The manager K was able to help me out with an app issue I had. She was amazing and I couldn’t be happier with my visit. Thanks again K for your kindness and amazing attitude!

Peets has always had good service and this location is very nice and well kept. Today we found the background music a bit loud for our conversation and I requested for it to be turned down a bit and the manger accommodated our request. Very appreciative of their understanding. Thanks!

Peet's doesnt have the indie cachet it did all those decades ago. But it is still solid, you know what you will get, the people are nice, and fundamentally does what it is supposed to do. Reasonable coffee, reasonable atmosphere, wifi, and everything works. Thanks to the guy who grabbed my coffee and a huge cup of water, really appreciate it. I needed caffeine and to cool off.

Coffee bis delicious, but no enough seat due to covic.

The food and drinks were enjoyable, but several tables appeared to be broken. Inside, at least three tables had makeshift supports under the legs to prevent wobbling, but these were ineffective. The coffee shop is in need of repairs

I like this place since i find my favorite hot beverage here. Assam Golden tip tea. Its a great refreshment to be honest. Other than that this place is naturally lit up. Although a bit slow, staffs are generally nice. They have a restroom.to use it you need the code before head.

As a dude from the east coast, I've been visiting franchises like dd and Starbucks. (DD>Starbucks) I like peets coffee over both. The price is reasonable, and I like the service. They are friendly and explain with patience.

Peet's coffee is by far better tasting coffee than Starbucks. Starbucks latte and mocha taste like plastic chemicals. Peet's tastes natural. Their only service problem is they close early.

Parking can be busy. Coffee shop is busy also but they are fast and polite. Like any other Peets, the side items are usually stale. WiFi speed is horrible, 2.05 Mbps download and 0.06 Mbps for up.

Cold, loud, only one restroom, and what I expect was a homeless person sleeping in a chair. The workers were nice though and took their job seriously.

Very slow... not everything in place...someone had drinks made but had to wait for Whip Cream to be add... short hand... looked as if the boss or mgr was there just standing around watching the process... should've stepped in to help.

My first time using the mobile app and they got the order wrong! Really I ordered hot tea and they tried to give me a cold FRAP! They did give me a coupon for a free coffee. Just make sure you check your order.

ROACHES. I ordered from this place via Doordash this morning. I was thoroughly impressed with how well they stapled the bag shut to protect my food. I was NOT impressed with the giant roach inside the bag. I cannot shake this feeling almost 6 hours later.

Pete's coffee is great. The coffee itself. I've been to this location 3 times, and all 3 times there's no coffee ready- none. None! At a cafe. Do better.

Maybe not a fair first impression but I wasn’t pleased for my first trip to Peet’s Coffee. This being my first time ever trying Peet’s (I’m from out of state where we don’t have them) I was eager to look over the menu and try something new. Both employees that helped me seemed like they couldn’t be bothered to take my order. The whole situation felt unwelcoming, and my drink was a 4/10. I probably won’t be coming back

I am at Pete Coffee in Santa Clara at El Camino an Scott. A homeless woman in an electronic wheelchair came ...it looked like she needed help... she did. I helped her plug in. I know they close at 5:30 so I told her. I was near where all the employees were starring at me helping her. When I finished I went over to them and spoke to the supervisor...let him that she is aware that the store closes at 5:30. Person replied..." if she is not a paying customer...st shouldn't be in here.i replied"do you have a posted sign that says... paying customers only " he got rude and his response was unhealthy. Thats corporate coffee for you...or just this Pete's Coffee

they have a bad bug problem here. there is always insects inside the containers where the cream is, and you will have bugs in your coffee i dont think the staff cares or cleans anything. i think they just let that stuff sit there like that for weeks and ignore it while bugs infest the containers

Worst coffee from any peets!!! I went into this location at 2:20 pm August 18th 2020. There were three employees and none at the register. I waited 7 minutes before someone acknowledged i was there. And then they said be right with you. They made the worst coffe and the service was terrible. I have no idea how they got 4.5 stars but myself and my coworkers will not be returning. Worst peets experience.

Ok i dont leave reviews often but this visit will be my last, the staff was distracted and joking about when they arnt paying attention to what there supposed to be doing. I ordered a drink with extra expresso and had to remind the barista about it and my pastry was forgotten about and i had to remind them to grab it and warm it up. Hazel the associate that helped me didnt tell the barista anything so its not pepe fault. When you already charhe high prices, and expect tips after you pay your already expensive bill and you have to deny it becuase you know the service is bad. Im not trying to be a stick in the mud but they need to tighten up there and take thier job more serious. Its a brand and it effects the outcome of returning customers. Do better

They keep their backs turned against the line at the register they’re rude. I I feel like when I come here I have to do too much work for little things. Their honey and condiments are rarely filled the worst part about this location is simply the attitude of the workers. They come off uninterested, unbothered, and non-caring and honestly, I could tell that they don’t really clean the machine too well cause it always has a bitter aftertaste compared to other Peet’s They don’t taste as good. This really seems like an issue that can be solved with better leadership. They lack the compassion here and I tried to avoid this location.
