We came from Astoria for a concert event at Molloy, saw other great reviews for Gino’s, and came through. Loads of parking available, clean & well lit upon entrance and staff friendly & welcoming! We had two special slices and two orders of meatballs-truly delicious to hit the spot! We met Dominick whom was friendly and a gentleman and lifted Gino’s to be that much better dine-in experience. Noticed lots of take out orders, I’ll return myself, and definitely worth you coming through!

I live in the area for over 25 years and always enjoy their food. The staff is pleasant and the restaurant is bright and clean. Sometimes I stop in on my way home from work to grab a quick slice (and 10 minutes of Me time!) I also love that they are involved in the community remember they participated in fund raisers and events when my children were in school. Great place with great food!

I have been going to Gino's for 30 years! I order out mostly. I have catered from Gino's and periodically eat in for a slice of pizza!! I can honestly say I have never been disappointed in his food. His Grandma pie is my fave!! You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu.

This is Good Food. The ingredients are apparent and when you dine here, you know the food is good and made with flavor and quality at the forefront. You can get cheaper pizza... and it will be just that. I live 30 minutes away and come here with my wife when we want Good Food. Brought several people from Vegas, UK and NYC here.. all say it is the best they had. They do Amazing meatballs. The Stuffed Garlic Knots are garlicy but not offensive... Tasty! These guys know how to Cook. They import from Italy and I have never had anything I did not love. My students love it too and we do trips here when we can. When you come in the restaurant, you see lots of goodies in the case. They look and smell delicious. I suggest you do not stop there... the meals are Out of the World! Old School Italian Food. Chicken Franchise... my wife loves it here.. she is picky too.. Eggplant Anything... gorgeous.. I would love to work my way around their menu... though I crave something and they never disappoint. I pick up mostly.. when I dine in ... hot and fresh.. Awesome staff! Anything you want... they got you.. a real Billy Joel Italian Restaurant experience. I was introduced to Gino's 2 years ago and living in New York affords a lot of choices. This place has the flavor and quality in every meal. I recommended this place to about a dozen people who say the same thing... it was better than their other place. I totally recommend the Grandma pizza... the Margarita the Stuffed Garlic Knots... the Beautiful Meatball Hero... (it is huge and comes in a box not wrapped in foil) We got two meatball hearos the other day.. had to run to bring a dog to the vet.. as we waited we Dined in the car lol it was a Good Experience! Sauce on the side was perfect! just sayin

Good pizza but wayyyy over priced! $12 for two slices. The slices were buffalo chicken and grandmas. Please confirm the price on that. Thank you.

I am so disappointed in this place; I’ve been getting pizza here since they opened many years ago and the pizza has always been exceptional over the years; and like most places, cooks come and go, but the level of quality usually stays the same, but unfortunately I cannot say that about Ginos anymore. The past several times I’ve ordered pizza it has gotten progressively worse, but the grandma pie I received tonight was barely edible; the toppings were burned; as well as the bottom, the crust was hard as a brick and the pie taste like it was old and not made to order. Unfortunately, I will have to find another place to get my pizza 🤨

Ordered about $40 of food for three. Chicken salad pizza was just pita bread with lettuce, chicken and heavily drown in ranch sauce. Regular slices were below average, I don't know how that happened but tasted like a dollar slice pizza. Chicken roll was okay. Overall wouldn't recommend to a friend or personally eat here again. No offense to the establishment but the price doesn't match the quality of the food.

I tried to call and order over the phone for delivery and the person taking the order was very rude and nasty and impatient. Within 54 seconds of me giving an address and trying to order. I felt like I was being rushed with placing the order in the process of me being rushed I was spoken to with an unnecessary amount of attitude. Which made me not even want to order within 54 seconds.if the staff member on the phone was patient enough to wait for me to pull up my notes to read him my order I would of spent 57.95 without taxes and a delivery fee. I’ve eaten there twice. The food is great. Customer service I experienced today was terrible. Hopefully the owner or manager sees this and retrain their staff. This can be a big turn off for customers that’s spending they lost me as a customer. Great food customer service needs to be retrained or if having a bad day maybe consider taking the day off.
