Needed something to eat while I was headed to harrison. This panera came up on my GPS and I was more amazed on the inside of it. So bright and clean, the place is spacious. A Panera looking like this should be sitting close to 4.5 and above and if not...What seems to be the problem? I see too many reviews on poor customer service. In "certain" parts of the South the customer service is top tier with old mechanics and decor. If people do not know how to deliver proper customer service, why are they still there. Start dealing with your workers accordingly.

Stopped by for a quick lunch during work. Tried the flatbread with a soup and salad and can’t argue with how consistent they are here. There may be a wait because of all the online orders but sitting down was doable.

The food is good, but the place is very dirty. The tables and floor are covered in crumbs or dirty towels and the staff don’t do anything at all about it.

I always order the same chipotle avo melt sandwich with extra mixed greens for pick up and no matter what, it always contains unfresh, slimy, mixed greens that should've been thrown out. The greens are never fresh and I always pull them out, so I'm not getting any healthy parts to the sandwich. No matter when I order, it always ends up the same. Throw out your spoiled greens and get fresh ones. Not coming back for this because it's never fresh like advertised.

This is not the first time this happens, ice coffee is so watered down to almost ice tea color…We notified the kitchen and they suggested us to get hot coffee and put ice in..

2 times now I have been refused service due to “policies” 1. It’s just past 12pm and there are 4 or 5 quiches on display. I ask may I get one of them. The lady says “no, they are supposed to have been thrown out by now” So I say, “oh since you’re throwing them out can I just have one” The lady goes “no, I can’t give you one but if you want to buy one you can” in a tone that was pretty aggressive and really confused me, because I had originally wanted to just buy one… But was told no. Now, I’m made to look like a fool for asking for one after being told they should’ve been thrown out a few hours ago. Doesn’t make sense. 2. It’s just past 10:30 (AM) - morning hours. People still getting coffee and starting their day. I notice that the lunch menu is switched over. But I ask for a breakfast sandwich (because it’s still morning) - and was told no, it’s lunch. I said really? It’s not even 11. Was told no again. There was really no explanation for both instances other than “no” - and as someone who works in customer service, I was perplexed at the lack of options given to remedy an otherwise thoughtless transaction.

Tried to order food for a sales meeting for only 8 people When I called at 9:30 the person advised me they were too busy and to call back in 15 minutes. When I called back a half hour later it was so difficult to put a small order in for 8 people - got every excuse (even thou we would have gone to pick it up ) they just couldn't accommodate sandwiches for 8 people. Management you have the wrong (gentlemen) person taking your catering orders. I decided to go to Jersey Mikes where the service and ordering was seamless

I ordered a coffee and avocado toast with tomato. First of all, all of coffee jars were empty except one with flavor. A bunch of people had to wait for coffees. Coffee was super light even I had the dark roasted. The worst was the avocado toast. They barely put avocado on the bread. It was like they paint avocado with a brush! I asked them to add more avocado and they didn’t apologize or anything. They looked mad. 😡

I ordered online the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken (without red onions) and this is what I got! No crispy onion and no sauce. I was already home when I opened it but I was extremely disappointed. On top of missing half the ingredients, the sandwich had little to no chicken, spent $12 to eat bread - very disappointed.

I can’t give any less stars than this. I never new Panera was in this whole mess..!!! $45 for dinner for three.. OMG.! Attitude of the person who handles order issue is worst of all.! She missed to give pack of chips we ordered for instead gave baguette. She asked me to bring back baguette to exchange for chips.! Funny enough she trashed it right in front of me. Value for food at Panera is NIL.! Am I the only one realizing this this late.

With the weather, I wanted a nice sandwich and some chili. Ecstatic to see Panera. Unfortunately, what I received was awful. The presentation of the "Steak" Sandwich was inexcusable. For the price, I could have went to a deli close by and definitely would have gotten a better sandwich. Chili was average. Too much corn.
