Out of all the fast-food restaurants nearby Tacobell almost always gets my order right and in a timely manner even if they are busy. There's also one person who lightens up the mood and making customers laugh. He deserves a raise! I did leave a few survey reviews of him so I hope he got his recognition he deserved!!!!
Have no complaints yet but if I do I will update. This place is ok staff is friendly and the food is ok. Bathroom is clean and the parking lot is very spacious. 8/16/23 I drove 12 miles and I past two Taco bells to eat at this location.
It was okay. We ordered the taco party pack supreme, and some of the tacos were missing ingredients like tomato and sour cream. Slow down and take more time to do a better Job. The manager saved the review by giving us sour cream!
I find the staff to be very unhelpful as well as rude. They seem more interested in talking than in helping you out. They treated all the customers as if we were disturbing their chat time. A couple of months can go by and then I forget just how much I dislike this place. One visit reminds me fast.
I don’t want to write a bad review, but this particular Taco Bell could be SO MUCH better. Fromm my observations (today was not the first visit) there is too much concern with the drive thru: I am sure that is where most of the business is, but people do eat inside and to receive the food takes TOO LONG! There are order kiosks but they really need to have someone focused on the customers at the counter, also. They have workers preparing food (which seemed fine) and there were TWO people with drive thru headsets. I had placed a second order after finishing the food from the first order. TEN minutes later, the two plain soft tacos never came. I had to go inquire. The person who was also working the drive thru found the first, larger order in the computer but not the recent. Makes no sense. Finally got the tacos and they had the wrong shells- hard not soft. I get drive the is the money maker but for the two orders I placed, they were not difficult to put together correctly. I am saddened because I drive a distance to go to this Taco Bell because it is not combined with KFC and not at a mall stand. Hope they get their act together, because I see there are other lower scored reviews.
When will I learn? Prices go way up. Consistency and innovative releases go down. It's fast food. It's supposed to be inexpensive and convenient. It's way too easy to spend $20-$25 on a single person. The staff is typically very friendly
I will not go to this tacobell they are rude and nasty
I got home my entire order was wrong, had to drive back sit in traffic again, they got my order wrong 2 more times while I was there. Should have gotten for free at that point! Didn't know it was so hard to make a taco box we wanted 4soft tacos the rest hard and only 3 with cheese. They just kept doing it with cheese.
Used mobile app. They didn't call my name. Went up to the counter and had to say something. Not bad app though since u can modify and do add-ons. Went back 2 days later. Same deal I said i was picking up. They had no clue what I was talking about. The lingo is something along the lines of mobile order. But even after they understood what I was there for the order wasn't ready nor started on. The manager had to point it out to one of the other employees on the screen. Hit I'm here 4 mins before arriving. It was somewhat busy at the time sok had to wait another 10 -15 mins. Maybe hit I'm here 10-15 mins before getting there depending on what ur ordering. Had to remove 2 stars.. ordered steak nacho box because the pic said 2x the steak.. Total RIP off
The lady who works the drive through was very rude and did not want to give the Uber Eats driver the order . You need better employees . Now the customer didn’t get their food because she refused to make the order again when the customer never got the first order so they re ordered . If she can’t work with customers and give good service she shouldn’t be working there.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! HAIR IN MY FOOD . This was the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life . They let somebody steal my order & didn’t want to refund me my money & hung up on my face . So I placed another order & once it arrived I went in for a bite & felt hair in my mouth YUCK AND VERY TRIFLING . THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!
Worst experience ever I had. Also i order from door dash my order never right even though I called them after I placed order to make sure so they dont mistake still they did. Never again
Drive thru was a disaster...my order was $5,42 so i gave the guy $20,42 and ask for mild sauce...He looks like forget my $15.change, no receipt and no mild sauce....i dont know what kind of operations going on there
This place is bad, there is always a execisive wait time. They always do something wrong with orders. Poor management. The general manager Yuly is always being nasty to employers and customers. She always giving customers attitude if the complaints about the order being wrong.
Got home when I saw I was missing an item from 2 boxes like the main item of the boxes missing so yeah
The way the morning employees are so rudee. I come here all the time and have never had a problem before. I ordered some food online and walked in to get it I was standing there for about. 7-10 minutes. Me being nice I didn’t say anything cause maybe the food isn’t ready but it wasn’t busy. I realize that I wasn’t getting my food after the app say it’s ready and I see it done being made. I was getting the worst looks from the Spanish ladies that were there, everyone that passed us didn’t say not a word to us not a hi, no goodmorning just the meanest looks ever and they kept looking at us the whole time we were waiting.After like 3 minutes of my food being done they hand it to the only BLACK GUY WORKING THE DRIVE-THROUGH when we were standing right there for them to do it. I’m not trying to call anyone racist but the fact that I didn’t have to mention the order for my name cause they knew it was mine they just didn’t want to talk to us or hand us our food. If y’all are going to treat black people the same when they come in why are you working somewhere where you are going to see them!!
Became the worst Taco Bell rude messed up my order multiple times corporate needs to come in do a sweep fire everybody they doing a bad job no wonder the workers change everyday weirdos
This Taco Bell deserves 0 stars, the experience I had today was truly appalling. I understand that this is a fast food restaurant so I don’t expect much. The one thing I do expect is that every human be treated with respect including those with disabilities such as myself. This evening my family and I placed an order through the drive through, when we got home we realized I received the wrong order. I grabbed the incorrect item and drove 15-20 minutes back to the store while the rest of my family ate. Upon arrival when I went to the drive through I was mocked, bullied, given sarcasm and belittled due to my speech disability. At this point when I arrived to the window I was a little frustrated, the lady who greeted me at the window asked what was the issue, I explained to her I ordered the taco meal and was given and charged a burrito meal. Thankfully, I did not place the initial order my mother who spoke perfectly clear did. They could not use my speech disability as an excuse. I know “taco meal” and “burrito meal” sound nothing alike but I get it mistakes happen and it can happen to anyone. The young lady took my receipt and said you were charged and given a burrito meal and I told her that is not what we ordered, she then asked me where was the food. I told her I brought back the burrito it is all I need changed and I live 15-20 minutes away. She came back and told me that she needed me to bring back the entire meal in order to give me a refund to then charge me for the correct meal. I was not asking for a refund or interested in one all I wanted was to have the correct item a taco not a burrito. If there was a price difference which there wasn’t I would of paid it but I was not even given that option. She said there was nothing she could do because I did not have the full meal with me and she would be giving me free food if she were to change the item. After her sarcasm, smirk, laughter and bullying in my face I asked her are you serious ? She said yes closed the window and said BYE BYE while laughing and smirking. I drove off in disbelief, with this service. I was going to leave it at that but the disrespect and dehumanization I felt did not let me. I came back home and picked up the rest of the meal and went back to take her the rest of the meal and get my refund for this meal. I drove back to the store with my mother and walked in and asked to speak with a manager. The manager was the same person who treated me disgustingly. My mother asked her to explain why in order to change one item she needed the full meal she said because of inventory. Which makes no sense what were they going to do use the food I bought back to the store ? She also got nasty, smart and sarcastic with my mother. She laughed and smirked in both of our faces. When asked for her name she said as a manager she didn’t have to give her name. This was all done by a Latin female just like myself and that is more than infuriating. I was treated less than in front of all the staff in Taco Bell tonight and no one said anything. As a former manager of a restaurant and a fast food restaurant I would never never make a customer go through this experience. As a person with disabilities I am traumatized, disgusted, infuriated and appalled by this experience. We are people regardless of our disabilities and should be treated as such !
If i could give 0 stars I would. It’s taco bell so I’m not expecting a fine dining experience but I at the minimum expect you to respect human beings. My family and I received the wrong order and realized once we got home. When we drove 15 minutes back to the store (with our receipt & incorrect item) to rectify this we were denied the correct item and denied a refund. The staff then proceeded to bully, demean, and belittle my sister for her disability. For this to be done by a fellow Latina nonetheless was not only disappointing but infuriating. I then called the store and asked to speak to the manager and the manager refused to give me her name and told me to go to the website for complaints. I hope that the staff realize how emotionally damaging and traumatizing an interaction like that can be for someone like my sister.I am immensely disgusted by this experience.
Ive ordered crispy chicken cantina tacos in other tacobells, and never have I seen a cheaper taco. There was barely any meat or any sauce or any cheese , I literally just ate two crispy tortillas. I am still starving thanks taco bell. Also you got part of my order wrong. Thanks again
Never coming back to this Taco Bell. I ordered one of the combos. 2 of my tacos were like this. They barely put any meat, lettuce, and cheese. They pretty much put a tablespoon of meat in the center. Just wasted my money at this place. I don't know how they can serve this to you and think that it's acceptable. I rather not complain who knows what they will do to your food.
