Bertucci's - Westboro

Love coming to the Westboro location. This visit was a last minute decision and was great. Our server Eddie was fantastic and helpful. My husband and i didn't want to order two big of a lunch and peed to share a chicken parm entree. Eddie said he could have the meal brought out in Terry servings and it was perfect. Again, He was very nice and helpful. The food was also delicious. Portions were generous.

We had an amazing time catching up, but our server Sage was the star of the show. She remembered every detail about us, helped me split checks for expensing purposes, and even helped me with personal matters! She heard I was moving somewhere she has relatives and actually took the time to compile a list of places for me to explore! She has a kind heart, great spirit, and strong work ethic. Please consider praising Sage for her customer service excellence!

Great food with pretty large quantities with pretty good kids menu options. Amazing staff, always with a smile.

On Easter Sunday came down from NH to have lunch with family. We came here as I love Italian food. The food was amazing and we had an awesome server named Eduardo!! He was kind enough to take pics for us. We had great conversations as well. I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend you ask for him as your server.

Eddie was our waiter. Always 5 stars! Engaging and attentive. We have had Eddie several times at this restaurant. He’s delightful and is an asset to Bertucci’s. His boss should be very proud of this employee. Job well done Eddie

Sage was an amazing server and took great care of us. Their attention to detail and care with an allergy in our party was so appreciated. They always made sure we were doing ok and checked on us to see if we needed anything. Thanks for a great experience Sage!

There is a meal my wife and I love and we go there often. The meal is always delicious and the service is always very good. Tonight, I want to give a special thanks to our waitor, Eduardo (Eddie). He was attentive, but did not hover. He was friendly and courteous. I was very impressed. Very nice young man who made the dining experience more enjoyable.

We had a large family gathering for my mother-in-law's 90th birthday. The staff had prepared an area that was easy to access and allowed everyone to speak to each other. Our waitress, Vivian, was amazing. She insured that everyone's drink order was correct and got us refills in a very timely manner. Throughout the afternoon, she always had a smile and a great attitude. Unfortunately, several in our party are in wheelchairs or walkers. The staff was very observant and without being asked, held doors as we were entering and exiting the restaurant. Everyone had a fantastic time and our waitress and the staff were a big part of that.

So glad to see this location is still going so strong! What a lovely staff and great food! We've always loved Bertucci's, but when the Emerald Square location closed we weren't sure where to go. This location is by far the best! Consistently great food, a warm welcoming atmosphere, and the hot rolls and dishes we love. We've been back here multiple times and have had Johnathan, and he's always been the most polite attentive server! A great experience every time!

This was a great place that had amazing chicken parm and Alfredo. I loved the atmosphere here it really feels like home and had amazing food. I was served by Ana and she constantly came by making sure everything tasted great and refilled our waters. Overall this was one of the best meals I have ever had!

Hi! I am a team manager for a youth hockey team. We were in town for a tournament and booked our team dinner here. The booking agent, Baylee, was so great through the entire booking process. When we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful to our party and provided great service the entire time we were there. We had food allergies in our party, nut, dairy, gluten in varying combinations. Everything went great, everyone could eat, and the food was excellent! The kitchen came up with a meal for our gluten and dairy free people, grilled chicken and broccoli, which was very good. My only bit of feedback is that it would be nice if GF pasta was an option. However, Sandra, Eddie, and Paulo were excellent to us! Even when Paulo brought a pitcher of water to our kid's table, he gladly poured the water for each of the kids when I asked him to, instead of leaving it there. I could see a big pitcher of water creating a problem on a table of 11 year olds. The whole experience was fun and the food was great. It was huge relief for me as a team manager looking to provide a relaxing dinner for our team and their parents on a weekend away from home!

We loved our outing to bertuccis this Sunday night. Our server Eddie, was very cooperative and patient with our group of 9 teenagers. He served us very well and was perfect on all of our entrees and appetizers. The atmosphere was warm and cozy and the restaurant was very clean. 10/10 would come again!

I was taken out to lunch by 6 friends and wore a birthday hat given to me by one of them. I enjoyed a delicious minucci covered with veggies. I was surprised by 3 wait staff singing Happy Birthday at the end of our meal, and providing a generous portion of chocolate cake with a candle! The restaurant goes above and beyond! It was a lovely lunch!

Excellent service. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. The food was hot and tasty. These two things were just what we needed after a long day at the hockey rink!

We usually don't do chain restaurants but haven't been here for quite some time and have had some good experiences here in the past. Dan our waiter was great and food was actually very tasty. We had chicken piccata and chicken brocheta and we were quite pleased. Never loved the lack of atmosphere or lack of but food was great. Worth a trip and we will be back. Portion was more than adequate and you get a salad on top as well. You won't be hungry, and the rolls and oil dipping are outstanding 😋😋

Friend of mine alerted me about some deal at Bertucci's where you could get personal pizzas at a discount. The pizzas weren't great, the cheese wasn't melted and the dough was barely cooked. I've been to this location multiple times and it's had some great eats. Perhaps, it's gone downhill since.

I went alone to enjoy a nice early dinner, and the waiter was very kind. I ordered the three cheese ravioli but I was disappointed because it was so thin. The rolls are not what they used to be as when I was young we used to order just the rolls! the presentation was good and this is definitely a place someone that is mobility-impaired can go. the whole meal including a nice cocktail came to $38 which really isn't bad when you consider the portions and you could easily split this dinner.

We ordered a large Sporkie and added pepperoni. I absolutely loved the pizza and would give it 5 stars, it was cooked perfectly and flavor was fantastic all the way around. My boyfriend likes a more flavorful sauce so for him it was 4 stars. The red sangria was more citrus and the red maraschino cherries although tasty just didn't seem to work for me. I prefer a more traditional sangria, I had two anyway so still good, we were celebrating. You get the sense that they are really consistent in what they do so a pretty safe bet for a choice to dine. A really great night out!

Went for a family dinner and we enjoyed our food. We ordered eggplant parm and baked chicken tortellini, which are both pictured.

Very good take on a classic Neapolitan pizza. Service was a litter slower than expected. However, they did give us free dinner rolls for our takeout order.

Service was good. Like the rolls and dip they give in the beginning. We got the pizza which was not the best but wasn't bad. Good place to have groups and have conversations

We went with a large group of adults and kids (like 19 of us) and they were easily able to accommodate us. The pizzas were really good. I honestly feel like this place gets overlooked because the value is good, the pizza is very good for a chain, and it's very family friendly. They also have plenty of other stuff if you don't want pizza.

Visited Bertucci’s Westborough. Pretty good than I expected. Bread + olive oil comes complimentary with meal, they were fresh. I had brick oven pasta and pizza, crust was flaky which I like and had good flavour. You will find very tasty dishes but with very little portions, Service is great too.

Best Italian food. Great pizza, pasta. Gotta try it. Bertucci westborough ma is a must goto for Italian food.

Food was great. Atmosphere was excellent, service was TOO pleasantly; the waitress asked us every 5 minutes if everything was OK. Its was kind of annoying.

I walked in and the first thing I saw was the employee behind the counter touching their face with their gloves on. I know most people hired today to do food service practically anywhere don't know the first thing about being clean and sanitary. Employees must wash their hands and changing their gloves.

The food was pretty bad, ordered takeout and it was quick and responsive but that is where the good ends, the pizza we ordered was quite depressing, I would say a margarita pizza is supposed to have a 40:60 ratio of cheese to sauce, this had something closer to 15:85, there was around 3 1.5 inch circles of mozzarella per slice on a large pizza. Also the veggie we ordered looked very sad, taste was not the worse although it lacked very heavily in mozzarella and I expected the eggplant to be chopped into cubes while it was whole slices on the slice, also no sauce on the veggie? Do not reccomed.

Usually have decent food here but last night was awful. This is their Steak and Medallion salad. That was listed as a special. This was nothing but the same side salad that came with my meal. But with over cooked steak. Not too mention we had to ask for dressing. Manager took it off the bill but was very disappointed. The salad seemed bagged and the chef put no effort into the meal. My Chicken Parm was tasteless and overcooked.

Been to Bertucci's about 20 times at different locations... 7 times to this particular location. Usually borderline between 3 and 4 stars. The last couple visits were borderline 1 and 2. Positives: meatballs were good... bread is always good...staff is typically friendly and attentive. Negatives: Didn't have wings available... spaghetti was starchy/sticky...$19 lasagna was burnt on edges, cold in middle, and tasted off/soured. Also over heard other tables complain about meals before I left. Server offered substitute for lasagna but didn't offer to remove from check. I'm sure if I asked Manager it would have been taken off but kids were hungry/antsy....when 6 yr old mentioned that the OG would have been a better choice I was ready to cut losses and get food elsewhere. I really want to give this place another chance but prob won't. Recommendations: Buyer beware. If there's a dish you crave then go for it. If you want a basic Italian dinner that's not going to disappoint then look elsewhere.

Given that it is Christmas, I feel I am being generous with my rating. Service was very slow, and our server appeared disengaged and uninterested in being there. We began with the spinach and artichoke dip, which was the highlight of the meal—delicious and served piping hot. Our entrées arrived approximately 20 minutes after we had finished the appetizer, and it then took far too long for our server to check on us after the food was served. My son ordered the lasagna with a Caesar salad, my granddaughter had the kids’ mac and cheese, and I ordered a sausage calzone. The Caesar salad was forgotten and only brought out after my son mentioned it, and he felt the lasagna was not fully cooked. My granddaughter had no complaints about the mac and cheese. Unfortunately, my calzone was cold and very underwhelming. Despite the experience, since it was Christmas we decided to order dessert. When we asked for dessert menus, the server said they needed to find one. The restaurant was not very busy—approximately ten tables at various stages of their meals—yet our server later returned and had forgotten our request. The server also attempted to have us pay several times before asking whether we were finished or wanted anything else. It took approximately half an hour for our dessert order to actually be taken, and we were initially told that multiple items we requested were unavailable, though in reality only one item was out. We ultimately ordered dessert to go, and they were delicious.

The pizza dough tasted worse than microwaved pizza. No texture, flavor or rise to the dough. Likely under kneaded and under fermented. I spoke to manager George who aggressively said he wouldn't do anything about it, and then Sandra Ginsberg who both reiterated that the dough hasn't changed in 20 years, and that I was "lying". Go elsewhere.

We ordered delivery from this location. The pizza came cold (pizzas were not in a hot bag)and the margherita pie was all sauce and no cheese. In addition they use DoorDash to deliver but don’t tell you that when you order online. I would never order from here again.

Ordered take out and not once but twice never got my delivery even after they have them name qnd number and description on my building where I work. Place sucks

I called Bertucci's to tell them to leave plastic utensils in the bag for my uber eats delivery order. I told the girl three times - she said she would. Now I'm in my Hotel eating with my fingers because the fool couldn't give me what I asked for.

Seriously tiny Calzone. $20 for a folded 8" pizza is terrible. Worth $10 tops....Edit. Not only is it tiny...I received the wrong order and it full of Broccoli. Broccoli on a pizza or calzone is sacrilege.

After not eating in a bertuccis in almost a decade, I had forgotten why I never went there. This trip reminded me. I had chicken parm. The sauce was bland to the point of not even tasting like tomatoes, never mind a single herb. The spaghetti was too thick. Even dumping copious anounts of cheese and salt in an attempt to make it taste like something edible, or at least like salt, didn't work. I couldn't even finish just the fried chicken part (it takes skill to make fried chicken taste like nothing). The wilted salad, soggy croutons and all, tasted better than my chicken parm. The bread was great. But it's really hard to mess up bread, honestly. This bland, unappetizing meal, of course, is not the fault of any staff member or cook. Our wait staff did their jobs perfectly. They were fantastic. Give them a raise. A huge one. This is soley due to whoever designed the menu. Obviously it was someone who has never eaten food before.

Horrible place. Save yourself and don’t go. The girl who’s the host is extremely rude.
