My husband and I have eaten at almost all steakhouses in New York City, Westchester County NY and in places we've visited. Many have been good but Morton's in White Plains has become our favorite. The quality of food, cocktails, service and atmosphere are difficult to surpass. Each time we visit we become more impressed. Our recent visit included the tomahawk steak special and it was perfection. Each cocktail and dish were prepared exactly as requested. Justin, our server was excellent..great service without hovering. The host was friendly and professional. It's a busy restaurant but it's quiet and civilized. The background music is very nice. We will definitely return many times.

Great experience for my birthday! They couldn’t have been nicer and did a lot of cute things for a bday celebration. Service and food were terrific. I accidentally left my phone in the bathroom and before I even realized it was gone, their staff had it for me (my background is my fiancé and I). I can’t wait to go back!

I consider myself an avid consumer of steak only partaking in the finest meat. When I consider where to have dinner, date night, or a group outing only one name comes to mind. Morton’s The Steakhouse. In my numerous visits to this restaurant, I have always been greeted with polite and professional staff. The waiters and waitress sharp wit and friendly demeanor always makes me feel welcome. Additionally, they clearly advertise and speak to all special items and price fix meals to ensure their customers know all available options. Last but not least on the off chance I ever have a problem I know I can fully rely and trust management to work with me ensuring that my meal and experience goes well despite the unforeseen issue. Their food is so tender and fresh that it will tantalize your tastebuds whether you eat steak occasionally or often. I recently had the pleasure of trying the Tomahawk Ribeye which I cannot recommend enough. It was cooked to perfection and tasted just as good the next day. I normally don’t mention the bread that comes prior to the meal however, Morton’s onion loaf is always hot, fresh, and delicious it only enhances the culinary experience. Finally, the atmosphere is breathtaking. I love the vibe that feel as if I am in an old fashion night club. It makes me feel like a big shot and always empresses whoever joins me. For anyone who is looking for an unforgettable experience I would insist that you put Morton’s The Steakhouse at the top of your list. You’ll be a regular before you know it.

People always say that you don't go to a steakhouse for seafood. Well I do! I truly love this place! My favorite dishes are the jumbo shrimp and lobster Mac and Cheese. They have the best bread in town! The service and the ambiance is always excellent.

Went here for a business dinner and had a great time; we started at the fully stocked bar and then moved to our table which that had reserved via my request. The appetizer we got (cold seafood platter) was fantastic- lobster, oysters, shrimp and sides) all fresh and delicious. I had the New York strip, Oscar style and the beautiful cut of meat was perfectly cooked to my specifications. The atmosphere was high end business casual and the staff was tremendously helpful; after a small mistake on my bill the waitstaff came to grab me outside to refund the over payment. Highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Night to Remember at Morton’s – She Said Yes! I was searching for the perfect place to ask my friend the most important question—if she’d be my girlfriend. From the moment we walked in, the experience felt like something straight out of a classic romantic film. The warm lighting, timeless music, and elegant yet cozy setting set the perfect tone for the evening. But what truly made the night unforgettable were two incredible gentlemen—Tony and Sean, who run the restaurant. Their hospitality went far beyond what I could have imagined. Attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in making the night special, they created a memorable atmosphere that I’ll never forget. Their energy and care made us feel like royalty. They knew how to capture the moment perfectly. Without me even asking, they added a few complimentary touches to mark the occasion—small gestures that meant so much and made everything feel even more magical. It was thoughtful, classy, and deeply appreciated. Our booth was cozy and private—easily our favorite spot in the house. The entire night was seamless, romantic, and unforgettable. If you’re looking for a spot for date night I would highly recommend. And the best part? She said yes. Thank you, Morton’s, and a huge thank you to Tony and Sean. You weren’t just part of a great dinner—you were part of a moment that will stay with us forever.

Always loved Morton's and pleased to see that it's well managed in all locations I've been too. Always a great experience with Morton's. I tried the Cajun rub, and to my surprise, it was pretty awesome! Parking in White Plains is a pain, so use the garage, remember where your parking spot is and walk through the mall. Trust me, you'll save time and heartache. Download the parking app and save yourself time from "feeding the meter." You'll also get a refund for unused time.

Apologies re the length of this review, we have been going to this restaurant for over two decades. The food is incredible as you would expect from a steak house of this caliber. It is the people there who make it special, in fact world class. We have been fortunate in life and have been able to experience the most amazing restaurants over the past several decades. None of them come close to this one. When you combine really good food with amazing people behind it, your dining experience becomes ethereal. Sometimes my wife and just stop in, sometimes with family and or friends, sometimes business dinners - always amazing. They focus on you. They make sure your expectations are not only met, but exceeded. And they do that with humility and grace. When we were there last a short while ago, Chris the Regional Director of Operations was there. And he was personally involved in helping the staff - everybody. A follow me type of human instead of "charge" if you know what I mean. Leading by example. Very unusual and a great indication of how operations are lead top down. Sean, the General Manager remains the best General Manager of any restaurant I have ever frequented. Bar None. Zero Exceptions. He is an amazing human being. His knowledge of food and wine is exceptional. He also leads by example. His team is a direct reflection of his excellence and caring. When my wife and I walk in and see him and his team, and are greeted like family, we feel like we are at home. I cannot recommend any steakhouse anywhere more than I recommend this one. And when you go, please give my hugs and love to Sean and his amazing team. David Berman

Gave 5 star on the food it was delicious. I liked the dimmed lighting. Not too happy about my doggie bag. We had a full plate of broccoli which I told the waiter to wrap up and it was missing. Prices were very high. Broccoli side order was 13 dollars. Not worth that and on top it was thrown out. I dont like to waste food

A special thank you to Tony Negron, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His professionalism, warm hospitality, and attention to detail truly elevated the evening. We had the most fabulous date night at Morton’s Steakhouse. Our server Melissa was a delight and took care of every detail from the moment we were seated. Knowing it was a Saturday night we did make a reservation before dinner seatings filled up. Ambiance is elegant and classic with a touch of contemporary flair. There has been much improvement made from the former Legal Seafood restaurant that previously occupied the space. Of course food was the absolute star of the show. Steaks cooked with care and attention (especially considering I prefer my meats much more on the rare side than my partner and often restaurants will under cook his steak or over cook mine). We opted for the garlic butter additions and parmesan garlic fries which were superb accompaniments. The dessert menu delivered a well curated selection of decadent picks; we ended up with the cheesecake which was phenomenally rich in texture and flavor. If you are a fan of Ruth’s Chris I would highly suggest making a reservation at Morton’s as the dining experience parallels the quality of cuisine and service. We will most definitely be returning for another date night or special occasion. 🍽️ ✨

TLDR: service was excellent, food was amazing and drinks were lights out I got a shrimp cocktail and the portion/size of the shrimp were huge! The ribeye medium rare came out perfectly with a ton of sides. I also enjoyed the different desserts as a sampler so that we could try multiples.

We recently celebrated our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner at Morton’s White Plains. The event was fantastic! The evening began with cocktails and hors D’oeuvres which consisted of lamb chops, crab cakes and Jumbo shrimp cocktail (emphasis on Jumbo!). Dinner followed with onion soup, salad, filet mignon, lobster tail and smoked gouda potatoes. Fabulous! We followed up the dinner with a cocktail reception in the bar area which accommodated our large group so comfortably. Particular thanks go to Paula Penzotti for her guidance in planning the event from a distance, and to her team that responded to our needs with grace and skill. Five Stars!

A few days weeks ago, my family and I dined at Morton’s Steakhouse in White Plains to celebrate my parents’ 42nd wedding anniversary! The restaurant went above and beyond to make our night extra special. When calling to confirm the reservation, they asked for the names of my parents. When we opened our menus, we realized why!! They printed out personalized cards! During the meal, they also took a family photo of us and had it printed right there on the spot & put it in a protective case! The waiter Demitrius (spelling?) was extremely personable & knowledgeable! He said he was fairly new at this, but you wouldn’t know! Our food was incredible! We started off with the bacon wrapped sea scallops, which I’m still dreaming about 🤤. My parents and I all got the 16oz NY strip break and my sister enjoyed the sea bass (not pictured). We all shared the Parmesan & truffle fries and asparagus (not pictured). We were all so full by the end, but our waiter insisted on bringing us a (giant) piece of key lime pie to share (on the house!).

My recent visit to Morton’s The Steakhouse was nothing short of excellent. From the moment we sat down, everything was on point. All the appetizers were really good, but the standouts were definitely the scallops wrapped in bacon perfectly cooked and packed with flavor and the NUESKE’S BACON STEAK, which was absolutely next level. A must try for any bacon lover! For the main course, I had the ribeye steak with garlic butter on the side, and it was cooked to perfection juicy, flavorful, and exactly what you expect from a top tier steakhouse. Our server, Margarita, went above and beyond. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Her service truly elevated the entire experience. Overall, Morton’s delivered a memorable evening with outstanding food and impeccable service. Definitely a place worth returning to.

Had a very pleasant experience at Morton’s to celebrate my Dad’s birthday. I chose to try a salmon dish that was very delicious. It had a sweet balsamic sauce and carrots. I specifically enjoyed this dish because I felt like the flavors weren’t unnecessarily overdone and manipulated. I also tried some of the surf and turf and really enjoyed the choice of the well prepared steak with the lobster. Surprisingly, my favorite side may be considered basic- the shoestring fries, but I really enjoyed the truffle on the thin fries that added a gourmet touch. The strategically dim lighting contributed to the calm atmosphere of the restaurant, making the dining experience even more pleasant.

The food here is delicious, but quite expensive. Definitely a high end steak house, very nicely decorated with a great atmosphere. I had to take off one star for service for the opposite reason one would expect... We were asked at least 4 times, very shortly after we had gotten our food, by four different people, how everything was. It was borderline annoying. As for the food, an 8 ounce filet mignon, was $45. That's all you got for $45 was the steak. Everything else was extra... Salad, sides, etc... I almost forgot, we did get a nice loaf of complimentary pre- meal bread which was very tasty. The steak was excellent, but it would have been nice if it came with something (anything) such as a side salad. We split two sides: mashed potatoes and asparagus. Each side was definitely enough for two people to share. We didn't have anything to drink and didn't have dessert and the bill with tip was just under $200. This is a nice place, but I'd only go back for special occasions.

First time dining a Morton’s. It was a pleasant experience, nice decor, friendly staff, and obviously a great place for steaks. We had the 12 oz filet mignon and tomahawk ribeye grilled to perfection. Fantastic Key lime pie for dessert - it’s hard to find a good key lime pie in NY 🤣. It’s also a pricey dining experience for sure. Parking is available at City Center if you can walk about a block or so, street parking available if you’re lucky to find it nearby, sometimes they have valet parking too for $10.

Morton’s has always been on my list of top 5 steakhouses. However, they have topped themselves. Went to the one located on Mamaroneck avenue to celebrate my anniversary and I was blown away. From the personalized menus, and the amazing dedicated service to the exceptionally curated menu. The steak was perfectly cooked and paired with a bottle of wine that brought out all its hidden flavors. They made the evening one the remember.

Came here for my birthday, I have been to many steakhouses and this was one of, if not the best steak I've ever had. Loved the atmosphere, had a very modern yet classic feel. Our waitress went above and beyond, outstandingly friendly and suggested many things for us to try, which we took her up on and everything delivered.

We had such an amazing time at this restaurant. Our server Margarita was absolutely the best and perfect service. The steaks and the pork chop was cooked to exactly our liking. The iceberg wedge is so creamy and the lobster bisque is one the most tasty soups we have ever had. Everything is decadent. I’m very happy we came here and will definitely be back.

Enjoyed the venue, tasty food - pricey but with choice of decent quality of steaks and sea food, wine and friendly service. Arrangements can be made for a birthday surprise. Reservations are possible, choice of tables and comfy booths. Few min walk from nearby hotels.

Don't come right before closing. The kitchen will rush your food. I was given raw bokchoy straight from the supermarket. It was placed directly under the sea bass. When I was asked how was the meal, I stated that I was srill hungry due to not being able to finish my meal. They explained to me that it comes wilted and not cooked. Everything was almost perfect.

If you haven't been to a restaurant with a tablecloth or where they use a crumb scraper to clear your breadcrumbs, then you haven't lived. Be warned...these amenities don't come cheap. Morton's is expensive, but it is good. The freshbonion bread was good. The lobster bisque was amazing. And now they bring the bowl with the lobster and sour cream (?) in it and put the bisque on top in front of you...yum. The bisque did not disappoint. I had the filet & lobster tail combo. Both items were pretty small, though. I enjoyed the sour cream mashed potatoes. The lobster mac and cheese was tasty too, with plenty of lobster in it. It was a nice dining experience overall, but I didn't expect anything less for the price.

S.C. Tomlinson

The food here was delicious. I gave the chef a head nod letting him know that I really enjoyed everything. I had the filet mignon with crab on top. The crab was succulent and the filet mignon was seasoned and cooked just to my liking. The place is a bit dim and we had to ask for bread, which I thought was an automatic meal starter. None the less, I would return.

Came for restaurant week. My pork chop was delicious but the steak had a weird taste to it. Not sure why. Everything else was excellent

This place has a good presentation. It's very elegant and well kept. The facility has a very nice wine display. The bar is separate from the dining area. At the bar you will find numerous TV screens displaying current sports. The dining tables are adequately spaced and of the right size. They follow proper table etiquette. The service can be a bit expediting. They try to get you to order in what feels rushed. They continue this throughout your time there. From appetizers, to dinner, to dessert, to the check, to the receipt of the payment. After which, you are left to stay as long as you please. The food is very nicely presented, of good taste, and very detailed. The steak temperatures can be a bit off. The medium being more on the rare side. They have special desserts that require about a half hour for preparation. This in turn prompts an interruption from the waiter mid dinner regarding a dessert you do not know about, from a menu you have not yet seen. The place has a good atmosphere, but although the service was not bad, I did not feel entirely welcomed or appreciated. Given the price, you would expect a warmer level of hospitality, which I did not perceive. I will return. Curious to compare the next experience.

This is a tough one to review, because I have been to other Mortons in the past and it’s been good. This one in White Plains is very hit or miss. The ambience inside the place is nice and they do try to go out of their way to make it seem classy. But there was a real problem with the food this time. we ordered very expensive steaks and specifically asked for them medium rare. They all came out, medium or even cooked more than that. The drinks from the bar we’re not really that great. Had espresso martinis, and they were sort of meh. When we mentioned the problems with the food and drinks to the server, they basically said oh well what can we do? Didn’t offer to replace the drinks, didn’t offer to cook another steak, etc. You get the idea, overall they didn’t seem that concerned about if we enjoyed our food or not. We ended up spending $200 each on this meal and it definitely was not worth that. If I’m going to pay that kind of money I want to have an amazing experience. I’ve been to one of these steakhouses in Anaheim, California and it was way way better. Since this is a chain, you might want to make sure you check the specific reviews on that actual restaurant. Won’t be returning to this one, there are other great steakhouses in White Plains, which we will try next time. Happy Steaking everyone!

My husband and I went for his birthday overall it was an ok experience. The personalized menu was a nice touch. The steak was perfectly cooked to my likeness and the side was great. However the service was mediocre I expected something better from such an high end restaurant. The server was simply inattentive. Service was rushed The couple next to us had a picture taken for their birthday and were offered a complimentary desert. It would have been nice to receive the same treatment considering we spend almost 300$.

We were there for happy hour. Drink prices were good, service was great, but happy hour bites were just okay... expected better from Morton's! Steak sliders were the best of the options, but the bread to meat ratio was off! Also, onion rings were really good. Would skip the smashburger and the chicken sliders. Not worth it. But, again, good prices, busy during happy hour and great bartender.

We went last night for Christmas dinner and our experience was very subpar. The server seemed annoyed the whole time and the food was mid. My daighter and I got the meal for 2 which was supposed to be to come with sauce for steak- didnt happen. Just a mid experience

Haven't been at Morton's in years. Had a craving recently for a prime rib roast that they were supposedly good at. Looked at the online menu - nada. Called the restaurant, was told they don't offer it, regrettably. Indeed. Two stars go away.

The location is Prime situated in Downtown White Plains at the former legal seafoods moved up to City Center about half mile from previous location on Bloomingdales Road. I had a generous selection of menu items NY strip, Twin Tails, Miso Sea Bass, Lobster Ravioli, Lobster Bisque, Caesar Salad, Onion Rings to name a few. NonStone was left unturned and compliments to the back of the house for the menu items. Only thing we were not able to get was the Lava cake and settled on bread pudding, crème brûlée and sorbet. The rating would be better if there was a better front of the house. The male host could be a bit more hospitable and would have given a better rating but I’m a stickler for service in this industry. I’ll update if I return.

I went to Morton’s on 1/28 for my birthday and I wasn’t really impressed. My waiter was absolutely amazing but the lobster Mac n cheese wasn’t good at all. It actually gave me and my other guest a really bad stomach ache. I felt rushed towards the end because instead of asking to take my food the server just took my plate while I still had food on it. The food looked better than it tasted. I won’t be returning for another birthday celebration at Morton. Once again my waiter was amazing ! He took our picture and was very attentive to my table.

My wife and I are regular patrons of Morton's, having enjoyed numerous pleasant experiences there over the years, often highlighted by delightful meals and drinks. However, our most recent visit deviated from this norm. In an unforeseen incident, my wife's water glass shattered as she lifted it, causing an unfortunate spillage of ice water across our table. Promptly, I brought this to the attention of our waiter, who efficiently cleaned up the aftermath. Despite his swift response, we were somewhat taken aback by not being offered an alternative table, resulting in us completing our meal on a damp tablecloth. I have included a photo that inadvertently captured the glass's fault line before we were aware of it. While we did not expect any compensation such as a complimentary meal, a simple acknowledgment of the incident would have been appreciated and would have gone a long way in maintaining the high standard of customer service we have come to associate with Morton's.

I must say I love a great steak. This is the first time I've ever ordered a tomahawk and I've been truly disappointed 😞 The steak was less than room temperature when it arrived at the table. Not only was is barely warm it was also very bland and TOUGH. So I experienced 2 firsts during my visit 02/14/20216 1. Never needed steak sauce at a high end steak house EVER 2. Never experienced a luke warm 36oz TOUGH tomahawk. Very disappointing to spend my Valentine's Day eating here........ Cheesecake was decent and my drink named LAST NIGHT, lastnight will be the last time I ever drink that ever. Such a disappointing display.

The food is very good, and it's a very nice, social place.

We came here for a double date. The atmosphere was okay. It was pretty by the bar. The pig centerpiece was dirty and was an odd choice of table lighting. Our waiter was really sweet. It took awhile for our food to arrive. We enjoyed the bread. Our drinks were perfect. The lobster bisque wasn't the best I've had. It was bland and had one piece of lobster. The Caesar salad was good. My husband ordered the chicken Christopher which was similar to a chicken francese but it was crispy. My filet mignon was cooked perfectly. The truffle butter wasn't anything special though. Lacked flavor. The gouda and bacon au gratin should have been scalloped. It was SCOLDING HOT and took forever to cool down. Very flavorful though. I thought I'd be mind blown by the "legendary" molten cake but it tasted stale and the chocolate had a weird after taste. Would I come back here? Probably not. It was an ok dinner.

Staff was awesome my food was overcooked I ordered the shrimp scampi and the shrimp was dried out my wife ordered steak and lobster and the lobster was so chewy her steak was undercooked we asked for well done and it was all pink inside the manager was very nice he replaced the steak and lobster dinner my first time here and for the price of the food I was very dissatisfied I will not return to Mortons and to top it off its Valentine's day #adisappointedcouple

I took my husband to Morton's for Fathers Day and we had a great time. Our server was amazing and very attentive and the food was great. Or so we thought. The next morning we were both sick. The food ran right through us and continued all day. Needless to say it was very clear that it was the food because we were both sick and ate light all day because we knew we were going to dinner that night. The experience itself was great (ambiance) but not sure what was wrong with the food but it definitely wasn't worth the price tag (over $300). Our son ate our leftovers without knowing and she got sick also so it was definitely the food. It is worthy to note that I have been to several other Morton's (Brooklyn and Manhattan) and NEVER experienced this before. It took the appeal out of the restaurant for me to be honest.

So me, my wife and 17 year old daughter decided to eat at Mortons for Easter yesterday. We ordered a 28oz table steak, along with 3 sides, shoe string French fries, spinach with mushrooms and Brussel sprouts. The 28oz steak with literally half bone, barely any meat, $119.00. The sides were just ok, fries were the best part of the dinner, unfortunately. I ordered 2 whiskey sours, $19.50 each, my wife and glass of wine and my daughter a Diet coke. $286.00, left the place hungry. Never again. The steak was a 6 out of 10 in terms of taste. Not a very good experience. The atmosphere was old, crusty. Service was excellent.

I was so disappointed in this overpriced & over rated place! I ordered a steak medium and they brought it back it's well done charcoal I wasn't going to complain and just suffer through it when my server came and asked me she went and had it replaced the steak that was brought back was medium well 🤦🏽‍♀️I don't think the chef or the cook I should say knows anything about steak temperature🤷🏾‍♀️ my server Camille was amazing thank you Camille I'm sorry my date was so cheap and I wish I had more cash to give you for a tip :)

We didn’t like the food 😣 Unfortunately it was all overcooked. A very bad cut of steak. Lobster tails were hard. Spinach had a fishy taste to it. Only thing we liked was the lobster Mac and Cheese 😩 Please do better Morton’s. I get it, you guys were very busy but damn. A steak house with that kinda steak is unacceptable. So hard to chew I was shocked. We waited more than an hour for our food to come out warm. You would think the plate would’ve came out sizzling with how long it took. I just really feel cheated outta my money bc I didn’t enjoy it at all. I’m a foodie so I’m sad about this tbh. I had high hopes for this place. Salads were good, the free bread & the lobster Mac … so 2 stars for that 🤩

first off, the ONLY reason i rated this place 2 stars is the steak, the part that was cooked right and seasoned was delicious THE 2ND WAS BRIANNA She was absolutely amazing. Curteous and welcoming on the phone. And when we arrived she was really nice and welcoming. She us a true asset to this restaurant. to put this review mildly. The service really is lacking. I sat down with my wife at 930. For 10 minutes all we had was water. Then the waiter returned and i order raw oysters. THEY ARE RAW. no cooking needed. Took 20 more minutes to bring 6 oysters. Then we placed our steak order. i asked for mid rare, my wife medium. The front of my steak was seasoned, see pic on ribeye the bottom by the bone was bland. Plus the top by the xap was a perfect mid rare, the part by the bone was still mooing. My wifes steak, porterhouse was same way part was medium the rest well done. plus our steaks didn't arrive until 1025. THATS 55 MINUTES AFTER WE SAT Down. oh and the bread arrived with the steak Even applebees is better than this. I spent 250 dollars and to be honest it was a waste. i tipped against the advice of my wife 20 dollars. He took it and left. NOT A WORD WAS SPOKEN. how rude. side note, while we were eating the table next to us and across from us all were complaining. We chimed in and they had the same issues. Slow service orders cooked wrong. i will not be back.

I usually go here for special occasions like birthdays, Valentine's Day and decide to give them a try for my anniversary. My husband set a reservation and ask them to make it special for our anniversary dinner and ask if they could put happy anniversary on the side of the plate with our dessert and was told yes over the phone. On the day of our anniversary we went there and was told no they couldn't do that but couldn't give a reason why plus the waiter that served us had a really bad attitude talking to me. The steak was burnt and tasted bitter. I never enjoyed my anniversary dinner here. I'll never go back here again.

Today I’m marking a 1. I ordered takeout and the lobster bisque arrived with two small pieces of lobster. Called to report it and was told by Andrew that that’s the norm. Not true! I get this dish often and it is usually more copious. Andrew was also rude AND…the potatoes with Gouda and bacon had ZERO bacon in it!!!

Went there for my Thanksgiving meal. First off, they stuck us in a room that was off of the dining room. I guess that is the time out room. Kind of awkward. The meal consisted of salt and more salt. I have never tasted so much salt in one meal. I am being 100% honest. I am still trying to figure out what the “turkey” really was other than disgusting. Two tiny pieces of a white meat that had the consistency of rubber. Had no taste at all other than being vile. The sides were very good, again full of sodium. But for G-D’s sake I still feel nauseous from eating that white meat. I am actually sucking on a piece of hard candy as I write this. $59.00 per person for a pretend Thanksgiving meal was a total rip off. Could have went to a diner for better food at half of the price. I was there last Christmas Eve and basically had the same kind of experience. I will not be stepping foot into another Morton’s. At least not the White Plains location. Seriously you need to think twice before going there. I was very unhappy.

3 medium rare steaks were ordered, 1 was overcooked, one was rare, and 1 was actually medium rare. The Manager said that they were all medium rare. He offered to make another, but the steaks took over 45 minutes to come out and we had no interest in waiting for another round.

Waiting 6 months for a refund for $60 overcooked steaks. At this point all I can say is that the manager is a liar.

I should have read the reviews before making a reservation. If you look at all the reviews 3-Stars and below you start to see a common theme, steak not cooked as ordered. As a steakhouse this is quite baffling. Maybe they should look into new thermometers for the kitchen staff. It shouldn’t be this hard for a steakhouse to cook steak as ordered. This isn’t a kitchen staff problem, it’s the management. Wait staff, kitchen staff and managers all fell short of hitting the mark. We went out for a family Christmas dinner (party of 9) and things started going wrong when one of the managers assisted with running the food, but gave the plates to the wrong people. Not knowing who’s was what he took his “best guess”. Medium? Well-Done? Who knew. Most legitimate steakhouses have a way to flag the temperature on the meat. The person next to me asked for a filet medium and was given one well-done. For a steakhouse how do you not cook steak as ordered? For me, I ordered the 12oz filet and was given two other dishes before they alerted me that they accidentally butterflied my filet. I asked the waitress if they could stick to my original order . I ordered the 12 oz, it something you would want filleted. Then we had to wait 30 minutes for new plates- my filet as ordered and the other steak that was too well done which we sent back. 30 minutes, by this time all other people in our party were finished eating and all sides were cold. I also failed to mention that they forgot a side of asparagus . After alerting the wait staff when the food came out and we noticed it was missing, it took 30 minutes for asparagus... yes 30 minutes for asparagus. After the 25 minute mark I told them to keep the steak it wasn’t worth bringing out since everyone else was done with their meal by at least 10 minutes. The person next to me received their steak, but instead of being medium as ordered it was rare. Took a picture which is below. 30 minutes and they couldn’t get it right. It was an overall sour experience. I hate to make a stink on a Holiday which everyone working would rather be home with their families but looking at the reviews it’s par for the course here. Fair warning- do not go to this location. For any Morton’s representative reading this please take a serious look through all the reviews, there is a common theme.

Ordered a $70 14 oz. ribeye that had to be the absolute worst piece of meat I've ever had at ANY resturant! Dry, chewy, thin, tasteless and so on. Let the server know and nothing was done at the moment until we were paying the $2000 plus bill. My home cooked costco ribeye put this to shame!

we made a reservation for a late 9pm dinner. at 9:10pm they had locked the front doors, were still serving guests, and ignored us as we looked on trying to get anyone’s attention for over 10 minutes. terrible experience.

My friend and I visited Morton’s on a Friday evening after work. Unfortunately, the service fell well below expectations. After being seated, it took nearly 25 minutes for anyone to greet us or take our drink order. Once our order was placed, our server, Jeffrey, did not check on us again. After receiving our food and drink order, I noticed that my friend’s glass was chipped and extremely sharp, which raised a safety concern and prompted me to notify the server. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the issue. He returned with a fresh drink, placed it down and walked away. Since there was no apology, I assumed that they would attempt to make it up another way. When the check arrived, the drink was not comped despite the hazard, and inconvenience. A manager was notified, however, the concern was brushed off rather than addressed appropriately. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and due to the lack of service and response to a safety issue, I will not be returning.
