Never received the delivery, was told it would take "5 more minutes" for over 2 hours. Horrible establishment and horrible service. Manager had an attitude like it was my fault. I would not recommend ever ordering from here.

we had a delivery on aug 14 pizza arrived dry and overcooked. garlic knowts also dry . called and they said i would be refunded. Im still waiting. . i texted photos to person on duty to verify issue.

Called at 130 after being told by the app it wasn't working. The store told me to call customer service. I then try to place an order without the free pizza offer and it works, to then have it canceled by the store. Place is a joke

Hi there i ordered pasta primavera Pasta Garlic knots Pineapple and jalapeno pizza and choco lava cake Instead of veggie pasta they gave me chicken pasta cant eat meat today but they gave chicken. Pizza is full of jalapenos no mushroom at all its like they get jalapenos free and put it on pizza but they pay for mushroom so only 1 peice of mushroom Dominos newcity will never ever go or suggest anyone Keep up dominos for the good work. And they told me they cant delivered the right pasta. After 15 mins after review they call me they can deliver pasta i ordered pasta from pizza place next to my house t dominos new city never again Thanks

I work at the shell gas station in Nyack and it's only 3.5 miles away and they stated to me in a very abrupt mean way over the phone when I tried to order food for delivery " WE DON'T DELIVER TO NYACK" exactly in that context that to me is very rude and descrimantion against an area needless to say they lost me as a customer and I will be contacting the better business bureau for that unnecessary course of action. Don't order from this s***hole of a restaurant not worth the time or effort

First of all, the man who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. Didn’t even give me a chance to say my order like that before hanging up on me, which led to me calling a second time. Second of all, the pizza took more than an hour to get to my house when I know for a fact that it doesn’t take that long for pizza to make and deliver. They didn’t take their time on the wings and they were very mushy and disgusting, it honestly looks like they just threw the sauce onto the wings and called it a day. Just a disappointment all around, wouldn’t recommend ordering from this Domino’s.

Order wings and pizza, wings super dry I asked to tossed them on a bowl since they just poured sauce on top of them. They declined to do it. Drove 20 home just to find out they forgot the blue cheese. I called the store waited 10 minutes on hold then spoke to a guy that seem to be high, he said I can pay a delivery fee to get the blue cheese I said no way. I asked for a refund he put me on hold without saying anything and then came back and said “ yeah manager said no “. Last time I order from here.

Delivery (Driver already left the store) was taking over 30 minutes when I literally live 5 blocks down the street. When I called I was told the driver is new and I'll have to wait even longer. No apology, no nothing. Over an hour wasted waiting for my sons lunch that never showed up. Supposedly my request for a refund has been processed... We'll see if it ever shows up.

Employee gave himself a tip on my card (even though I gave him cash). My bank charged me a fee for being in the negatives because of it and all the owner did was give me the tip money back. Nothing else. Horrible. Haven’t ordered ever since

The customer service in this place is horrific. Food made wrong. Lying, about a how the food is suppose to be made. I asked multiple Times to put extra habanero sauce on my sandwich. I received a sandwich with no sauce. They argued that it doesn’t come with it. I have ordered this sandwich multiple times. I also looked it up and sure enough they just blatantly lied. Simple sorry I made it wrong I’ll send the right item would have sufficed. But instead arguing for no reason. Needless to say I spent 75$ For my food to still be wrong and had to deal with horrific customer service skills. If this was my establishment I would be embarrassed and ashamed to hire people who behave this way and also who are uncaring about making the food correctly. If I were the owner I would be enraged. Disgusting service.
