We came in 15’ before close but they were still happy to serve us, banh xeo was the best ever, so crispy and huge. Bun bo hue was ok, quick service.

Everything seems really fresh and the presentation is nice. Coupled with a relatively modern decor and you have a good eating experience. The dishes are really consistent. Comes out the same elective we go there.

I can't get enough of their wonderful dishes, ALL taste so good. Family and I would drive an hour just to eat here.

Top Vietnamese crepe (Bahn Xie) place frequented by a loyal customer base. We drive 100 miles one-way to eat here twice and it did not disappoint! The crepes are just crispy, flavorful, and fresh. On one of our trips we had to do take out. But we reheated the crepes in a pan and they are still good (but eating them in the restaurant is definitely better). The place is clean and bright, Note that the shrimps in the shrimp crepe are in shells (but do have their heads and tails removed) and you are supposed to eat them just like that. If that’s not your cup of tea, get the other kinds.

Good place for Vietnamese food. Their Banh Xeo is so yummy, not very oily like other places but very crunchy and tasty. The fish sauce for all the dishes is very good!

Food here is great! Had the crispy crepes (banh xeo dac biet), steamed rice cakes (banh beo), and the rice noodles with beef and egg rolls (bun thit nuong, cha gio); it was all good. Make sure to bring mints or gum if you have fish sauce. Service was good as well. Parking can be found in the adjacent lot; shared with other businesses. Restaurant and restrooms were clean as well. Wanted to try the salmon belly but they didn't have it; what they did have was good!

I went there 2:15pm in a weekday afternoon, the place was still 80% packed. The food was great. I had to buy a couple of their signature sauce home it was that good. Their banh xeo was the signature dish I believe, wrap them with all the herbs and lettuce it was just delicious

I'm so happy i found a place that serves savory Vietnamese crepes "banh xeo". And they serve it with fresh veggies and rice paper to roll it (exactly how i eat it at home). They don't deep fry it like other places but do ask for extra crispy if you like an extra crunch. I've tried quite a few dishes and have enjoyed them all, bun bo hue, banh uot thit nuong.

Usually come here a few times a year, never disappoints. Gets packed on weekends so try to show up early. Last time we came ordered banh xeo dac biet. Crepe was savory and warm, but the shrimp still had the shell on it which scratched the inside of my mouth. The waiters never checked on us after receiving our food to fill up water etc.

This restaurant has the best "Banh Xeo" in the area. So whenever I am craving for Banh Xeo, I know this is where I need to go. The service is very good too. The price is not bad because the whole Banh Xeo can be too much for 1 person to eat. The parking lot can be hard to find during busy hours because this area is a bit popular. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant!

Really good Mi Quang! Portions are very generous with a variety of ingredients. Great menu with lots of noodle and banh beo & banh xeo options.

6:30 pm Thu/3 Aug: easy to park, and get seated. $14.95 for #27 "Bun Bo Hue" beef noodle soup with pork was hearty. $2.95 for can of Diet Coke was a surprise. This Bolsa mini Plaza has several other eateries I'm keen on trying.

If you’re looking for a unique Vietnamese dining experience, you need to try this place, especially if you’re a fan of Vietnamese crepes, known as Banh xeo. This dish is absolutely delicious and a must-try for anyone who loves flavorful, authentic cuisine. The Vietnamese crepe is perfectly crispy on the outside, with a savory filling that’s bursting with flavor. It’s a dish that everyone should experience at least once. One clever tip we picked up from other diners is to order a side of noodles (Bun) along with the Banh xeo. This combo is a game-changer and adds an extra layer of texture and flavor to your meal. But a word of advice - eating Banh xeo requires a bit of skill! You’ll need to know how to roll a spring roll to enjoy it properly. If you’ve never done this before, prepare for a fun, albeit slightly messy, experience. But trust me, it’s all part of the charm! The service at this restaurant is fantastic. The staff is attentive and welcoming, and you’ll usually get seated right away. Another plus is the ample parking, which is a pleasant surprise given how popular this place is. In short, if you’re in the mood for something delicious and different, do yourself a favor and visit this restaurant. It’s the best spot for Vietnamese food, and you’ll leave craving your next visit!

Great food and great atmosphere and great service!! The banh xeo crepe has a great presentation. Great flavor and taste. When you eat , just wait a bit before even starting the next bite. You will discover the subtle flavor of the other ingredients used. Egg rolls done the original way. Very crispy and I was amazed at the flavor. Flavor just pops out of the roll ...sublimely done. The service is top notch. Very friendly and helpful.

- Great Restaurant - The menu offers a fantastic variety of Vietnamese dishes, all packed with authentic flavors. - The banh xeo (Vietnamese savory crepe) was a standout—crispy on the outside, filled with a tasty mix of shrimp, pork, and bean sprouts, and served with fresh herbs and a tangy dipping sauce. It was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. - The spring rolls were fresh and crisp, served with a tasty peanut dipping sauce. - Their grilled meats were tender and well-seasoned, and the pickled vegetables added a nice balance to the dishes. - Portions are generous and prices are reasonable, making it a great value for the quality. - The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. - The restaurant is clean and comfortable, perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. - Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re in the area.

Vietnamese crepe was huge and delicious. I chose seafood for my crepe. Spring rolls were also fresh and tasty. I really liked the dipping sauce for my spring roll. It was perfectly well balanced with a little kick of spiciness. Ambience was nice. Service was good. Overall, it was a good experience. Hopefully, I have a chance to try another dish when I am in the area.

Ever had a craving and you wanted to be starving before you head to that restaurant that was going to cure that craving? Yup, was one of those days. Had a craving for Vietnamese food especially one of the dishes (Mì Quảng) that I had not had this good since the paying off my mother. While I was there, might as well order a bunch of other dishes too. Who knows how long before I am back this was. The food was awesome and I am sure there are other restaurants in this area serving great Vietnamese dishes, but this place had the highest recommendation for Mì Quảng. The reviews are not far off. Go back? For Sure.

Love this place. Been here twice, and the first time, I was competing with my buddy on how many plates we can eat. You basically make your own spring roll with your choice of protein some veggies and eat till you have a coma. It's ~$20 for a set of 10 rice papers with the accompanying accoutremants (bean sprouts, mint leaves, radish/carrot, crunchy onion, and dipping sauce). It can get packed here, so come early or come later when it dies down. I liked putting a couple of slices of protein and then adding veggies and crunchy onion and then the crackers sauce before rolling it up and devouring in 1 bite. If you like spring rolls, this is a must try. The pork and lemongrass chicken are great. Also had a side of the bo luc lac. It was good, but it could've had more flavor and more pieces of meat.

Fast and delicious. The salmon was fried and amazing. The banh xeo shrimp was kinda small and tons of bean sprouts. Shrimp has shell on it. I’d come back. It was great $60.

There was a short line for a Sunday dinner but it moved quickly. Staff are friendly and work very efficiently! Food was AMAZING! It was our first time making rice paper rolls by ourselves and it was so much fun. Dipping sauces are divine. It’s a bit pricey but I think it’s worth it given not so many places do banh xeo as specialty. Would come back for sure!

Visited here with a friend for lunch and it did not disappoint. There was no wait as we arrived around 1pm on a Monday. The restaurant was still full with patrons. Their servers were very friendly and attentive. Would definitely come back. Bún bò Huế - (5/5) the meat was so tender and the soup base was nice and spicy. Not too sweet but perfectly herby. Bánh xèo - (4.5/5) so good and tasty! Strong coconut flavor (which I love) because I believe they either use coconut flour or oil. I really wanted to give it a 5 but the only thing I didn’t care for was the shrimp still has its shell on it. Khay Thịt Giò Heo Cuốn Bánh Tráng "Quán Mii" (5/5) - so much fun to make and the meat is very tender. You wrap your own roll so you can adjust what flavors you want with the different herbs they provide.

The original Quán Mii. The food is good. They haven't changed their recipe. They've added a few more things to the menu. They used to have a workwr (manager maybe) named Cuong who was really friendly and hospitable. Don't know what happened to him but he certainly brought sunshine to the diners. There is a second location in FV but I think I like the food here better. Parking might be tight--literally. Whoever drew the lines for the parking spaces in this plaza must have drawn them for compact cars or motorcylces.

The best banh xeo place in LA. My wife insists we must visit whenever we are in town and make our drive all the way to OC. Super crispy and well filled. The other dishes don’t disappoint either. The only tough part is parking is packed and there is usually a line and a waitlist. They do have another location nearby but we like this OG location better.

Stopped in because we were craving some pho, but soon realized after entering, they don’t have pho, but rather other traditional Vietnamese soups. Not a big issue because I can go either way usually. I would say that the food quality here is a 5/5, and so are the prices, but the service is a 3-4/5. Our server was a bit slow and not the most polite but that’s a frequent occurrence when I stop in Thai or Vietnamese restaurants. I don’t come for the service, I always come for the food. It’s quite large on the inside and they have a lot of different sized tables, so it could easily accommodate very large groups. It’s attached to a strip mall so there is a very large parking lot so parking will most likely never be an issue. The menu is fairly large filled with all sorts of classic items. As mentioned I was craving pho, but was sad to see they didn’t have that on the menu. I opted for something similar and thought it was great. We started off with a Vietnamese Spring Rolls and I really enjoyed them. For my entrée, I chose the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup and I was not disappointed. I usually like the glass noodles, but this came with udon and they were very soft and tasty. Overall a really good option especially if you are in the area. There is a ton of competition close by, but I would recommend this spot to anyone in the mood for a good lunch or dinner.

It's a nice and clean restaurant. We ordered the Bánh bèo huế and Bánh xèo. They were good. They gavel a lot of fresh vevetables and herbs for the Bánh xèo👍tasted good. I had the most amazing experience at Quan Mii! The authentic Hue cuisine was bursting with flavor and the portions were very generous. The bun bo hue was a standout - perfectly spicy and savory, with tender beef and flavorful broth. The mi Quang noodle was also exceptional - a delicious medley of shrimp, pork, noodles, and veggies. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to come back! 🍜😋 #huecuisine #vietnamesefoodie #deliciousness

Can't rave enough about this place! Now I know why this place is always so crowded. Their self gọi cuốn is so abundant and awesome! Love doing it myself. Their bánh xèo is pretty good too although a little skimpy on the filling but it's super crispy! I especially love the mound of super fresh herbs and greens.

The Orange County Weekly said Quan Mii specializes in two dishes: Bánh Xèo and Mi quang. Mi quang is my favorite soup of all time. When made right, the rich broth could fulfill me all by itself, without the beef and pork, turmeric noodles, shrimp, peanuts, spices and greens. The best I've ever eaten was at Ha & Vl, a small Portland, Ore., shop that serves up two different kinds of soups each day. Quan Mii's version was good, but it was more of what I call a dry soup, with only a small amount of broth added to the rest of the ingredients. And it didn't have anywhere near the flavor of what I'm used to in Portland. Service was fine, although the server never came back over to refill my water glass. And I had to go to the front counter to pay. Maybe I needed to wave to have them bring the bill. It wasn't until I pulled out a plastic card that I was told they have a minimum $20 purchase to throw it on a card. There were no signs or notices on the menu to let you know that. They ended up running it anyway when I explained I didn't have any cash.

Great spot for Vietnamese crepes (Banh Xeo) Nice and clean, I was impress with the table set up. There is a little basket with quality paper towels, wet napkins and a scissor for you to cut up your foods if needed. Love the attention of details. This place can be crowded so be there early. The service a bit slow (Understaff) over all it's a great place for family gathering enjoy some of the specialties dishes.

Banh xeo is delicious. Crispy, not too oily. Plenty of mints and herbs alongside. 🌿 👍😍 everything was fresh. But they don't include the mung bean! And the extra charge is too much. 😒 Also, nuoc mam cham is too sweet. They should put extra condiments (chili, nuoc mam, etc) on the table for customization. Good service. Clean. Reasonable price. Horrible parking!

Ordered the banh xeo special (squid, shrimp, pork). It came with enough herbs that were washed well, and rice paper. I think that's the best way to eat that. Squid was chewy, so I'll skip the squid next time. It was a big banh xeo, but I ate it all. I'll definitely go back. My mom ordered bun rieu and I tasted it. It was very flavorful.

My favorite place for banh xeo/vietnamese crepes. Always crispy and generous with toppings. They serve it differently here with rice paper so you have to wrap your own rolls. Rolled up deliciousness! Ive also tried the salmon skin which are yummy and the fresh steamed pork platter which is also served with rice paper. Service is terrible here on the weekend so hit this place up during the week!

Banh xeo here is very crunchy and they give lots of veggies, but the dough lacks flavor so you dont really get much out of it except the crunchiness. They also give very little meat and shrimp in the crepe, its mostly just beansprouts.

Solid banh beo- wish it came with the fish sauce from the banh xeo instead. Banh xeo very crispy. And coconut juice yummy

Bánh xèo was so crispy and filled with pork, shrimp and lots of bean sprouts (less would be prefer). The herbs were not as fresh (was outside too long or didnt covered). Rice cakes was delicious with mung bean fillings and small shrimps. It would be good if they put the pickled carrot and dikon on the side. They fish sauce tasted exactly as if I was in Vietnam. Good came out fast.

This is the Balsa Ave outlet of Quan Mii Restaurant. Their specialty is the savory Vietnamese crepe and several soup noodles. Based on how well made the crepes are made, this dish is very well done here. It is highly recommended. Soup noodles were also good and the meat toppings are cooked lightly father than overcooked. It is a popular place so avoid the peak times if you don’t want to wait on line. Parking is plenty in the strip mall.

First time I've come here to ordered Bin Bo Hue .My first impression was the soup is so sweet and has MSG on it no flavor of Bun Bo Hue soup at all. Meats has only few and vegetables are so little. Am I come back to this restaurant???

The Bun Rieu was absolutely outstanding - rich, flavorful broth with perfect balance and generous portions. You could tell the broth was simmered for hours, and the fresh herbs and crab cakes were excellent. This dish alone would bring me back. Unfortunately, the Banh Xeo was quite disappointing. There were only a few small pieces of shrimp when I expected generous amounts of protein. At this price point, I wouldn't really recommend. The servers did not check-in with us at all during the entire hour we were eating.

I came to this location because I liked their crepe, very fresh and crispi with plenty of salad options. When I paid with credit card which seemed preferred by these young restaurant staff, I noticed that the transaction took longer than expected and the cashier said that the transaction didn't went through even though I saw that my card was accepted. So the kid had me tap my card on the machine once more time, and it went through again. When I returned home and checked my bank statement, it showed that they charged me three times for a lunch, exact same amount. The transactions were one minute apart. Please folks, the food is good, the staff are young and energetic with quick fingers but beware of fraud when you pay with credit card. I disputed the extra two transactions with my bank and probably will pay the slow way with cash at VN restaurants.

Bad service, one of our orders was missed. At the table, we reminded them twice, all the later coming tables got served the same dish. When we paid, we let them know that, they didn’t even say sorry, they cancelled that order from the bill without asking if we wanted to cancel or not.

Terrible takeout. They put the nước mắm under the Bánh Xèo. The Bánh Xèo had a lot of grease and fat, and the grease and fat spilled everywhere. The nước mắm’s container AND the container for the Bánh Xèo was so oily and greasy. The shrimp in the Bánh Xèo had only a bit of meat, all shell. (They do not peel the shrimp for you in the Bánh Xèo.) Bánh Xèo is NOT worth it for the price. How am I supposed to eat when there is grease and oil everywhere? The bag and ALL containers were extremely oily. I do not reccomend this place.

Not really a vietnamese restaurant. The food can be bought anywhere else for half the price. They played English music while we were there. The food was decent. Expect to be mistreated because the servers do not like questions. They think questions about their menu are rude. The parking space is small.
