this covid environment that we are all living in, but, in my non-owner of a business opinion think there should always be 3 people working. 2 making food and one ringing people out. They could switch off with each other or whatever and maybe for only certain hours like noon to 6 for 3 people and 2 on the other off hours for the days operation. Only my opinion and again not complaining about the workers by any means.
Subway has some great subs and a great selection to choose from. I've had many problems with their points system, redeeming and adding points. The computers are down a lot of the time. And because of this, I've missed out on the free stuff I should be getting with those points. I've spent a lot of money here, and if you say I will be rewarded for it with the point system, make sure it works properly. Or people are going to feel ripped off.

honestly.. coming from an old employee that worked here. i genuinely feel bad if you get subs and fountain drinks here. THE FOUNTAIN DRINK MACHINE HAS MOLD IN IT. THE ICE MACHINE IN THE BACK HAS MOLD IN IT. ALSO, we had a power outage, obviously everything in the cooler was getting warm. let’s bring up the fact that we had to serve everyone the warm tomatoes and soggy ones. also the meatballs are reused until there completely gone.. which is takes a couple days to go through them. if you like that, fine but yuck. the food is definitely not worth paying the price for. not the greatest pictures but there’s the mold. Two young female workers turned away 3 different customers around 7:30 pm and said they were closed at 7, but online it says they are open until 8 pm on Thursdays, and was confirmed by the business 2 weeks ago. The doors were not locked and they were not very nice. Not happy.
I will not be going back to the Subway in Wellsville, NY! I purchased a Chicken Bacon Ranch double meat, so did my adult daughter. During the process of making mine and my daughters subs, the what I could only assume was the"manager" had to close the subs because the kid that was topping them couldn't get them to close so he could wrap them. We were fine with that, HOWEVER, What we were NOT fine with is that she (the manager) was touching money, the keyboard of the computer and everything else with the same gloves she them buried elbows deep in our subs to close them! WHAT! We had already been in there for so long, we were done! We too the food and left... I tossed my sub, my daughter ate hers, she apparently hadn't seen the lack of glove change, and I thought she had! She called me later that day after her stomach started getting sick and asked me if my chicken was off tasting, too. I told her I had tossed mine in the trash, and explained why! My daughter got violently ill without an hour of her call to me! For the next 2 days she couldn't keep anything down or in, thankfully we didnt have to go to the hospital! I'm not sure if it was because god only knows what kind of nasty she (the manager) had on her hands, god knows when she changed her gloves last, or their known habits of not getting the supplies truck up away in a timely fashion? Bad Mayonnaise maybe? Who knows, all I know is this is the 2nd person in my family to get violently I'll shortly after eating at subway... "new management" or not, it's not worth the risk! Food poisoning can seriously mess you up for days! I'm just done with that place! Thankfully she is too! It's just not worth it!
The tip that is requested during the transaction when you use your card does NOT go to the employees. It goes to the owners. Incredibly misleading and an absolutely gross way of treating your employees. Owners should be ashamed and remove the gratuity request.
This used to be such a great place to eat at! But now 20 min wait for 2 subs both employees touching everything and anything with the same gloves on that they touch your food with I will never go back there again it was disgusting!
Ordered 4 subs online. All were made incorrectly and was shorted a half sub.
Place is OK. The sub rolls do not seem fresh. They flake apart easily, and if you save some for the next day, you’ll find the bread hard as a rock. I’ll go to the one in Westfield.
The staff is always extremely rude, slow, or under the influence of drugs/alcohol. The next closest subways are in portville or friendship, so you have no choice but to deal with it if you want Subway. One scenario: The manager (we did t know she was) was rude to my husband because he came in 15 minutes before closing, but he didn't feel good all day, and didn't want to try to eat. I called to aware the manager of her rude staff, she answered and I asked for her supervisor. She told me she was, and I asked why she was so mean to customers, and she said she had no time for the call and hung up. Today's scenario: I created my sub, with my husband behind me creating his wrap. The cashiers co-worker was slow, and a line started to form. The co-worker asked for assistance (from the cashier) creating the next customers sandwich because she didn't understand. He told her that she needed to figure it out because he was busy. We finished ringing out, and they we're out of apple slices for my meal which we already paid for. I asked him if he had anymore in another fridge, he rolled his eyes and said to look in the cooler again. I told him there were no more and he said under his breath, "seriously." He said they we're out, and said I needed to pick two cookies or chips instead. I chose chips, and asked if the apple slices cost more since I paid already m, and he said yes but it didn't matter, he didn't have time to do a refund. I said whatever and walked away, and he said "bye". Wellsville Subway is not worth it, go to McDonald’s or Burger King.
Used my bogo footlong coupon online, only got one footlong and the other sub was in a small salad dish. My sub tasted foul. I would get the same sub every time but this time it just tasted so off.
Last 3 times have been very disappointed in service being slow and having to repeat my order. This last vist was the worst yet. literally was out of half of what we wanted our subs. No onions no green peppers no cucumbers the to top it off no drinks other then water seriously?? Wow. Wellsville subway you have lost these customers!
i went to this Subway on June 19, 2021 Saturday about 1:15pm It was busy and I waited in line. I ordered a ft long italian BMT on herb cheese roll. BUT when I got home, I opened it up and the roll was so hard I could not eat it. I had to scrape it then there wasn't any roll left. I was very disappointed, as this is the FIRST TIME ever i got a bad sub:( So I don't think I will be going back to this Subway, sorry.
